Irena Scott and Bill Jones are two of the few ufologists that worked for the Defense Department and also the Battelle Company, and had security clearances allowing attendance on the Wright Patterson Air Base (WPAFB), the inner sanctum of numerous rumors about alien artifacts and stored alien bodies. Scott and Jones attempt to shed light on some of these mysteries with their own research and intimate contacts with WPAFB and other sources.

Multiple researchers, such as Anthony Bragelia, Thomas Carey and Donald Schmitt (Inside the Real Area51), Robert Collins (Exempt from Disclosure), and Irena Scott and Bill Jones, have focused on the mysterious vaults, subterranean tunnels that are suspected to exist throughout WPAFB.
The following are some summations of their findings:
WPAFB, originally called Wright Field (WF), is often referred to as another Area 51 because of its “High Security.”
Area A contains what was called Air Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) in the past; it housed the official studies which included Northwestern University Astronomer Dr. J. Allen Hynek.
The legendary and largely mythical Hanger 18 was, in effect, actually a group of hangers near runways in Area B, collectively called Building 4 A-E; Hanger 18 would be 4-B.
Specially created crates were transported in a B-29 Transport and unloaded in the hangers right off the old WF runway.
Debris and bodies were unloaded in the WP Area B, which contained the Avionics Laboratory and Building 18 known presently as the Aero Propulsion Lab (previously designated as Hanger 18), but in actuality a complex of buildings A,B,C onto G, as Buildings 18-18G housing the Power Plant Laboratory Complex.
One of the Building 18 structures connects to a Building 23 that is either the Aero Propulsion Lab or the Power Plant Laboratory Complex called Buildings 18 A-D with one of the Buildings actually called Hanger 23 and now called AF Research Laboratory-Sensor-Directorate-Target-Signature Branch. Building 18-F on the east side of Building 23 is rumored to have contained cold storage with refrigeration equipment on the eastern half with connection to a power plant transformer.

The aforementioned researchers also take us on a written journey of WPAFB and the suggested underground “vaults.”
Robert Collins talked about an “underground, massive” structure called the T-Building at the Mound Nuclear Plant at Dayton, Ohio near WP (Exempt from Disclosure).
Carey, Schmitt and the late Stanton Friedman said that the WP Nuclear Test Facility and the Avionics Building had such vaults (also called Building 620, connecting with Building 739). They told us that there is a north entrance on the west side of the building an Avionics Tower.
Double vaulted doors in Building 620 led to a second set of vaulted doors and freight-sized elevators and stairs with a tunnel to a major vault under the north parking lot of 620 (Robert Collins and Richard Doty).
Robert Collins reported that one such vault is where Building 739 connects with Building 620 behind thick glass door and a six-inch-thick Bank Vault door. Building 450, the Flight DynamicsLab, had a second basement and a tunnel going in the direction of Building 30, connecting by a small vault to Building 29 as a VIP viewing section.
Our list of researchers was well-aware of the “infamous Blue Room,” described as an “Inner Sanctum.” Researchers Leonard Stringfield was told by an informant that the mysterious “museum” containing crashed saucer “artifacts,” and even “cadavers” retrieved from Roswell, was in a converted “blue” aircraft hangar adjoined with a “small locked room” with “large aquariums each containing a small body with grey skin, over-sized cranium, huge eyes, and no hair.” (p. 31)

This building complex housed the AMC headquarters, the Technical Intelligence Division of the AMC at WF with Project Sign in 1948 (then called ATIC), it held Project Blue Book before it became the FTDbuilding; eventually it became the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
In 1959, the Air Force renamed ATIC the Aerospace Technical Intelligence Center, and in 1961 the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) was established.
Lieutenant Colonel Hector Quintanilla, the last BB director, said that BB was completely separate from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Dense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
According to researchers Kevin Randle and Donald Schmitt, John G. Tiffany spoke about his father who had worked at WF and who had been dispatched to retrieve the Roswell materials and perhaps space alien bodies at Fort Worth. “Tiffany claimed his father picked up metallic debris and a large cylinder,” says Scott, “that reminded his father of a huge thermos bottle.”
In WITNESS TO ROSWELL, authors Carey and Schmitt mentioned that Lieutenant Colonel Arthur Exon, who was stationed at WF in 1947, came out and said that “Roswell had been the crash site of a spacecraft and that alien bodies were recovered,” but Exon was never interviewed until December 1994.
“He said he also had flown over the area of the crash several months later,” says Scott. “He said he observed two distinct crash sites and gouges in the ‘pivotal areas.’”
Exon also spoke about a “UFO controlling committee,” says Scott, “made up chiefly of very high-ranking military officers and intelligence people. His nickname for these people was the ‘The Unholy Thirteen.’”
Battelle, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, was also involved in examining “Roswell and other debris.” It had its own research facilities, and also helped manage many of the atomic discoveries at national laboratories of the U.S Department of Energy, as well as the Livermore, Oak Ridge, and Brookhaven National Laboratories.
Battelle has had a long association with UFO phenomena as when UFO debris was sent to WP and other agencies. “Battelle had some of the world’s best metallurgists and if anyone,” says Scott, “were an authority on metal it would be found here.”
Blue Book and Battelle did an extensive study of UFO phenomena, a “massive statistical analysis” in a report SR-14, and “the most significant collection of evidence that UFO phenomena represent something real.”

THE MJ-12 FIASCO AND OTHER
MJ-12 is the legendary “code name” of an alleged special committee of scientists, military leaders and other officials created by executive order of President Harry S. Truman in 1947 to investigate hard UFO evidence and various aftermath Roswell scenarios. The committee has also been called MJ-12, MJ-XII,Majority 12, Majic 12, Majestic Trust, M12, but the general consensus was that the story was a hoax or a disinformation campaign (as it is usually told) on the part of the U.S military or intelligence.
However, there is a suspicion that this legend had a basis in fact, such as Arthur Exon’s reference to a “UFO controlling committee” such as the “Unholy Thirteen.”
Scott refers to such “secret studies” that may have also been part of clandestine operations as mentioned in the book FORBIDDEN SCIENCE (p. 304) involving the McDonald-Douglas Company, and the Astropower Company: “This indicates that a secret UFO study had continued in Washington.”
Similarly, a CIA-FOIA 2-9-55 spoke of Dr. H. Marshall Chadwell, CIA Assistant Director for Scientific Intelligence, that revealed a CIA “consulting group” that seemed to indicate an organization that existed across the Eisenhower Military-Industrial-Complex (p. 191).
Further insight was gained by Jennie Zeidman and Mark Rodegheir’s article “The Pentacle Letter and theBattelle UFO Project”:
“In the epilogue to FORBIDDEN SCIENCE, Vallee calls the Pentacle Letter an ‘intellectual scandal.’ He believes that science was betrayed when the Robertson Panel, meeting in January 1953, was barred from access to the research of Pentacle and his group. This panel’s recommendation was responsible for down-grading of BB and the demise of any serious overt government interest in the UFO phenomena after 1953.” (p. 57)
The Pentacle Memorandum was a classified, secret letter dated January 9, 1953 addressed to Miles E. Goll at WPAFB as acting chief of the Analysis Division of T-2. Jacques Vallee believed that the memo alerted that “a secret project did indeed exist above and beyond Project Blue Book.” Top people including the head of Battelle signed it, with Clyde Williams (who was the head of Battelle) making positive statements about the study.
“Having worked for the government,” says Scott, “I have noticed that this is a normal way to hide something. Put someone who knows nothing about it in charge, or convene a panel of big wigs that do not understand anything about the subject they are addressing. This is how the government can bring about the results they want and convince the public of things that are wrong.” (p. 69)

Noted Battelle personnel favored the study of the UFO phenomena and materials, as selected by Air Force Captain Edward J. Ruppelt who headed BB: Clyde Williams, Linus Pauling, Vannevar Bush, Major General Curtis E. Lemay, James Bryant Conant, and Donald Douglas (President of the Douglas Aircraft Company.
John Center, a Battelle metallurgist, said he had worked on alien material at Battelle. Elroy John Center had told researches that “he was responsible for a project that required him to study ‘parts’ that were represented as retrieved from a flying saucer…was taken to a large forge in New Mexico where they attempted to break it and melt it. They failed…” (p. 97)
In May of 1992, the authors found a former Battelle employee who had dated Center’s daughter, Kathy, and they learned that Elroy Center had studies material from a “flying saucer” with writing on I-beams.
Center’s work concerned new techniques in the micro-analysis of new titanium alloys. The employee, “Nick” Nicholson, told researcher Anthony Bragalia that “Center told…him that UFO crash debris was stored in a secure safe and that some of the material contained the element boron.”
Metallurgist Howard Cross also worked at Battelle and knew Center; Cross was a chief titanium metallurgist and was the “point person” in Battelle’s UFO studies for BB in the 1950s. Other possible scientists connected to UFO metallurgical studies were Arthur Westerman, Gustavus (Gus) Simpson, Robert Livingston, and A.C. Eckert.
Anthony Bragalia said that these scientists did “hands-on” studies of UFO materials that resulted in an invented material called “nitinol,” a “memory metal” of nickel and titanium of very light weight, having a “high fatigue strength,” able to withstand extreme heat and “remembers” its original shape: none of these metal attributes, however, duplicated the rather supernatural and bizarre characteristics of the original Roswell debris.
Scott had been told that scientists Vernon W. Ellzey delivered some of the UFO debris from WP to Dr. Allen Hynek. Ellzey later committed suicide. Ellzey may have written the first draft of the Pentacle Memo.

ADDITIONAL DEBRIS STUDIES

The Vanadium Corporation of America (now called Shield Alloy) was involved in the metallurgical analysis of the UFO debris in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Metallurgical supervisor at Vanadium, Robert Orndoff, mentioned the material as being Roswell-like, but as if scooped-up from a “gouge” explosion, and was a “shiny, clean and can change shape.” The material, according to Orndoff as told to his son, contained silicon, magnesium, cobalt, chromium, aluminum, steel, nickel, vanadium and titanium—“at that time people may not have combined that many materials into one alloy.” (p. 182)
A Summary Technical Report of Division 18 document seemed to indicate that the Vanadium Corporation, U.S Steel, and the Battelle Memorial Institute investigated the properties of nickel and titanium, resulting in “nitinol.” Some of the same scientists seem to have been involved: C.B. Voldrich, P.J. Rieppal, Dr. H.W. Gilliet, C.H. Lorig, Clyde Williams, Vannevar Bush, and James B. Conant.
In the summer of 1947, truck drivers for Timken Roller Bearing Company in Canton, Ohio, told of helping to being three trucks of strange “brushed aluminum material” to be melted by the new Timken furnace, which, was unable to melt the metal. The whole operation was supervised by men claiming to be from the FBI.

THE PENTACLE MEMO, SR-14, AND THE ROBERTSON PANEL

Ufologist Jacques Vallee in his 1992 book FORBIDDEN SCIENCE disclosed the Pentacle Memorandum or Letter. The letter is dated January 9, 1953 and is addressed as a secret document to Miles E. Goll at Wright-Patterson AFB on behalf of Captain Edward J. Ruppelt of BB and acting chief of the Analysis Division of T-2 at WPAFB. Signed by six major scientists and Battelle metallurgists, the memo recommended larger scientific studies and jet aircraft “scrambles” when needed.
Project Bluebook Special Report No. 14 (SR-14) was the “best done of all UFO studies and it produced very strong and powerful positive results…I appreciate the meaning of the statistics that were used in SR-14. It would make one’s hair stand on end…SR-14 is a report that would curl one’s toenails – that a person would be unlikely to read even with a gun to the head.” (pp. 82-83)
The study used sophisticated Chi Square tests in which p-value that reflect the strength of evidence against the null hypothesis, and “that there is substantial evidence that the objects are something different than earth’s normally observed air traffic (less than 1 chance out of a 100).” (p. 83) The study concluded that “less than one chance out of a billion is what SR-14 gave us against the possibility that good UFO sightings represent conventional objects…a very well done credible study that very strongly showed that UFO phenomena exist.” (p. 63)
The infamous “Robertson Panel” was commissioned by the CIA in 1952, before the conclusions of SR-14 on May 5, 1955, and was composed of personnel skeptical of UFO reports and knowing nothing about UFO phenomenon, and was “…done by the CIA to close off the UFO study.” (pp. 69-71)
The same could be said of the 1969 University Of Colorado Scientific Study Of Unidentified FlyingObjects Condon Report. “…revealed that UFOs were significant phenomena worthy of study, but the published conclusion was that nothing significant was found.” (pp. 71-72)

STRANGE CENSORSHIP EXISTED

Government UFO studies also went by several other special names: Project Sign, Project Saucer, White Stork, Golden Eagle, Project Bear, The Pentacle Letter or Memorandum, the “Unholy Thirteen” (Exon), Project Blue Book, Project Grudge, and the 1948 Estimate of the Situation.
Scott recalls and summarizes her own experiences with censorship and other “heavy-handed” government actions while she worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), with the eye of the CIA, to debunk good photographic evidence (pp. 198-208).
“I also think this obstruction to the report of our DIA section, apparently came from the CIA,” says Scott. “It was obvious that some high-ranking portion of the government was involved.” (p. 203) “This inside-the-DIA-experience certainly made me think that the government was involved to cover-up activities. In fact, it even made me slightly wonder if aliens were running the government.” (p. 201)
Scott has a large collection of photographs of various mentioned sites at WPAFB as well as photos and diary notes from the personal files of the late Dr. J. Allen Hynek showing private letters and comments. Scott does her best to give added insight into Hynek and why he, possibly, was hoodwinked by the Silence Group.
Irena Scott covered several major UFO incidents: the April 17, 1966 Ohio “UFO chase,” the March, 1966 “Swamp Gas” UFO case, the 1973 Coyne UFO helicopter event, the October 11, 1973 Pascagoula Abduction, and others.
“But BB is still filled with many mysteries,” says Scott. “And we still know nothing about major questions: why do the cover-ups exist? And what are the UFOs?’ (P. 257)

Three days later, a supposed 19 year-old US Border Patrol Agent walks into the Chabad of Poway Synagogue, a Jewish synagogue in Poway, CA and begins shooting at the Rabbi and the congregation!
Is there any correlation between the NY Timesarticle and the shooting?
Question: How did President Trump have any possible part in the insane murders of people under these conditions a continent away?

Tactics
With the well-known CIA mind control programs such as MK Ultra, the hostile political environment of California, and the peculiar events that occurred aided by the typical dereliction of duty by the US media, we can see several factions working together, and they always do.
Why was it only Fox News who gave the complete story that an ex-Iraq War veteran actually assailed the attacker, chasing him out of the synagogue after his rifle jammed?
The first news reports omitted many facts. Why was the fact that the doctor who was present when his wife was shot trying to shield the Rabbi ,that the assailant tried to kill, fainted while attempting to administer to his own wife alongside the war veteran?
Why did the news media go on a tangent saying the shooting was the President’s fault yet fail to mention that Donald J. Trump contacted the Mayor, the Governor, and the Rabbi.
The grieving Rabbi even admitting that his conversation with the President had been very soothing and reassuring,
They generally left his out too:
“The shooter claims in the Q-and-A section to eschew political ideology, saying he does not support Donald Trump because of his support for Israel. The writer also complains that conservatives aren’t violent enough in support of their politics.”
Why not tell the public? Why not emphasize the important facts that:

Thus is some groundwork built by veteran author Mark Jacobson concerning the magical and tragic life of Milton William (Bill) Cooper, May 6, 1943 – November 6, 2001. These consisted of Cooper’s encounters with what he termed Mystery Babylon; others would later call it the Military-Industrial-Complex and the Deep State, but it all, says Jacobson, was outgrowth of global controlling Mystery Religions such as “Brotherhood of the Snake, Order of the Quest, the Roshsniya, the Qabalah, the Knights of Templar, the Knights of Malta, the Knights of Columbus, the Jesuits, the Masons, the Ancient and Mystical Order of Rome Crucis, the Illuminati, the Nazi Party, the Communist Party, the Executive Members of the Council on Foreign Relation, The Group, the Open Friendly Secret Society, the Vatican, the Russell Trust, the Skull and Bones, the Scroll-Key, and many others (p. 123).
Many of these societies, says Jacobson, were beholden to the blue bloods of Wall Street…ꞌꞌbut whether they know it or not, they all could race their origin to the Brotherhood of the Snake.” Jacobson continues to quote:
“This was the way of the world, except the controllers of the New World Oder had turned Hegel’s dialectic on its head, Cooper said. ‘They determined the synthesis first, what they want and then create the two forces to oppose each other, so they knew what they have to do to bring about that synthesis, while everyone thinks it all happened by accident.’”
Cooper’s stent in the military likewise taught him much about this Hidden World. There was Admiral Bernard A. Clary’s Top Secret file that Cooper had a “Top Secret, Q” clearance to which Cooper had access. Clarey was Chief of the U.S. pacific Fleet.
“Everything about the war was in there…one by one the scales dropped from Cooper’s eyes. He was not the defender of freedom he had so longed to be but, rather, cannon fodder in a hue knew things, terrible, dangerous secrets, hidden information that could change everything, even save the world from itself…For sixteen years, Cooper had not revealed what he’d seen while poking through Admiral Clary’s cabinet. It hadn’t been easy. Knowing what he wasn’t supposed to know had turned his life into a living hell, made him drink, and sent him in rages.” (pp. 48, 52, 61, 79)
UFOs were other big events in Cooper’s life, like what he and the crew of the sub USS Tiru saw in 1966: a huge metal craft larger than a football field that descended from the sky into the ocean amid giant gushers of water. It rose from the water and accelerated to beyond the horizon. The object did not disturb the sub’s electrical system or the gyro compass. It was saucer-shaped and had windows around the perimeter. It made no noise.
Jacobson quotes Cooper: “There was no doubt as to what we had seen. It was a metal craft, with machinery on and around the outside of it.” (p.76)
It was enough to convince Cooper he could be dealing with space aliens. He heard fantastic stories of UFOs in the Vietnam DMZ when in the military. But his viewpoint changed in late 1989. He suddenly saw UFOs as earthly-military-psy-ops.
“The presence of UFOs from outer space was one more fear tactic,” says Jacobson, “a trick to get a freighted public in line behind a one world totalitarian government. The most infuriating aspect of the subterfuge, Cooper reportedly admitted, was that he had fallen for it.”
It was an age of deception that abounded. As Cooper had said, you couldn’t trust everything you read. You had to do your own research to find the nuggets of truth. A case in point was the Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion, which many people were convinced that it was a hoax by Pierre Plantard. Report from Iron Mountain was another hoax (but had disguised seeds of truth) invented by Victor Navasky, Marvin Kitman and Leonard Lewis. There was no such thing as pure theories, all carried seeds of error; Cooper said to investigate on your own and with caution. It was also called Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars or psy-ops (p.115). Shock Tests were the realization of the Red and Blue pills of Matrix movies, mentioned by Cooper, and in effect in accordance with Hartford Van Dyke, “a form of modern technological alchemy that predicted gold for a few, dross for everyone else.” (p. 119)

BLACK CADILLACS

Cooper left the Navy and ended his military career about April 1975. Shortly following that time, Cooper was riding his motorcycle on Skyline Boulevard near Berkeley Hills in the Bay Area when he was closely followed by a black Cadillac which knocked Cooper’s motorcycle hurtling him end over throwing Cooper to the bottom of an incline. Two men climbed down to look at him, one of them feeling his carotid saying that Cooper will one day be dead. In a second chase by the same “limo,” this time Cooper’s right leg was severely mangled and was replaced by a prosthetic.
Jacobson tells that while Cooper was in the hospital, two men visited Cooper, interrogating him as to if he would “shut up” or the “next time should be fatal.” Cooper crossed his fingers and said he’d behave, but silently swore otherwise (p. 52).
To rightfully understand domination, you had to see it as the Secret Government did, a self-sustaining system called Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars (SWFQW): “The Illuminati’s declaration of War upon the People of America.” (p.115)
The psy-ops involved was like a “deployed time-release capsule at modulated speeds and patterns” as “encroachment on their lives,” controlled situations in a “constant barrage” of “Shock tests” similar to the Red and Blue pills depicted in the movie THE MATRIX: mass suicidal engineering on the part of the New World Order, quoting Cooper, “an ages-old underground current informs of the modern project in this modern era; life in our modern era is little more than life in an open-air mind-control laboratory.” (pp. 117-118)
The bedrock to this global Monster is identified through a network of hidden Secret Societies that create a “web” of Higher Mysteries down through the ages dating back to ancient Babylon spread universally amongst the Brotherhood of the Snake, the Qabalah, the Knights Templar, the Illuminati and about twenty or more others (p. 123).
It became a stratagem using Wilhelm Fredrick Hegel’s Hegelian dialectic: Status quo, the thesis, the antithesis, and the synthesis—a new standard of truth. That series of events could be climatic, however. Bill Cooper could plainly see them as they developed; maybe more like a Biblical prophet than a theoretician in some cases.
Jacobson writes: “Manifested in bogus divide-and-conquer dichotomies like Democrats and Republicans, manipulation of the Hegelian dialectic was the main tool of the Secret Government…like a snake shedding is skin, the New World Order established in 1947 would soon be replaced by another.” (p, 125)

RIDING THE PALE HORSE

Cooper’s greatest career was THE HOUR OF THE TIME radio broadcast on WWCR, which began on January 4, 1993, exposing the many facets of Mystery Babylon.
“If ‘Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars’ exposed the contemporary blueprint for the Illuminati takeover of the planet, Mystery Babylon,” says Jacobson “went far deeper, tracing the ontology of the organization back to its origins.”
Cooper saw the hidden meaning and origin of mankind also in the Stanley Kubrick production of 2001: A Space Odyssey. The movie was clandestinely “far the Initiates and the Adepts of the ancient religion, those who could understand the ‘symbology’ of the ‘Mystery Schools.’’’ (p. 144)
In Cooper’s The Sacrificial King, Cooper showed how Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas was an important puzzle piece, not only in the Kennedy assassination, but seeing Dallas as a piece of esoterica at work (Disneyland, the ancient city of Babylon, the 33rd degree of latitude where multiple Fortean events happen) — the Plaza itself was named for newspaperman George Bannerman Dealey, a 33rd-degree Mason: phenomena called by C.G Jung as synchronicities and meaningful coincidences.
Fellow conspiratologist and competitor Robert Anton Wilson rode his own pale horse, much like Cooper, opening a “door to Chapel Perilous” in a realm of experience that “cannot be located in the space-time continuum,” writes Jacobson, “it is weightless, odorless, tasteless and undetectable by ordinary instruments.” (p. 161)

Rapper Killah Priest sometime in 2004 and 2005 renamed rapper Andrew Kissel (a Newark, New Jersey MC performer) as “William Cooper.” Priest was working with Black Market Militia, a Wu-Tang Clan satellite group, Timbo King Razah, A 60 Second Assassin and other entertainers that came to read the original Bill Cooper’s BEHOLD A HORSE and heard The Hour of the Time radio show, causing Killah Priest, says Jacobson, to exclaim: “He was a patriot, which I like,” quoting Kissel, “because I am a patriot. I am a proud American. This country was supposed to have been built to question authority, to hold the people in power accountable. Not to bite your tongue. Just to put it out there, right or wrong, let everyone else decide.” (p. 193)
In August 1994, Bill Cooper heard that black people were reading BEHOLD A PALE HORSE. Fellow conspiracy theorist, film-maker and record producer Anthony J. Hilder informed Cooper that blacks who read BEHOLD A PALE HORSE began to see the “system” as the enemy: ‘“ …white men, particular white men__the same white men who were the enemy of all people, black or white,’’’ Jacobson quotes Hilder, ‘‘‘the news couldn’t get any bigger than that.’’’ (p. 203)
On February 28, 1994, a military convoy of SWAT members half-mile-long was heading for Mount Carmel Center, Branch Davidian Compound, where about 168 people would be attacked.
“That was the beginning of the fifty-one-day siege of Waco,” says Jacobson, “an event that for many, Bill Cooper included, would signal a state of war between the American government and its people.”
Despite what infractions the government used to defend the massacre, Cooper said that reasoning was flawed. “But anyone who bothered to do the research knew that this attack was a long chain of events,” says Jacobson, “with roots that stretched back centuries…Cooper told the audience…You could never understand the present unless you knew the past.” (p. 212)
Randy Weaver and family considered themselves one of those “survivalists, homeschoolers, tax protesters, ‘sovereign citizens,’” protesters that recited Mark 13:14 and stand separated from an evil government. In 1989, Randy sold some illegally modified shotguns to BATF informer Ken Fadeley. To get a lesser conviction, they asked Weaver to be a “government snitch,” which Weaver refused to do. The Weavers took refuge on Ruby Ridge.
Surrounded by five hundred federal government agents, many without insignias and in camouflaged dress, firing at the Weaver’s dogs who alerted about the trespassers, fourteen-year-old Samuel Waver was also shot with a bullet that ripped his arm from it socket. FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi shot Vicki Weaver “right between the eyes” as she held her “eight-month-old baby in her arms.” A helicopter attempted to “drop a fuel bladder” on the cabin to burn down everything.
“And what had Randy Weaver done to deserve such treatment?” asks Jacobson. “He’d sold a gun that was too short. That was a misdemeanor as far as he knew.” (p. 213)

FROM MURRAH TO 9/11
.
On April 19, 1993, the theory went, Tom McVeigh drove a Ryder rental truck with two and a half tons of ammonium nitrate drenched in diesel fuel and exploded it in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, killing 168 people.
There were reports of “two separate explosions” involved, but that was pooh-poohed by authorities, and McVeigh was denoted as culprit number one.
“They sent out McVeigh, one more perfect human zombie in as a seemingly assembly line of them, to do their bidding,” says Jacobson. “…who know how many would die in the next ‘terrorist attack’? (p. 257)
Such “ploys” were used in the September 11, 2001 attack on the Twin Towers, says Jacobson, and Cooper made it plain in a June 28, 2001 broadcast of his The Hour of the Times. He ridiculed the CNN broadcast and story of finding culprit Osama bin Laden in his hideout.
“The fact was, Cooper told the audience, no one in the U.S intelligence services was really looking for Osama bin Laden,” says Jacobson. “They knew where he was. They had since the beginning of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Bin Laden, along with his entire family, was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Central Intelligence Agency.”
‘“Something terrible is going to happen in this country,”’ Jacobson quotes Cooper, ‘“And whatever is going to happen__they’re going to blame on Osama bin Laden. Don’t you even believe it.”’
That “something” happened two and half months later on September 11, 2001 when two commercial airline flew into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center killing 2,996 people, including 343 New York City Fire Department personnel.
Cooper’s writing and broadcasting career was pretty well personified as Para-politics where Cooper saw evil monsters, says Jacobson, where the land of the Free and the Home of the Brave was under assault. Cooper spent his whole life fighting the enemies of freedom, he fought those in Vietnam, and he fought those as evil plutocrats in secret religions gong back of the beginning of history.
In his circle of friends and broadcast listeners there existed a segment of separatist militias and income tax “evaders,” in which Cooper officially joined the ranks of “tax protesters’ announced in a HOTT broadcast #28 on February 28, 1993.
Jacobson summarizes: “No, Cooper said, paying income tax was voluntary because the law said so. It was as simple as that…the phases ‘voluntary’ and ‘may enter’ carried the legal significance.”
“Cooper Hill” became a heavily-guarded fortress of sorts and Cooper would regularly protest any trespassers on his property. Cooper gave out a July 6, 1998 warning from his website against trespassers. On June 29, 1998, the FBI opened a file on Cooper.
Some of the so-called trespassers were the family of Dr. Scott Reynolds Hamblin, who visited “the Hill” (once called R.V Hill in their youth for bike driving). Hamblin also claimed to have property somewhere on the hill. Cooper saw him as an intruder and actually made threats, he also visualized himself as an official Neighborhood Watch member. The Hamblin’s, however, were no ordinary family, their ancestors had a long past history as legends to historical Mormon militias. The Hamblin’s filed a complaint to the Apache County Sheriff’s Office.
Cooper’s emotional health was far from perfect, having been diagnosed with a form of PTSD from his military service, perhaps one reason for his angry outbursts. Nine marriages later, Annie Cooper, worn thin by government warrants for Bill’s arrest, left in spring, 1999 with daughters Poo and Allyson, stranding Cooper on the hill. Even a short reunion with his daughter Jessica was suffocated when agents tried to entice her to “entrap” her father. In the end, all that Cooper had left was his adherence to his private code “not to give up.”
Jacobson quotes Cooper’s “A Public Notice” of July 6, 1998: “Therefor, a state of war exists between the citizens of the Union States and the corporate United States. We will be free under the Congressional Republican government guaranteed to us by the organic Constitution for the United States of America or we will be dead.” (p. 279)

COOPER’S LAST STAND
.
A Special Response Team planned a sabotage-style entrapment and arrest for November 5, 2001. They were to trick Cooper to come out of his home to investigate their deliberate pretext of being noisy trespassers. Decoy agents were hidden undercover in a truck; they then would come forth to arrest Cooper.
Unexpectedly, Cooper approached them in his truck instead of on foot; he shouted a warning to them:
“I’m calling the cops, I’m going to give you ten minutes to be off the property, or the cops are going to be here.”
The scene changed suddenly. Cooper attempted to drive back to his house to make the phone call as Commander Andrew Tafoya chased Cooper’s truck and the agents followed in the UC pickup. The “Tac Van” blocked Cooper’s path. Sergeant Charles Brown aimed his M4 submachine gun at Cooper’s truck. Sheriff Brian Hounshell did the same with his combat AR-15. Brown attempted to knock Cooper’s hands off the gearshift. Cooper threw Brown on his butt, but the truck went crashing into the storm-swept rocky terrain forcing Cooper to run on foot for his house. Deputies Joseph Allen Goldsmith and Robert Marinez, according to Jacobson, raced to stop Cooper who reached to his pistol and fired four defensive shots, one paralyzing Marinez. Goldsmith kept firing until Cooper fell died, exactly as he prophesied – on his doorstep (pp. 328-332).
The agents shot Cooper’s watchdog, Crusher, though the dog was securely chained to a truck.
“The most recent high-profile addition to the Cooper Canon are the posting of ‘Q Anon,’ a reputed government insider who claim to have access to classified information on the on-going attempt of the so-called Deep State to overthrow the Trump administration,” announces Jacobson. “In February, 2018, ‘Q,’ as he is known to the followers of his ‘Intel drops,” wrote of his deep admiration for Cooper and his work. Sales of BEHOLD A PALE HORSE immediately spiked, landing the twenty-seven-year-old book at number 17 on the Amazon bestseller list” (p. 357).
Since Cooper’s death, says Jacobson, Mystery Babylon was still determined to undermine the United States while bolstering the New World Order that was unmasked in 9/11, the Second Iraq War, the 2008 financial debacle and collapse, the “divisive elections” of Barack Obama and Donald Trump, and he political split of National powers (p. 342).
“With each tweak of the Hegelian Dialectic, the audacious dream of the American Republic,” says Jacobson, “laid out by the Founding Fathers in the Consultation, grew dimmer.”
“In spite of all the danger, in spite of all that may be, I’ll do anything for you, anything you want me to be….” In Spite Of All the Danger, the Beatles, 1958.
“People are eliminated. Honey, you don’t know how many people are just eliminated, just on the operating table alone. They just need to be disposed of. And don’t ever believe what you read in the papers. It’s all made up.” (Joe Shimon, a professional assassin and deep cover operative, speaking belatedly in life to his daughter.)
The Boxenwolf (also known as the Buxenwolf) was from Germanic lore of the Schaumberg region where a pact had been made with the Devil himself. The victim can be transmuted into a wolf with the help of a magic girdle. The girdle was said to be a device from Hell. When he takes the form of a wolf, he enjoyed persecuting people. Even though he looked like a regular wolf, he is still able to think like a human but gained “wolf powers” as well. His senses were magnified, such as smell, sight, and he was able to run incredibly fast.
Stories and legends continued as old and resilient as evil and the questioning of Power itself.
The Nazi Reich of the mid-century was an assimilation of Black Magic and these occult beliefs.
In 1923, a man known as Fritz Kappe created a terrorist group called Organization Werewolf. Their official banner looked a lot like a pirates’ old Jolly Roger – a black flag with white skull and crossbones (not to mention the semblance to Yale University’s Skull and Bones). At first, the group’s movement spread very quickly throughout Germany. Due to arrests by the Weimar government, the Werewolves never grew into an agency that caused any real threat: or so the popular conception went.
It is likely that Organization Werewolf was created in response to Adolf Hitler’s desire for Germany’s youth to be like werewolves – cruel and harsh, people that wanted to destroy humankind (history books say that Hitler was obsessed with wolves and werewolves and wanted his men to be more like them).
The name was chosen after the title of Hermann Löns’ novel, Der Wehrwolf (1910). Set in the Celle region, Lower Saxony, during the Thirty Years’ War (1618–48), the novel concerned a peasant, Harm Wulf, who, after his family is killed by marauding soldiers, organised his neighbors into a militia who hunted the soldiers mercilessly and executed any they captured, referring to themselves as Wehrwölfe. While not himself a Nazi (he died in 1914) Löns’ work was also popular with the German far right, and the Nazis reveled his work.
Werner Naumann, Goebbels’s top aide at the end of the war, sent out a noteworthy message by teletype to the Nazi Party’s regional propaganda offices in early April 1945. It called on the residual propagandists throughout Germany to devote their full efforts to building an underground resistance movement that would make Allied occupation insufferably costly. The Allies were in fact worried about the possibility of the Werewolf movement, but in the end, Germans were more than ready to have the war over and not much came of this final effort. Later, many historians came to believe that the German-American Bund supposedly went out of existence and that there really were no cogent groups such as Odessa after the war. There was mention of U-boats U-530 and U-977 and the 54 German U-boats that “disappeared” in a connection with a mythical Neuschwabenland. These tales were regulated to rumor and history’s junk pile. We are told that tales about the Nazi “time machine” technology – The Bell – wunderwaffe – was only a flagrant science-fiction-story.
Ironically, despite the myth’s historical actuality, mainline historians agreed to dismiss the legend and continue the disbelief down through the ages.
March 21, the celebration of the goddess Ostara, the evening of the kill shot.
The thud of a closed side entrance way to the Boxenwolf mansion denotes the young heiress’ exit. As she makes her way into the accompanying landscape of the property, a sudden hush comes over the territory, all wildlife becomes still and the wind stops as if upon command. Window light from the enormous manse intrudes upon the night while sharing the jet black darkness of many darkened rooms. The golden sheen of her long hair punctuates her passage towards the gradually rising mound several thousand feet into the property. Her swagger causes the strands to bounce sensuously from one side of her neck to the other. The nineteen-year-old’s erotic and unctuous rhythmic unveiling of her calf and leg through the slit of her gown is constant, disturbed every few seconds by her dodge over a hidden intruder-detection device. Her image recedes. As she gets closer to the mound, the sounds of night-time wildlife revive and quickly rise into a crescendo of sound. She opens a door at her destination that briefly reveals a yellow interior.
Suddenly, several feet away, a rectangular hangar door begins to slide upward. Just beyond it, posed bravely and daringly in the soft yellow-white light of the immense hangar, is a shining and suave Mercedes-Benz black limousine. It looks stark in the hygienically immaculate expanse of multiple pneumatic-operated floor platform/elevators. Their only accompaniment is the laboratory bays running around the inside periphery of the armory. The critters of the forest now sing in full force. For a brief moment, the girl stands in the breeze that is rippling her gown, exposing her youthful flesh and the sensuous curve of a pink calf of one leg. The unnaturally warm night air holds the unusual smell of mulch covering the budding flora growing beneath the earth that even these unseasonable events are also responding to her supernatural presence. Her sparkling blue eyes stare into and challenge the night. Gripped in her right hand is a mass of metal and wood. She swings the driver side door open, thrusts a rifle across the seat, and follows into the sleek interior..
“What music would fit the occasion, my beauty?” she asks the automobile. She says nothing for a minute as she starts the atomic miracle built into the interior of the black beast. “Ah yes, how about my favorite, good ole’ Ronnie Milsap, so appropriate.” She swings her hand over her head and the melody begins. The glowing dials and lights of the control panel accentuate her picturesque posture, pug nose, slanted eyebrows, small ears, and a small square chin. There is a stranger in my house; Ronnie Milsap (who is blind) is ironically singing that there is somebody here that he could not see! The automobile’s power source, a blend of Bugatti and graviton-quantum physics begins a graduated whine. Quickly, the structure of the vehicle commences evaporating into invisibility. A shimmering transformation moves along the automobile from rear to front, and in something akin to a large ‘pop’ the limousine vaporizes into the night, leaving only a few moments of the melody in the air…the singer can’t seem to find love in her ‘eyes’ anymore…the hangar door to the auxiliary research facility gradually slides shut..
They Brought Forth the Heiress’s “Armored, Technologically Seasoned Vehicle, Saturated with Sophisticated, Superior Weaponry…”
Her omniscience having performed expertly, the teenager is soon perched high above St. Louis in a selected sniper’s nest. No Rules of Engagement for her: she ‘is’ the Judge Advocate General (she must control herself from going out on these vicious safaris). What a combination, she thinks to herself, a specially designed sniper scope and her marvelous brain to dial-up the shooter solution. The target had left his office and is making his way south on Broadway Boulevard. The target stops to swiftly dispose of a paper bag containing the pulverized remains of a stealth “transient material” spy device into a curb-sewer as trash. The shooter assembles the barrel suppressor and braces her weapon with the help of an armature. Both eyes open on the scope in a mystical deer’s gaze. The jeweled and sparkling city about and below her seems to freeze in a mosaic of multi-colored design and scintillation. She zeroes in on the target’s center of mass and then adjusts the dial for the head. As she settles into her final Engagement Position, the girl begins to hum more of the Milsap tune, but this time in German: There are suspicions that lead to questions, then alibis, and then to lies. Her silky hair slides along her cheek enmeshing with the tantalizing smell, not only of the wolf pheromones of her perfumed shampoo but the unusually embedded aura of rifle lubricant and the sweet smell of her leather sniper gloves. The humming ceases. A deadly moment of dreadful silence dominates. She stops breathing for a second. She jerks the trigger to the right, adjusting for the wind, maybe even a shift in gravity.
The victim’s head becomes a gruesome mass of the bullet’s shock waves causing brain, skull bone, cerebral cortex, subcutaneous tissue, and various dermis to expand forward and upward in a red-white halo amid streamers in a mangled mess of hurt. The body lurches inches upward and forward in the direction of the blast, then drops like a wet rag.
All the technical data in sniper school, about distance, moving targets, running targets, she says to herself, becomes embedded, not just in your brain, but also in one’s arms, hands, and fingers.
However, it is nothing like the dexterity of the Magic she is about to do now in hiding her tracks; life can be stranger than old wives’ folklore tales.
Somebody here, says Milsap, which we cannot see.

Axtilgeenix: An ancient Gitxsan name meaning “he who walks leaving no tracks.”
Detective Lieutenant Wayne Harrington is afraid to answer the phone, even though he is a brave soldier of the Special Operations Unit. Every time it rings, it brings more dead-end information about a murder case in mid-St. Louis one year ago to-date. It had been hundreds of interviews, and multiple tests that had caused the case to languish in a pile of police paperwork that now confronted the detective. He is once again to review the facts and updates. Updates? The term Cold Case File didn’t do this case justice. He thought of another expression: Dead End Waste Land.
Such exasperation is not unlike the inhospitably callous city of St. Louis: To the north and east of the metropolis are the beige and chalk-white spires that race to the heavens on steel and concrete diagrid-skeletons and escalating terraces filled with heartless, arrogant, and cowering souls. The streets appear to be bare and unfriendly. Tiny black UAV micro-spy drones circle indomitably, gnat-like to and from the launch pad atop the nearby Police Department headquarters.
An expanded sky-walk from police headquarters, over Spruce Avenue to the Robert A. Young Federal Building, allows transport of homicide case files, easily moved to the recently purchased property by the Police Department: a heavily guarded conference room called the War Room. Special FBI Agent Jerold Schultz stands frozen aside the scenery, an office equipped with two desktop and several laptop computers, several telephones, a large meeting table in the center and one huge picture window from which the railroad yard below and the building line to the south could be readily viewed. Around the perimeter of the room, and on the table, are file boxes. Some of the manila folder contents are stacked haphazardly and spread across the table and several adjoining desks. The black silk suit and tie attiring the FBI detective appear to come alive when he suddenly breaks his stare to the rail-yard below.
“Okay Wayne, let’s see if I can put this all in perspective before I sign off on this review.” His silver-blonde hair and a silver-lined mustache denote his age, now a 20-year-veteran of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He speaks with authority as a Chief Agent of the Critical Incident Response Tactical-Ops Investigator Specialist Group. He turns to look out the window again. He jiggles the coins in his front pocket. His fingers nervously tap the leather of his gun holster hidden on his belt. He abruptly slaps his gun and holster and gets back to the dreary business at hand in a final recitation of the chain of events.
“Our victim was shot on the evening of March 21 a year ago by a high-velocity-what-appeared-to-be ‘smart frangible projectile’ – possibly a hand-made bullet – that left absolutely no trace residue or hybrid materials – nothing – by a sniper several blocks away from an upper-level office in the 593-foot Metropolitan Square building, of that we are absolutely sure?”
Detective Herrington quietly flips another manila folder onto a stack on the table. He sits in a chair towards the end. He has dressed casually: no tie, dress slacks, but an extra-large plaid shirt that barely covers his stomach. Bags under his eyes denote lack of sleep and a possible kidney problem. His round and pudgy face, as his co-workers conjectured, seem to portray his kindness and his integrity..
“That’s correct: no copper, no zinc, no nickel, aluminum, antimony, no Teflon…you name it. We cooperated with several laboratories, not just the Medical Examiner’s Office here. Legal medical investigation of all tissue, blood and blood splatter, at Quantico, other laboratories for backup. Neutron-activation analysis, energy-dispersive x-ray spectrometer….it’s all there…” Herrington waves his palm over the table.
The FBI agent continues, “And we know the shot came from a certain office in the Metro Square building because of the algorithm Quantico used on the beveling and tissue dispersal direction – not to mention what was caught on neighboring security cameras?”
“Plus acoustic evidence – Boomerang equipment and hidden street-audio-recordings – blood splatter analysis – the angle of impact – all seemed to pinpoint the Metro Square building in a cone of trajectory.” (A high-end computer-aided design and model that was established.) Herrington continues, “But there was no direct evidence that anyone was in the office at the time: no pertinent fingerprints, no aerosol evidence, the forensic crews went over that office with a fine microscopic-comb. No gunfire traces, no witnesses, no security violations…we hit hard on that.” Herrington hands a manila envelope to the FBI agent. He sits again. “My back is killing me,” the detective says in a grimace of pain.
Agent Schultz turns back to face Herrington, casually reading the contents: “A clear violation of Locard’s rule: ‘Any action of an individual, and obviously the violent action constituting a crime, cannot occur without leaving a trace’.” He stares blankly at Herrington for a good minute: “But also the laws of physics.”

Special FBI Agent Jerold Schultz Analyzes the Crime Situation
He is correct, Herrington muses to himself; a killer always takes something away from a crime scene and always adds something to it, but here the use of the word ‘always’ seemed incongruous. Oh yes, we live in an increasingly new, modern, technological age, he ponders to himself.
“Yeah, we brought in sophisticated, mobile equipment, mass spectral odor analysis, gas chromatograph-mass spectrometers, and so forth,” as part of the latest police equipment used on site. “We checked not just the one office, but all the adjoining offices, the outside ledges, and the window panes; we were practically camped out there for a week,” Herrington stands and arches his back and stretches. “We logged and interrogated every sentient being. Nothing on cameras…” Herrington stops and gives the FBI man a serious stare, as if he had just stepped out in front of a moving vehicle, his eyebrows rose for emphasis, “And how do you fire a rifle from within a closed office without damaging the window glass?”
“The shooter obviously owned the night!”
“To say the least,” Herrington agrees.
Beads of sweat creep over his forehead ridges.
Because of the increasingly bizarre nature of the crime, the Chief of the Homicide Division requested and received special funds. A massive dragnet and manhunt were instituted that very week and the downtown area was practically quarantined with a flood of special officers formed into a Task Force. Other agencies assisted on an emergency basis: The Bureau of Justice Assistance, The National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime, and other alphabet insignia. All persons with special rifle skills were located and questioned. It was continuous. A massive job that entailed multiple grids, ground, and dog-sniffing searches, along with countless interrogations. Because Metro Square is home to many attorney suites (commonly referred to as the Lawyer Building; St. Louis had a ratio of five lawyers per 1000 citizens), the Police Department consistently received threats by attorneys for harassment and invasion of privacy. The sniper couldn’t have picked a better spot for gumming the wheels of justice..
They utilized several criminal databases: The Criminal Justice Commission Statistical Analysis Center, the United Nations on Drugs and Crime Statistics, and others. None of the data had a direct solution to the crime; only vague suggestibility. After a briefing by the Task Force, The National Security Agency reported that surveillance satellites would not add to a solution. Spy satellites were called into use. Carnivore, Echelon, Prism, and Mainway satellites detected nothing useful. The NROL-75 spy satellite was in use over St. Louis that day: it recorded not a soul or machine that would give them a clue. The Police Department utilized micro aerial drones in St. Louis and surrounding areas, but no pertinent information as to mystery vehicles or persons. The paper bag that the security videos recorded the victim throwing into the sewer: its contents were located, at least, nothing in the Periodic Table of elements that would lead back to him – its self-destruction denoted a high level of technology.
As far as the victim’s background, police had nothing the Task Force could hang their hat on. A young, career-climbing attorney, he had made a prior arrangement to meet his girlfriend farther south of Broadway Avenue at a local grill and pub several blocks away. He was in good health. He left the office early in the evening. The Task Force traced all of his telephone and cell phone calls. All apparently were legitimate. Did he have any enemies? Well, you know, he ‘was’ a ‘lawyer.’
“We looked into his history. He was a Military Policeman in Afghanistan. It gets a little fuzzy at that point. Upon coming out of the Marines, he quickly went about supporting his career as an attorney. There was no response from the CIA as far as any intelligence connections. I’ll work on that,” says Schultz. The agent went back to observing the inbound and outbound railroad below. Shultz is shifting his glances from the outside scenery to his partner now and then, but his features in no way betray his successfully hidden, evil thoughts. Occasionally, there is the shrill frequency zing of a passing high-speed train. Mild snowflakes begin to intermingle with the smoke coming from railroad engines.
Herrington lumbers erect, arches his back and tightens his lips, “I tell ya, a few more cases like this one and I ‘will’ retire.” He runs his hand through his thinning hair, scratching his scalp for relief.
“Haven’t been well?” queries Schultz, glancing over to the detective. Beneath the silk of Schultz’s clothing are the hard, muscular swirls of a Spartan and athletic body. Herrington’s switching of his head side to side was his only reply. “Well, get me that summary – we’ll sign off on it – move the files back into storage for now, and let some other policemen use this office. Have the files shipped to my storage area in Virginia. We’ll keep an eye on it down at Quantico.” Schultz eyes the detective wryly. “You said there were some scratches on the victim’s back or some injury. Do you have the autopsy photos handy?”
“Sure, nothing’s changed on that; it was no injury, except one the victim’s nervous system created. The coroner and the examiners said it was a psychosomatic reaction…” Harrington locates and hands the folder containing the photos to the FBI man. “There it is, ‘psycho-physiological-mind-body-somatic reaction…’ caused at the time and from the trauma of the rifle shot, eh, like a pronounced rash or blushing…hydro-static shock….” (Herrington is having difficulty describing psychosomatic medicine.)
“No animal attributions? Someone says….”
“Nah, we had an expert in here looking at the photos. The marks only lasted a few hours and then went away. The expert was a carnivore biologist and behavioral ecologist, a forensic anthropologist,” Herrington tries to create a smile as his lips were contorted by his back pain, “someone joked about a wolf’s bite-marks. A joke? Someone had misspoken. It was nothing.”
The FBI man was acquainted with the photographic evidence from his previous visits, but he couldn’t resist looking at them one more time. Schultz’s gaze at the photos grew into a barely subdued look of astonishment. He recognized the vague outlines of an emblem he knew all too well. He tried not to allow his look of incredulity to betray his feelings to the other police officer. He recognized what he was looking at because he had such an emblem tattooed on his ankle in his youth. Because of his tender age at the time, all that remained was a rough vaccination-like circle from surgery that was barely visible. This evidence, however, was all too clear to Schultz, if only to him alone: it was the parallel strikes of the double sig rune – the SS bolts – the runic insignia of the schutzstaffel!
Later, Herrington braces himself inside his trench over-coat as he leaves the building and heads into the increasing snowflakes and wind that lash against the downturned brim of his fedora hat. He rehearses a mental mantra to himself: “I only have a few more years to my retirement.” He sees how the unkind and inclement weather ensconces itself as compared to this time last year. He recalls that last March was rather warm and ‘quiet’- the ‘quiet before the storm.’ He reflectively muses how a battle is taking place, not just of technology, but also, of the supremacy of power itself. The rules of the ‘game’ are increasingly complex and byzantine. Herrington is thinking of scientist David Bohm’s comments in a book he is reading about the “widespread feeling of helplessness and despair.”
How sad and prophetic.

In the following weeks, almost spasmodically, investigators of various types and ranks in the case – die. Lieutenant Wayne Herrington dies in his bed from a heart attack. The Chief of Police is killed in a car crash. The Missouri Attorney General dies in an airline crash. Myriad technicians and news reporters alike also demise. An electrical fire destroys Schultz’s files on this case along with killing two visiting detectives; other unbeknownst but related deaths dance with questions of synchronicity, obscurity, and fate. Schultz, however, seems imperious to misfortune. Individually, each death had a certain amount of rectitude that leaves the deceased with a mindset of normality, but, like a slithering blood slick that trails all the way down to Quantico, the macabre body count is disconcerting but always becomes somehow unquestioned.

March 21, the morning of the ‘kill shot.’
Amidst the forlorn late morning fog in the cold March climate in the hills and ravines of Saint Albans, jutted on cliffs of the Missouri River, behind the mangled branches of towering oak, maple and the suffocating bulks of uncultivated evergreen trees, stands a 40-million-dollar-plus 20-room-mansion. The structure lies one mile from a massive estate-gate laced with the latest reconnaissance and voice recognition technology. The 15-acre estate is shorn of the springtime horticulture that long-ago laced and decorated the citadel. The domain smothers beneath woodlands hiding the cruel, Gothic face that was once a healthy and happy Manor. The House of Boxenwolf rejected the name of Watson in the 70s and took on the coat of arms and family crest of Boxenwolf on the same property. The Boxenwolf emblem hangs menacingly above the substantial 3-inch thick mahogany front door with its stiles and panels bulleted by a 19th-century snarling wolf-head door knocker.

Along the forest tree line, the shining eyes of wolves glimmer from lowered heads in fear and unwitting respect for the proprietors. Despite its horrid surroundings, the true value of the property is hidden beneath an unfathomable mountain of scientific and technical espionage labyrinths concealed beyond door chimes that herald Lao Arnaud’s The Buglers’ Dream.

Many are shrouded with thousands of spy, DNA Reconnoiter, Black Hat and Black Ops devices typical of the Boxenwolf Empire. The regime often chooses special names, titles, and codes of hidden mystical significance.)
The dim, barely audible voice of the late horror-actor Boris Karloff is but a creeping whisper floating in the lonesome corridors, hidden somewhere within and emitted from a classic B-movie-murder-film playing on a television in the bowels of its inner sanctum. The building’s innards are bathed in the aroma of cigar smoke from many tycoon meetings and overlaid throughout with the scent of basil and underpinnings of cannabis, myrrh and frankincense transfused all over the stony citadel. The movie is interrupted for a commercial break on drastically reduced automobile sale prices. The ad is themed by the barely-heard distant sounds coming from a boy’s television of a classic Beatles song of 1958, In Spite of All the Danger……“In spite of all that may be, I’ll do anything for you, anything you want me to be…..”
A telephone is ringing. A very elderly women trudges towards the incessant sound, one foot sliding ahead of the other in effortful, somewhat painful, movements encrypted with many years of haunted memento. Her haggard features portray profound life-worn expressions of fatigue, fear, dignity, regret, concupiscence, and, yes, horror and revenge that drips from grayed wrinkled flesh. In the shadowy and ghoulishly lit house, she somehow reaches the phone. As a Great Dame, she surrounds her world with rare and extravagantly exotic archetype materials as signs of her immense and boundless authority. Her left hand, almost transparent with age, grips the pure diamond and gold wolf-head knob of an exquisite hand carved stiletto-cane resembling flowing wolf fur. With each step, the staff clangs and echoes as it hits the marble floor. Slowly picking up the receiver in quivering hands, she raises it to her aged ear. A very trembling, low, but audible, juddering woman’s voice speaks into the jeweled, computerized antique-celebrity-decorator phone that is totally secured and completely severed of contact with any normal landline system:
“Yes?’ She speaks sternly with as much authority as she can muster.
The caller resides in an attorney’s office in downtown St. Louis, one of the larger buildings occupied by so many attorneys it has become known as “The Lawyer’s Building,” a citadel of power. A strong, rather youthful, and confident male voice responds:
“I’ve just spent 15 minutes dickering with your security receptionist! Hello? Is Justus Watson there?”
The old woman is momentarily stunned by the scolding; it is apparent the conversation had gotten off on the wrong foot and that this rapscallion thinks he has somehow connived his way [rather, was knowingly permitted] through her security apparatus. The centenarian slowly glances back to her servant partially hidden in the darkness of the hallway. The servant nods his head as his statuesque features rise and lowers in acknowledgment.
“No. No, he is not,” she lies. Do you mean ‘Boxenwolf’? Who is this? How did you get this number?”
“It’s Bob Felding; I’m an attorney in the Office of the Chief Actuary Staff at the Social Security Administration,” he lies. “An application has been passed down to me for more intimate handling. It was only a cursory examination at the Inspector General’s Office. Ah, it seems…..Justus filled out a form improperly, we just wanted to get with him and help him correct a few things.” (Bob Felding looks astute with professionally trimmed blonde hair, wearing a classic fit pinpoint dress shirt with black oxford shoes. Bob Felding also works on occasion as a CIA Block and Chain Cutout. His Intelligence privileges allow him to use disposable and destructible special CIA voice-to-skull transmitting equipment.)
“He’s not here now; is there something I can help you with? He’s my grandson.” The word ‘grandson’ is pronounced in aristocratic slowness.
“Oh, well, he’s not supposed to write any extra comments on the form; he’s written some messages at the top…”
“Oh, oh, well, what was that?”
“He must have misunderstood some of the questions….”
“Yes?”
“Well, he seemed confused, I guess he got off track, he wrote, among other things, that he was born on 21st of July…”
“Well?” interrupts the Baroness, her cheeks sinking inward as blood flowed away from her face in the rise of anger beginning to rise and ripple through her body. She begins to fidget, crossing her arm over her breasts and tucking her hand beneath the drooping fat of her bent arm. She frequently glances over the shoulder to see if her servant would soon be in pursuit to her side. Nevertheless, she really did not need information as to why this call existed. She twirls her lavishly jeweled ring around her thin finger. She can hear Felding’s breath signaling his exasperation.
There is an interruption and a long pause along with an elderly cough for courage. She recollects the past, where in happier times, she would have spanked Justus’s mischievous butt. Now, she knows Justus was not being particularly malicious in this matter. Her brother, Ignacious Boxenwolf, is somehow aware of this special clandestine governmental project. The Boxenwolf Intelligence corps knows the telephone call was coming well before it arrived. There was, in fact, no application sent to this man. She will play along with this suspicious person. It is not the first time ‘spies’ have hounded her. She will throw him a curve, and give her staff time to investigate…this so-called ‘stranger’ in her house.
“Oh? Really? I….I….I…don’t recall this at all. You know, you know, I don’t believe he did!”
“No, no. We get misapplications all the time. However, everything seems to be wrong here…we couldn’t find a thing, a thing at all, in our databases. It was like he didn’t exist.” (Felding releases a small giggle.)
Scuffling her feet awkwardly to show a stance of indignation and to muster a sense of protest, she grips the ivory-diamond phone, all color escaped from her hand under the pressure of her grip. Maybe she can throw the attorney off track.
“No. No. I hope not….I don’t think so….I know my grandson….there’s no indication that he contacted you… know all his friends…..”
“Ma’ am, he ‘is’ an applicant…”
She is jabbing the phone closer to her ear in anger, causing the earlobes to redden.
“I don’t think so, sir! I tell you! He’s been living here for years….don’t you think his grandmother would know?”
“Well, yeah, I would think so…” The great scarcity in official records of any mention of the Boxenwolf family had previously crossed Felding’s mind, but he had no way to know that its universal eradication was due to hyperactive technology and memory dissolution. This matter will be forever seen by everyone as only a preliminary investigation. The complete history was not even revealed to him. Felding is relentless, however, as he fiddles with the settings on his hyper-technical detection device: an outgrowth of global science and DARPA experimentation.
“When would this ‘be’? How could this ‘happen’?” Her feet move back and forth in nervous little movements, barely staying in her loose but expensive slippers.
“It happens all the time.”
“In other families, maybe, sir, but I tell you, you have no applicants from our family!”
Felding continues weak, exasperated laughs. “Mistakes happen to all of us, everyone, lady; you, me, every single, breathing person!”
She gasps in shock at Felding’s brash attitude. “Are you crazy? Maybe you, young man, but I’ve handled major matters in dire situations for all my life…..this has nothing to do with us, and that is that!”
(Life’s magic had often come in evil ways. For Lauren Watson – soon to be Boxenwolf – evil came as she had stood in the 1970 soil of Kenya, Africa. A youthful statue of picturesque female beauty, anchored in the best aristocratic heritage and education, muscularly sensuous with rose-ivory cheeks, exquisite ruby lips filled from healthy blood within. Her demanding blue eyes portrayed her majesty in her female safari skirt, hunting vest, tag boots and slouch hat that covered locks of brilliantly golden hair. Feet planted firmly and boldly braced for her shot, the 8 x 57 MM Mauser raised delicately, scope cradling her eye; she aimed steely at the swirling, lashing bushes. The native boy had come charging to her side, yelling frantically and pointing his finger in fear at the burly, bouncing mass of fur that became known as a shape-shifting monster of the Steytlerville region. It suddenly lurched from the thicket; “Wesens! Wesens! Bawokozi! Save us!” Without flinching, undistracted, undeterred she squeezed the trigger and a powerful, explosive crack riveted the air…the epitome of good warring against evil was suddenly lodged at the end of a rifle barrel.)
Felding pauses. He suddenly finds himself confused and at a loss for words. “I am afraid you misunderstand me, I am speaking about ‘human’ beings, lady.”
“And what do you think ‘I’ am; a courtesan from Mars? You, young people, are going to hell in a handbasket, you think we all are part of your den of iniquity, calling here, looking for your kind, thinking no one can unravel your mischief…”
Felding leans back in his adjustable leather seat, trying to regain some casual composure.
“He sent us an application, I didn’t ask him to.”
She realizes some technological expertise had to be obtained to call in on such a hidden telephone line; an impossibility. However, Felding connotes much more to her. She knows the type: four to six years of law school and practice gives them the illusion that they deserved salaries greater than the President of the United States. They even feel they outdistance the subterfuge displayed in the Dirty Tricks Division of the Central Intelligence Agency. The legal industry is rife with them. As they speak—unfortunately for Felding—the Boxenwolf security apparatus is functioning expertly: something that even the machinery of the U.S. Special Activities Division Directorate of Science and Technology could not compare with.
“Do you know what you are doing, young man? Do you know with whom you are dealing?”
“Ma’am, I’ve dealt with all kinds of people in my profession. I’ve been a Chief Audit Executive in Senior Management of the Internal Revenue Service. I’ve had FPTE, IE, ETS, CAS work under me. I’ve organized and trained thousands in the IRS Large Business and International Division…..”
“Nonsense…!” There is again an interruption to her scolding.
“…..we’ve audited a 22,000 square metric factory in Saudi Arabia, and I am presently joining the Affordable Care Act – the Audit Team on the National Health Care…..,” lying, he continues to probe; hoping little bits of information would come out revealing the true nature of the person he is dealing with.
The old woman’s face deflates into an ashen disgust. She knows the conversation has to take a different direction.
“Shut up, you pimple! You ant! We ‘own’ you…” Her voice holds a special quiver on the word ‘own.’
“I am highly educated, lady. I am no dummy. I’ve graduated from Yale and Harvard….” Felding has deliberately left behind all semblances to professional politeness and truth as part of his disguise.
A carnivorous smile comes upon her face. “You don’t ‘understand,’ you impudent guttersnipe! We ‘own’ Yale; we ‘own’ all of them, all of them! I’ve been educated beneath countless tenured professors in our secret bases around the world. Are you a Sharpshooter? I am! I’ve traveled in time and trained in the traditions of snipers: Simo Hayha, Lieutenant Lyudmila Pavlyuchenko,” and the list of historically renowned snipers and sharpshooters begins to unravel at length, and in rapid fashion, “And I’ve personally trained with U.S. Marine sniper Carlos Hathcock on the M25 White Feather. I am more than an Ojibwa Warrior, trained by many governments. We destroy ‘governments!”
Felding continues to gourd the old lady, despite the fantastic comments he was hearing; it was all vital information. “…not ‘the’ government, not ‘this’ government (caustic chuckle.)…it has too much ‘power.’” He continues assuasive chuckles; maybe, Felding says to himself, he could flush the story out of this old hag.
“Power?” Her voice races to a sudden peak of irresolute anger; she pauses only briefly to muster a little strength and determination in her voice. “I’ll tell you about ‘power’! (Her voice strings out the sound of that last word slowly as if punctuating it. She takes a deep breath and her causerie continues amidst a newfound strength and energy.) I have stood on many a catwalk looking down into the golden glare and searing heat of pristine melted gold poured from ladles in thousands of our gold foundries around the world. We have hundreds of Lutetium, Rhodium, and rare earth factories thousands of feet below the earth. I have sat before the scintillating canopy of hundreds of video screens in one of our Cyber Centers; tabulated visuals portraying the millions of RFID and bioresorbable spy-implant chips in our universal enterprise: charting the lives of billions of public human lives. Power? (Her face is rubescent with anger) I do not believe I ‘can’ die, but if that fate surrounds me, I have the best cryogenic laboratory and scientists standing ready to resurrect me. That’s ‘power’! I have talked with CEO’s and CFO’s in over thousands of companies and Presidents of countries. Unbeknownst to them, we own Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat Energy Development, L.G. Group, Barrack Gold, Bankers Petroleum, Halliburton, SPDR Gold, Teva Pharmaceutical…,” her anger is punctuated from small blood trails as she scratches the ridges of her staff. She names companies ranging from Saudi Aramco to the Rand Corporation…
“You’re joking?” Beads of sweat are forming on Felding’s face. Seldom had he had to back down as an attorney in the courtroom, but he knows he is up against much more now than a courtroom-witness.
“I thought you were an ‘expert’ at the Internal Revenue Service? Why don’t you know?” The old woman takes advantage of a silent moment.
“There is a lotyou don’t ‘know’!” (She pauses to regain her breath as a token of control.) “Justus is just not in your league, he is working to be a member of a society that you couldn’t even comprehend, and you….you….you….hiding under the disguise of ‘social security’ – there will be nothing ‘secure’ about you, sir…..”
The heiress’ attention moves to the pulsating and flashing rainbow of lights on the security alert panel above the telephone podium; each color denoting a stage of security endangerment. To the far left, a button is a steady red: a denotation that a security matter must be attended to privately and personally. She has been waiting for the signal.
“Well, can you have him call me…?” Felding’s face has become a lineless mask of astonishment; a creeping assessment of the situation as critical: perhaps he did and perhaps he didn’t get the information he wanted, but he will make a safe exit now.
“He won’t be calling you, sir. The secret will be kept!Coute Que Coute!”
Lauren Boxenwolf instinctively knows that this meandering chitchat has to be ended. Once again, the Power that stalks those who challenge and threaten ‘Its’ divulgence will protect its history. She ‘could’ completely disintegrate and wipe out his identity and history with a flick of the finger. This problem, however, will be a personal ‘visit,’ and for pure sensual pleasure, a direct hunt.
She presses a buzzer in the mega-gigabyte-memory telephone console-pad. It summons her security concierge, the Boxenwolf Enterprise Guard, and Maintenance Cadre. They will bring forth from the subterranean conclave an armored, technologically seasoned vehicle, saturated with sophisticated superior weaponry, her current-model-Mercedes-Benz-Classic-Black-Bison limousine.
“I’ve always felt there was something fishy about our misappropriations for the ‘social security’… (She deliberately emphasizes the pronunciation of the words.)…So many so-called powerful organizations think they are solely in control, I’ve been watching, trulywatching...and now you have come to break my boredom, to milk my revenge…”
Her blood pressure rapidly rises–her brain is firing millions of synapse connections in passion. Visions of her past memories cascade into her mind, flooding her body with a sense of overwhelming revulsion. Throwing the wolf-head staff aside into the air, she drops the expensive silk robe off her body. Standing naked, she reaches for a young women’s elaborate and expensive slit-gown draped over the corner of her costly leather Arm Chair.
“I’m going to hang up now.” The muscles in Felding’s stomach begin twisting and hardening.
“I know all about you! I have your number: you are ‘mine!’ Do not try to come here. I’m over 120-years-old; doesn’t mean I cannot defend myself. I have a long-range, multi-shot, sniper weapon with specially equipped Crisp, Creep-free Trigger Pull …”
A sovereign voice, some ghost off to the side and upward, is whispering. Her eyes jolt into a haunted gaze. Stunned, she slowly arches her head to look up to the invisible phantom speaking to her. Lips quivering, she moans to herself; her body beginning to shiver in an unexpected passion. She unexpectedly releases a small yellow rivulet of urine that runs down her leg; it laces onto her emerald, ruby, and diamond Javier Barrera slippers. It pools on the floor. Dazed, she looks at a rifle silhouetted from the hearth flames; it hangs with an armada of other expensive weapons near the cavernous fireplace mantle–—the phone, slightly away from her mouth—–she begins to barely whisper to herself in lustful sensuous tones of sexual arousal. Erotic muscles tighten and twinge as little known sexual zones release into an orgasm that suddenly racks her body…
Now dispossessed from her unseen lover, her attention is reclaimed fully to an evil task…
“…and I ‘know’ how to use it, yes, yes I do…” She has somehow glided into the dress and tightened the belt.
“Bye now. Bye…” Felding’s voice, laced with signs of fright and apprehension, becomes somewhat weak and trailing.

As if a wisp of smoke creeping unpredictably through the palace, the muffled, distressing monotone of an announcer to a slash-horror movie trailer can almost be heard from the distant television program in one of the far dens: “Run, if you must. Hide, if you are able. Scream, if you can….but whatever you do, don’t answer the phone.”

Michael Barry Reid (born May 24, 1947[1]) is an American country music artist, composer, and former American football player, born and raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Reid attended college at and graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, where he played defensive lineman the Penn State Nittany Lions football team. He then spent five seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals in the National Football League, earning trips to the Pro Bowl after the 1972 and 1973 seasons, before retiring after the 1974 season. He subsequently focused on his musical career, co-writing several hit singles for country music artists, including Ronnie Milsap‘s “Stranger in My House“, which won a Grammy Award for Best Country Song in 1984. Reid later began a solo recording career, releasing two studio albums for Columbia Records. He charted seven singles on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) chart as a singer, including the Number One hit “Walk on Faith“.
“Milsap didn’t write his own songs, but he was a master at choosing them. He said that he and a friend, iconic producer Rob Galbraith, started their own publishing company. One of their favorite writers was Mike Reid, a former professional football player who would go on to have his own successful solo career.
“I’d sit and talk with Mike,” Milsap said. “He’d ask me, what kind of song do you want? I told him, I’m out on the road and the truckers always want to know when am I going to sing something about them.
“About a year later, he came back to me with ‘Prisoner of the Highway.’ When he played me ‘Stranger in My House,’ I told him, ‘You know I’m going to record that one.’”
Joseph P. Farrell has written many books on the secrets of the Third Nazi Reich and its continuance into a worldwide cabal of a Fourth Reich hidden through the political machinations and devices of this fascist corporatism.
Farrell concentrates in this tome on how this was played out in the life of the one-time Deputy Fuhrer to Adolf Hitler, who was third in succession to become head of state and government after Hitler and Reichsmarschall Herman Goring. Much of Farrell’s book centers around Rudolf Hess’s mystery flight on May 10, 1941 to Great Britain, the questions surrounding the motives of the flight, the possibility of a doppelganger Hess, his confinement at Spandau prison, his death and possible murder, his incoherent and bizarre behavior at the Nuremberg trial, and the Nazi plans to complete a German annexation agreement on the Reich ownership of Antarctica.

WHAT DID HESS BECOME?
.
Farrell introduces the reader to what might be characterized as “Spandau Hess” with events involving his impressiveness and possible murder of either the ‘real’ Hess or a substitute doppelganger. Relying on researchers such as Peter Radfield and others, Farrell suspects many of the guards and the nurse Aballah Melaouchi, as well as the several medical orderlies that might have been involved in the possible murder. There is mention of an electrical cord and probable strangulation marks on Hess’s neck (pp. 15-32).
Hess’s son, Wolf Rudiger Hess, also questioned the discrepancies in the death of his father. British forensic pathologist and professor of forensic medicine, J.M. Cameron, was selected to perform the autopsies, and he had also found a suicide note. Wolf Hess requested his own autopsy of his father which indicated probable strangulation. Hess attempted to see his father, says Farrell, but was stymied, only being allowed to see his father through an open door and receiving peculiar and skeptical responses from his father.
“…we saw that there were unusual and possible connections between Ewen Cameron, the psychologist who would become such a central component of the postwar CIA’s MK-Ultra mind control program,” says Farrell, “and who was the very doctor brought in by Allen Dulles to examine ‘Hess’ at Nuremberg…First, and most famous example, of Mind Control on record.” (pp. 89, 92, 93, 253)
“Such behavior is characteristic of victims of mind-control experimentation and techniques,” continues Farrell, “and it is not the last time we shall encounter that subject with the Hess Mess, far as we shall eventually discover, it is a consistent and egregious feature of the affair.” (p. 47)

WHY HESS’S MAY 10, 1941 FLIGHT?
.
Wolf Hess spoke about mind-altering drugs in his father’s demise, as well as a mysterious affidavit dated February 22, 1988, telling of certain conclusions about “Western secret services.” The document told of political assassination, according to Wolf, in what Farrell captions as the “military-intelligence-national-security-complex.” (pp. 50-54)
Much of the Hess mystery began in Hess’s background. In 1919, Hess joined the Thule Society which is an anti-emetic, quasi-occult lode in Munich, Germany. The Society had its own Kampfbund army. A noted member was Dietrich Eckart who helped formulate the Nazi money-laundering, X-funds theories of “debt-free money by-passing central banks…”
Barron von Sebottendorff had studied the Giza complex and the doctrines of esoteric Islam and also beliefs of Lanz von Liebenfels and Guido von Lest. These practitioners held the Aryan Purity belief in which Aryan’s were dispersed from the North Pole. Hess is believed to have sheltered these beliefs himself in the Party, although Hess had been forbidden to speak on this doctrinal background at his Nuremberg trial.
Relying heavily on the research of Picknett, Prince and Prior’s Double Standards: TheRudolf HessCover-up and W. Hugh Thomas’s, The Murder of Rudolf Hess, and other searches such as Hess’s son Wolf Hess, Who Murdered My Father, Rudolf Hess?, Farrell examines the bizarre behavior of Hess over the span of his arrest, trial at Nuremberg, and the possible use of Mind Control and even a Hess “double.” (pp. 38-50, 113-115)
One suspicion was the May 10, 1941 flight by Hess to Great Britain was the bringing of “peace overtures” and Hess’s opposition to Operation Barbarossa, says Farrell. Another factor may have been a prophecy and preview of a German atomic bomb believed to have eventually detonated near October of 1944. Hess’s flight may have also been to “seal the deal” of peace negotiations begun in Sweden, Switzerland and Spain (John Harris, Richard Wilbourn, Rudolf Hess: A New Technical Analysis of the Hess Flight. Farrell refers to secret meetings with General Karl Haushofer and his son Albrecht which concerned a “fusion” of the United States with Great Britain.
The most startling theory concerned “a coordinated coup d’etat” which was planned to overthrow both governments, Britain and Germany. (pp. 132-146)

MULTIPLE REASONS
.
The Possible “peace faction” behind Hess was Sir Samuel Hoare, Lord Beaverbrook, British foreign intelligence MI6 Sir Stewart Menzies, groups such as the ″Bright Club,” “The Link,” and other pro-peace factions. There were topics such as a German expansion of Lebensraum or the display of the Jewish problem and a possible “Jewish homeland.”

Farrell suspects some kind of plan or ploy was instigated for a “more moderate coalition government.” (pp. 166-176.) This could have evolved into an “international bilateral coup d’etat plot” of a Hoare-Hess “defacto and dejure treason.” (p. 173)
“Hess not only was capable of being involved in such a scheme, but there may have been a quiet, concerned propaganda campaign,” says Farrell “to prepare the German people or his assumption of power with a more moderate coalition government, perhaps one, as we have seen, included Goring.” (p. 176)
Farrell explores further that Hess’s “peace plan” may have been a mechanism to also ‘warn’ the British about the on-coming ‘final solution’ of the Jews (p. 224). Farrell lists the disclosures by Max Nordau (Pre-World-War-One), Rabbi Stephen Wise (Pre-World-War- One), Ben Hecht and Robert John (Pre-Hitler) mentioning of six-million Jews or people (p. 228).
The “Jewish Question” was broached by Wolf Hess, the Program Halifax, the Zionist Movement, Lord Victor Rothschild, and the Apostles Society, in what seemed to be groundwork primarily for “the Holocaust.” There was even mention of finding land parcels to where the Jews could be safely migrated to.
All of this appears to be “debris in the junkyard of the Hess Mess” (p. 232).
Another puzzle piece appeared to be an occult book which Hess took on his flight called the Black Book of Loughcrew which told about Holy Objects and buried treasure.
Farrell further suspects Heinrich Himmler and Rudolf Hess may have actually been part of an assassination plot of Hitler. “…the sine qua non of any negotiated peace in the West was the removal of Hitler from power,” says Farrell.

MORE ON HESS AS A DOUBLE
.
Farrell explores further the possibility of a “Hess double,” as told about in W. Hugh Thomas’s book The Murder of Rudolf Hess. Indicatively, “Spandau Hess” had no war scars, and this newer Hess was a smoker.
Allen Dulles, OSS status chief in Zurich and later director of the CIA as well as the notorious member of the Kennedy assassination Warren Commission, asked MK-Ultra “mind control” expert Dr. Ewen Cameron to examine Hess. Various authors propose that Hess was a manufactured mind-controlled Manchurian candidate experiment (pp. 90-91). The alternative theory had been that someone performed as a convincing double. Surprisingly, Ewen Cameron was related to the Dr. James Malcolm Cameron who conducted the Hess autopsy.
“…Hess was eventually brought to the Tower of London under conditions of extreme secrecy, where he remained briefly, during which period he was drugged…Hess’s mental and emotional behavior appeared to deteriorate dramatically…the Hess who returned to Nuremberg in 1945 lacked the proper scaring from World War One wounds means that at some point during his stay in Britain, a double was substituted for the real Hess, who remained in their view in Scotland…any number of reasons for the creation and substitute of a double…” (pp. 194, 196).

ANTARCTICA FRONTS
.
“…There is evidence that Hess’s mission was about far more than just a plan for Britain’s consideration, one touching on all these subjects, from atomic bombs to the ‘Jewish question,’” says Farrell, “from European peace and order to Antarctica, for consideration.” (pp. 85-86)
Nazi Germany always had an inclusive interest in Antarctica ever since Hermann Goring’s may 9, 1938 expedition. Goring’s expedition was a first-step-plan to “annex” Antarctica into the Reich’s ownership, and that a post-war use was in store for the continent: Germany was “staking a claim” (p. 240). This maneuver was rejected by the Norwegian government, and this “dispute” may have come up in the “Hess Mess.” Picknett, Prince and Prior suspected that Hess’s flight also had the purpose to “conclude matters” of Antarctic ownership (pp. 250-251).
The United States was likewise mixed into the Antarctica mystery when an Operation Highjumputilized over four thousand people, an aircraft carrier, a submarine, aircraft helicopters, and special equipment to investigate the continent.
Admiral Richard Byrd was the leader of the operation and was accompanied by his son, Richard E. Byrd, Jr. Others involved in the operation were Rear Admirals Good and Cruzen, Vice Admiral Forrest Sherman, the Naval Chief of Staff Fleet Admiral Chester Nimitz, and Secretary of the Navy James V. Forrestal, who later became Secretary of Defense.
Operation High Jump had a destination of Queen Maud land/Neu-Schwabenland described as a maneuver of “an encirclement of conquest” as well as an “attack from three fronts” (pp. 241-242).
The death of Admiral Richard Byrd’s son, Byrd Jr., bizarrely happened in September 1988 (on his way to a highlighted commemorative dinner for his father), shortly after being seen in the company of an unidentified man. Byrd Jr. had accompanied his father on the 1947 expedition (pp. 247-248).
Farrell is skeptical about the growing popular theory that a Third/Fourth Nazi Reich “fortress” was established in the bowels of the Antarctica wastelands, as he says he does not feel it was mechanically possible, indicating the problems that the Americans had in Project Iceworm and Project Century in Greenland[1]. Farrell, however, says the Americans were, indeed, looking for something (p. 245).
There are some contradiction and dissent for Farrell’ skepticism, such as the Chilean Newspaper account of a UFO attack witnessed by members of Operation High Jump; also the beliefs of the late investigator Jim Marrs who so vividly wrote on Antarctica and its Nazi occupation[2]. Other researchers believed that the Nazi discovered thermal vents and other reasons to establish an Antarctica base[3]

“…the case is a wild roller coaster ride through a hall of mirrors enclosed in a fog of obfuscation of claim and counterclaim and a badly confiscated and contradictory narrative,” says Farrell, “a narrative also overlaid with wild postwar neo-Nazi assertions of Antarctica survival and UFOs and the usual academic attempts at debunking them.” (p. 5)

Farrell quotes that T. H. According to Farrell and these documents, Germany was to position itself in Europe and through various major powers, the, then, new European Union, NATO, IMF and the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), heavily implanted with sympathizers to the Nazi Reich. “…the result of the bargains and deals struck with the Fascist devil by elements of American intelligence, at the end of the Second War World—Germany surrendered, but the Nazis did not.” (p. 2)
The continued Reich was achieved through the Nazi education system, National Socialism Fascism, hidden finance and the various exploitations, says Farrell, which would establish a “Third Way,” a middle synthesis that would eventually become a global paramount power.
The Reich immediately secured pivotal elements of power, spots in the Roosevelt Administration, also of Islam and the use of Jihad, the CIA’s infiltration of General Reinhard Gehlen’s spy network, the establishment of John J. McCloy as American High Commission for Germany, as well as the American lawyer Nazi conglomerate I. G. Farben (McCloy was instrumental in the pardon of 70,000 Nazis; he also was a member of the infamous Kennedy Assassination Warren Commission)..
Carefully planned “alliances,” including France, Great Britain, the USA, and the USSR, were manipulated to allow eventual recovery in the world community using pro-German business connections (T.H. Tetens, German Plots with the Kremlin, p. 218).
“Such plans could-be traced back to the Bavarian Illuminati of Adam Weishaupt, and the Masonic guidance of the International Pan-European technocratic elite…through German elites of the Kaiserreich of 1871 to 1918 continuing through the Weimar period, the entire era of the Nazi Third Reich, to our present time. CIRCUMNAVIGATE AGREEMENTS

The Treaty of Versailles was circumvented early in the Weimar Germany through covert rearmaments using a “Rapallo Principle” or “template” and the Morgenthau Plan was scuttled and never implemented. The Bonn Federal Republic of Germany was to be used as a façade, behind which a new Nazi movement could be organized, penetrating existing political parties and the administrative machinery of the state. (T.H. Tetens, pp. 28-29; The Third Way, pp. 68-69)
Early Bilderberger[1] meetings were establishing the secret purpose as a coordinating body for the movement of Axis loot and other “X” funds laundered for use in Black Operations (p. 72). Former SS officer Carl Cerff was involved. Von Leers and other Nazis steered former Nazi colleagues in the Bonn Foreign Office.
This German oligarchy actually went back to the days of Chancellor Theobald von Bettmann-Hollweg onto the German/American postwar plan for a United Europe. Argentinian dictator Juan Peron, Dr. Konrad Adenauer, Rheinische Merkur, Christian Democrat Helmut Kohl, George Kennan, Fritz Thyssen, and other sympathizers, worked towards a Third Way-Force United Europe that Nazi oligarchs dreamt about as a post-war cartel (pp. 72-77).

The German-Nazi Force often used the utilities, manufacturers, and structures to clandestinely produce armaments and even atomic weaponry. Hitler Youth leader Baldor von Schirach, for example, used Iran to help build German armament factories and equipment. Krupp and Rheinmetall-Bosig used German-friendly Persia to produce armaments in the Town of Julich, Germany where they built they built the mobile 16.5 ‘Big Bertha’ siege guns or the 8” gun with projectiles, 7-ton shells that could reach the lower regions of outer space. (pp. 90-92)
The “Julich Project” was also connected to a nuclear research project referred to as ‘atomkraftwerk’ or the ‘atomreaktor,’ which was a fifteen-megawatt test reactor in a ‘kernforsch–ungsanlage’ (nuclear research plant), subsidized by the Bonn Ministry (BBC-Krupp) for ‘re-Entwicklung’ (Institute for Reactor Development) producing enough Plutonium to achieve critical mass in 1967, also encompassing deuterium and tritium.
Oddly, in 1952, in connection with Alfred Krupp, the U.S. High Commissioner for Germany, John J. Cloy, working also for the German I.G. Farben complex, pardoned Krupp from wartimes penalties, and had them supply the Uranium-235 to the American Atomic Energy Commission with Uranium-235 and further research in Krupp’s postwar Nuclear Projects (pp. 93-94).
Through the use of the Rapallo Treaty and Prinzip, the Federal Republic of Germany used various forms of ‘brinkmanship’ and ‘blackmail.’ Eisenhower’s Secretary of State, John Foster Dulles, aided the West Germans in joining the European Defense Community, exhibiting many German factories in the expansion of 1954 ‘extraterritorial’ nuclear programs, such as when fascist dictator Juan Peron aided scientist Ronald Richter’s ‘fusion project.’
Through the use of “proxy states,” German nuclear scientists were conducting covert nuclear programs in conjunction with the powerful chemical cartel of I.G. Farben, one of several “covert cartelism or corporations” found similarly in South Africa, France, Israel, and other countries. Patents were smuggled through Spain. South Africa acquired the technical capability to produce and test nuclear weapons.
“One is looking at the footprint of the Nazi International, both inside and outside, of Europe,” says Farrell, “…confirms to the policy begun under the Kaiser…the rise and exploitation of radical Islam against Western geopolitical and financial interests…an extra-territorial ‘sovereignty’!” (pp. 98-107)
Germany was party to the many features of 200 to 300 kiloton yield thermonuclear warheads secretly built through a Franco-Spanish-Germany consortium with the cartels or orchestrating technology transfers.
The Bank of International Settlements (BIS) typifies the cartels and ‘combines’ that Germany and the new Reich used for “establishing and maintaining international and domestic political order” (p. 122). Herman Schmitz, the CEO of I.G. Farben, joined the board of the BIS, a corporation that often guided the “tapestry of licensing and patent swap agreements.”
The collateralization of outer space ‘ventures’ has also become part of the hidden system of finance established by President Harry S. Truman in 1947 (p. 133).
The goldiskont bank (gold discount bank) and the Reich mark were one such mechanism to “re-stabilize” Germany’s currency, get control over the Rhineland and the heart of Germany’s industrial strength. Included, were the New York international bankers who formed reparation commissions, Charles Dawes and J.P. Morgan, representative Own Young, the president of the General Electrical Company, various banking cartels, resulting in a 1928-1929 actual expansion of German production.
Much of this was accomplished through the Bank of International Settlements, the I.G. Farben cartel, and their plan for the survival of the Reich and the eventual reconstitution of Germany by means of “well-connected insider trading mechanism accounts with central banks,” often free of any oversight (pp. 137-146).
The Roosevelt Administration was part and parcel to the machinations of the ‘Sullivan Cromwell Circle,’ the Nazis and their inclusion of the BIS and its perpetuation of Nazi economic interests in the United States (pp. 148-150).
An effective “European Union,” with the BIS, now become The financial clearing cartel, with the use of “gold cartels,” in an apex of a “completely hidden system of finance…secret fusion research…reverse engineering of UFOs…off the books.” (pp. 155-156). This would entail establishing a parallel international banking and clearing system, independent of western and American control (p. 159).

GOLD AND X FUNDS

The looting, masking, and manipulation in various secret tactics of gold cartel funding, referred also as to “X” funds by Farrell, in Soviet, Philippine, Japanese, and other nations that were used for clandestine funds of covert operations and “bearer bond scandals” (pp. 160-161). Farrell quotes extensively about the Bearer Bond counterfeits and forgeries, here is one source: “Something real that is occurring on a highly covert and secret level within the Western international and financial systems.” (Peter Levenda, THE HITLER LEGACY, pp. 271.291; The Third Way, pp. 161-165)
The alchemy of this growing “Nazi-cartel blueprint’ of patent law, political coercion, unification, over-turning the structures of Versailles, into a European-wide German-led Farben-Nazi-Master who was also aimed at the commercialization and cartelization of outer space (pp. 172-179). Enmeshed in the invention of a new currency dictating the transformation of the supply and demand, adding the concept of ‘corporate personhood,’ resulted in the German dominance of the Exchange Rate Mechanism, and the Deutschmark, realignment of the D-mark.
Christian Democratic Chancellor Helmut Kohl did much to accomplish a “German-led European Union,” as did Dr. Bernhard Benning, Dr. Philipp Beisiegel, Dr. Carl Clodius, Dr. Hjalmar Schacht, Montagu Norman, Thomas Harrington McKittrick, Dr. Walter Hallstein, Chancellor Willi Brandt, Dr. Heinrich Hunke, Gustav Koenigs, Chancellorin Angela Merkel, and many others that had been and currently are dedicated to the “resurgence of a German-dominated and led European Union.” (pp. 207-216)

CERN AND THE NEW WORLD CARTEL

Farrell goes into detail of the scientific characterization of the seventeen-miles-long Large Hadron Collider near Geneva Switzerland: A monster of the “cosmology cartel” that apparently has grown in the very “Reichprotektorat” Nazi ‘think tanks’ that existed in their postwar “cartels and corporations” (pp. 236-240) invented to explore subatomic structure of “extra dimensions” of gluons, quarks, ups, downs, and further strange particles.
CERN is clouded in all kinds of mystical symbolism, as Farrell also points out, occultist- archetypes and emblems denoting something much more mystic and sinister than one would normally think.
Once the reader gets past the rather heavy scientific descriptions of the CERN complex, he or she is left with questions as to the esoteric goals of the cartel behemoth: Why its committee is a separate “sovereignty” and what are its goals and intentions?
“…the Collider opens the possibility to some secret project within it; the fact remains that the Collider itself is symbolic of the ancient alliance between physics and finance,” says Farrell, “…cartel and trust arrangements of the ‘Rhenish capitalism’…wartime plans of the Nazis…” (p. 272)
Farrell ventures even further into the discovery of Russian spies in our government, the late Senator Joseph R. McCarthy, and the Russian use of clandestine laundering and transport of stolen secrets through “black suitcases” and other interesting devices similar to the operation of the Reich Cartels.
“In 1989-91, the Communists throughout Eastern Europe, as in the Soviet Union, adopted the ‘Third Way’: the acquisition of false political labels to mask their continuing covert Communist, socialist orientations.” (p. 337)

“Preparation Posture”
Start by facing in a direction designated “North”
1. Compose yourself in this manner. Stand still with your feet touching at the heel. Face toward the North, standing quietly, with a 45 degree (45*) angle formed between your feet.

Align the center point of the forehead (The 3rd Eye) along a central line passing through the nose, the tip of the chin, the sternum (Heart Chakra – Jung Syin), the navel (Dan Tien) and the public bone (the pubic symphasis).
The body should held erect, with the spine extended upward with no hollows (like a long bow). The body should feel suspended from above, as if being held hanging from above by an invisible string or a silver chord attached to the Crown of the Head.
The eyes and ears should be maintained parallel to the horizon; always looking forward, with both eyes centered and leveled on the horizon. The eyes should be open but held slightly veiled, sometimes described as, held at “half shade.”
The body’s weight should be divided 50/50 into both feet, while maintaining a clear and steady weight distribution of 70/30 in each foot (70% in “The Bubbling Well” point<aka the ball & toes of the foot, with residual 30% lightly touching in the heels.)
This is the simplest, most concise and most precise definition of the geometric alignments and proportions of The Wang Form, the core principle and cornerstone of Yang Cheng Ming Tai Chi Ch’uan.
These core principles of The Wang Form are to be maintained at all times.
These principles contain the essence of “The Tai Chi Form.”

with 70% of the weight concentrated in the Balls of the feet
and 30% of the weight in the heels.

4. Place 70% of your weight in the balls of the feet. The heels should touch each other and rest light on the ground with remaining 30% of the body weight at rest.

5. Begin by flexing and bending the Right ankle deeply, as you bend the Right knee as you shift your center line to the right side, moving your tail bone sideways until it is directly above the right calf and over the right foot.
Sink all your weight (100%) into the right foot with 70% in the ball of the foot (Bubbling Well point) and only 30% in the heel.
6. As you shift your weight to the right side, turn the hips and torso to the right exactly 22.5 degrees, leaving the left ball and toes on the ground as pivot points.
The heel of the left foot will naturally follow the motion of the hip turn and it will swivel out 22.5 degrees (pivoting on the left toes) and thereby bringing the left foot to point North. See Figure 3 below.
Allow the left heel drift away using gravity to extend the left leg sideways, parting the foot to a shoulder width distance away from the standing and planted right foot.

7. Let the left leg extend sideways to a shoulder-width distance, with heel leading the toes out, and now pointing straight ahead (North).

8. Shift 100% of your weight into the left foot by shifting the pubic bone to the left using gravity to slide sideways until the pubic bone is centered over the left foot.
9. After shifting weight to the left foot completely (100%), turn the hips to the left, pivoting the right foot ON The HEEL (0) to the left for 22.5* until all the toes of the foot are pointing North.
Swing your hips back to the middle, with the body facing North and with the body weight divided and distributed as before.
10. The teeth should be held together, without clenching the jaw, touching lightly and the tongue should be rolled backwards or pressed lightly against the upper palate.

10. When you have completed the turn and corrected the alignment of each foot to point each directly to North, form and hold your arms in a shape like a horseshoe shape and take a deep breath.
Inflate your body like a balloon until you swell up in the shoulders and the armpits.

11. As you exhale, notice that the shoulder release naturally sinking as the air departs your upper body.
At that moment, let the arms fall inward like 2 pendulums until your hands are over your feet (aligning the middle finger of each hand with the middle toe) of the corresponding foot,
Without loosing the momentum of the fall, . and then move them forward, as you take a deep breath, let the wrist flow forwards impelled by the weight of the elbows’ drop, as they roll in and turn down to hang for a moment pointing downward raising both hands (palm down) wrists lip, and timed to arrive at shoulder level, to level out with a small flexion of the wrist allow the hands to float up to the wrist level, ending the movement with the hands horizontal and floating like a lotus leaf on a pond.
Time the rising of the hands to horizontal position to coincide with ONE FULL Breath from the time the wrists begin to move forward (above) to Inflate your whole body, once again like a balloon).
12. Exhale as you allow your elbows to fall evenly and smoothly downward and backwards, drawing the hands back toward the shoulders as you do so, maintaining hands horizontal for as long as possible.
Do NOT allow the elbows to ride back behind the ribs. In fact, turn the elbows outwardly on each side before the reach the rib cage, keeping them forward of the rib cage as both arms return to the “Bow Back” and “Horseshoe Arm” position.
13. As you swing the elbows down and out alongside the rib cage, allow the hands to sink like parachutes through the air as long as possible, as the elbows are unhinged evenly to allow the forearms to fall and spread apart as if sinking through water.
Sink your body weight into your feet, riding gravity as the motive force, as you take a deep breath, filling your lungs with air, again like a balloon, until the hands are down, suspended by your sides, with hands, wrists and fingers loosely dangling.

The curvature of the forearm, wrist, hand and fingers at the beginnng and the end of Preparation Posture (Yu Bei Shr) and Raising the Power (Ji Shr) should conform in curvature to “The Beautiful Lady’ Hand.”
Ward OFF Right
14. Bend the left ankle, flex the left knee maintaining the kneecap over the middle bone in your foot (The 3rd metatarsal) as if you were riding on an ice skate blade).
Shift weight using gravity (by relaxing your legs and drifting/sliding your tail bone sideways, shifting completely to the Left side until your tail bone is directly over your foot and 100% of your weight is centered on the left foot, weight distributed with 70% in the ball of the foot and only 30% of the weight in the heels.
<Note: This 70/30 weight distribution in invariable throughout the form, except when spinning on the heel during certain prescribed moves. Details later.>
15, Turn the hips to the right 45*, swiveling/pivoting on the right heel, turning your right foot 90* (degrees) to the right.
16. Relax the right ankle, allowing the right foot to fall on the floor flatly, then gradually and slowly shift 100% of your weight into your right foot by shifting your tail bone to a position over the center of your right foot.
17. When you do this, your left heel will move naturally with you and the motion will swing the left heel in to realign your left foot to pivot on the toe 22.5 degrees to the left. Release the toe hold”and let gravity swing the left leg under you by bending the knee to swing the heel in usingpendular motionto let it fall alongside the right right heel to finish with the feet touching lightly at the heels and the feet angled at 45* as in the beginning position.
18. When your heels come together, your body should be in a position identical to the beginning posture.
19. The Tai Chi student or adept can now repeat the entire sequence described above repeatedly in a “loop” several times in a row so as to master the movements, and to derive the benefits of circulating the “Ch’i (life force) through the meridian system while learning the meaning of “maintaining perfect alignment” constantly throughout his practice of Tai Chi Ch’uan.
20. Begin again, as described in Point 1 above and following throughpoint 20 for as long as possible to master this movement before continuing to Chapter 2 – Ward OFF Right / Ward OF Left)
Facing in the original direction (designated North) repeat the entire sequence:
1. Align The Wang Form with the planes of the eyes, shoulders and hips always parallel, with an imaginary line passing horizontally through eyes and ears, keeping the 3 planes level with the horizon and parallel to each other at all times.
2. Keep the spine upright and erect.
3 Stand with heels touching forming a V-shape of 45 degrees.
4. Repeat the sequence of motions (from point 4 through 19) as
described in detail above.
Please practice this sequence at least ONCE or Twice a day.

Amongst the menagerie of Orwellian intrigue, spies, secret projects, and government corruption, Greer treks through a graveyard of buried testimony and wearisome challenges to our present-day society. Much of it threatens our sanity and social equilibrium.

Greer develops vistas for readers, talking about more than 800 government, military and corporate witnesses and whistle-blowers he has interviewed, and also discloses the almost $100 billion spent from taxpayer monies in Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPS), General Jimmy Doolittle’s talk of ‘interplanetary war,” the super-secret National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO), cosmic top secret clearance, the Alien Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO), and the many references to crash and retrieved alien spacecraft.
Because the book covers a plethora of topics from spectacular UFO sightings to observations of “moon bases,” and all the heavy governmental secrecy sandwiched in between, it might be best to handle the topics under rough headlines trying to encapsulate those as typical examples.

PART I
Typical Phenomenal UFO Cases
One ‘typical’ UFO case is cited by Don Phillips, U.S Air Force and contractor at Lockwood Skunkworks and the CIA.
A sighting near Angel’s Peak at Nellis Air Force Base spoke of a “real solid object” seen on radar and which circled miles in seconds. Six to seven of these targets were tracked traveling 3,800 to 4,200 miles per hour, stopping on a dime, and eventually disappearing. The operators were told neither to ask questions nor to deluge any information (pp. 36-37).
Graham Bethune was a Navy commander pilot with a top-secret clearance, also a VIP Plan Commander who flew high-ranking officers and personnel from Washington, D.C.
Bethune knew of several 1950 UFO sightings by the Air Transport Squadron near Keflavik, Iceland and also Argentina, Newfoundland, which demonstrated erratic behavior. A. L. Jones, plane commander, witnessed the UFO, a craft with a dome, that rushed from a mile away to about 10,000-foot from them, before disappearing. The Air Force interrogated the witnesses and classified the UFO “a good report.”
Bethune also told about a Washington, D.C UFO. The object changed colors from yellow to orange and then to a pulsating red. The object appeared to be about 350-feet large and traveled anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 miles an hour. Radar said 1,800 miles per hour, covering 15 miles in a second or two. It was reported that canine Bird Dogs acted up and that directional gyros also acted up when the UFO was near. Colonel Watson of the Wright-Patterson AFB said the radar reports disappeared (pp.38-41).
John Callahan, former Division Chief of the Accidents and Investigations Branch of the FAA in Washington, D.C., told of a UFO at 35,000-feet that chased a 747 aircraft across the Alaskan skies for about thirty minutes. Radar detected it. At eleven o’clock position, a pilot saw it as a huge ball with lights running around it. The object, which was four times the size of the 747, moved erratically.
The matter ended up with the secretive Scientific Study Group, with the CIA threatened to silence Callahan. Callahan held back some records in defiance. The pilot was forced to take a desk job and was often humiliated about his UFO sighting (pp. 108-113).
Callahan was aware of another disc-type craft in the Briarwood Lake near Medford, New Jersey: lights at the top and bottom, and a dome on top, about five-hundred-yards across, the UFO was seen coming from the lake, water was seen rushing off the object. The UFO was recorded in the navigator’s log.

SHOT UFO OCCUPANT
Major George A. Filer, III, worked as the Deputy Director of Intelligence for the 21st Air Force and has flown over three hundred aircraft. Filer talked about a January 18, 1978, UFO sighting on the McGuire Air Force Base. The UFO appeared through the night, showing red light as it hovered over the runway, and then, apparently having crashed and/or landed at Fort Dix, an occupant became shot and killed while trying to escape. AC-141 was called to pick up the occupant remains. Filer wasn’t allowed to see the photos about the incident, while he was, indeed, there while they were being passed around to those being debriefed. Six to eight people eventually “guarded” the body; they were dislocated from each other so that their associations couldn’t be established.
Robert Jacobs, former Lieutenant in the U.S Air Force, as well as a respected professor at a University, was in charge of optical instrumentation in the 1369th Photo Squadron at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California where he was supervising photographic instrumentation during ballistic missile tests.
In 1964, he said, there was tracking of a “dummy nuke” test using a M45 racking mount with a 180-inch lens, when suddenly a circular-shaped object (“like two saucers cupped together with a ping-pong ball on top”) flew into a frame showing the object shooting “beams of light” at the missile’s warhead. Both, the missile and the object were flying at “several thousand miles an hour.”
Jacobs said that Major Florence J. Mansmann at the First Strategic Aerospace Division headquarters ordered him to ‘complete silence,’ warning him of dire consequences if he ever spoke about the incident. “I was never to speak of this again,” said Jacobs, “as far as I was concerned, this never happened.” Jacobs explained that strange “guys” in civilian clothes came and spooled off part of the film with the UFO on it and confiscated that section.
Jacobs revealed that he was harassed at work, and received strange phone calls day and night; one caller said to him: “You are going down, mother fucker!” Once, Jacobs found skyrockets in his box. These harassments continued on till about 1982 (pp. 183-186).
Merle Shane McDow was in the U.S Navy Atlantic Command in May, 1981, and had a Top-Secret Special Compartmented Intelligence (SCI) clearance, and he carried a Zebra Stripe Badge. During May of 1981, McDow was aboard the U.S. American, and it was his job to make sure any incoming and outgoing audio/video information that came into the Command Center was recorded and officially logged.
A UFO had come into their airspace, setting off a Condition Zebra, and only those with a Zebra Access Badge could remain in the Command Facility. Admiral Harry Trane was alerted to the Command Center, and it was quickly verified that the UFO was not the Soviets. Trane sent out two planes to investigate the UFO; futile chases of the UFO began up and down the seaboard. Planes were summoned as far north as Greenland. McDow could hear pilot-conversations. And the UFO appeared on radar for almost an hour. The UFO demonstrated very erratic flight patterns “up and down the coasts,” as if playing tag. The K11-11 spy satellite could only get an early glimpse.
Admiral Trane’s frustration was centered on the fact that “this thing” had complete and total control, and the witnesses were frightened and upset. Trane was “scrambling” planes left and right along the entire seaboard “to cut this thing off.” Eventually, the UFO left the atmosphere into space.
The object traveled “thousands of miles in a blink of an eye,” and had complete control of the situation. McDow was “debriefed” afterward and he was told in no uncertain terms to never speak about it again. “It didn’t happen,” two guys in suits told him (pp. 191-196).

PART II
Close Encounters of the 3rd and 4th Kinds
While there were several government ‘whistle-blowers” in the topic of meeting the occupants of UFOs, I will trace only some typical informants that Greer talks about.
Richard Doty, a Special Agent for counterintelligence in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), is quoted often throughout Greer’s book. Doty, unfortunately, has been called into question by suspicious UFO researchers who feel Doty has used disinformation, but the strong evidence is not available, and Doty’s rank leaves that open to question.
Doty spoke of various UFO crashes and retrievals in Corona, New Mexico, Horse Mesa west of Magdalena, New Mexico, and similar crashes ranging from June 1947 to 1949 where alien bodies were put into “deep freeze” at Wright-Patterson Air Force field in Dayton, Ohio.
The entities were usually about four-foot tall, no ears, nude-body-looking-type suites, no thumbs, and four fingers with suction devices on tips. The entities appeared to have a “head apparatus.” The entities also appeared to have several stomachs for different functions. Doty said there were eleven different lobes in their brains. A live, captured “creature” went to various military bases, including Fort Detrick, Huntsville Redstone Arsenal, and others.
W.H is a whistle-blower identified as a Tech Sergeant that served in the U.S Air Force from 1963 through 1977. He said that he had the opportunity to view a retrieved craft at Dayton, Ohio in the “Blue Hanger” where several such alien craft were housed. Debriefing officials informed him that over a hundred alien craft retrievals occurred in the New Mexico, four corners area, because of American “radar” had caused them to crash.
The alien crafts were usually saucer-shaped, aluminum in color, and seamless. Later, W.H was driven to a box canyon in a contingency of high-ranking naval officers and civilian engineers and scientists (Project Mercury) to witness a similar alien craft with two alien beings.
The “Graylings” had large eyes, slim mouth, long slim arms and hands, slim bodies, and were wearing one-piece flight suits. W.H said that It was a two-hour meeting and encounter. A very similar convention was held in Hawaii at Kauai, called Project X. A CIA friend of W.H, Wesley Bond, had extensive files concerning all related UFO activity, and Bond said he was ready to disclose his files: he was subsequently murdered and his files disappeared.
One of the most controversial, and increasingly criticized ‘whistle-blower’ is Bentwaters security officer Larry Warren, who claimed to be another witness and participant to the famous Rendlesham-Bentwaters ‘contactee’ case of December 1980 was a host of trained military observers encountered a series of acrobatic UFOs, with one landed, being observed, handled and having left physical traces before taking off. Warren claimed to have been one witness who has a complex story of participation, harassment, and conflict. At one point, Warren claimed to have seen three child-size people cocooned in the light. These were witnessed by others. Greer quotes Warren at length (pp. 131-145).
Marine Lance Corporal John Weygandt was a U.S Marine security guard of a second marine air wing 28th Marine Air Control Group, Second air defense battalion troop of North Carolina that had been stationed in Peru.
Sergeants Allen and Atkins came alerting the crew that some unknown aircraft had crashed and that they needed to investigate. A patrol headed to the site about 6:30 a.m. and upon arriving discovered a huge ship had created a gash in the land. The area was burnt as if by laser-energy, and the object was buried in the side of a cliff. The craft was oozing a greenish-purple “syrup-like liquid,” as if alive and changing color in shades.
A light revolved on the craft, said Weygandt and he could hear a deep, bass hum. Eventually, everything cut off and stopped. He could see what happened to be “vents” or “gills” on the back. Weygandt discovered that the “syrup-like” substance could eat his clothes as if some form of “acid.” The object appeared to be twenty meters in length, teardrop-shaped and looked very aerodynamic.
Weygandt had the distinct impression that an occupant was trying to contact him by telepathy.
Surprised, Weyandt and the sergeants were arrested, cursed and harassed by Department of Energy people, as well as by “men in black Cammie’s” with no name tags. Older men appeared wearing containment suites.
Weygandt was handcuffed, his legs fastened, and he was placed in a 47 Chinook helicopter—then taken to be debriefed and harassed for two days. (Greer does not disclose dates, pp.157-160).
Some of the cases Greer discusses, for all intent and purposes, concerning hidden alien and government operations on the Moon as well as the “doctoring” of photos related to this. Greer tells about Donna Harre who worked in the NASA and contracted to Philco Ford from 1970-1971. She worked in Building 8, under a high secret clearance, where she inspected photographic mosaic panels of satellite aerial shots.
Occasionally, Hare said, they would come across curious sharp lines and round shadows alluding to UFOs that she was told to airbrush them out of the photograph. Hare said that people involved in the scrubbing or deletion of UFO photos or similar photos of the moon shots always felt threatened. Lunar astronauts, likewise, have been involved in knowing ET’s had landed on the Moon as part of Operation Santa Claus. People and evidence have disappeared, Hare said. “One particular man I know of, who just disappeared off the face of the Earth.”

Various deep shades
The Government Deep State and the Military-Industrial-Corporate-Complex-Matrix (MICCM)
A large part of Greer’s work and book is devoted to actual and suspected government Deep State control and descriptions of what President Eisenhower called the Military-Industrial-Complex. Greer announces over 800 government, military and corporate “whistle-blowers” in his Project Disclosure that reveals the reality of up to $100 billion annually into Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPS).
“If this sounds like an Orwellian nightmare, it gets worse, for the final act that they (the human cabal),” says Greer, “have in store is a False Flag event that will make 9/11 look like a fender bender.”
Several of Greer’s whistle-blowers (such as Dan Morris, a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, belonged to a super-secret National Reconnaissance Organization [NRO]), held cosmic top- secret clearance, which is 38 levels above top-secret, that even U.S presidents do not hold.
Subsequently, when alien crafts were retrieved and contact had been made, an Alien Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO) was established.
Whistle-blower sergeant Clifford Stone, worked with the 462nd Air Intelligence Secret Squadron, helped retrieve crashed ET crafts, worked in Operation Blue Fly and Project Moon Dust, and said there were “eleven” classifications above Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret, and even “above and beyond” normal Special Access Programs.
Stone went on to explain that the National Security Reconnaissance Office, just like the National Security Agency, was secret for many years and was not mentioned in the public domain. Full knowledge about UFO programs, said Stone, was limited to a small number of people, actually being Special Access Programs within Special Access Programs, and they are almost uncontrollable (pp. 30-33).

THE WILLIAM JOHN PAWELEC STORY
Pawelec and the Controllers
William John Pawelec was an intriguing whistle-blower who, like so many capable professionals that found themselves, sometimes unexpectedly and with no real preparation and defense, came face to face with an enemy that was as treacherous as they were invisible.
Pawelec had been computer operations and programming specialist in the Air Force in the mid-1960’s, first at Pope Air Force Base and then in Vietnam. He left the military and went to work for Rosco Electronics, one of the largest manufacturers and installers of access control equipment in the world, and then proceeded into the military once again, allowing him to regain a security clearance. He did a lot of work for the State Department developing security systems for national security, and also for large corporate systems, and later for SAIC and TRI-COR.
In 1973, Pawelec was developing implantable chips in North Glen, Colorado, as it was then used in hypodermic injections to horses. Pawelec was aware through naval offices that there were discussions of developing tracking devices to follow necessary targets; Pawelec mentioned the case in Europe where the Prime Minister of Italy was kidnapped, drained of sensitive information, brutalized, or both. It was speculated by officials that a technology is developed allowing authorities “to track these people or locate them quickly.”
This whole topic was the basis of a meeting set-up at a Secure Communications Intelligence-Information Facility (SCIF). Pawlec’s friend “Bob” (who had intimate contacts in the CIA) took no quiet action to investigate two ‘mystery men’ that snuck into the meeting and began probing the meeting leaders with questions. They claimed to be from the Department of Agriculture and the Department of the Treasury. The ‘mystery men’ wanted to know how a couple billion of the implants could be manufactured, with unique identity numbers, have flexibility monitoring temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and even waveforms of the brains,
Such a chip was removed from a lady in 1999, and when it was removed and examined closely, resembled somewhat a version of the chip used in Denver. She supposed the chip had been implanted either in 1980 or 1981.
Pawelec said the gentleman who invented the chip “was very wealthy and abruptly had passed the technology”: “Somebody else took it and ran with it and we never knew who it was.”
In 1984, the University of New South Wales had a microscopic lithium Niobate chip, and experiments showed it was viable and could send and receive as an RF transmitter. The professor who did this work was sent to talk to Pawelec’s Systems Group of Colorado for further experiments.
A meeting was set-up in Virginia at a subcontractor’s company; people, like the Director of Security at the State Department, and, again ‘mysteries men’ came, carrying credentials. The ‘mystery men’ knew all the details about time, place and topic of the meeting. Pawelec felt this somehow had a connection with his knowing the Head of Security at the State Department because Pawelec had designed that man’s security systems for Mainstay, the headquarter in Foggy Bottom in D.C.
Because of these meetings, the professor at the University of New South Wales received a giant grant, and later the technology was transferred. A friend that Pawelec had in San Francisco (who was involved in tracking people and National Security, doing FAB-Access and other related devices in a European electronics firm of Siemens) said his company was “making billions of these chips” that strikingly resembled the Pawelec chip. A year later, the company closed down and the chips disappeared.
Bob and Pawelec continued to investigate. Bob contacted his CIA connections and asked additional questions. A few days late, Bob was hit by a reinforced Land Rover and killed instantly. The driver of the Rover was hospitalized and immediately disappeared: all of his information that he gave was phony. “It was a hit,” says Pawelec.
The two ‘mystery men’ who had come to the meetings had NSA, NRO credentials that could even pass all access control mechanisms, says Pawelec; however, they later checked, and discovered the individuals “didn’t exist.” It meant they had unlimited budgets supporting their ventures.
Pawelec knew about aerospace companies that were doing security work beyond black or even “darker.” He named Northrop and plant 29.
The gentleman Pawelec met from the Department of Agriculture asked many cold, apolitical questions about chips, their ‘speed’ by which they could be produced, the frequency they could be built, various implant’ attributes,’ and much more.
“I believe there are at least four power groups in the world,” said Pawelec, “they have taken over various programs-particularly black programs within our government, and probably even the Russian government, and the Chinese. Politics to them, as we know it, is not the same. They have agendas totally unlike what our government…unbelievably, they are able to track everything going on around them, at the minutiae level,” (pp. 90 -98).
All Pawelec’s files on this matter were withheld until his death, and his wife had been given instructions to disclose them.
A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE
Greer points to the creation of Majestic-12, a Black Project headed by noted scientists and high-ranking intelligence officials, such as Admiral Arthur Redford, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Charles E. Wilson, Secretary of Defense, the Black Project probably prompted by the 1947 Roswell crash and other crashes. A.H, having gained insights from his friends in the various “alphabet” and ‘high industry’ groups, said that MJ-12 is now known as SECOR, MAJIC, P.I 40, and MAJI-The Majority Intelligence Committee. A.H said MAJI – Control is part of the Office of Naval Intelligence, similar to the NSA and the CIA. “It’s all very, very similar to the NSA and CIA…very, very top-secret,” said A.H, and he explained in further detail: “Essentially, the covert management of this matter operates as part super-secret organized crime operation. It is more like a secret mafia than a government entity…extra-constitutional, both in the U.S and the U.K, as well as other countries…A criminal enterprise and a conspiracy of the first order…assassinations, murder, kidnapping, theft of technology…spin-off technologies based on the study of ET objects…” (pp. 55-57)

More Like a Mafia…a Criminal Enterprise and a Conspiracy of the First Order
“Greed and control (are) easily understood; the bureaucratic inertia of large secret operations is yet another matter,” says Greer. “After decades of operations, lies, public deceptions, and worse, how does such a group unravel all the webs it has weaved…a Specter of a sort of cosmic Watergate?” (p. 82)
Greer’s book, heavily indexed with photos and documents, is a plethora of facts and conjecture, running from descriptions of Area 51 to Greer’s unveiling of his own Disclosure Project and his Center or the Study of Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) — discourse on the differences between ETV’s (Extraterrestrial Vehicles) and ARV’s (Alien Reproduction Vehicles) as “man-made” advanced anti-gravity craft that look like a “UFO.” There are additional disclosures of Greer’s meeting with famous dignitaries and their clandestine information, threaded alongside of many assorted and quizzical paranormal incidents that would probably promote the reader’s skepticism and wonderment at times.
There were many so-called “whistle-blowers” not mentioned in Greer’s approximate 800, such as the Bob Lazar story (some more reputable; some not). We have added an index that mentions additional information on those, but also the topic of the Hidden Intelligence controllers that are somehow involved. When facts seem to contradict, one needs to look at the underlying patterns, connect the dots, and do your own private investigation and not just wait for the silver-platter to be handed to you.
Still puzzling questions need to be asked of Greer, his associates and the whistle-blowers:
For an interstellar technology that should have evolved into ‘fail-safe’ operation, why do ET vehicles still crash, and does human ‘radar’ technology still affect its capabilities, and why?
And how do these seeming ‘regular’ spaceships stand up against reports of more ‘ethereal’ ETs that operate almost as ‘spirits,’ and, as Steve Erdmann has questioned in the past, why do billion-mile-space-travelers even need ‘machines’ to travel the vast distances?
Why the wide variety and diversity of spacecraft design seen in retrievals, it should raise some suspicion and concern in that much differentially could be unwarranted to those degrees?

In 2012 Rebecca Sommer founded the refugee aid association Arbeitsgruppe Flucht + Menschen-Rechte (AG F+M) [Working Group Asylum + Human Rights]. At the end of 2015, this artist, photographer and journalist and documentary maker applauded Angela Merkel’s decision to open German’s borders to the “refugees” who had been blocked in Hungary, despite the vacuum effect this would create. “At that time I wanted to help everyone and truly believed that all these people were fleeing hell and were in a state of complete distress,” the German activist explained in an article published by the conservative Polish weekly Do Rzeczy on 15 January, discussing how she woke up to reality.
In 2015, her NGO had almost 300 volunteers who were giving German courses to the new arrivals.
…”I thought their medieval view was going to change with time…but after having seen these situations occur repeatedly and observing what was happening around me, as a volunteer, I have had to recognise that the Muslim refugees have grown up with values that are totally different, they have undergone brainwashing from childhood on and are indoctrinated by Islam and absolutely do not intend to adopt our values. Worse, they regard we infidels with disdain and arrogance.”
“It was a jarring perception when I noticed that these people I had helped, who were eating, drinking, dancing and laughing with me, who didn’t pray, who didn’t go to the mosque, who didn’t respect Ramadan, who made fun of religion and deeply religious people, called me ‘the stupid German whore’ when they were eating my food and were in my garden.”
…Rebecca Sommer says she is not an isolated case, that many other volunteers also came ultimately to have the same perception and that there are now far fewer volunteers ready to work with the new arrivals today in Germany. She also acknowledges that, through their numbers, these Muslim immigrants pose a threat to the German way of life, and that this will get worse with family reunification. She also told the Polish weekly magazine Do Rzeczy that she personally knows Germans who are getting ready to emigrate to Poland because they had have enough, and she added: “If Poland and Hungary do not give in on this question, you could become countries that some Germans and French will flee to. You could become islands of stability in Europe.”
Islands of stability but also democracy because Rebecca Sommer also notes that democracy no longer really exists in Germany….When the human rights activists wanted to denounce forced conversions to Islam in Indonesia, her account was blocked. …
This Berlin woman no longer dares to go out on her own on New Year’s Eve and she has already been attacked five times by men speaking Arabic!
She thinks it is already too late for Germany and she plans to emigrate for her retirement. Political Islam is present everywhere, including in the government, in political parties, in the police and schools. With family reunification, millions of additional Muslim immigrants are going to come. In the German capital where she lives, entire districts are already dominated by the Muslim community which forms a parallel society.

The event: the Study Group had opened an Animal Mutilations Committee to study the bizarre rash of animal mutilations across the globe, often accompanied by strange aerial objects in their happening. I was the Director. Here are some kaleidoscopic stories from that period. Many of these reports are produced here for the first time.

PART I
The Saga Had Begun
“To achieve such a feat would require molecular-specific surgical devices capable of going through skin, cartilage, muscle, bone an organs to remove tissue from a specific organ without causing any cutting damage to the rest of the body — an impossibility on Earth, although a hypothesized innovation in the distant future. In all, there are over 10,000 documented instances of animals being bewilderingly mutilated in the US alone since 1955 — and in every case that has been investigated by law enforcement, no human or predator has ever been found to be the culprit.”
Outrageous phantom killers have gripped the imagination of men for centuries; be they fictionalized accounts such as Bran Striker’s 1897 humanoid-bat DRACULA (vampires allegedly would eat dead bodies [necrophagism] and mutilate corpses to induce sexual excitement [necrosadism]), or the actual 1888 phantom ”lady butcher” of London, Jack the Ripper. But even brasher than more popular episodes of California’s Zodiac Killer or the Charles Manson massacre, there has been raging animal mutilations that would put these historical perversions to shame.
From one end of America to the other, including foreign countries of Sweden, Puerto Rico, Africa and Canada, cattle, dogs, sheep, chickens and other types of animals have been found with their sexual organs skillfully removed, limbs taken by mysterious surgeons, udders, eyeballs, ears and heads butchered. In many case the blood had been drained leaving little or none in the bodies. In one case, no incision could be found in a dog whose heart was missing.
In Puerto Rico, long teeth-like incisions had been in bloodless bodies of chickens, sheep, dogs and cattle. Hearts were taken from cattle in Sweden.
TYPICAL MUTILATIONS EVERYWHERE
Unusual animal deaths had been noted in the past. Snippy, a pet horse belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Berle Lewis, was found near Alamosa, Colorado on September 7, 1967. Every shred of flesh was missing from the animal’s neck and skull. A perfectly smooth, precisely cut area was above the neck bone, which also was protruding from the center. No blood was found. A three-foot-tall Chico bush had been crushed within three inches of the ground. For a 10-foot radius around the bush the sandy ground appeared to have been smoothed out. A Geiger counter indicatedradioactivity around the dead animals. Later, Mrs. Lewis’ boots were found to have been contaminated from radioactivity and palm of her had begun to turn red and a burning sensation after touching Snippy. Fifteen tapering, circular “marks” were found in the area, and more flattened brush. Six indentations were found two-inches across, four-inches deep, and formed a circle in diameter.
Similarly, in 1975, Dr. Rodney Walker, zoo veterinarian of the Cheyenne Mountain zoo, discovered a mutilated bison. The bison’s udder, right ear and sex organs had been removed with surgical skill.
A calf was found five-miles south of Glenwood, Colo., and the tongue and tectum had been surgically removed. There were absolutely no tracks. The calf was 600 yards from the corral containing the mother. There was no way the animal would have walked through the new alfalfa without leaving a track, except where the animal went down.
Francis Cook of Yoder lost two spring bull calves of about 400-pounds. Their blood had been drained and their sex organs taken with no sign of blood in the vicinity. The tail also was cut from one of them.
A 1200-1300-pound Hereford cow was found southeast of Sterling with the tongue cut out, lower jaw peeled away, and the rectal area of the animal mutilated. Another 600-pound animal was killed and two patches of skin were cut away. The rectal area has been mutilated. A patch of hide and skin were found which showed definite cut marks of some sort as if cut at an angle. A pregnant heifer found three miles west of Kiowa, Texas had similar cuts. Its rectal area and udder had been cut out in a “really professional job.” It is suspected that the heifer may have been taken away and mutilated and then the carcass was brought back.
Sheriff Graves reported a number of unusual attacks. One mutilated calf was found with radar chaff stuffed inside its mouth. Some chaff was found on the ground along with a small, silver-colored chaff box coded RR112/AL on the top of the box. Major Keck of the Air Force later replied that the number was no code used by the Air Force.
Equally mysterious, Graves reported that a number of autopsied mutilated calves had also succumbed to rare diseases such as peritonitis. In several cows, bacteria of the clostridium genus were found. In a few cases, clostridia infection was reported to be the cause of death.
Two cows found in Park County “couldn’t possibly have been where they were found unless they had been dropped from aircraft,” according to Sheriff Norman Howey. The two cows were half of a mile apart in different pastures than the one their owner left them in. “There were no strange tracks or footprints,” Sheriff Howey said. “On top of that, the gate was padlocked.” One cow’s bladder had been “popped” out of its body as if the rectum had been excised from the pressure of the fall.
Sheriff George Yarnell of Elbert County spoke of a typical case where a cow was found with the udder neatly cleaned out leaving only the skin which was tightly packed with several gallons of sand. The teats had been neatly snipped off and arranged in order on the leg.
Forty sheep were found near Leadville, Colorado “riddled with holes.” A sheep rancher said one of his herders told him that an “Army-colored” helicopter flew over one of his herds and sprayed the animals with bullets.
TEXAS
Texas likewise had it share of the bizarre as a few typical cases had revealed. The carcass of an expertly skinned dog was strung by its hind legs to a barbed wire fence, the blood had been drained and its genitals removed. “It was an excellent job of skinning,” he said. “No flesh was torn. There was no remaining hide. Even the ears had gone off the carcass with the hide. Even the ears had gone off the carcass with the hide. The tail section also was stripped of any hide. It’s just a very peculiar situation.” There was no sign of foot prints or disturbances.
A calf found north of Sulphur Springs had been split open on the underside from about six inches back of the udder right through the udder, with two teats on one side and two on the other, clean to the brisket between the front legs.
‘The calf had been removed and the womb taken out,” rancher Pete Long said. “Half the womb was removed and half pitched over the calf. Then I walked around and noticed the head was cut off and I haven’t seen any trace of it since then.”
A cow found on the Ray Goad farm had the udder and all the surrounding skin gone, removed by a very sharp instrument. The tongue had been also removed and was cut far back in the mouth. All blood vessels and veins were devoid of blood. Only a teaspoon full of clotted blood was found on one side of the heart and a few clots on the underside of the animal.
A large cow was found near Tyler with its seven-month-old fetus removed, and its vulvas and tongue also taken. No blood was found around the carcass. Another cow found near Graham had a hole torn in the carcass and the sexual organs pulled out and cut off. Part of the organs was taken from the scene, but the others were left aligned in a neat row by the animal’s stomach. Similarly, a cow found on the Albert Johnson farm had its muzzle cut out along with the tongue in heart-shaped cut and removed in one piece. Four teats were cut off next to an undeveloped udder of the heifer and a perfect circle had been carved under the tail to remove the vagina and rectum together.
The carcasses of two heifers and a horse had been found in the Spring-Cypress Road area. A male calf was found on a ranch five miles northwest of Katy, and Montgomery County officials reported two mutilated cattle. A pig’s head were found on the edge of the Conroe city limits near Stewart Creek. A mutilated heifer was found lying in the center of a perfect-circle near Whiteface. The sex organs were gone, and a ‘perfect-circle’ was found by the navel. A similar circle was found in a dead animal a quarter-mile away. Both ‘circles’ were slightly radioactive.
OKLAHOMA
Oklahoma had its share of butchering by what could be called the Dracula Clan. A 700-pound cow found the Charles Collins place had its udder removed by a sharp instrument. Muggs Fox, a highway patrolman, said: “It appeared to be pretty smooth cut.”
A whiteface cow on the Le Roy Schimmel farm had all its sex organs, udder, eyes, and tongue removed. Radiation was detected at the site. A calf examined by a Hugo veterinarian who said “the work was done on the animal with a knife or a very sharp instrument.” The calf’s left eye had been cut out, both ears cut off, the tongue slashed, the rectum cut and other slashes inflicted. An opening the size of a football had been cut in the three-week-old calf’s navel. Herman Hatch’s calf had its tail severed and its intestines lay near the animal. The calf had a one-foot gash from the rectum downward and its right leg was broken.
NEW MEXICO
New Mexico had a similar case where radiation was detected. Manual Gomez discovered one of his cows mutilated near Dulce, New Mexico: Its udder and anus had been removed “with a sharp instrument.” Similar to the ‘Snippy” case, tripod-like tracks were discovered nearby and a radiation check found an abnormal amount of radiation in some of those tracks. A yellow substance was also found near the tripod-tracks. Nearby shrubs appeared to be scorched and dying. Wild predators refused to approach the cow. A calf that the cow had been nursing was missing.
WYOMING
Another typical case was a mutilated cow found on the Raymond Jones farm near Newcastle, Wyoming. The udder had been removed except for one nipple, and the lower lip of the animal had two definite cut marks made by a sharp instrument. The middle of the lips had been taken; the tongue was completely removed. Interestingly, off to the side of the animal was a circle two-feet in diameter and the grass at the spot was a bright yellow. “It was almost a perfect circle,” Sheriff Willis Larson said.
WASHINGTON
Cases have been reported in the state of Washington. A mutilated cow was found on the Don Larsen farm in Machias, Washington. The left eye was missing. There was a circular five-inch incision made in the anal area. The rectum and colon had been excised. There was no sign of struggle, though burn marks could be seen. The incisions appeared to have been neatly made.
MISSOURI
A veterinarian near Salem examined a mutilated goat whose blood had been drained, and was possibly anesthetized with a needle into one of the arteries. The udder was removed by a single stroke of a very sharp instrument. There were no lacerations in the cut skin—and no blood was on the ground in the area. The butcher showed a high degree of animal anatomy.
MONTANA
Two mutilated cows were found on a ranch near Belt, Montana. One cow had its bag, teats rectal area and reproductive organs removed, making it possible to look completely through the bag area and out the rectal opening. The hide had been cut with a very sharp instrument and displayed serrations similar to those created with pinking shears. A mutilated cow near Utica had its testicles and the cords removed. However, several stones, weighing as much as six or seven pounds each, had been removed from a rock pile and turned over and moved about. A filmy white substance eventually covered the cow. It looked like a cobweb; it was analyzed and found to be petroleum distillate. In another case, a bull calf was found to have a hole drilled in the back of its head and the brains removed.
A mutilated cow found near Stockett also had a white filmy substance on the cow’s neck. Extensive tests failed to identify the substance. A mutilated Shetland pony found in Teton County had all its organs removed and two puncture wounds were discovered in the horse’s bruised throat. There was no blood in the body except for two small vials that were recovered. A mutilated cow near Belt was found in a plowed field but no dirt was disturbed and none of the furrows smashed down. Two teats were cut off and the rectal area removed. An incision found under the right leg by a veterinarian who said the opening led all the way to the heart.
MINNESOTA
In Minnesota a number of cases appeared. A horse belonging to Luane Johnson had numerous knife wounds; one ear removed as well as the sex organs. A 400-pound heifer belonging to Frank Schiefelbein near Kimball was found with the eyes, left ear, tongue and part of the lip taken, and the animal was lying in a perfect circle of bare ground in a snow-covered field in which no foot prints could be found anywhere in the area. There was only a meagre 20 c.c.s of blood left in the carcass. In another part of Meeker County a mutilated pig was found inside a barn that had the usual cuts. The owner said his yard-light had gone out for about 20-minutes and then came back on.
UTAH
Sheriff Keith Hansen of Carbon County, Utah investigated a case in which the jaw, tongue, heart and lung were taken from a cow and the blood drained. A University of Utah medical examiner said the incisions looked as if they were made by a laser beam.
Frequent reports of helicopters and low-flying planes in mutilation vicinities suggested a possible connection. But in many cases, though he aircraft appeared to be conventional, a close inspection revealed very unconventional behavior.

Helicopters and things

It’s Christmas 1940, and Everytown resident John Cabal (Raymond Massey) fears that war is imminent. When it breaks out, the war lasts 30 years, destroying the city and ushering in a new dark age of plagues and petty despots. But there is hope in the form of Wings over the World, a group of pacifist scientists and thinkers lead by Cabal. Their dream is to build a Utopian society on the ruins of the old. But first they’ll have to unseat the latest ruling tyrant (Ralph Richardson). Things to Come (Motion picture, April 17, 1936).
The Carol Werkmeister family discovered a mutilated cow on their farm on November 12, 1974. The cow had typical cuts. It was during a conversation with sheriff deputy Bernard Staib that unmarked helicopter in the area were mentioned. Mrs. Werkmeister said they had been visited by one strange copter on November 13 about 8:35 p.m. as it moved very slowly over their farm. They later discovered other neighbors had been buzzed by the copter; the navigational lights didn’t seem in the accepted positions. Sheriff Staib previously tried to track these helicopters through airports and air bases but with no luck.
During April, 1975, a mutilated Angus cow was found on the Chester Gourley farm in Carrollton, Illinois. The left ear had been removed. The left rear and left front teats were amputated. The left rear and left front teats were amputated. The auterior tip of the tongue had also been cut off. The left eyeball was punctured.
Gourley mentioned a strange motor sound the night before and also mentioned that relatives in nearby Brighton had reported mysterious helicopters the week before.
Phillis Beutell and her son Randy witnessed an unmarked utility helicopter that came out of a field of Angus cattle. Several weeks before the mutilation, the copter buzzed the whole area and was witnessed by neighbors Alf Wilson, Clifford Beilsmith and Ralph Macaffe. Macaffe said the occupants of the copter wore heavy sunglasses and were smiling mischievously when they swooped down and buzzed the cows. When Randy counted heads a day later, one cow was missing. The Wilsons also remarked that a large unmarked white cargo-type helicopter was seen earlier to have taken off from the Beuttel property and disappeared.
James Stevenson of Meadowlark farm near Percy, Illinois, reported daytime sightings of unmarked helicopters buzzing his property. Sheriff Louis Layton said the southern Illinois area had numerous reports of “green helicopters with no markings” three days prior to the discovery of missing cattle in the area. Copters were seen going northwest and also near Red Bud, Illinois.
Likewise, Margaret Stone reported a helicopter sound that scared her cattle at Jonesboro, Illinois. It lasted for 30-minutes. She also heard the noise of a truck starting and changing gears about six times, as if hauling a heavy load.
A rancher who lives about 16-miles northeast of Kiowa, Colorado, saw a red-white helicopter land about a quarter-mile from his house on a high knoll, but it took off before the farmer could get to it. A heifer belonging to Jim Russell had been mutilated and the blood drained. They had looked for the cow days before, but suddenly it was found. “I’d been by that spot several times,’ said Mrs. Russell, “and you’d think I would have seen her.” The animal’s neck was twisted and a hind leg was broken “as if she had been dropped.” Coyotes wouldn’t touch the animal.
The Cascade County, Montana Sheriff’s Department had received reports of several such copters. The wife of a former deputy reported that she heard a machine noise approaching one night; it become very loud as if it were located in their backyard. Two beams of light came into the room where she was babysitting and lit up the entire room: one red beam and one white. Then the noise dropped to a lower patch and the lights went out. The family dog didn’t bother to bark. A neighbor reported that next day that he had also seen the series of red lights that flashed near the ground and then go out. Three days later a lady near Belt reported that a helicopter flew over her house at tree top level and circles her sheep. The craft was navy blue with yellow lettering.
Deputy Arne Sad of Fort Shaw heard a helicopter sound in September of 1975 as he drove west of Great Falls. He stopped the car to look but was unable to see anything. The sound passed directly over him, but he could see no copter.
A ranch couple later reported a copter near Chouteau which turned off its lights and flew away. Ten days later several helicopters with spotlights were reported flying over missile sites near Lewistown. No official agency reported copters out in that area. Undersheriff Jim Shelton of Judith Basin County also reported two mutilated cows in his area and he also reported that unidentified helicopters had been seen about the same time. One cow had apparently been killed between 3:30 and 4 p.m. A green chopper had also been seen circling the area between 4:30 and 5 p.m. Two choppers were reported running together at night–and yellow, green and silver choppers with no numbers had also been reported.
A man camping in Moose Creek Canyon southeast of Great Falls said a helicopter came through the canyon so low that it vibrated his mobile trailer, but he couldn’t see it. Similarly, a man in Teton County said that he and his two sons watched a helicopter hover over his cattle one evening but there was no noise. The craft had red and blue lights.
PHANTOM AIRCRAFT
Phantom aircraft with flight maneuvers similar to helicopters were observed within the vicinity of Minuteman missile sites. Chouteau and Teton Counties had similar reports. But none of the objects appeared on Air Force radar screens. Malmstrom Air Force Base did scramble jet fighters in an unsuccessful attempt to identify the objects. The copters were flying in very windy conditions.
“Dan” witnessed a large helicopter about to land. On its side was a large silver star; and the copter had many windows. “It was alike a flying boxcar,” said “Dan,” and he and his father witnessed the copter rise and disappear.
Mr. and Mrs. Cromwell of Tujunga., California witnessed a helicopter that rose over a nearby canyon. Several people watched the copter that rose to about 1,200 feet, and the saw a bright object above the copter: an object of vari-colored lights with a top of vibrant blue-green, a middle of white and the bottom, a glowing red. The copter changed shape from round to diamond to chevron and then into a classic saucer shape. The copter sped off–then two copters returned about 11:00 p.m. flying in tandem. The object disappeared in the west and so did the choppers.
Usually, where animals are mutilated, they are also hosted by Fortean or “odd” phenomena occur: flying saucers, UFOs, hairy monsters, mystery aircraft, strange cat, and even strange people and creatures are seen.
UFOs MYSTERY AIRCRAFT, ODD PHENOMENA
When an oval-shaped object was seen hovering over a field in Enfield, Connecticut at 9:30 a.m. on March 4, 1975, a helicopter was also reported flying close to the object which emitted blue, green, and red light. No one could identify the copter.
When Ray Hawks sighted a UFO at boulder, Colorado, reportedly in trouble as it wobbled in the air, a helicopter made an appearance. The object appeared to be two concave discs of dull aluminum that rectified its problem and disappeared into the clouds. Later, a supposed Air Force helicopter came to the spot, and a military colonel and a major were alleged to have told Hawks to tell the newspapers that the UFO would return. Hawks said that he would appear to be crazy if he said such a thing, but the military men insisted he should tell of he incident “to prevent public panic.”
When a UFO “flap” occurred in the Point Pleasant area of West Virginia in 1966, a large ape-like “bird,” labeled the Mothman, occurred along with reports of flying bats and strange persons. Lonnie McDaniel reported stories of animal deaths:
“In all cases, some internal organs had been removed—but never was there an incision or scar of injury.
“A dog was handed into the police station. It had been found dead but with no injuries. When it was examined, its heart was found to be missing—but there was no incision, no sign of surgery. Its heart was just gone.”
UFOs often take an interest in animals. John Beer of Larnel, Kansas reported a large white light about 9:00 p.m. on February 1972 which hovered over the cattle corral on his farm. The object eventually disappeared. The next day the two bottom wires on the corral were found to be busted, and the milk cows had burned spots or ‘circles’ on them. Similarly, Kevin, Bevin and Curtis Ercanbrach reported a UFO inspecting a dead cow from the air in the Uintah Basin area of Nevada.
When an extremely bright UFO was reported in Wanaque, New Jersey on October 11, 1966, upon its disappearance another variety of UFO appeared:
“There were aircraft all over the place after this thing disappeared. But nobody know where they came from,” said Police Sargent Ben Thompson. “There were seven helicopters and, I would say, ten or twelve jets.
“They were very fast aircraft—and they kept circling the whole area. Stewart Air Force Base, which is the closest to the area, claims that they didn’t send anybody down here. No planes or anybody. Nothing.”
A high radiation reading was later discovered in the area. A “government investigator” made an appearance at the local high school and instructed witnesses that they saw no jets and helicopters. There wasn’t any official record of such a man, and the source of the aircraft could not be discovered.
When mutilated cattle were discovered in Fremont, Blaine, Nez Perce, Bonneville, Adams and other counties in Idaho, people began to speculate that helicopters reported to be the blame. Sheriff Terry Thompson and Deputy Craig Rinehart doubted copters were used because the noise could be heard for five miles, and their office had no helicopter reports. However, Thompson did report that three or four UFOs had been seen in the Junipers north of the Egin Snake River bottoms and west of Chester. Other farmers reported low-flying, high –winged planes over the Wilford area. The farmers reported that only low-winged planes are used for crop dusting.
A mysterious black helicopter plagued a trailer court in the Elizabethtown of Pennsylvania during March of 1976. The Christina Lee family said a small, marked black helicopter buzzed the Nelson Trailer Court. A “low sound” helicopter was reported flying about the Charlie Firnekas farm near Midwest, Wyoming. Firnekas reported UFOs on several dates. Range detective Jim Zimmerschied said that cattle had been mutilated in the area. Zimmerschied said that a “mystery truck” with varied-lights moved through the woods. When mutilated cattle were found in the Cedar County area of Nebraska, mystery choppers were there also. “There have been nighttime sightings of helicopters, two of them verified,” said Sheriff Herbert Thompson. “We’ve had reports of night-landings too, although those have not been confirmed.”
Mutilated cattle were found within two to three days after the two confirmed helicopter sightings—one within half a mile of an area where the aircraft had been seen.
Two low-flying aircraft buzzed Robert Smith of rural crescent, Iowa while he drove his tractor on his farm. One was a black twin-engine plane, and the other a white helicopter. Neither craft had serial numbers.
“They were close enough that I could see a guy get out of the helicopter and brace himself on a railing,” Smith said. “He was firing a hand gun. I could see dirt fly from the bullets hitting the ground, so I put the tractor out of gear and dove to the ground.”
Airports had no data on the aircraft, though Smith said they both made numerous passes over his cornfield all spring.
Mark, Idaho was also visited by a mystery helicopter. One witness, Rev. Albert Lambeth, said: “Shortly before 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, I woke up when the intercom picked up a conversation. There was plenty of use of the Lord’s name in vain and a comment that something ‘is a damned shame.’
“I jumped out of bed, thinking there was a break-in at the station and called Farley. But when we got to the station, everything was normal. So we figured we had picked up a two-way radio signal—that’s happened before.” Farley and Lambeth recalled a “suspicious car” in town earlier that evening (Mark has a population of 20 people). They both drove out on Davis County Road, and about a mile southeast of town, they came across a “mystery helicopter.”
After a copter scarred cattle on the Francis Jones’s farm, the Iowa State Patrol tried to trail the copter, notifying the Missouri State Patrol that the craft was coming their way, but the copter never arrived.
Dan Richley of Lynchburg, Ohio noted a star-like object on September 26, 1974 about 10:00 p.m. that pulsated colors. Bother Walter Richley and son got into their white pickup truck and shinned a portable searchlight on the object. Suddenly, a red beam came down and engulfed them and the truck. The light disappeared over the horizon. Both pet dogs went crazy during the incident. The following night at 11:00 p.m. Dan heard a terribly loud noise outdoors near the barn.
A calf had died of seemingly natural causes on a Simms, Montana farm. After a few days a UFO was observed hovering over the animal: a white bean-shaped object with a red top. The object turned upside down before it left the spot. It was later discovered that the calf had its udder surgically removed. The UFO returned the next day to again inspect the cow and finally disappeared.
Darlene Underwood and her mother observed two lights that buzzed a train on April 1, 1966 outside of Liberty, Missouri. One of the lights landed on a hill while the other circled, buzzing the train, and then hovered over a tree, dimming its ‘lights’ until the train was gone. The other object rose from the hill, and then both “ducked” behind the hill. Suddenly, both objects appeared again and ‘landed’ on the hill. Mrs. Underwood said she could hear two men shouting at each other in a foreign language. The sounds of a pig being butchered could also be heard. Both women were afraid to approach any closer; however, they could see the shadow of the men moving about.
A mutilated cow found on the Raymond Jones farm near Newcastle, Wyoming was accompanied by a circle two-foot in diameter to one side, and the grass was a bright yellow at the site. “It was almost a perfect circle,” Weston County Sheriff Willis Larson said. The next night a Newcastle woman reported seeing a flying object west of town; Larson and others saw it too within the mutilation vicinity. “It looked like an orange-colored light,” said Larson. “It was big in the front and tapered down.”
Mutilation areas, as pointed out, are not just UFO “hotbeds”—they are also host to stranger phenomena.
PART III
TRUCKS, HAIRY MONSTERS, STRANGE PEOPLE
“At one point there was supposed to be kind of an occult significance as to whether the left ear or the right ear was missing. People would look over what they thought were surgically precise cuts that were made on the side of the animal to see if they represented some kind of an occult symbol. And then you’ve got the quasi-scientific explanation, which is that these body parts are being biopsied, and they’re being moved by extraterrestrials. I think the UFO explanation now seems to have gotten somewhat old. Now maybe if I were out in the Great Plains, I would find a lot of people out there who were still talking about the “black helicopters.” The black helicopters were what the aliens used to commit the mutilations and biopsy the animals. And that generated a tremendous amount of rumors and beliefs, all because it was obvious that [the helicopters] were not made by humans because they were silent. A silent helicopter was obviously an alien spacecraft. I think that all of these will be seen against the ground of real suspicion of the federal government, because they all come with the proposition that the government knows a great deal more about what’s going on than they’re letting on, and the reason they’re not telling you why these mutilations are taking place is because they don’t want you to know.”Bill Ellis, Professor of English and American Studies at Penn State Hazelton, Modern Farmer, Andy Wright, September 11, 2014
When mutilated cattle were reported in the White Meadow Lake area of New Jersey, motorists traveling on Rural Route 15 during October of 1976 were horrified to see dozens of parts of dismembered cows. Heads and entrails were strewn on the roadway for more than a mile. Since the parts appeared near the truck-gate to the United States Army Picatinny Arsenal, the Army was ordered to clean themes up. The Army disavowed any ownership to the slaughter.
People in the area also reported hearing underground construction work and subterranean machinery. There was also the noise of a truck ascending a hill but “never reaching the top.” A housewife reported a loud, very low-flying helicopter in the area but the area was encompassed in a dense fog. Another resident reported truck sounds in the area going back several years. Beeps, baby cries, howls, unusual footprints, and giant creatures were also reported. One housewife told about a man driving his car to the edge of the woods and taking a sack from his car—removing two legs of a horse and tossing them into the woods before driving away. In the same area, a dead deer was found with its body “torn open.”
UFOs were replete throughout the area. One resident told about a triangular UFO silently moving and hovering above the tree line. They also observed brilliant flashes about the trees and houses on several evenings. Harmonized orange or white lights traveled across the sky on other evenings. One glowing light appeared to have landed but the spot could not be found.
Hairy monsters were seen several times. Two children were confronted by a hairy beast with bloody eyes near the White Meadow Lake. Teenagers saw the creature later about a quarter-mile away. Huge three-toed foot prints were found. On another occasion a towering greenish creature with scales was seen along Interstate 80.
In Montana mutilation territory, a large hairy creature was seen standing on the shoulder of Interstate 15 five-miles west of Great Falls. The creature was very wide at the shoulders, about eight-foot tall but didn’t leave any tracks. Leonard Hegele and family also saw a hairy creature off Interstate 15. Hegele gave chase but stopped when the creature stood to face him. Two creatures were reported east of Rainbow Dam along the river. Vaughn, Ulim, and other areas also had creature reports. The Tennessee area was permeated with “Big Foot” reports during 1976-1977, alongside of UFO reports. One witness saw a creature with a rabbit in its mouth and a large Bob Cat as the creatures accompanying ‘pet.’ “Mo Mo,” the Louisiana, Missouri monster, stalked the area amid UFO reports in July, 1972. In January, 1975, a mutilated cow as found in nearby Foley, Missouri. The UFO Study Group of Greater St. Louis made numerous road-trips and Sky Watches; Steve Erdmann was a member on several occasions, and did, indeed, see UFOs.
AUTOMOBILES AND STRANGER THINGS
‘FLAP’ AREAS ARE HOTBEDS
Station wagons, jeeps, trucks that are never identified are also reported.
Clayton Dozler and some of his neighbors found a mutilated 300-pound bull calf on his farm—all three reproductive organs of the bull had been removed by what appeared to be a sharp instrument. Ainsworth, Nebraska investigators said the animal had a “petroleum substance” in its stomach. Interestingly, a helicopter had been reported refueling from a pickup truck in the area. The truck and copter were soon gone before anyone could apprehend them. On the afternoon of the 18th of March, 1977, an early-model light-cream-colored vehicle was reported in the Machias, Washington area in which two men accompanied a Doberman Pincher. The slow-moving vehicle went around a corner and about 15-minutes later returned without the dog: the dog had been mutilated along Dubugue Road—cleanly severed in two behind the rib cage. The back legs and its back half could not be found. There was no evidence of blood and the chest cavity was clean and whitish in color.
In the northern part of the Mojave Desert of southern California, hairy beasts were reported to descend from UFOs in the summer of 1973. The UFOs were described as torpedo-shaped and glowing. The creatures were said to ‘amble off’ when they touched the ground. Later, on July 25, witnesses again tracked hairy creatures in the desert and flatland area. This time, a convoy of blue trucks carrying military people came and herded a creature into one truck.
“The trucks, which from our vantage point, seemed to bear no identifiable markings, drove almost directly to the Joshua grove, and the figures of men surrounded the area,” said one witness from the Western Society for the Explanation of the Unexplained. “A figure, apparently a man, was carrying a powerful light and moved in a hurried manner toward the creature. He seemed to make a violet back-and-forth motion with the light as if directing the creature to come to him.” The creature let out an anguished cry and entered the truck. Minutes later, several men swept the area with a flood light, and the witnesses then fled.
Following several mutilations in the Lindale, Texas area, law enforcement officers began looking for a later model Ford Mustang with antenna on top of the automobile. The vehicle also had a dealer’s tag. Three people were to have been seen in or near the auto by a motorist on Farm Road 16 east of Lindale. Two persons were seen across a fence in a pasture and, as the motorist stopped, they turned, facing the road—they appeared to be wearing white smocks and butcher’s aprons. One was reported to be carrying a machete-type knife and the other carrying what looked like a rifle. A third man rose up in the back seat of the car and faced the witnesses, at which point the motorist sped away.
Gerald Peterson of Viking Township, Minnesota found a mutilated cow near his property on the 27th of September, 1974. Approximately one week before the incident, Peterson noted a light-colored station wagon on a road near his property.
Boot prints, jeep tire marks, and gunshot wounds are also part of the mutilations.
Cattle found in Ottawa County Kansas had been hit with a high-powered rifle before it was mutilated. An 1100-pound Holstein found east of Roxbury, Kansas was mutilated and tire and boot prints in the snow were found a short distance away.
The mutilation scenario is replete with all variety and types of odd happenings.
Cattle found mutilated in a mud ditch with no signs of struggle or mud marks. Cattle dropped into ponds with broken legs, hammer marks on the bodies, scalpels left behind—and some kind of ceremonial site was found near Butte, Montana: an alter the sight had ISIS FAVOR US: MOTHER OF MOON, LOVER OF GOODNESS. Likewise, Tom Robinson, a Wilford, Idaho farmer found a white plague with black lettering and a temple-shaped object in its center on a telephone pole at the time of a ‘flap.’ A similar sign was found in Chester.
Two Forest Service guards in Blain County, Idaho watched cattle on the Forest Service property. One guard noted two men dressed in body-length-black-hooded robes walking about 50-yards from him. The taller of the two men carried a hog. Both men preferred to walk in the willows avoiding roads, and acted as if they wanted to avoid detection. The cattle in the area had become very quiet during this time.
In September of 1976, a boy was fishing alone on the Cheyenne River near Kindred, North Dakota and he spotted a figure dressed in a long white robe. Similar reports of persons dressed in black robes carrying candles along County Highway 46 were reported in North Dakota. White- robed people carrying candles were reported in the Valley City area. Kindred Mayor Jerry Salveson told about a bull which died on the Rodney Lee farm unknown causes.
Two mystery men invaded a feed lot southwest of Sterling, Colorado in August of 1976, a previous mutilation site. Ranchers said: “They didn’t move like humans, they seemed to glide.” The sheriff was summoned but could find nothing—and no foots could be found.
One of the most bizarre reports came from Arlen R. Box who said a helicopter came over a field near Henderson, Texas on a day when cattle had been mutilated. Box watched from his tractor as the coal-black copter “with no one at the controls” flew over him “like a bat out of hell.” Several days later as he drove his pickup, he witnesses a “black creature coming out of a pine grove—it seemed black,” he said, “and I wear, it had wings” because the creature flew up to the copter before the craft disappeared.
In almost every state and some foreign territories, Swamp Things, Wall Bangers, Night Screamers, Giant Lizards, Hairy Dwarves and other monsters are reported and animals killed. The phenomenon has persisted from the 1970s down to the present day.
TO THE PRESENT DAY

Writing for the New York Post, September 5, 2016, Ben Mezrich (following the investigations of Chuck Zuklowski), uncovered the strange consistency of mutilations over the years leading up to the current time:
“Even more terrifying, incidents like this had been going on for more than fifty years — this exact same scene had been witnessed and documented on ranches all over Colorado, as well as in New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and many other places — decade after decade.
“What had occurred on (Glenda’s—a farmer’s) ranch — as violent and horrifying as it was — was part of a phenomenon made up of more than ten thousand individual incidents, in a half-dozen states — all of them completely unexplained.”

Anna Hopkins of the Dailmail.com (June 29, 2017) concurred in following the investigations of researchers Christopher O’Brien and Linda Moulton Howe. Mutilations were discovered as recently as 2016 in Kansas. O’Brien points out that since 2002, about 4,000 mutilations were found just in South America.
Sputnik News (February 8, 2017) interviewed Chuck Zukowski who has been investigating the mutilations (along with Linda Howe and other investigators such as Nick Pope [formerly of the UK Ministry of Defense]), through to its present modern era, and discovered mutilations followed the same consistent pattern of bizarre mysteriousness today.
“The cattle mutilation mystery is extremely disturbing, and there are many different theories, including predator activity, Satanists, secret military experiments, and extraterrestrial activity. The theory about military involvement makes no sense, because government scientists already have a facility where animal testing is carried out, so they would have had no need to conduct additional, illegal testing. In many modern cases, artificial mutilations are evident, and in one or two cases, traces of materials were analyzed that might indicate chemical injections.
There are six broad theories as to who is behind the mutilations:
— A highly sophisticated and wealthy clan of Satanists, including the Central Intelligence Agency and other Deep State officials and professional people, including psychiatrists on down to farmers that are dedicated to bringing about the Biblical Armageddon.
— Our U.S government, possibly, along with other governments, are involved in psychological warfare on the citizenry. Theorists remind us of the recent disclosures about the Central Intelligence Agency’s involvement with Mind Control during the 1950s-1960s. The Army Missile Command was also awarded contracts in 1975 to develop laser weapons. HELAW (helicopter mounted laser weapons) were being built by Bell, Boeing and TRW. INLAW (Infantry laser weapons) was another program. There have been many clandestine government programs. The late scientist Dr. Leon Davidson was an advocate of this theory of government intelligence behind the UFOs. Thorough investigators that include ‘all’ the information will soon come to speculate about a universal ‘breakawaycivilization.‘
— The government is sponsoring secret germ warfare programs using livestock and other animals as a nationwide, even global, laboratory. Upon autopsy many cattle were found infected with germs. If this theory is true, it has worldwide implications because mutilations were found, for example, in Puerto Rico where ducks, goats, rabbits, geese, cows, pigs, dogs and cats were found mutilated (allegedly caused by a mythical creature from atomic experiments).
— Visitors from outer space using helicopter and other terrestrial craft as “disguises,” going about collecting animal tissues, limbs and blood (also terrifying citizens for unknown reasons). A case is mentioned of a March, 1967 UFO which chased a Red Cross bloodmobile driver Beau Shertzer near Huntington, West Virginia. An arm came down from the craft as it hovered over the mobile vehicle, and a nurse saw another arm with pincher-like devices. An oncoming auto scared the mechanical vampire away.
— A “specialized” version of haunting. The general abnormal phenomenon that is possibly connected is “ghost” phenomena or apparitions similar to what happens in poltergeist activity or séances and Spiritism. A sci-fi theory is that this activity is a manifestation of our subconscious taking control in a physical form at times—and advocates point to the ID Beast from the book and movie THE FORBIDDEN PLANET.

Several deputies in one county decided to “stake out” a 640 square acres during the night. Farmers and ranchers helped close off roads and set-up the required surveillance. Alternate communication systems were used so that calls could be monitored. All cars were stopped and checked in the back roads. When morning arrived, and nothing seemed to have happened, one deputy received a call from a farmer who found a mutilated horse near the center of the 640-acre “target section.” A quarter horse had been drained of blood with several puncture wounds in the chest. There were no tracks.
— A combination of all of the above in some synchronized Jungian Meaningful Coincidence.
A NEW WORLD ORDER
What we have here may best be described, in the words of author Joseph Farrell[1], as the “enemy that is everywhere and nowhere.” Others have given it various titles, such as The New World Oder or the “Illuminati.” Adventofdeception.com, “The Illuminati Evil Earthly Organization,” describes it thus:
