Abstract
Major satellite launches have often been followed by UFO sightings soon afterwards, for example, after Sputnik I and II in 1957. In Ottawa, Canada, UFOs were seen on March 3, 1969 after the Apollo 9 launch, on June, 5, 1969 after a suborbital (failed launch) to the moon by the Soviet Union, and in July, 1969, as Apollo 11 orbited the moon. These correlations, among others, suggest that major rocket launches, especially those extending out of near-Earth orbits, tend to stimulate UFO activity.
Introduction
Major rocket launches have often been followed by UFO activity, possibly coordinated from outposts on the moon (Lorenzen, 1966, pp. 266, 267).
By 1969, however, there were so many rocket launches and UFO sightings that any attempt to establish correlations between them would be difficult. A decade earlier, there were fewer objects in orbit, though many suborbital flights were still taking place in the late 1940s. To establish the proper sequence of events in this article, Universal Time (designated Z for Zulu) will be given, as well as some local (24 hour time) equivalents (in parentheses).
Following the launch of Sputnik 1 from Baikonur, which the Encyclopedia Astronomica (1957) recorded as onOctober 4, 1957 at 19:28 Z (Oct. 5, 0:28 local time), Lorenzen (1966, p. 65) reported that a 23 year-old farmer in Brazil, Antonio Villas-Boas, observed a nearby area “…lighted as if by a giant searchlight” at about 11 p.m. local time (Oct. 6, 02:00 Z).
This observation was therefore made 30 hours, 32 minutes after the Sputnik I launch. Subsequently, while plowing a field on October 14, the same farmer saw a cartwheel-shaped UFO about 122 meters (400 feet) off the ground, an observation suggesting a UFO for the earlier Oct. 5 source of light.
UFO activity spiked after the launches of Sputnik I and II, as numerous reports in the NICAP 1957 Sighting Wave Chronology (2014) reveal. Only 1.5 to 4 hours after the Sputnik II launch on Nov. 3, 1957 at 2:30 Z, for instance, a glowing egg-shaped object landed on roads and stalled car engines near Levelland, Texas; on Nov. 4, a UFO was tracked for 20 minutes on radar and was seen by two people at Kirtland Airforce Base (Hynek, 1972; Encyclopedia Astronomica, 1957).
Also on Nov. 4, 1957 at 05:03 Z a large disc-shaped UFO with an orange glow descended at an army garrison at Itaipu, near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and produced a wave of heat that struck two soldiers, causing first- and second degree burns to 10 percent of their bodies (Lorenzen, 1966).
In some UFO cases, the time lag between a rocket launch and a UFO sighting has been relatively short.
For example, a UFO tracked a Polaris missile during test firing on January 10, 1961; similarly in 1964 soon after another launch, a UFO intercepted an Atlas rocket (Dolan, 2000; Fox & Coleman, 2007). Most surprisingly, perhaps,only four minutes after launch of a rocket carrying China’s first female astronaut on June 16, 2012, an infrared video camera recorded two glowing UFOs nearby (Good, 2013). If it is assumed that UFO responses are coordinated from a Moon base, then launches made from the side of the Earth hidden from UFOs on the Moon would not be as rapid (and the launch site would be obscured), as if they were made from the side of the Earth facing the Moon. These relationships could explain different time lags between rocket launches and UFO sightings, though this would assume that the UFOs were all stationed on the Moon at launch times.
March 4, 1969, Ottawa, Canada
Less than 34 hours after launch of Apollo 9 on March 3 at 15:00 Z , a round UFO was observed on Parliament Hill by seven RCMP officers between 0:45 and 2:34 Z. Twenty-six minutes later another RCMP officer reported two red flashing lights in the sky above Sussex Drive without any associated engine noise (Bondarchuck, 1979).

June 4 to 6, 1969 Rocket Launches
In addition to the three rocket launches on June 5 described by Nentwich (2008), there was a fourth launch, namely aSoviet Luna mission to the Moon, which failed to achieve orbit.

Although this launch was excluded from Clark’s (1977) list of Luna launch failures, Greg Kennedy, compiler of the online “Chronology of Human Space Exploration Part 5: 1967-1974” informed me in an email on Oct. 17, 2008 that the ‘Mission Planner’s Manual Proton Commercial Launch Vehicle’ document, printed in 1989 by the Space Commerce Corporation in Houston listed the launch on June 5th, with the note that the second stage failed, while the 1996 TRW Space Log listed the same launch as June 4th, also pointing out that it failed to orbit.

The ideal time for this launch, as given in a “1969 June 1 – Soviet lunar plans”, would have been June 3, 1969 at 23:18 Z, and because Soviet lunar launches were usually within an hour of the ideal time, as noted by Clark (1977), an early June 4th launch seems to be the most likely. In fact, Sokolov (2001) confirmed the Luna launch on June 4 or earlier, stating that because of an electrical problem (p. 461) “…the upper stage could not fire. The complex fell into the Pacific Ocean.”
In addition, he pointed out that another rocket was launched after Luna on June 4, 1969 which reached a height of only 100 metres, at which point it exploded with a power of about ten (10) kilotons! <Editer’s note: The Hiroshima A-Bomb aproximately equaled 20 kilotons>
Could this explosion have caused a UFO response as well?

June 5, 1969 UFOs in South and North America
A resident of Uba, Brazil was driving in a car with six passengers when at 09:00 Z their car was “…pursued by a bright orange-colored object which flew around in circles above them, producing interference with the car radio and stopping the engine for a few moments” (Flying Saucer Review Case Histories, 1971, p. 16; UFOCAT, 2005). In addition, several witnesses also observed a UFO after 20:00 Z at a lake 60 km west of Quebec City, Canada.

Between 22:50 and 23:00 Z, more than 50 witnesses reported UFOs in Iowa (Southern Illinoisan, June 6, 1969; Muscatine Journal, June 6, 1969). Dr. J. Allen Hynek “stated he understood the phenomenon was flashing silver, orange and copper colored, with chunks flying off of it”, while other reports told of two or three objects with bluish-green wakes (Southern Illinoisan, June 6, 1969, p. 14). Dr. Hynek suggested that the objects could have been parts of a re-entering Russian satellite, although an official with the Space Defence Center stated that “…it was highly unlikely that the objects were from a satellite because one is rarely placed in an east-west orbit.” (Daily Capital News, June 7, 1969, p. 1)

An FAA official stated that sightings at Riverside and Iowa City, were “…variously described as a bright ball of fire, flash[ing] and cigar-shaped objects” with “Colors…from silver to blue and blue-green” (Cedar Rapids Gazette, June 6, 1969, p. 4). The azimuth of the ground path of the “Iowa Fireball” on the map of plate 4 in Klass (1975) was about 272º, equivalent to an inclination of 178º, and therefore larger than the maximum reported inclination of any satellite launched up to that time.
Here it should be noted that the ground path of a satellite is determined by the inclination of its orbit, which is the angle between the Earth’s equatorial plane and a spacecraft’s orbital plane (major axis). Of the thousands of launch-related items in the NORAD Catalog (2012) prior to June 7, 1969, with the exception of 13 which did not re-enter the atmosphere in the June 4 to 6 time interval, the maximum inclinations were all less than 121º, corresponding to azimuths larger than 329º but less than 90º.
Three (3) satellites were expected to re-enter June 5 or 6 but would not cross the sky from east to west (Southern Illinoisan, Friday, June 6, 1969, p. 14).
A Soviet rocket body (NORAD ID 3223) with an inclination of 64.8º (25.2º azimuth) re-entered the atmosphere on June 5, as listed in the NORAD Catalog (2012), but obviously did not have the east to west ground path of the “Iowa fireball”.
Cosmos 284 had an inclination of 62.3º (azimuth 27.7º), re-entering the atmosphere on June 6 at 5:46 Z, making a soft landing in the Soviet Union (Fairbanks Daily News, June 6, 1969, p. 1; NORAD Catalog, 2012;

For all of these reasons, Cosmos 284 was not responsible for the “Iowa fireball” and, in o summary, neither a rocket launch nor a re-entering satellite explains the “Iowa fireball”.
This leaves us with the only other possibilities:
Meteors or UFOs

The Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory concluded that the “Iowa fireball” had been a meteor, and members of itsMeteorite Recovery Project proposed a landing site in southern Iowa (Blue Book files, 1969; Cedar Rapids Gazette, June 7, 1969). However, the following descriptions from several witnesses should be considered before drawing such a conclusion. For instance, a pilot, a teenager and a woman described the object “…as blue and circular, with no wings or indication of a propulsion system…flying east to west above the runway at an altitude of less than 1,000 feet” and with a speed between 483 and 644 km/hr (300 and 400 mph) (Cedar Rapids Gazette, June 6, 1969, p. 3).
A witness north in St. Louis, Missouri reported three objects in a line heading WNW for 60 to 80 seconds, with shapes resembling elongate badminton shuttlecocks (Blue Book files, 1969, p. 14 – 21). A student in East St. Louis, Illinois saw three bright self-luminous, lime-green oval objects beside each other about 805 meters (half a mile) away, decreasing in altitude from 518 to 457 meters (1,700 to 1,500 feet), whereas another witness saw four objects in a line heading west, one of which was oval-shaped with a blue-silver tail (Blue Book Files, 1969, p. 24 – 42).
Several other witnesses saw one of the objects speeding up relative to the other two, while a civilian 53 km (33 miles) northwest of downtown Chicago saw a single tear-drop shaped object (silvery-aqua color), with a tail 10 times as long as the diameter of the head, and with a piece falling upwards from the object as it traveled silently straight and level(Blue Book Files, 1969).
The most easterly sighting was made by a pilot and two other persons in an airplane near Greenfield, Indiana, who, for about 30 seconds saw a single object with an almost metallic “face” south of Greenfield heading west (Blue Book files, 1969, pp. 47-50). Its trajectory was south of the one shown in plate 4 of Klass (1975), such that different objects were travelling along separate parallel paths.
To summarize, the object(s) had the following characteristics, some of which were not meteor-like: a silvery metallic appearance; flying without being heard; one “piece” moving upwards; one object speeding up relative to the other two; a change in relative positions of the objects from one after another to one beside the other; visibility in flight for over a minute; apparent shapes resembling either a tear-drop, oval, cone, bullet or badminton shuttlecock.
The most compelling evidence for a UFO interpretation, however, was described in a UFO Investigator (1972) article, based on a sighting by an FAA controller and several pilots, who were flying east near St. Louis, Missouri on June 5. Interestingly, a drawing of a side view of the object in that article resembles the side view of the Roswell UFOillustrated in Randle and Schmitt (1994). The UFO was described in this 1972 article as hydroplane-shaped, 18 to 20 feet long, 7 to 8 feet thick and 12 to 14 feet across at the back end. Viewed from the side, such an object could have had an elongate teardrop shape, but seen at different angles from a distance, it would have had different shapes.
June 6, 1969 in the West End of Ottawa, Canada
On June 6, 1969 between 2:00 and 2:45 Z, and most likely at about 2:30 Z (June 5, 22:30), a UFO about 60 m long (Fig. 1) was observed in the west end of Ottawa (Nentwich, 2008). Its surface was not uniformly reflecting light, but was partly covered with a black film.

At about the same time in Ottawa, UFOs appeared over Parliament Hill, after which they travelled to Uplands Airport (Bondarchuk 1979).

July 20, 1969, in Ottawa, Canada
An employee of the National Research Council, as well as some of her neighbors and a police officer, reported a UFO in Hull (now Gatineau just north of Ottawa) between 11:00 and 1:00 Z. The NRC employee stated that it was “A single object, shaped like a watermelon, glowing brightly with an orange hue”… that “Passed slowly overhead and then travelled at great speed across the Ottawa River to the Parliament Bldgs”, over which it hovered (NRC File N69-128, 1969). This sighting was on the same day as the Apollo 11 moon landing.
Apollo Flights and UFO Sightings
Maurice Chatelain, former chief of NASA communications systems, quoted in Good (1988, p. 385), stated that “…all Apollo and Gemini flights were followed, both at a distance and sometimes also quite closely, by space vehicles of extraterrestrial origin….Every time it occurred, the astronauts informed Mission Control, who ordered absolute silence.” Further evidence supporting this claim includes an analysis of Apollo 16 film by Nakamura (2003, p. 409),who described an enormous domed disc travelling 20 to 40 km/second and wobbling like a leaf falling from a tree. In addition, indirect evidence presented by Good (2013) suggests that after landing the lunar module on the moon, theApollo 11 astronauts observed large UFOs nearby. A summary of tentative evidence concerning life on the Moon, including UFO activity there, has been considered by Proud (2013, pp. 279-356), based on many sources in the literature.
Conclusions
UFOs appearing after major rocket launches at or near the launch site or even following the rockets leaves little doubt that such launches stimulate UFO activity. In some cases, however, UFOs have appeared large distances from the launch sites, as in the Texas UFO sightings after the Sputnik 2 launch. These cases are less convincing though the appearance of a UFO shortly after a launch when there were only a few objects in orbit is still significant. The reports ofUFOs in Ottawa after the Apollo 9 and Luna launches, and on the day of the Apollo 11 moon landing, considered together, do not seem entirely coincidental, especially if one includes the Apollo 11 sightings on the way to the Moon.
It may be that UFO reports correlate more strongly with artificial satellites sent by humans beyond near Earth orbits than they do with orbital or suborbital flights. On the other hand, UFOs were also reported on dates when there were no Apollo flights. For instance, a UFO on April 22, 1969 about 25 miles east of Ottawa was seen flying along a power line while another was seen on May 11, 1969 on Allumette Island west of Ottawa (Bray, 1979; Rutkowski, 2006).

On November 06, 2015, a local San Luis Obispo (SLO), California photographer was at Laguna Lake photographing birds, when he had an encounter with a UFO that he will never forget. The photographic evidence for this case is very compelling, however what makes this a significant case is not so much what he saw, but rather because of what he heard.
I first heard about this case when I was out walking my dogs, and ran into a neighbor of mine who I had met previously when we were both out in the neighborhood with our cameras taking pictures. Since he wishes to remain anonymous, for reasons that will be very clear as I go on, I will not use his name. Because I find made-up names to be confusing, I will just refer to him as “the witness”. Suffice it to say that we had previously struck up a friendship over photography, not UFOs, although we had touched upon the subject before, and he was aware of my status as State Director So CA for MUFON.
The witness is a retired Army Veteran, who served four years active duty back in the 1960s. He learned about photography from the airmen who worked at Lajes Air Force Base in the Azores, back in 1961, and had his own darkroom for a while. Today he prefers using the Nikon D800 and a Nikon D90. When asked to summarize his job in the Army this is what he had to say: “I was asked to join the Army Security Agency because of my test scores. The ASA units served with regular army units but we took our orders from DIRNSA, Director, National Security Agency not the Department of Defense. My job was a Communications Center Specialist. I was granted a Top Secret Crypto clearance to do the job. I had access to Sensitive compartmented information that was contained under the UMBRA code word and access to information considered way above Top Secret, which I cant talk about.” Hopefully this explains why he wishes to remain anonymous for now, and also establishes his credibility.
The witness also relies on hearing aids, and has some remarkable ones that are made by Siemens called Pure Binax. They use a Hearing Loop Induction technology that enables signals from compatible devices to be directly transmitted to the users hearing aids. This comes in handy at places such as theatres, museums, and other places that use the compatible systems. They also played a key role in the witness’ experience.
The witness explained all this to me as we continued walking my dogs, but then when he told me how it was relevant, I asked him to send me an email detailing exactly how the pictures were taken. Here is part of his email: “I think that I heard the sound of an unidentified object and captured that same object with my Nikon D800 on 6 Nov 2015 at the dry lake bed of Laguna Lake.”

“I am a Veteran and got brand new hearing aids on Oct 5th at the clinic here in SLO. They include the feature to use inductive hearing at movie theaters etc. that have that system. I was taking HDR images of the dry lakebed. A group of 5 images, same f-stop, different shutter speeds to gather all the image data, then move camera 15 degrees and repeat until panorama is complete. I took the photos with a Professional camera; a Nikon D800 mounted on a tripod at 4.5 frames per second. I took the first group of 5, then rotated the camera 15 degrees and grabbed the remote to press the shutter and there was a very loud noise coming thru my hearing aids that went from one side to the other and was gone. I was stunned but being new to hearing aids I just got on with my pictures. When I got home I downloaded the photos from the camera into the computer.
Then, using Photoshop Lightroom, I assembled the HDR image from the 7 groups of 5 images. Upon looking at the completed images I noticed that a bird had been in the scene on the second group of 5. And then I noticed that in addition to the multiple images of the bird there was the image of a Disk shaped object but only one. I checked the RAW files produced by the camera, and the object is only on the 1st of the 5 images from the second set. ”
The UFO, a Cessna Sky Hawk, and a real hawk, all captured in the same photo have been enlarged and enhanced by photo analyst Robert Morningstar , as shown below and others that follow.
The photo shown above is the only photo out of the set showing the UFO object in it. Also visible in photo are an airplane, and some birds, all (except the UFO) are visible in the other photos.
Below is a copy of the picture that I adjusted the contrast on, and cropped to show only the object. As you can see, the details are rather startling, and do not appear to be a “bug” or a “bird”. It would appear to have two appendages coming from it, equidistant from each other, and a dome or bubble on the top and center.
Here I have resized the captured object, and tweaked the exposure to bring out details of the object.
Further adjustments (below) brought out more details.
Normally, when a witness says that they did not see anything at the time when the picture was taken, it turns out to be nothing more than birds, insects, or water drops on the lens, so it was quite surprising to find something so interesting in his photograph.
In the enlargement above and the “equalized” enhancement done by Robert Morningstar, shown below, one can more clearly see either an exhaust plume, emanating from the UFO or, perhaps, an appendage of some sort that is not easily distinguishable in the unequalized close-up.
However, I think it is much more important that the hearing aids that the witness was using were apparently able to capture the sound produced by the UFO, either from an energy field surrounding the object, electromagnetic interference, or perhaps, it may have been produced by the UFO propulsion sytem, i.e., the UFO’s ElectroMagnetoGravitic (EMG) Drive itself.
The witness described the unusual sound to me as being very loud, and that it sounded like a Theremin, an electronic musical instrument, invented in Soviet Russia in 1920 by a young Russian physicist named Lev Sergeyevich Termen (known in the West as Léon Theremin).

The eerie sound of a Theremin is familiar to us all from 1940s & 50s science fiction movies, such as “The Day the Earth Stood Still” and “The Man From Planent X.”.
The witness also reported that he heard the sound of the UFO, picked up and amplified by the high tech hearing aids, traveling through his head from one side to the other, in less than a second.
I find the testimony about the sound, coupled along with the picture and the analysis I’ve done of it, to be compelling evidence that the witness captured a unique, and excellent photo of a genuine UFO, which has been dubbed “The Laguna Lake ‘Theremin UFO’ “ by Robert Morningstar, Editor of UFO Digest.

Micah Hanks views what appears to be some of the same UFO mysteries, their origins, but with extra “metaphysical” viewpoints. Hanks sees the solution to the UFO mystery as clandestinely happening behind current scientific progress and, perhaps, even being manipulated by unknown forces and agencies.

The Maury Island UFO incident seemed “physical” enough. Harold Dahl, his son, Charles, a pet dog, and two unidentified crewmen were impinged upon by an estimated twenty tons of UFO debris deposited over Puget Sounds, damaging his boat, The North Queen, killing his dog, and injuring his son (who soon left the territory with amnesia, but later allegedly found, recovering in Lusk, Wyoming).
Dahl’s “superior,” Fred Crisman, later witnessed the bizarre material spewed along the beach, and briefly became witness to a craft similar to one of the six large donut-shaped aircraft that previously hovered over the bay.
Thomas describes increasingly mysterious events. For example, the very day after the Maury Island UFO event, Harold Dahl was approached by a man in a black suit (aka “MIBs”) who was driving a 1947 black sedan Buick. The man (characteristic to other ‘MIB’ reports) took Dahl to breakfast.The man revealed quite a bit of knowledge about Dahl. He also made veiled threats about Dahl’s well-being. “I did think it was rather fantastic how this gentleman happened to know what I had seen,” said Dahl.
Shortly following the Maury Island UFO Incident, the famous Kenneth Arnold incident took place June 24, 1947 in the Cascade Mountains near Mount Rainer, Washington, when Arnold viewed nine delta-shaped aircraft “skipping” the mountain peaks about 1200 miles per hour. [1]
Thomas tells us that the era was designed by reports of similar objects. Archie Edes of Wenatchee, Oregon also saw a UFO disperse “great shows of speaks and piles of flame” around June 27, 1947.
Although there was, as yet, no “official” US Air Force investigation of the sightings in Washington state, Arnold was soon contacted by Raymond A. Palmer at Ziff-Davis Publishing and “Amazing Stories”who offered Arnold $200 to investigate Dahl and Crisman’s story.
Because of the July 4th “wave of sightings,” however, General Carl “Ptooey” Spaatz dispatched two investigators, Captain William Lee Davidson and First Lieutenant Frank Mercer Brown of the Fourth Air Force A-2 Intelligence Unit. General Spaatz began an investigation of the Northwestern UFOs at the McChord Air Base, as well as Hamilton Field in California, to report UFO data to the Air Technical Intelligence Command at Wright Field in Ohio (commanded by General Nathan Twining at that time).
Arnold soon connected with David N. Johnson of the Idaho Statesman and United Airline pilot Emil Smith, both who had previous UFO experiences, as well as talking to officers Davidson and Brown. Johnson “advised Arnold to take on the Maury Island investigation and let his newspaper pick up the expenses.” —JFK + UFO-Military: page 36.
Smith joined Arnold in his investigation, interviewing Dahl and Crisman, other UFO witnesses, and inspection of the UFO debris.
Ted Morello of the United Press International began to get anonymous-informant-telephone-calls revealing intimate details of conversations with Dahl, Crisman and Smith. Such reported and eerie informant-interceptions happened several times, causing the investigators to search for “bugging devices” in their hotel room.
Brown and Davidson interviewed everyone about their findings. Crisman provided the A-2 men with a box of the fragments. [2]. The officers were suspicious of some of the elements in this case, but they “planned to finally make that trip to Maury Island with Crisman in the morning leaving this whole strange experience behind them.” [3]

Unfortunately, and mysteriously, the episode took a macabre twist when the B-25 the two officers left in crashed on August 1, 1947 killing them both. Capt. Brown’s widow mentioned her belief that he husband had been murdered [4].
Bizarre elements continued: A reporter for the Tacoma Times, Paul Lantz, who reported on the crash, died shortly following his news dispatch. A farewell trip by Smith and Arnold to see Dahl at his previously visited home, found a suspiciously empty house:
“When they arrived, they found a house that ‘looked completely deserted and as if it had not been lived in for a month,’” says Thomas. There was no furniture, only dust, dirt cobwebs, no Dahl, his secretary or her children to be found. The two men had been there earlier in the morning when the house was occupied and normally lived-in. (JFK + UFO-Military: pp 68, 65-66.)

STAGING PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERIMENTS
Michah Hanks is likewise amazed by certain mystic happenings in sightings of UFO craft:
“This is certainly a possibility, though there would need to be a hefty reason for using technology so advanced as that displayed by UFO craft for mere purposes of staging psychological experiments with humans,” says Hanks. “Artificial intelligence, advanced bio-engineering, anti-gravitational aircraft, and perhaps even time travel are all things that could account for various UFO technologies. However, each of these possibilities is equally fastened to the idea of a coming technological Singularity just as well.” — The UFO Singularity: pp. 65-66.
Hanks prods the reader into a “human/alien” quest and prism where human-beings had begun inventions into aerial technology. The Weldon Institute flight-enthusiasts hosted an 1889 demonstration of a dirigible-heavier-than-air-flying-machine as told in Jules Verne’s 1886 novel Robur-le-conguerant. These aircraft seem to have been actually manifested in the skies over Sacramento, California in November, 1896, as a craft that bobbed in the skies in a “falling leaf” pattern of descent. There soon followed an “airship scare” with many reports from other parts of the country, some resembling a “huge egg” or “cigar” shape with rudders, paddle wheels, or even propellers.
Similar stories came from Australia in 1909. David Schwarz designed such a craft which flew at Tempelof near Berlin, Germany. George de Bay demonstrated a saucer-like model in 1928 that “could skip through the air like a flat stone.” — The UFO Singularity: p 107.
Hanks similarly talks about Nazi technology as discovered in diagrams they found at the end of World War II. Historian and researcher Joseph P. Farrell comments that “Nazi flying saucers” had been in the works by 1942. [5]

“In truth, there may have been a number of secret private enterprises throughout the years, which might have contributed to reports of explainable and other worldly looking things in the skies,” says Hanks. “Depending on the level of technological sophistication such ‘secret groups’ might have achieved, these could also contributed to a host of reports of strange unidentified flying objects seen as far back as prior to World War I.”
Hanks says that J. Allen Danelek had similar thoughts in his research on early aviation [6].

SECRET AGENT MAN AND THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION
This is precisely where Fred L. Crisman enters history, not just as a UFO witness, but as a member of Special Internal Security of the OSS (Office of Strategic Services) and then transferred to the CIA as an “extended agent” in the State of Washington. Crisman trained at Fort Lewis, Washington, Fort Benning, Georgia, and Fort Sill, Oklahoma, the National Security Agency (NSA), and spent a considerable amount of time as a “disruption agent” at Boeing Company in Seattle.
Crisman also connected with earlier episodes of what publisher Ray Palmer called The Shaver Mystery, stories that Palmer latched onto (as written by Richard Sharpe Shaver) who told of a“diminutive race of beings” called “deros” (contraction of the words ‘detrimental’ and‘robot’), who originally came from outer space many eons in the past to help create and organize life on earth, but became victims of Sun and other solar radiation “attracted” into their advanced mental machinery, causing disease, mental derangement and a kind of perpetual zombies of “The Elder Race.”[7]
The Dero (usually living in subterranean caverns) sometimes were fought against by “not-so-deranged,” Tero and innocent surface dwellers. [8].
The Shaver Dero-Tero tales became a complex series of articles in Palmer’s “Amazing Stories” in the 1940s (and later in his Hidden World series in the 1960s).
One of those people who claimed connection to “The Hidden World” was Fred Lee Crisman, who wrote to “Amazing Stories”telling of his own encounters with “deros” in underground caverns in Myana Mar southeast of India, and Kashmir, near Jammu in Alaska, where Crisman claimed a companion name “Dick” lost his life.
Crisman gave a “prescient description” of a laser-like weapon that bored “a hole the size of a dime in (the) right bicep” of Crisman’s companion’s arm. “‘It was seared inside,” Thomas quoted Crisman, “‘How, we don’t know,’ no doubt, since lasers had not yet been developed.”
It was precisely at this point in 1947 that Crisman was seemingly interjected into UFO history. [9].

Thomas also points out that these craft were the end-products of Nazi technology and their “flugdiskus.” — JFK + UFO-Military: p 81.
“During World War II, for instance, he supposedly belonged to the Office of Strategic Service (OSS), a forerunner of the CIA, which according to UFO lore had a hand in transforming flying saucer technology from the Nazis after the war,” says Thomas about Crisman, “and so, if there was anything to the connection, this may have been the origins involvement with Maury Island.”
Crisman’s numerous CIA comments and episodes since 1945 included Clay Shaw (who tried to call Crisman upon his arrest by Jim Garrison in the 1968 Kennedy assassination trial in New Orleans). [10]
Shaw’s association with a fascist organization called Permindex, Shaw’s alliances with the Nazi/American Operation Paperclip, Guy Banister association at 531 Lafayette in New Orleans (Banister associated with Lee Harvey Oswald in 1963,Watergate buglers Bernard Baker & E. Howard Hunt, David Ferrie [who, among other activities, was a gun-runner for theCIA’s Bay of Pigs], Robert Maheu as a consultant to billionaire-genius Howard Hughes (who planned murder plots against Fidel Castro), CIA operatives Thomas Beckham, Sergio Arcacha Smith, Louis Rabel, “The Octopus” suspect Michael Riconoscuito, Kerry Thornley, and various bizarre right-wing ‘old church’ evangelical sects, including The Minute Men and the Christian Sons of Liberty.
“To many, the world of transnational industrial espionage that Garrison saw as the back drop to the assassination is simply not real, despite its continuing presence in global politics,” says Thomas. “Conmen, industrial spies and low-level disinformationists abound in this environment and one testament to the veracity of Crisman’s entanglement is the durability of his influence upon it. BEHIND THE SCENES TECHNOLOGY
Here Michah Hanks presents the philosophical and cogent theories of Martin Cannon as espoused in Cannon’s “The Controllers: A New Hypothesis of Alien Abductions” which allude to powerful and clandestine agencies working in concert to manipulate the beliefs and actions of society at large. [12].
Dr. Leon Davidson was another scientist that felt the “UFO mystery” was actually a CIA invention! [13].
“Although the above circumstances being related have to do with the potentials for such technology being harnessed by covert agencies, there are other ways that advances in the sciences might be used to control or manipulate an individual,” says Hanks, “…military interests aren’t always the only medium through which the advancement of secret technology can occur…taking place as a result of private interests and largely away from public agencies, we can see that it would no doubt remain clandestine.” —The UFO Singularity: pp 171-172.
Hanks slowly outlines the steps in which the origin of such phenomena may have already taken place in our present and future reality as “Transhumanism” heading for the ultimate “Singularity.” Hanks quotes Russian Transhumanist, Alexei Turchin, on how “super technologies” could presently be playing with humanity:
“I refer to the idea that UFOs are connected with the quantum nature of our world; they are like schrodinger’s cat, which could exist only under conditions of low concentration of the attention of its observers…this could explain why many attempts at taking UFO photos seem to fail or end up looking like hoaxes. It could also explain how they are connected with our unconscious mind.” — The UFO Singularity: p 210.

CRYPTOTERRESTRIALS
On January 14, 2012, scientist Nigel Kerner sent a warningto Hanks that humanity may have been set-up as “lab rats” kept alive “for mere purposes of control__and a control system that ultimately plans for their demise…an agenda, a hidden agenda that is not for benefit.” — The UFO Singularity: p 217.
Such glimpses into Palmer’s “Hidden World” (JFK + UFO-Military: p 39 [14]) may have been found in Thomas’ portrayal of Fred Crisman as one of the three hobos (aka “The Three Tramps”) arrested on the day of John F. Kennedy’s murder. Such associations suggest a strong and operant synchronicity in a Jungian sense, at least. [15].
Mysterious papers called The Torbitt Document, had been authored by David Copeland, and told of how Crisman had ties to both Kennedy-suspect-groups, the infamous Division Five of the FBI and the Defense Industrial Security Command (note the acronym, DISC). It also said that Crisman had been at the Dallas site on November 22, 1863.
The Torbitt Document tells of a John Howard Bowen (alias Alexander Osborne) who was accompanied by a ‘second’ fictitious John Howard Bowen who was, in fact, a “Fred Chrismon, [sic] another agent for the munitions makers Police Agency Defense Industrial Security Command. Chrismon also posed as a missionary and used other aliases. Among the cognomens for Chrismon were Fred Lee, Jon Gould and Jon Gold.”
In his November 21, 1968 subpoena of “Fred Lee Chrismon,” Jim Garrison listed Crisman as engaged in the undercover activity for the “industrial warfare complex” and having “persons involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.” — JFK + UFO-Military: p 79.

TheMidlothian Mirror reflects on the photo of the “tramps” as showing a “co-director of the Mexican-based assassins, John H. Bowen, alias Fred Chrismon, alias Jon Gold, and Thomas Beckham.”[16]”
The tramps were also identified as Harold Doyle (pronounced ‘Dahl,’ as in Maury Island), John Gedney and Gus Abrams; said also to be Chauncey Marvin Holt. John Forrester Gedney was also identified as Edward Lansdale. [17]

A thorough and intimate examination of Thomas’ works will reveal an assortment of trails into the Kennedy Assassination and the UFO Mystery. In an interview with Mike Sylwester on August 4, 1993, Fred Crisman, Jr., said that his father, Fred Lee Crisman, probably worked for the CIA. Fred Crisman, Jr., said, according to Sylwester and Thomas, that “his father believed in a conspiracy between the CIA and the Mafia to kill JFK and once remarked that Dealey Plaza had been landscaped in preparation for the assassination.” [19] — JFK + UFO-Military: pp 253, 259.

BREAKAWAY CIVILIZATION
“(A Process of Decoding) Regardless of our experience or research, we seem no closer to finding an answer to the puzzle of the UFOs. These strange craft and their equally strange occupants behave in a manner that seems to contradict physics and logic, appearing and disappearing seemingly at will, dropping curious objects and artifacts (including potatoes and pancakes), mutilating cattle, abducting people and leaving cryptic messages embedded in the brains of their awe-stricken contactees,” states Kenn Thomas (in a 2004 book called “Saucers of The Illuminati”), “These activities, these odd messages seem only to compound our confusion as to who these interlopers on ‘our’ cosmic turf are and what their motives might be.”
Thomas describes some encounters as angelic (refered to as “The Space Brothers”), often giving out warnings about impending doom, while others are not so benign. Some witnesses claim to have been abducted against their will and even implanted with electronic brain devices for monitoring.
“Analyzing the conflicting signals that we have received about the nature of these visitors,” Thomas goes on to say, “it is almost as if we are purposely being misled and befuddled by these mysterious agents, purposely being deceived about the motives behind these visitations, and perhaps even directed in some mysterious transformative operation of which we are not aware.”
Thomas’ own UFO encounter happened in 1972 in the Los Angeles suburb of Upland, when he encountered an archetypal Grey alien staring in his face from a distance of about one foot. Kenn leapt out of bed and raced into the living room. When he returned to his bedroom, the visitor was nowhere to be found. Thomas questions the experience as a “cross-dimensional” defiance of dream and reality, and says he has never had an experience like that since. He compares the episode to happenings in Whitley Strieber’s bestselling book “Communion.” [20].
Much like Hanks’ theories, Thomas leaves many possibilities open, including hoax by UFO buffs and American Intelligence agencies in a ruse to conceal mind control operations, described in several tomes (such as those of Martin Cannon), he leaves the “latch string” out for other possibilities.
“One intriguing possibility is that the incident in Upland was one of beamed electronic mind control of the sort I have described in a number of my books,” continues Thomas. “The house where the incident took place was a large hippie/radical commune where any number of anti-Establishment pipedreams was hatched. The strange motley of activists in Technicolor dream coats that came and went from the place at all hours no doubt drew the attention of those who monitor such things. And so it occurred to me: Was I zapped electronically with the image of an alien? Was it just a byproduct of the chromatic chromosomes so prevalent at the time? I will probably never know. What I do know is that there are depths to the UFO enigma that are not plumbed by most researchers in the field, Horatio.”

An examination of Hanks’ works will likewise reveal a multiplicity of explanations for “strange phenomena and odd occurrences” ranging from “breakaway civilizations” to “independent private operations” to “trans human inventions” and reaching for the “Singularity” in which “a point where our own technological capabilities will become so advanced that they begin to mirror that of other intelligences in our universe, some of which may already be in our midst, though partially obscured by the limitations of human perception.” — The UFO Singularity: p 254.
Hanks quotes Martin Cannon from Cannon’s “The Controllers” to likewise highlight a crucial point:
“A mind is a terrible thing to waste___ and a worse thing to commandeer.”
DESCRIBED AS ‘DANGER MAN’

Some of the debris that Crisman spoke of, and was mentioned in Ray Palmer and Kenneth Arnold’s The Coming of the Saucers (1952), was still in their possession. Ray Palmer’s metallurgical analysis of the ‘real stuff’ found the material to be of high calcium, Iron, zinc and titanium content, with lesser traces of aluminum, manganese, copper, silicon, nickel, strontium, chromium, tin and cadmium. This past year has not only been “big” for Thomas Reed, but it’s also been a “Big Year” for the quaint east coast towns of Sheffield and Great Barrington, Massachusetts. A distant memory — though far from faded — of an otherworldly incident that took place on September 1, 1969 was rekindled, and given new life by being inducted into the Great Barrington Historical Society as a “true and significant event,” making it the first ‘off-world’ case in the United States to ever gain such recognition.
The story of its of the Reed Family UFO experience, and its induction int the official history of Great Barrington, graced the front page of The Boston Globe in February 2015. Subsequently, Thom Reed’s story and the official recognition accorded to it was picked up by other mainstream outlets like Channel 10 New York, KNOR 4 San Francisco, The Washington Times, Chicago Tribune, L.A. Times, Fox News and Canada AM.

Thom Reed is a Great Barrington native; a sleepy, Norman Rockwell-esque town nestled between the Taconic Mountain Range and the Housatonic River in the southwestern corner of Massachusetts. The bizarre experiences Reed and his family bore around their farmhouse property when he was a boy not only affected their lives forever, but, for one night in late summer of 1969, shook the entire town to its core.
Residents not just of Sheffield and Great Barrington, but those of Stockbridge and South Egremont inundated a live WSBS Radio broadcast with a storm of phone calls, reporting an unusual object in the sky!
Marian Burrows, Thom’s grandmother, described it as a “floating strip mall.” It was after leaving their family-owned Village on the Green restaurant, driving through the Old Covered Bridge, when Nancy Reed, with her sons, Thom and his brother, Matthew, and Marian witnessed an ascending object above the left side of their station wagon.
The account only gets stranger from there, as the Reed Family recollects fragmented memories of vibrating sensations, barometric pressure changes, the presence of non-human entities, dark rooms, bright, long hallways, crying out for each other, and subsequent “missing time.” The high strangeness that they experienced, though, didn’t start or stop on that Labor Day evening in 1969 — nor did the judgment and stark confrontations at the family bistro. Nancy Reed recalls and has recounted her family’s history with similar UFO phenomena as far back as 1954.
September 1st, 2015 – Monument to Reed Family UFO Event Erected in Sheffield, Massachusetts
Due to the stirring and historic scope of this event, a monument commemorating the event was ceremoniously installed in the local park next to the covered Sheffield Bridge. However, blow-back over its recent installation and the town celebration was, perhaps, inevitable from certain “local yokel” officials.
A Monumental Backlash in the Berkshire Record
An article was recently published in the Bershire Record, a local paper, accusing Thom Reed of going “behind the back” of his own hometown and sullying public property to institute a 5,000 lbs. monument for personal gain.
Reed, however, did no such thing, and replied recently that the paper’s stance was not only libelous, but verges on malicious. The monument, mounted with a plaque recognizing the Reed Family as key witnesses,t was constructed in dedication to the event. This was done so by, for and with the support of local residents who gave testimony to the Great Barrington Historical Society.
The event was a historic ceremony that would left Reed nearly speechless. Thom devoted the entire day to his father, politician, lawyer, professor, and pillar of the community Howard Reed Ph.D., who passed away suddenly and under questionable circumstances in 2006.
The article ran in the wake of the monument being defaced with graffiti to include an ‘X’ over the plaque and Thom’s late father’s tribute. We can ask ourselves how, in 2015, people can still be so fear-ridden and myopic? However, when we remind ourselves of a ruthlessly divided nation, and overseas wars from which some are so far out of touch that they may as well conclude that they are quite asinine, and then it’s not hard to imagine a resistance to the furtive multi-verse that lies just beyond the gasp of our 5 sensory perceptions.
Doing some digging, it seems that this “outpouring of opposition from town residents,” as described in the article that ran in the column “Just the Facts,” is really more an outpouring of opposition from a few of Sheffield’s jaundiced, financial “heavy hitters. “
We seem to hear a lot from Sheffield’s Historical Committee chairman, Dennis Sears, and not too much from anyone else.
“We’re very upset about it,” he expressed. “It’s a nice park, we don’t need this kind of crap.”
His comment makes me wonder if by “crap” he means local historicity, which, of course, we know he doesn’t, as he also stated, “I’m absolutely incensed that it impinges upon one of our landmarks, the covered bridge.”
The “covered bridge” referenced above is, technically, a recreation of the actual 1837 lattice bridge that was restored in 1974, and ultimately destroyed by a fire in 1994. A replica was erected in 1996.
In this sense, it seems to be more a personal aversion on Sears’ part to, let’s say, an uncanny event that was not only corroborated by eyewitness testimony, scientific inquiry, and the positive results of lie detector tests conducted at the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute, but was also given a classification by J. Allen Hynek during his Project Bluebook years, and was one of many presented at the United Nations Symposium in 1992.
The objective of the United Nations Symposium was to introduce several well-substantiated cases to motivate the U.N. to reconsider establishing an official agency or department for undertaking, coordinating and disseminating the results of research into unidentified flying objects.
It was 14 years later (to the day) that Howard Reed died under mysterious circumstances.
In this light, quotes obtained by the Berkshire Record from “one man who declined to be identified,’” such as:
“This just makes us all look like a bunch of wackadoodles.”
Followed by Sears describing the monument itself as, “The junkiest piece of crap I’ve ever seen,” all come off as rather insensitive, and, at their worst, ignorant.

This should be more about the history of the town, and the subsequent scientific implications surrounding it, and less about Sears’ sensibilities regarding the aesthetics of the park and, his proclamation (as a “1-Man Majority”) whether ‘this’ historical landmark 9i.e. the park) is more important than ‘that’ historical landmark (the monument to the Reed Family UFO contact).
While it’s understandable, even reasonable, to be cynical or reluctant about such an extraordinary local account (with global effects and serious philosophical (and as we see now, political ramifications), the fact of the matter is that credit is due where credit is due.!
The old 20th century epoch of ‘Ufology vs. Conventional Science’ needs to end now. We need a new lexicon for a new paradigm, which is what we are in. As parapsychologist Dr. Barry Taff says:
“Paranormal is a misnomer. It’s simply normal.”
Bearing witness to such an event, however inexplicable, hardly makes the town of Sheffield a pariah.
It actually established Sheffield as a unique historical site and sets it squarely on the chart of American history. Though UFOs and UFO experiencers have been branded with a stigma, even some shallow digging reveals that the UFO phenomena is more normal than we’d care to think about, as UFOlogy has become “mainstream,” and intimately entwined in our socio-political culture.
We often hear nowadays of the 1969 Apollo 11 crew who witnessed a strange light that tailed them for days on their way to the moon.
Astronaut Edgar Mitchell who received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, continues to be open and outspoken about the existence of Life outside our paradigm. (Defense Intelligence Agency) report recounting the 1976 Teheran UFO Incident when on September 19th, 1976 two (2) Iranian Air Force F-4 Phantom II fighter jets intercepted an object at an altitude of 25,000 feet above Teheran and were unable to fire their AIM-9 missiles or use their instrumentation as the UFO fired a miissle that approached them, neutralized all their electronic equipement, radios and gudied missiles, only to return to the “mother ship,” which then descended to land on the desert floor northeast of Teheran.

Another important statment came in June 1978 from US Department of the State director, Michael A.C. Michaud, who revealed that life from an outer solar system planet is a potential threat, which might involve the possibility of military action.
The Minister of Defense of Greece, E. Averoff Tostitos, informed NATO’s General Staff in Brussels that UFO’S operation are a potential danger and urged emergency measures to deal with them.

While more and more myteries of our universe are being revealed every day , these examples are only a few of the important UFO case histories now acknowldged by the US Air Force, the US Government and the United Nations and NATO alliance.
Just in the last few months, NASA identified Earth’s closest cousin, Kepler-186f, a planet that orbits its star in a “habitable zone,” has revealed proof of running water on Mars, and even announced the discoverey and detection of an anomalous star that had the internet buzzing.
In fact, although it hasn’t been determined who exactly defaced the Sheffield UFO Monument, these condescending cracks of the Berkshire Record about an event that is supported by a majority of its residents, and reinforced by a score of reliable local witnesses, are an attack on our now official history and an affront to the community’s integrity. For many people in Sheffield and Great Barrington, there is a social responsibility, and, to a dedicated few, a commitment to our local histories.
Conceivably, some reckless narration coupled with sensationalized television has clouded and complicated what most may identify as the web of events associated with this 1969 incident. Also lost in the more sensationalized reporting were some noteworthy details, such as who The Reeds really are—a family of professionals, lawyers, business owners and politicians.
Marian Burrows was the governess to the grandchildren of FDR. Nancy was a horse breeder and the voice of WKZE FM. A proclamation was issued to Howard Reed by the Mayor of Manchester, Connecticut for his distinguished contributions in education. A city bench was even dedicated in the Reeds’ honor in Manchester, CT.
Thom grew up and went on from the quaint Berkshires of Western Massachusetts to found a modeling agency (MIAMI MODELS) in South Beach, Florida, that flourished in the 90s. In fact, it was his unique experiences as a child that got him interested in photography in the first place. “I told myself that if I ever saw something like that again, I would get it on camera,” he explained, “so I carried one around with me everywhere I went.”
Thom Reed’s impending, tell-all book, which will be split into three sections, will shed more light on many details, and then some. With more of the minutiae surrounding the 1969 event out in the open, we shall have an even better understanding of the event. Thom Reed confides his feeling that “Moving forward, I hope we once again come together as a community, as that’s what New Englanders really stand for… Community.”

A number of new scientific studies of human DNA have concluded that the popular theory of evolution is not completely true. Scientists now believe that Mankind acquired…through an extra-terrestrial source…foreign genes from microorganisms not of this Earth.
This new scientific theory which is sometimes referred to as the Ancient Astronaut Theory proposes that Mankind as we know it has an ET genetic code in a statistically significant percentage of the human population. The research published in the Journal of Genome Biology focuses on “horizontal gene transfer” between “alien DNA” found in a co-habitating environment. “This is the first study to show how widely horizontal gene transfer (HGT) occurs in animals, including humans, giving rise to tens or hundreds of active ‘foreign’ genes,” said Alastair Crisp from the University of Cambridge.
“Surprisingly, far from being a rare occurrence, it appears that HGT has contributed to the evolution of many, perhaps all, animals and that the process is ongoing, meaning that we may need to re-evaluate how we think about evolution.” The bottom line is that an extraterrestrial genetic code may be found in human DNA, according to the research of two Kazakhstan scientists, who theorize that human DNA may have an extraterrestrial “stamp” embedded into it. These scientists believe a highly advanced alien civilization “seeded” the Earth.
This theory coincides in part with Genesis 6:1-4 where the “sons of God” or theB’nai Elohim or fallen angels mated with human women and produced a hybrid species called the Nephilim.
“When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. (…) The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them.” – Genesis 6:1–4 (NIV)
This “Ancient Astronaut” theory could explain the reason for the existence of super-civilizations like Atlantis, Babylon, and ancient Egypt. There are also theories about the existence of Thule, which the Nazi-occult-rocket scientists believed in. Some believe there is a direct link between Atlantis, Thule, Babylon, and other civilizations.
There are a number of scientists and researchers who believe that the mythical super-civilization Atlantis existed and that over the ages it drifted, that continental drift caused by the spreading and subduction of tectonic plates moved Atlantis somewhere under the ice on the continent of Antarctica. In February of 2012 Russian scientists drilled through a massive layer of ice in Antarctica all the way down to Lake Vostok (a reservoir of liquid water between the bedrock and the icecap) and some scientists have hypothesized that remnants of the lost civilization of Atlantis might possibly be found there. The Greek philosopher Plato wrote that Atlantis was a super-civilization governed by 10-god kings and provided a model for how all civilizations, including our own should be governed by an occult elite. The legends of Native Americans resemble the accounts of Atlantis as they tell the story of Aztlan, which was destroyed by a great flood and whose inhabitants escaped to the Americas.
A common theme among these pre-flood super-civilizations like Thule, Atlantis (Aztlan), and others is that a super race that came from the stars with advanced technology not only bred with human women, but that they gave Mankind highly advanced occult technology and science, which allowed these super-civilizations to be built, along with unexplainable architectural monuments like The Pyramids, the Tower of Babel, and huge city-like structures under the ocean.

Researchers from the University of Cambridge have discovered what appears to be foreign DNA … 145 genes that support some of the ideas of popular fiction in movies like Ridley Scott’s Prometheus and semi-scientific accounts like Eric von Daniken’s “ancient astronaut theory,” which proposes that planet Earth was seeded by extraterrestrials millions of years ago.
Darwin’s Theory of Evolution has come under a serious scientific attack for simply not being true and the only reason that discredited theory is still being taught in universities, colleges, high schools and grade schools along with the mass media and government funded institutions is because it is being artificially kept in place by a kind of Darwinian Mafia or a form of scientific neo-McCarthyism.
In other words, the facts strongly indicate Darwinian Evolution is a failed theory. But if a scientist, teacher, or media person dares to speak the truth, they are subject to losing grant money, termination from jobs, ridicule by peers, and all-out personal attacks. So the growing number of scientists who know evolution is not true are afraid to speak up because their careers will be destroyed.
Film director Ridley Scott had this to say about the traditional Theory of Evolution:
“NASA and the Vatican agree that it is almost mathematically impossible that we can be where we are today without there being a little help along the way … That’s what we’re looking at (in the film), at some of Eric Von Daniken’s ideas of how did we humans come about.”
The traditional theory of evolution is no longer a viable explanation of Mankind’s origins. Ironically, there are two different accounts to explain human life on planet Earth in the Bible. The first account is that of an omniscient Creator-God who created Man in His own image, both male and female.
This is the Genesis account of Adam and Eve who were created in God’s image and they therefore possessed the DNA of God, but they were tempted by an interdimensional being named Lucifer who came to them in the form of an upright Reptilian being or the “serpent of old.” When Adam and Eve rejected God’s Word they activated the Law of Sin and Death, and the life force of God began to leave them and they began to die.
In what is called an extra-book of the Bible, the Book of Enoch, we read about a different kind hybrid human conception, one involving extra-dimensional beings or fallen angels mating with human women and breeding the interspecies hybrid of fallen angel DNA and human DNA called the Nephilim. Normally, Biblical theologians do not classify an extra-Biblical book of the Bible like the Book of Enoch as having the same authority or divine inspiration as Biblical books like Genesis, Exodus, Matthew, Revelation, etc.
However, when reading the Biblical book of Jude, we are given permission by Jude to examine the Book of Enoch regarding fallen angels who “left their first estate” and went after “strange flesh” or mated with human women.
The Book of Enoch predates the Book of Moses and for the first seven hundred years of Church history the Book of Enoch was highly respected among the early Church fathers such as Clement, Barabus, and Irenaeus.
The Book of Enoch was originally written in ancient Hebrew and was discovered in in the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Enoch addresses the Tribulation Period before the return of Jesus Christ. The New Testament Book of Jude says “And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, behold the Lord cometh with thousands of His saints…” Jude is referring to the prophesy of Jesus Christ returning with the armies of Heaven at the Second Coming.
Enoch tells how 200 fallen angels descended upon Mount Hermon and mated with human women. In addition, these fallen angels gave fallen angel technology, science, and access to dark supernatural powers to Mankind.
Enoch Chapter 7:1 says “And they took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself one, and they began to go into them, and mixed with them, and taught them charms and conjurations, and made them acquainted with the cutting of roots and woods.”
This is a reference to teaching Mankind esoteric knowledge, passing on supernatural powers, the use of drugs, sorcery, witchcraft, magic, and occult-sciences.
As we read further on in the Book of Enoch, we discover that the fallen angels gave Man occult technology, the art of war, shields, armor, weaponry, myriad perverse sexual practices, and science.
Secretly through the DNA of “Illuminati Bloodline” families and the passing on of secret knowledge and technology through secret societies, which we document in our book, The Babylon Code, all of this knowledge, illumination, and occult technology developed into what became known as …
“Mystery Babylon.”
Madame Blavatsky, the occult teacher whose disciple Alice Bailey set up Lucifer Publishing on the grounds of the UN and trained world leaders in the ways of the occult, commented upon “the Giants of Old” and the advanced science and technology they used in her book, The Secret Doctrine.
“In the same work above cited of the Abbe Pegues, the author wonders why in Bible and tradition, the Gibborim, (Giants, the mighty ones) the Rephaim, or … the Nephilim, or the fallen ones – (irruentes) – are shown “as if identical, though they are all men, since the Bible calls them the primitive and the mighty ones” – e.g., Nimrod.
The “Doctrine” explains the secret. These names [are all associated with the ‘Giants’ including] the race of the Atlantean Giants… ” Pages 278-279.
What is interesting is while many foolish Christian theologians debate as to whether or not fallen angels could have mated with human women, the leaders of the Illuminati and the words of occult teachers, like Blavatsky, continue to make a large impact on the United Nations.
The secret elite completely understand the reality of the Nephilim, Rephaim, and the interspecies breeding that happened between fallen angels and human women.
In addition, they understand its direct relationship to Nimrod, Babylon, and our New Babylon that is rising before our very eyes.

He had been taken from the desert, in Texas, when he was seven years old.
His father, shot-gun in hand, and he had been climbing rocky outbreaks amidst cactus and scrub.
They had hunted coyote there before, and had used a coyote lure, a blow- into device that produced a sound that resembled a rabbit’s cry of pain; with their backs to the setting sun to blind the predator’s approach, they had shot and killed six, that evening.
But soon they had become prey and not predators.
A large saucer shaped craft had appeared overhead.
It had appeared from nowhere, instantly.
It was blue like the sky, slowly changing to brown, like the desert floor, then silver as though the color progression change of metal cooling.
Later, when his father had awoken, a shell had been discharged, missing from the chamber, but he had no memory of ever firing the gun.
The seven year old had been swept aloft into an overhead craft and examined by small, dark, large-eyed, hairless beings with large pear-shaped heads extended in the back.
They had a thin torso, long arms with three long fingers, spindly legs, no ears and mere slits for mouth. The large black eyes strangely had compelling power.
“You will not remember!”
But he had remembered … He had felt pain unlike any ever imagined and he screamed. The large black-wet eyes had stared at him endlessly, extensively, close up to his head.
“This will not hurt.”, they had said. But agony had suffused lines and channels throughout his body. Terror, rage and pain had overcome him.
The creatures had been puzzled by his pain, saying:
” You will not remember.”
When he was returned to the desert floor, some forty minutes later, his father looked switched off, eyes glazed; saliva dribbled from the right corner of his mouth.
It was his sobbing, he had then believed that had awoken his father. His father had told him that he had imagined and dreamed it.
“The Texas sun can give you heat stroke, make you see things”, he had said, holding the shaking boy close and placing a hand over his son’s forehead.
” Let’s find some shade.”
They had walked to the shade of hemlock and mesquite at the foot of rock outgrowth and had eaten bologna sandwiches with yellow mustard and had washed it down with canteen water.
During this, the child had held his father’s hand and had not let go; while his father had chewed slowly watching his son in puzzlement, the child had stared upwards in fear.
When he was seventeen, an abduction’s violence became mutual, one night :

*One night, a creepy psychic feeling had prevailed, and aware of them, and their approach, he had pretended to be asleep, had gone into deep, regular breathing, and had visualized a dream he would like to be in, but instead, he had waited.
‘The wallpaper on three walls had distorted and bulged and animal-like small snouts and pear-shaped grey heads, on small creatures had waggled in rapid fashion, back and forth.
They had seemed to melt out of his bedroom walls, had stood coldly to surround him and his bed, one close by his side, two at the footboard, and another by the doorway.
He had jumped up and had grabbed the closest one to him around the neck, had clutched the feather-like being’s back to his own chest, pinioning him.
The creature had frantically struggled to hit him with a small hand-held rod-like device, but the pillows had prevented the creature from reaching the teenager’s body with it.
In panic, the lightweight creature had squirmed and had thrashed in the boy’s tightening grip.
The others had in quick moves, like jumping spiders, scattered from the tight circle. He had tightened his grip and had squeezed hard until something brittle had snapped in the creature’s neck.’
Suddenly the scene had changed; he had seen his whole family, brother, mother and father surgically eviscerated, but alive and in tears.
On a black floor under hospital lights, had been lungs, intestines, strewn amidst their gore, and as they had laid there amidst their organs, they had pleaded with their eyes for him to save them.
The image had been so real that it had successfully worked to confuse, startle and distract him.
He had been convinced that real harm had come to his family and he had quickly loosened his grip.
His parents had writhed in agony, butchered horribly in front of his eyes.
There had been a dank, musty smell that had then permeated the bedroom.
The creature in his arms had, in self protection, in desperate panic to free itself, flashed the imagery into his mind, but he had killed one of them.
They never came for him physically, after that night; when he was safely deep within R.EM. sleep; they would tease away, vibrate his astral soul, from his body left behind in bed, in alien astral abductions, and he’d awaken with vivid screen memory “bad dreams”, feeling even more bereft, completely unable in out of body abductions, to strike back at his tormentors.
He once read that another abductee wrote:
‘A leap in consciousness will require a dissolution and restructuring of your beliefs about the nature of reality’.
To his mind, to live unburdened by an insatiable curiosity to comprehend the mysteries of the motives and tactics of the pilots of UFOs in our universe, was in itself, quite an amazing thing.
But her eloquent published words brought him peace:
‘The history of mankind has been punctuated by personalities who refused to be bound by the grand illusion of space and time, seekers who penetrated the limitations of space and form.”
“Knowing that the aliens reside in a different reality explains why this whole UFO phenomenon is so slippery; we exist within a matrix of other realities all merging in one spot: the mind.”
‘Their world coexists with our own intimately intertwined and separated by the thinnest veil- our arrogant assumption that we are the sole proprietors of the only reality.’
And he knew forever, by her words, that Earth is being invaded, one person at a time, and that abductees, are all alone, together..
POSTSCRIPT:
Rather than a fear-based approach to Dark Force Entity safety and caution, I prescribe a required spiritual “shift” towards the equally unseen goodness of the spirit world, and away from fear.
Unlearning fear is a step by step acceptance and assertion, of one’s spiritual ‘self’, a distance far and away from fearful defenses mustered by one’s material physical self.
One’s longitudinal approach to any self-defense must be a spiritual one, and not a physical one.
For defenses to flare, one must recognize that one is not a person having troubled spiritual problems, but instead an eternal soul having troubling human experiences. From the stance of self-recognition as an eternal spirit, one can then insist on “one’s own space’, as spiritual fruition.
Avoid church-based or organized religions and put the Bible on the same shelf, as the Tooth Fairy for God, is real, but He is down a long hall, and somewhere else..

Spending a lifetime, recalled in snippets, with highly psychic abducting entities, has made my intuitive prowess mushroom.
Hazards exist, and one can flirt with the beast of madness, when inter-dimensional bleed-throughs become too commonplace.
I went to a presumed psychic who turned out to be a fake, who slyly contrived a cold reading, with almost nothing apropo, from him.
I ended up by reading him, telling him that a red haired woman (who turned out to be his mother), sitting next to him, was quite unhappy about what he was doing!
He confirmed this detail, quite surprised , and produced a photo of his mom, who had passed away earlier that year, a bright auburn, like Lucille Ball.
When I expressed my indignation at his attempts at a cold reading, a blatant fishing for clues from my face and body cues, to his many questions, he agreed to refund my $300!
Rarely, had my ephemeral prowess been used with such alacrity.
After abductions, the inter-dimensional door, left open, also invites in the gangster fringe element of the spirit world.
Like allergy sufferers, psychics have a hyper sensitivity, to the unseen.
A cautionary tale, for sensitives, is that
watching television, in itself, (like driving, or playing a musical instrument) puts one, unknowingly, into a light trance more commonly achievable by hypnosis.
Such trance states magnify the mind’s power of a sensitive, to receive and transmit, and that mind
acts as a light-house beacon, to easily bring in dark spirits, who like great white sharks, coast in.
Sensitives need this trouble, like a submarine needs screen doors.
Are those who have a Third-Eye cursed or blessed?
What if it stems from experiences with non-humans?
Aliens communicate mind to mind with abductees during kidnappings; one’s thoughts are read and one hears their deep resonate voice within one’s skull.
It is hard to explain , but it is possible to do this alone, when one is not aboard an alien craft, being micromanaged.
One technique that I as a budding psychic use, is to internally tell myself that I wish to be “open”, and then I relax, as I await an insight or mind’s eye picture.
This works well, and it oddly oftimes helped me to deliver an English lesson, during my long teaching career.
A teacher’s predilection to amaze a student, is an opportunity to make them pay more attention to your words,.
When I taught college World, American and English literature, I would halt the lesson, when I saw that I was boring them, by interjecting a random ‘read’ of a pupil who was markedly off day-dreaming, eyes out of the window, brain in the hall, a pupil in a deep literature coma.
As an attention getting device or a means of embarrassment, I would from left field give an odd detail of his private family life, a detail known only to him.
It could be as simple as mentioning that he left a trumpet and a magazine about racing bicycle travel, left behind on his unmade bed.
His eyes would be wide open pools of attention, for the rest of the week.
But garnering a reputation, by doing such uncanny feats, seemed all at once to backfire.
Once, teaching English Literature at a college, I was stopped in transit in a busy college hallway, by an unknown female student who grabbed my arm and blocked my path, to class, and said,
“Read me; I want you to read me!”
Startled and affronted, I wondered how the student grapevine knew I could do such things, suddenly worried about job security if Administration became aware, worse than the affront by this rude student.
I shook my head, disapproving, and dismissive and told her,
“Forget it!”, but she physically half-pushed me against a wall, and I felt an almost affectionate assault!
She insisted again.
I relaxed completely, annoyed, in resignation, and was suddenly flooded with the shoreline image of a vast body of lake water, a shore surrounded by water, and I was adrift far from shore.
This strong image was now accompanied by a vague feeling of dread stronger than my indignation.
I quickly asked her,”Why am I seeing water?”, to which she shrugged.
I asked her again.
“I’m seeing water, what does that mean, to you?”
She shrugged, again.
“I have no idea, what it means, but you perhaps do”, I prodded.
“Why, water?”
“Oh,” she said, “I’m on the swimming team.”
I quickly told her,”promise me that you’ll never swim in a lake, it’s far too dangerous to take that chance, in that you might drown, but also promise me, now you’ll tell absolutely no one, about this conversation.”
She smiled and nodded, and I, late for class, hurried elsewhere, having felt being taken advantage of.
For me, a relaxed mental and physical state allows imposed images to float into mind, a relaxed state, accompanied by an open expectation, that I WILL receive, like a fat catcher, behind home plate.
A real problem, exists in trying to decipher just precisely what that image, or series of images, might mean.
It is a psychic muscle that all of us have, a muscle that remains largely unflexed and flabby, culturally under developed, except revealingly, for many alien abductees who report similar intuitional experiences.
Spiritual experiences, untoward and impish, prevail.
Not yet able to ground myself, I often find at dusk and nighttime that I’m inundated by unseen gate-crashers, my energies jumped upon by negative- thought- beings of many ilks, who like unerring persistent yellow-jacket-wasps, at a can of cola, on a picnic table, worry at me.
After a stunningly unpleasant interdimensional reptilian ‘encounter’, I was forever more than merely aware of their unseen interdimensional existence and diabolical brilliance.
Aferwards, I was loathe to ‘ask’ within, warily uneager to ‘receive’, or willing to trust ANY internal daydream-like images.
Reptilians searing psychic attacks were THAT insidious.
I have grappled with the reason why one would suffer such psychic-telepathic attacks, through broadcast nightmares from dark force entities and I think perhaps, at least in my case, forced beyond any willingness to write, that God sends some people into the darkest corners, to illuminate them, for others..
As an aside, to UFO investigators who allow themselves to only cling to ‘hard evidences’, I chide that
we cannot ‘prove’ that reptilian aliens fancy the taste of human beings.
For years, at meetings at Bud Hopkins house in New York City, abductees, over the years gleaned that ‘ we are a harvest’, a mere condiment in the Universe, an echo of Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone episode, “To Serve Man”, as UFOs revealed a reptilian god, who fancies diets of human flesh.
“Hard facts and empirical scientific evidence”, assist in collecting evidences in superficial craft sightings, as logistics, but such an approach fails to reveal humankind’s continued interactions with non-human intelligences behind the steering wheels of UFOs and behind our spiritual curtains.
Yet researchers in this field are stodgy and backwards, ill equipped to understand an alien hall of mirrors with a quicksand floor..
“Providing real proofs”, when the subtle evidences glare, like a trout in the milk, is a valueless endeavor, in this subtle unseen realm, a worthless forensic insistence for concrete evidence that counter-intuitively inhibits, rather than illuminates, this elusive subject.
Psychic powers of abductees are resultant precipitates in an alien solution, a precipitate that resists “hard facts and evidences”.
How does one document psychic and uncanny, bizarre open-eyed ‘ visuals’?
At a recent dinner, when a friend mentioned her loved, but long deceased brother, a man’s face slowly emerged from the right side of HER face!
It was like double-vision; they were identical, but he was a young man.

Dark ones, like gargoyles perched on your roof, can also see down the street of your ‘road’, far enough to supply near- future happenings, but they are NOT the elevated angelic souls, ascended ones of LIGHT, you’d hoped.
Inter- dimensional demons or reptilians cruise in like sharks, and cause extreme psychic distress, panic attacks, nightmares, and poltergeist manifestations, the beast of madness, itself..

David Ferrie’s connections to the Military-Industrial-Complex began in early 1952 when he became involved in the New Orleans Civil Air Patrol (CAP). There, Ferrie began instructing air cadets, often in summer encampments at the local air force bases.
Ferrie became a CAP commander in 1953. Lee Harvey Oswald enrolled as a CAP cadet only July 27, 1955 (Serial No. 084965).
Oswald attended meetings at Moisant CAP Squadron, Lakefront and Abita Spring, Louisiana.
Eddie Voebel, a friend of Oswald, said that Oswald “had been a cadet in Ferrie’s CAP squadron in 1955 and that the recalled Oswald attended a party at Ferrie’s then-home at 209 Vinet Street.”
Researcher Lee Farley mentioned that David Ferrie was instrumental in “grooming” Oswald and his consequential enlistment in the United States Marines. Ferrie told the local Marine Corps recruiter that Oswald would be good in the CIA because “he could keep his mouth shut.” (Page 73.)
THE HEATH KIT CONNECTION
In 1953, David Ferrie developed an interest in philosophy and took a course at Tulane University, site of the Tulane University School of Medicine
At this famous clinical research center, Dr. Robert Heath, M.D. (a CIA-funded medical researcher charged with finding “the human pleasure center” in the brain), had 120 psychiatric patients on whom he used subcortical electrode stimulation. One of the fascinating people who would “drop by” to visit Heath’s clinic was David Ferrie.

In 1954, Ferrie began studying for a doctorate in psychology from the University of Phoenix. Ferrie spoke of his “bringing patients” to Heath’s office and, also, flying “sensitive” psychiatric data between Tulane’s Psychology Department and other hospitals and departments. CIA agents approached Heath to conduct human and animal tests of bulbocapnine.
The 1957 CIA Inspector General Report stated that “the knowledge that the agency is engaging in unethical and illicit activities would have serious repercussions in political and diplomatic circles.”
The U.S Army funded a Tulane Electrical Brain stimulation program conducted by Dr. Robert Heath, and (according to Australian psychiatrist, Dr. Harry Bailey) used blacks because “they were everywhere and cheap experimental animals.”
In June-July, 1967, Ferrie wrote a thesis for his PhD in psychology about hypnotherapy and received his PhD. in psychology.
FERRIE AND VOODOOISM
It was speculated that Ferrie was involved in a matrix of activities including his Civil Air Patrol activities, his job as a pilot at Eastern Airlines, pilot for mobster Carlos Marcello’s lawyers (and flying to Guatemala to smuggle Marcello back into theU.S. after his deportation by AG Robert F. Kennedy), and, according to Victor Marchetti, “had in fact been employed by the CIA.”

“THE PROJECT”
To Develop a Bioweapon Against Fidel Castro
David Ferrie was additionally connected, it was speculated, to the CIA’s MKULTRA (mind control) program through Dr. Alton Ochsner (one-time friend of Office of Strategic Services [OSS] Chief “Wild Bill” Donovan), and Dr. Mary Sherman, a cancer researcher .
Ferrie met Dr. Oschsner through Dr. Sherman, both cleared for work on a “Sensitive Position” (Page 97.) Baker later learned that it was referred to as “The Project”: A cancer experiment to develop a cancer serum as a bioweapon to be used against Fidel Castro.
In order to convince Baker of the reality of The Project, as government sponsored, she is introduced to a gruff detective and CIA/FBI asset, Guy Banister, who speaks at length of his clandestine contacts:
“Ferrie’s project was legitimate. Even the CIA was backing it, along with the city’s crime boss, Carlos Marcello,” says Baker. “Banister was quite serious.”
Banister’s agency was involved, not only with Mary Sherman’s bioweapon project, but also with the CIA, crime boss Carlos Marcello (because of the Intelligence alliances), and a spy ring against Castro and Communist activities (Banister was a former FBI agent (once, at his height heading the Chicago FBI Office). After leaving Chicago, Banister continued to gather evidence against the corrupt New Orleans Police Department.
“When Dr. Sherman shows me a powerful new cancer developed over the past year, I am stunned by its vigor,” says Baker about 1963.
“I agree to do what I can to stabilize the cancer and help transform it from a mouse cancer to one that will attack human tissues, only later will I realize that the cancer could be stolen and used to silence political enemies ‘forever.’”

Judyth Baker’s early career into cancer research and her connection with Dr. Alton Ochsner was amply illustrated in her book “Me & Lee: How I Came to Know, Love and Lose Lee Harvey Oswald,” TrineDay Publishers, 2010.
New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison summarized an understanding about the “anti-Castro” Radical right situation, stated in Garrison’s November 22, 1967 Playboy Magazine interview: members of the paramilitary right, anti-Castro exiles, were extremely worried about Jack Kennedy’s policy of détente succeeding.

The CIA was involved in much of this intrigue in a “mixed bag” of Minutemen, Cuban exiles, other anti-Castro “adventurers” training for a “foray” into Cuba. Along with an assassination attempt on Fidel Castro — there was also the bioweapon Project of Mary Sherman.
“David Ferrie, who operated on the ‘command’ level of the ultra-rightists, was deeply involved in this effort,” says Baker. (p. 224)
BUGGING DEVICES

Riconusciuto may have aided Banister in various “bugging” operations, such as placing devices in Clay Shaw’s house in the summer of 1963; Riconusciuto was adept at installing “bugging devices” and electronic surveillance equipment.
Baker lists witnesses that saw Banister and Ferrie together, such as Vernon Gerdes, Dr. Michael Kurtz, George Higgenbotham, Rick Bauer, William Gaudet, and Sergio Arcacha Smith (pp. 240-242).
Baker was concerned for the rapid expansion of the Ochsner-Sherman “Project.”
About August 1, 1963, Baker says: “…deep-freezing this new backup material suggests that we aren’t developing this biological weapon just for Castro. We are about to make this cancer truly immortal…the city is a hot bed of Cold War operations of all kinds. The Project has required massive funding. Only one entity could afford everything happening here in New Orleans.” (pp. 245-246)
The TRAINING FILM
One of the bits of evidence of Oswald’s participation into the CIA’s various escapades was the “training film” of anti-Castro infantry near Bedico Creek near Lake Pontchartrain, Louisiana in early September 1963. The film was seen by several people, such as Robert K. “Bob” Tanenbaum of the House Select Committee on Assassination (HSCA), researchers Larry Hancock and Dick Russell, and Banister associate, Delphine Roberts.
The film showed, according to Tanenbaum, Antonio Veciana of Alpha 66, Guy Banister, David Atlee Phillips, Lee Oswald and David Ferrie (pp. 253, 264).

Baker describes a trail of incidents and witnesses showing that Oswald, Ferrie, the CIA, FBI, and the Mob were intricately connected; we can only highlight a few points, but the reader is welcome to search out the further connections described and exposed in the book.

An FBI informant, Joe Hauser, in his assisting FBI wiretaps of Mobster Marcello’s phone (161 reels of tape), told author John H. Davis that agent Hauser “personally knew Oswald.” (p. 265)
Another witness was FBI agent Warren DeBrueys (pages 266-267). Oretas Pena also said he saw Oswald with local chief Warren DeBrueys in August, 1963 (page 269).
ZOMBIE COLONIES
Baker speaks about prisoners from the Angola prison who were often used for “secret research” in a special Tulane University Research Unit at the East Louisiana State Hospital in Jackson. “These experiments were supported by a grant from the Commonwealth Fund,” says Baker, “later identified as a CIA front.” (Comparative Effects of the Administration of Taraxein, d-LSD, Mescaline, and Psilocybin to Human Volunteers [Heath, Silva].)

William Livesay, a prisoner at Angola, told Baker about his experiences with these experiments. If the patients survived, they were sent directly to the “zombie colonies” at Jackson State Hospital where “they wait to die and are buried in the Jackson graveyard so that security can be maintained and the truth about what was done to them completely covered.” (page 275)
According to Baker, Lee Oswald was selected to make a trip to Mexico City to transport the biologically engineered materials that would eventually kill Castro of “natural causes,” which would actually be “lung cancer.” Following this venture, Oswald and Baker would continue to do blood tests at Jackson State Hospital.

INCIDENTS SURROUNDING JFK’S MURDER
The following are multiple tidbits that tend (in the opinion of Judyth Baker and others) to support Baker’s Ferrie/Oswald scenario:
Texas Theater Manager Butch Burroughs said that he sold Lee Oswald popcorn in the Texas Theater at the time that Officer Tippit was shot.
David Ferrie carried with him a file, which author Prof. Joan Mellon said Ferrie referred to as “the Bomb,” along with a diagram in a “file, 1963” portraying an automobile in an aerial view of Dealey Plaza…” (HSCA report of January 11, 1978). (p. 321)
An “Abort Team” was mentioned by Lee Oswald and William “Tosh” Plumlee (CIA contract pilot), and mentioned to author Jim Marrs.
The infamous November 21, 1963 “party” at the oil baron Clint Murchison mansion in Dallas, Texas consisting of Richard Nixon, J. Edgar Hoover, H.L. Hunt, John Curington, George Brown of Brown + Root, former Texas Republican Congressman Bruce Alger, and John J. McCloy. McCloy, in turn, would be placed on the Warren Commission within a week of the murder of JFK:
JFK Researchers Edgar Tatro and Harrison E. Livingstone confirmed Madeline Brown’s story (LBJ”s mistress), and wrote on September 3, 2014:
“The party happened.” (pp. 330, 331, 334)
The famous “Altgens photo” showed that when the first shot was heard, Secret Service agents did not look up at the 6th floor of the Book Depository but, rather, they looked ahead, or at the Dal-Tex building.
James T. Tague was standing near the triple underpass and hit on the cheek by a piece of street curb struck by one of the assassin’s bullets, possibly from the Dal-Tex Building, not the Book Depository.
The photos of Lee Oswald showing raised handcuffed wrists were his gesture to show newsmen that, to answer their questions, he was indeed handcuffed: It was NOT a “Communist salute.”
Attorney Dean Andrews confessed that Oswald was just “a patsy,” adding: “I like to live. If they can get the President, they can crush me like a bug” (December 29, 1963). (p. 373.)
ADDITIONAL MYSTERY STRAINS
Near the end of March, 1964, Betty Rubio, while working at the Lakefront Airport, saw Ferrie get out of a plane, talk to Rubio, and then go back to the plane and meet Clay Shaw. They talked for a while and then separated.
Guy Banister was found naked and dead on June 6, 1964 from an alleged “heart attack.” His wife, Delphine Roberts, said that it was murder, but “it was made to look like a natural death.”
Anna Lewis said in a 2000 videotape: “He had a bullet in him, but they said it was a heart attack.”
On or near July 11, 1965, David Ferrie was associated in flying individuals to Freemason Island. Matt Milligan of Trans-Gulf Seaplane Service identified photos of Andrew Blackmon and Clay Shaw.
JACK RUBY: THE ULTIMATE MK-ULTRA VICTIM
According to Earl Ruby in HSCA testimony, and writer Greg Parker, Jack Ruby’s “cancer” was possibly “artificially induced.”
Dr. Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West: Baker outlines that Dr. Louis Jolyon West had been cleared at Top Secret for his work on MK-ULTRA.
“CIA documents show that grants were given to Dr. West for studies,” says Baker, “entitled, ‘Psychophysiological Studies of Hypnosis and Suggestibility’ and ‘Studies of Dissociative States.’ ’’ West had examined Jack Ruby in his jail cell (p. 387).
Also read in the works of Colin Ross, MD: “One such example that Ross writes about is Dr. Louis Jolyon West. FURTHER ATTEMPTED MURDERS
David Ferrie had worked as a pilot for Al Crouch’s Saturn Aviation and flight school in November, 1966. Ferrie was fired on February 7, 1967, and would have been the pilot for a cross-country flight, but Crouch asked another pilot, “Bob,” to fly instead.
Bob’s wife, “J.G,” spoke coincidentally to Baker sometime in 2013 about the crash of the 7th of February 1967 in Slidell. According to J.G, Ferrie was fired “because Crouch was scared to death.”
Crouch needed a pilot right way and J.G’s husband was selected. The crash was blamed on pilot error for not properly fueling the plane, but “Bob” had a receipt that proved he had refueled.
“From his unique perspective, Bob, trapped as he was in the plane,” says Baker, “could see that the fuel tank had been punctured.” (pp. 393-394)
Editor’s note: The implication given here is clear, i.e. that Ferrie sabotaged the airplane in revenge for being fired. Why else could Crouch have been “scared to death” of Ferrie?
David Ferrie, at times, says Baker, suffered mentally for his guilt over his bisexuality (and the fact that it prevented him from becoming a priest); sometimes Ferrie would torture and whip himself (pages 255-260). The image that came to mind to this writer, was the semblance to the fictional Opus Dei character (the albino) Silas or Simon, in Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code,”who would whip himself mercilessly.
DAVID FERRIE: -> DEAD Man Walking
Ferrie began his last days of life by hiding out in the Airport’s pilots’ lounge and rest-overnight area, from about February 8 to 16, 1967.
Flight student Bruce Nolan said of Ferrie: “One day in early 1967, I arrived for a lesson and found Ferries limped over a desk, crippled by a blazing headache. He could not fly. He could barely open one eye. I shoveled him into my car. He asked to be taken to his home on Louisiana Avenue Parkway. I got him to the porch and watched him scuffle inside.”
Nolan never saw him again.
The news media, at that time, was busy covering Jim Garrison’s investigation along with an occasional story written about Ferrie. In an interview with Garrison investigators on February 18, 1967, Ferrie voiced great skepticism of the single-bullet theory.

In 1967, the famed group photo of Lee Oswald with his CAP squadron (above) was “no longer on display on the living room wall, along with other CAP group photos” . Other evidence of Lee Oswald knowing David Ferrie had also disappeared.
Ferrie’s interview given to DA Jim Garrison’s investigators while he stayed at the Fontainebleau Motor Hotel eventually vanished. David Ferrie himself vanished from the same hotel on February 19, 1967.
The next day, February 20, 1967, Ferrie called Raymond Broshears, a former roommate, to report his fear of being killed, stating plainly:
“No matter what happens to me, I won’t commit suicide.”
“A secret report generated by the FBI on May 22, 1968,” says Baker, “confirms that Garrison planned to arrest Ochsner, a Reily coffee executive, and others associated with the New Orleans Project.” (p. 415)
DOCTOR MINYARD’S REPORT
The body of Ferrie was found deceased about 11:50 a.m. on February 22, 1967 by Jimmy Johnson. The coroner’s staff arrived at 12:30 p.m.
Three suspicious “suicide notes” were eventually found. Dr. Frank Minyard theorized it was a murder because of contusions to the mouth. “Dr. Minyard says David Ferrie was murdered.” (p. 435)
On February 23, 1967, Eladio Ceferino del Valle, ex-Cuban congressman, associate of David Ferrie, and an anti-Castro activist, was found dead in his automobile in Miami: beaten, tortured, and shot in the chest. Eladio del Valle and Ferrie had flown “anti-Castro sorties” in the past, as well as had involvement with Miami mobster, Santos Trafficante.
“Numerous deaths, however, are still classified as ‘natural’ along with a plethora of suicides, murders and ‘accidental deaths’ that can no longer be ignored,” says Baker.
MISSING LOG BOOKS
JG, while working for Al Crouch, began to get harassing phone calls about Ferrie’s pilot log books. JG later disclosed that said log books were confiscated by the felonious “spy” investigator for Jim Garrison, William Gurvich, a turncoat. “He was going behind Garrison’s back,” said JG.
“That dirty word ‘conspiracy,’ which actually accounts for most evil-doing on the planet,” says Baker, “are avoided most by those who perpetuate it.”
Similar sentiments were voiced by Robert Tannenbaum, HSCA Deputy Counsel, said after Tannenbaum originally discounted Garrison’s suspicions and investigation: “And then I read all this material that came out of (CIA Director Richard) Helms’s office, that in fact what Garrison had said was true. They (CIA agents) were harassing his witnesses, they were intimidating his witnesses.” (Bob Tannenbaum, Probe, July-August 1996 [Vol. 3, No. 5].) (pp. 431, 435)
The reader will have to make further analysis of Baker’s book, which has elaborate appendices concerning testimonies, autopsies, and further information on David Ferrie’s life.
BRIEF BACKGROUND: THE CRITICS
Baker has accumulated a number of critics that relentlessly follow her and try to poke holes in her story about her New Orleans experiences with, what she says, are members of the conspiratorial underworld in the Kennedy murder.
The critics feel they have a strong complaint as it is based on the many seeming contradictions in the story and testimony of Judith Vary Baker.
However, as Baker pointed out to Erdmann, this happened often when debunkers are dedicated to finding such missteps and colloquial comments in daily conversation (imagine someone following behind you and perpetually examining your every word or move).
It would not be difficult to blacken one’s name if the critics’ research was not based on the totality of facts and information. Some critics have even opened websites and blogs dressed in nothing but what appears to be jealous vindictiveness, and according to Baker, the wish to get some type of revenge.
Baker covers some of the attacks. Take note, in the following, some identifying details are Xed over to afford protection to all mentioned parties:

“… so-called ‘contradictions’ come from lifting comments from various parts of my manuscript and making it seemed that I reversed things, as well as form emails. The man altered. Xxxxxxx corresponded with me and pretended to be my friend. Then he demanded that I hand over my book to (another debunking group), or he would publish what you are citing. He even claimed I said Lee was not circumcised, as if I would talk about such a thing to him, when all we talked about was how to help his Sharpei dogs’ skin condition, before I began sharing emails with him. These emails he cites are using statements taken out of context or deliberately altered! I would make a statement and by adding one word or a question mark, he changed the meanings. Note that Xxxxxxx has NEVER published anything significant after he began attacking me and Jim Garrison, unless you think his ‘Pxxxxxxxx Sxxxxxxxx’ site that he told me was paid for by Xxxxxxx (he denies this now), or his JXX online (another Xxxxxxx site) are to be considered worthy of citing … His JFK 100 list against Stone’s JFK is so unfair, getting on Oliver Stone’s case because Stone made the movie that opened up the ARRB and all those files got released. Xxxxxxx treated the movie, which took some liberties for dramatic effect, as a DOCUMENTARY. From that false position he made up his 100 objections to the movie. He also claimed Dave Ferrie never confessed to Lou Ivon and Moo Moo Sciambra. This is not true…
“(If Erdmann would write questions to Baker) … I would be happy to reply. But since you are relying on my enemies to bring up questions for you, and want me to write what would be extensive essays in response, for I would have to prove much more than they, and then they would just bring up new objections, as they are not there to learn, but only to destroy. I am just shaking my head. What problems do you have with the book? What questions would you ask? Xxxxxxx’s ‘contradictions’ were previously answered in my own essays online. Of course he won’t tell you where the essays can be found (Hint: at -> judythbaker.blogspot. com, etc.).
What kind of reputation does Xxxxxxx have? Has he ever spoken at a conference? No. Has he written a book (only for his article on Clinton and Jackson)? No. Has he anyone who respects him except the Xxxxxxx contingent?” (July 28, 2015, 10:13 pm.)
Baker brings up a few “why ifs” that are interesting (but far beyond the scope of this article to include them here in their entirety). “Second, you should go to my Facebook page and see what I am going through right now. Ask yourself why they are trying to break my password and get into judythbaker.com, after judythbaker.org was taken over and is being used to ruin me.” (July 28, 2015, 9:42 a.m.)
Baker emphasizes that those who have questions about her claims should contact her personally for answers, either through her publishers or contact points on the Internet or Facebook.
What isn’t covered is “why” are some of the rabid and vicious attacks on the veracity of Baker’s claims.
“Howard” (howpl) gave some insight in his April 8, 2004 comments:
“I have known Judyth Baker for 5 years. (I also “know” [Wim] Dankbaar from a Usenet newsgroup, though we have never met.) I am writing this note in the hopes that this is a group of educators (as opposed to Prof. Xxxxxxx, the immoderate ‘moderator’ of that newsgroup) whose ‘article’ on Ms. Baker, is a pile of trash. Pardon the immoderate language, but this nominal academic has been particularly destructive. Anyone who has spent the number of hours it takes to see Judyth’s evidence and hear her story knows that she is the genuine article. Xxxxxxx never even met her, though her door was wide open and her telephone number widely circulated.
“I co-wrote a book with Judyth, and also spent 14 months going back and forth with 60M on their intention, stated quite emphatically on the last go-round, to do a segment favorable to her. They tried hard to stop Turner, too. This may surprise you, but the only thing that surprised me was the intensity of it. Who knew there were conspiracy theorists willing to go this far. Case in point: At the annual Lancer Conference, held in Dallas, panelists have been informed that they may not discuss Ms. Baker’s story. For this and other atrocities, the head of Lancer has disgraced the research community. I am sure that Dankbaar has joined this forum in the hopes of finding a true academic sanctuary where open discussion is treasured, not banned.
“As for me, I am not sure that I can respond in a detailed manner to questions that come up here. It has been a wild, tiring, and discouraging five-year ride. Reading about and describing some of the multiple attacks and confrontations that Judyth Vary Baker has encountered resembles some of the scarier tactics that intelligence operations have created from their literal and figurative dungeons of torture.
THE PROBLEM THAT GOES BEYOND
One can speculate that from most outward appearances, the researchers that lean towards conspiracy in the murder of John F. Kennedy, and those elements associated in highlighting a conspiracy, are often confronted by critics that speak from prior dispositions that run together in dark circles, “wolf packs,” and often with vile malevolence. Such vice (seen so repetitiously) could be associated with various mental states such as xenophobia (fear of the unknown), mythophobia (fear of myths), rhabdophobia (fear of criticism), or heresyphobia (fear of challenges), and can also be aligned with a greater inner sanctum motivator: megalomania and authoritarian personality disorder, particularly in the arena of intelligence and governmental control.
Journalist Cameron Reilly introduced one of the government’s sub rosa intelligence projects this way:
“Mockingbird isn’t some conspiracy theory – like MKULTRA and the 638 attempts at assassinating Fidel Castro, it’s a genuine part of CIA history. Mockingbird has been written about in detail since the late 70’s, but it’s one of those pieces of U.S. history that isn’t talked about much in the mainstream media. Why? I assume because they would prefer people don’t know about it as it would make them ask too many questions, such as ‘how do we know the CIA isn’t controlling the media today as well?’ “
“It’s also one of those events in history that should help us all realize that we’ve been manipulated and lied to by the government and the media in the past so it’s entirely rationale to believe they might be manipulating and lying to us still today.”
Reilly went on to describe Operation Mockingbird as a sophisticated ruse by the CIA and the U.S corporate media to spread intentional lies to the American people and international readers.

Steven Jacobson and Steve Kangas spoke in a piece entitled Media and Mind Control in America:
“Journalism is a perfect cover for CIA agents. People talk freely to journalists, and few think suspiciously of a journalist aggressively searching for information. Journalists also have power, influence and clout. It is believed that Steve Kangas was working on a book about CIA covert activities when on 8th February, 1999, he was found dead in the bathroom of the offices of Richard Mellon Scaife, the owner of the Pittsburgh Tribune [Scaife was a person that Kangas believed was a CIA operative]. “The files showed how shill agents infiltrated the internet to manipulate stage and attempt to corrupt reputations,” said Harris, and Harris strongly questioned the use of espionage against its own citizens.
“Are these extreme tactics of deception by our government honorable?” Harris asked. “These documents show how the GCHQ trains and engage in ‘false flag operations’ to purposely deceive and set individuals up (online).”

“The goal of this book is to show, through forensic science and other resources, the identity of the primary individuals ultimately responsible for these horrific assassinations,” says author Patrick Nolan, speaking about the killings of John and Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jr., Lee Harvey Oswald, and other victims. “A thorough examination and analysis of those who had ample, means, and opportunity concludes that only one small group stands alone: the CIA’s Richard Helms and James Angleton and their rogue band of conspirators and mob allies.” (Page 6.)
SPYMASTER WITH NO LIMITS
Nolan first explores the nature and actions of Richard Helms, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director from 1966 to 1977, and the several “programs” that his organization escorted, over a period of time, in “behavior control”:
Executive Action, psychopharmacological research, hypnosis, rohypnol, LSD, Manchurian Candidate studies, domestic spying, CIA-Mafia assassination plots, CIA-backed foreign coups and attempts, cover stories, programmed patsies, and neutralizing witnesses.
“Under Helms’s guidance, behavioral medicine scientists from across the US were recruited to investigate a curious mix of concepts: creating amnesia, understanding bio-electrics, and attempting to harness parapsychology,” says Nolan. “Soon, this newly contracted legion of psychiatrists began to test mind-altering drugs in conjunction with hypnosis.”
The CIA’s clandestine programs actually started with its forerunner organization, the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and later Allen Dulles, a World War I spymaster and CIA director (1953-1961). The CIA was formed officially in 1947 with the passage of the National Security Act.
Richard Helms and James Angleton (another master-spy from World War II and the OSS)“would form a twenty-five-year partnership in covert operations.” Under the leadership of Allen Dulles, Helms began to formulate Operation MKULTRA (“Ultra” was a “wave” to the World War II operation that broke Nazi codes, and MK probably stood for “mind control”).
Similar names were Projects Bluebird & Antichoke, and involved drugs as Liquid E or X, lysergic acid disthylamide (LSD), with culprits such as Sidney Gottlieb, John Gittinger, James Angleton, Dr. Harold Wolff, Dr. Frank Olson, William Harvey, as well as the use ofhypnotism in “Manchurian Candidate” projects.
“…the research proved to be framed for a murder while actually being innocent,” says Nolan.“The assassination would be carried out by hitmen hidden on the sidelines while the patsy would appear to have committed the crime thus protecting the identity of the actual assassins. Their technique of producing such a patsy involved the use of drugs and hypnotism, hence the term ‘hydro programmed fall guy.’”
These techniques were used in a “Helms era between 1953 and 1973” in nearly a dozen CIA-backed foreign coups or coup attempts. Helms was “able to draw on a variety of specialists from a wide array of nations. Compartmentalization (strictly compartmented) enabled the CIA to deceive presidents, oversight committees, and the media.”
Within such a rigidly compartmentalized system, “Cover stories” helped to control certain activities.
COVER STORIES
The use of CIA “cover stories” ranged from planted statements in the trail of Clay Shawabout Shaw (and Helms’s attempts to sabotage DA Jim Garrison’s case) to the allegation thatOswald was not a CIA agent. The finding of the Senate Intelligence Committee, in the words of Senator Richard Schweiker of Pennsylvania, was that …
“Oswald had intelligence connections…the fingerprint of intelligence.”
Similarly, Helms stated that the CIA did not assist in any assassinations, and he ironically cited Senator Church’s investigation. However, Church’s remarks were based on the fact that CIA was not cooperating, but were actually hiding these facts. It came out that the CIA worked with others to do assassinations (such as through the Mob and possibly the use of French assassins or others in Europe and Latin America).
GOVERNMENT as SOCIOPATH
Nolan examines the personality of Richard Helms and discovers that Helms was a sociopath: He was “truth-challenged,” and perhaps apathological liar; he would perform normally, but without any sense of empathy or conscience, and would have no stress or disorientation. Helms would appear cordial and unusually intelligent, but he would tend to be manipulative and show shallowness of emotions.
“An intelligent sociopath can be most destructive, and Helms was at the top of his class,” says Nolan. “They are focused individuals who aim to achieve their goals. At the same time, they are opportunists who ignore the rules, forging ahead with no inner controls…
“Helms created just such a rule in MKULTRA and spent his entire career trying to perfect it through testing drugs on unwitting subjects, carrying out hypno-programing experiments, and plotting coups, assassinations, and cover-ups while manipulating others.” (Page 49.)
Helms held a mask of normality that people “are loathe” to look beyond, andhide integrity of the “role” itself, says Nolan, and that such people are “legally sane, but they have a serious mental disorder. They have no conscience.”
JAMES ANGLETON
James Jesus Angleton began his intelligence career in the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the forerunner of the CIA, named chief of the Rome office, reading messages decoded from ULTRA (the famous German code that the allies had cracked early on in the war).
Richard Helms described Angleton as “a strange, strange man,” who could gain information through stealth, enabling him to climb to the “top ranks” of the CIA. All three men, Allen Dulles, Richard Helms, and James Angleton, were “strong believers” in covertoperations (page 56).
“The breakthrough came with the achievement of the capability of ordinary a subject___under the influence of drugs and posthypnotic suggestions___to perform an action and recall it later,” says Nolan. “For example, a subject could be controlled to the point where he would pull out a weapon and fire without remembering later what had happened.” (“Induce hypnosis rapidly on unwitting subjects: create durable amnesia: implant hypnotic suggestions that were ‘operationally useful,’” page 59.)
Angleton was convinced that the CIA covert operations could save democracy around the globe. They, Helms and Angleton, often stood in stark contrast to the philosophy and opposed or obstructed the actions of the Kennedy brothers.
To safeguard the CIA covert operation, Angleton went about “guiding the search for unwitting fall guys, overseeing their conditioning, and devising their missions.” (Page 61.)
When asked by a Congressional committee investigator to describe the nature of counter-intelligence, Angleton said:
“To construct a ‘Wilderness of Mirrors’ in which the opponent would be forever lost and confused.” – Michael Holzman,James Jesus Angleton, the CIA+ the Craft of Counterintelligence[Amherst: University of Massachusetts Press, 2008, page 302].
Nolan highlights the murder of Mary Meyer, mistress of John Kennedy, and critic of theWarren Commission Report. In the words of government assassin Joe Simon and another former lover of Mary Meyer, Kenneth Noland, “Angleton had had Mary’s phone bugged. This was typical of Angleton’s Style … both she and Kennedy had serious reservations regarding the activities of the CIA.”
Operation CHAOS was a CIA program to determine “if foreign governments were behind the anti-war protests and the civil rights movement,” aided by James Angleton, and conducted. further operations under the Special Operations Group (SOG), The SOG unit carried out this domestic spying operation by monitoring peaceful activities, black leaders, and“monitoring and harassing peace activities, black leaders,” and “monitoring and harassing”numerous newspapers (such as the liberal Catholic publicationRamparts, that espoused and published anti-Vietnam War articles).
It was suspected that the Watergate Break-in in June, 1972 was carried out by a team of CIA operatives that was in fact an Operation Chaos mission. Nolan speculates that Angleton was behind the Watergate break-in and the goal was “to find out if the Democrats had obtained any information concerning who killed the Kennedys and it the leads were pointing in Angleton’s direction.” (Page 66.)
AGENCY-BASED ASSASSINATIONS
Nolan surveys the CIA’s part in foreign assassination in Iran, Guatemala, Indonesia, Congo, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Iraq, and Vietnam.
A clandestine CIA operations force in Saigon, led by Lucien Conein, had been working behind the scenes without Kennedy’s full knowledge, leading to the November 1, 1963 coup. The sudden murders of President Ngo Dinh Diem, and Ngo Dinh Nhu and the coup d’etat in VIet Nam that installed General Duong Van Minh shocked President John F. Kennedy.

Three weeks later, President Kennedy was also assassinated.
On January 28, 1964, General Duong Van Minh was replaced by General Khanh, and the warworsened for the United States.
In 1971, when Richard Nixon was president, Helms’s protégé, E. Howard Hunt, joined Nixon’s administration as a consultant, specializing in the “Dirty Tricks” department.
Hunt asked Lucien Conein to devise a “fake telegraph” that would make President Kennedy appear to have ordered Diem’s murder. LIFE Magazine reporter William Lambert questioned the authenticity of Conein’s play.
Howard Hunt was finally arrested for his part in the break-in at the Democratic National Committee Headquarters in 1972. Hunt had joined the CIA in 1949 at the age of thirty-one. His talent at the CIA was writing disinformation, and he clearly found his “niche” with colleagues like Angleton and Helms.
OPERATIONS AT HOME
Alternate theories as to who was behind the John Kennedy assassination ranged from Soviet KGB (State Security Committee), Cuba’s Castro, anti-Castro Cubans, the Mafia, and the Central Intelligence Agency. It was suggested that Lee Harvey Oswald was a trained recruit and may have been used for the assassination as retaliation against Kennedy’s peace overtures to Soviet and Cuban Communists and the president’s firing of three top-level CIA officials. But the flaw in this thinking would have been the supposed “great logistical legerdemain” to set up Oswald and the “silencing” of the actual assassins (James H. Fetzer, PhD, Murder in Dealey Plaza [Chicago” Catfeet, 2000, page 298]).
Nolan quickly points out that the CIA had been using “logistical legerdemain” in its MKULTRA programs for more than a decade, utilizing “in-depth knowledge, skill and the requisite resources.” Oswald had been set up to be “an innocent patsy” appearing to have been an assassin. The real assassins were “hired guns, well-hidden sharp-shooters—CIA-Mafia-connected hired guns that were the hired guns.”
“We know that sources of witnesses died early deaths,” says Nolan, “indeed, the actual assassins were no doubt eliminated soon after the assassination in order to ensure their silence forever. The hit men who killed them would not have known who they were or why they were being bumped off…”
At 12:30 pm on November 22, 1963 shots rang out hitting Kennedy in the back and in the head. Fifty-two percent of the witnesses would later testify that the shots came from the grassy knoll in Dealey Plaza. Within the hour Dallas policeman J .D. Tippit was shot next to his patrol car in Oswald’s neighborhood. On November 24, 1963, Lee Oswald was shot (and swiftly died) by local mobster and strip club owner, Jack Ruby (who eventually died of cancer while in jail).
HYPNO-PROGRAMMING
The purpose of the hypno-programming of Oswald “was not to create an assassin, but to create a fall guy by planting highly incriminating information about innocent person,” says Nolan, “while expert marksmen carried out the actual shooting.”
Oswald became adept at the Russian language. Fellow Marines nicknamed him“Oswaldskovich.” In actuality, Oswald had been sent to a premier military language school, the Defense Languages Institute (DLI) in Monterey, California to study Russian through September of 1957 “…preparing select troops from all branches of the military for work at the National Security Agency,” says Nolan.
Oswald’s next job was at the CIA’s super-secret spy plane U-2 training facility at Atsugi AFB, Japan, Oswald was listed as a radar operator—a duty assignment—a cover for his top secret language-related job. During his stay in Atsugi, Lee gave disinformation to a young Japanese woman and KGB spy. His 1958 gonorrhea was considered “in the line of duty.” Oswald’s roommate at El Torro Air Station, James Botelho, said:
“Oswald was not a Communist or a Marxist…Oswald was on an assignment in Russia for American intelligence.”
Under a CIA secret “defector” program, Oswald planned to enroll in an also CIA-backedAlbert Schweitzer College in Churwalden, Switzerland. Oswald arrived in Helsinki on October 11, 1959, probably by “contract pilots flying private aircraft.” On a six-day visa, he arrived in Moscow on October 16, 1957.
As a “201 file” CIA employee, Oswald received a study flow of hidden funds.
OSWALD AS “NEWS”
Picking up on Oswald’s “defection” scenario, reporters Aline Mosby of UPI and Priscilla Johnson of the North American Newspaper Alliance—both picked up on the Oswald Communist “spin”—with Johnson “working at the time on contract for the CIA.”
Oswald’s “program” or “legend” in Russia included marriage to a Russian woman (Marina Prusakova), creation of a phony “diary,” and an “easy” exit to Hoboken, Jersey on June 13, 1962.
Oswald continued to follow his “mission” (“program,” “legend”) to monitor, infiltrate, and penetrate individuals or groups that posed a threat to the national interest. The CIA TOOK Oswald out of customary ‘posting”—but actually casting him as an enemy of the U.S. Various “handlers” were used to help “paint’ Oswald as a treacherous person.
“In Lee’s case, it appears that the did not know until the end of his short life that his assignments,” says Nolan, “were also designed to make him appear to be working for the enemy, not just posing as one.”
George de Mohrenschildt was one handler. De Mohrenschildt was constantly in contact with CIA front organizations; a spy in Mexico during World War II; in Latin America in U.S oil companies after the war; on the fringes in Guatemala at the same time the CIA planned theBay of Pigs Invasion.
“He reportedly received two thousand dollars in a Haitian bank account shortly after the Kennedy assassination,” says Nolan.
Variations in de Mohrenschildt’s “friends” consisted of Norman Fredrickson (director of Radio Free Europe), Max Clark (former head of security at Convair Aircraft Corporation), Michael Paine at Bell Helicopter (husband of Ruth Paine, Oswald’s landlady at one point), and Ruth Paine (whose father was William Avery Hyde who had worked at AID, a CIA-backed agency).
Consequently, thanks to de Mohrenschildt, Oswald worked at Jaggar-Chiles-Stoval for six months doing photographic work connected to U-2 spy plane photos.
A CREATED CREATURE
Nolan paces us through Oswald’s “traits” and “deeds,” such as the nick-name A.J. Hidell (used in intelligence circles), purchase of a World War II Mannlicher-Carcano, fake backyard photos, created story about shooting of retired Army Major General Edwin A. Walker, Lee’s pamphleteering, connections with David Ferrie, Guy Banister, Clay Shaw, his job at the Reily Coffee Company (“Obviously, the Reily firm was more than a coffee shop as evidenced by its alumni’s later assignments in the aerospace defense industry.”), radio and TV appearances, trip to Clinton, Louisiana, alleged trip to Mexico, and Oswald’s eventual employment at the Texas Book Depository building.
The reader should pay especially close attention to the intricate sequence of events that Nolan lays out leading up to assassins’ firing shots at President Kennedy on November 22, 1963, as well as the twisting misidentifications of police officer Jefferson Davis Tippit’s murder, the mysterious deaths following Kennedy’s assassination, such as that of George de Mohrenschildt on March 29, 1977, Jack Ruby, Lee Oswald and others.
“Lee was forceful in his media appearance during several scheduled and impromptu press conference,” says Nolan. “At one point, Oswald said: ‘I didn’t shoot anybody, no sir.’ At another time, he said that someone should ‘come forward to give me legal assistance.’ On November 22, a bewildered Oswald responded to a reporter’s revelation that he had been charged with the assassination: ‘Then I’m the patsy.’” (Plausible Denial: Was the CIA involved in the Assassination of JFK? [New York: Thunder’s Mouth Press, 1991], page 15.) (Page 165.)
SIRHAN SIRHAN & ROBERT KENNEDY
Nolan believes that the same CIA “hypno-programming” (through agents Dr. William Bryan and Manly Palmer Hall and others) victimized Sirhan Bishara Sirhan as a “patsy” in the assassination of presidential candidate Senator Robert F. Kennedy on the evening of June 5, 1968.
Not only did the forensic evidence not match Sirhan’s alleged quilt, but Dr. Eduard Simon-Kallas said that an analysis of Sirhan at San Quentin Prison indicated that “Sirhan was mentally normal, but that he had been hypno-programmed by someone.” (Page 274.)
Nolan treks through the forensic evidence in the RFK assassination; like the JFK assassination, his brother’s murder was meticulously planned and executed.
Dr. Eduard Simson-Kallas said “…that Sirhan in fact does not have any recollection of the assassination nor of writing the notebooks,” says Nolan, “he concluded that Sirhan was ‘prepared by someone. He was hypnotized by someone.’”
Two gunmen in suits who stood directly behind Robert Kennedy, and his left side, fired guns inches away before escaping in the chaos. Sirhan’s gun could not be “positively identified” as the murder weapon because of significant discrepancies. Lead in the bore of Sirhan’s gun indicated only blanks had been fired. Sirhan’s gun was feet away from Kennedy, yet assassins fired within one-inch. Forensic analysis of recovered residue indicated that more than one gun was fired (page 253).
Again, as in the case of Lee Oswald, Sirhan had been “associated” with mysterious, possible CIA, contacts: security officer Thane Eugene Cesar, a mysterious lady often near Sirhan over a matter of weeks, as well as a “young women in the polka dot dress seen in the (hotel) pantry” who was assisted by a male companion on the night of the shootings; not to mention the psycho programmers.
ROGUE INTELLIGENCE
Readers will pensively study Nolan’s fascinating literary landscape of facts into the frightening world of power and murder.
Patrick Nolan is a forensic historian who has relentlessly worked to uncover truths surrounding the JFK, MLK, and the RFK assassinations of the 1960s. He has been a journalist, a television news producer, and a professor at Hofstra University and St. John’s University.
“Mr. Nolan’s early background in news-writing and college teaching, and his perseverance and devotion to this subject, have given him the tools to make sound judgments in these controversial cases,” said Dr. Henry C. Lee, former director of the Connecticut State Police Forensic Science Laboratory and currently Distinguished Professor of Forensic Science at the University of New Haven.
Lee said forensic science professionals, and Nolan, seek the truth, but in the final analysis, the reader must come to a conclusion “based on the best evidence.”
“In dissecting the associations of the sixties, beneath the surface, they involve similar motives, means, and opportunities,” says Nolan on page 282. “The motive of the rogue intelligence operatives was to control America’s destiny in their own twisted way.”
Martin Hay appeared far from a friend of Nolan, and criticized Nolan for lack of proof and hard evidence that Nolan promised in his book, nevertheless Hay agreed the idea of the Manchurian Candidate was a fascinating and real one:
“When he was interviewed by author Dick Russell, Gottlieb denied that creating brainwashed or hypnotized assassins had been an aim of MKULTRA and suggested that such a thing wasn’t actually possible (On The Trail of the JFK Assassins, p. 242). But there’s every reason to believe it is. In 2011, British mentalist/hypnotist Derren Brown produced a series of TV shows called The Experiments, the first of which was titled The Assassin. In it, Brown took a volunteer through a series of hypnosis sessions which the volunteer believed were intended to make him a superior marksman. In reality, Brown was programming him to commit an assassination against his will of which he would have no memory. The show culminated with the unwitting gunman firing blanks at British comedian and TV personality, Stephen Fry, in front of a packed and unsuspecting auditorium. “Also, Nolan might have discovered that Schulte’s father worked at Technicolor Corporation on a classified contract with Lockheed, and that the security chief at Lockheed was the former personal US Secret Service bodyguard of Vice President Richard Nixon, who left that position when Nixon lost the presidential campaign, and would return to Nixon’s 1968 presidential campaign after the assassination of Senator Bobby Kennedy.”
