Dear Patients and Friends:
I must have been asked 20 times about the new COVID vaccines. Here are my thoughts. Please pass this information onto many as you can. People need to have fully informed consent when it comes to injecting foreign genetic material into their bodies.
The COVID vaccines are mRNA vaccines. mRNA vaccines are a completely new type of vaccine. No mRNA vaccine has ever been licensed for human use before. In essence, we have absolutely no idea what to expect from this vaccine. We have no idea if it will be effective or safe.
Traditional vaccine simply introduce pieces of a virus to stimulate an immune reaction. The new mRNA vaccine is completely different. It actually injects (transfects) molecules of synthetic genetic material from non-humans sources into our cells. Once in the cells, the genetic material interacts with our transfer RNA (tRNA) to make a foreign protein that supposedly teaches the body to destroy the virus being coded for. Note that these newly created proteins are not regulated by our own DNA, and are thus completely foreign to our cells. What they are fully capable of doing is unknown.
The mRNA molecule is vulnerable to destruction. So, in order to protect the fragile mRNA strands while they are being inserted into our DNA they are coated with PEGylated lipid nanoparticles. This coating hides the mRNA from our immune system which ordinarily would kill any foreign material injected into the body. PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been used in several different drugs for years. Because of their effect on immune system balance, several studies have shown them to induce allergies and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been shown to trigger their own immune reactions, and to cause damage to the liver.
These new vaccines are additionally contaminated with aluminum, mercury, and possibly formaldehyde. The manufacturers have not yet disclosed what other toxins they contain.
Since viruses mutate frequently, the chance of any vaccine working for more than a year is unlikely. That is why the flu vaccine changes every year. Last year’s vaccine is no more valuable than last year’s newspaper.
Absolutely no long term safety studies will have been done to ensure that any of these vaccines don’t cause the cancer, seizures, heart disease, allergies, and autoimmune diseases seen with other vaccines. If you ever wanted to be guinea pig for Big Pharma, now is your golden opportunity.
Many experts question whether the mRNA technology is ready for prime time. In November 2020, Dr. Peter Jay Hotez said of the new mRNA vaccines said:
“I worry about innovation at the expense of practicality because they [the mRNA vaccines] are weighted toward technology platforms that have never made it to licensure before.”
Dr. Hotez is Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Virology & Microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is also Director of the Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development.
Michal Linial, PhD is a Professor of Biochemistry. Because of her research and forecasts on COVID-19, Dr. Linial has been widely quoted in the media. She recently stated, “I won’t be taking it [the mRNA vaccine] immediately – probably not for at least the coming year. We have to wait and see whether it really works. We will have a safety profile for only a certain number of months, so if there is a long-term effect after two years, we cannot know.”
In November 2020, The Washington Post reported on hesitancy among healthcare professionals in the United States to the mRNA vaccines, citing surveys which reported that: “some did not want to be in the first round, so they could wait and see if there are potential side effects”, and that “doctors and nurses want more data before championing vaccines to end the pandemic”.
Since the death rate from COVID resumed to the normal flu death rate way back in early September, the pandemic has been over since then. Therefore, at this point in time no vaccine is needed. The current scare tactics regarding “escalating cases” is based on a PCR test that because it exceeds 34 amplifications has a 100% false positive rate unless it is performed between the 3rd and 5th day after the first day of symptoms. It is therefor 100% inaccurate in people with no symptoms. This is well established in the scientific literature. See the attachment (False Positive PCR testing is up to 100%!) for more information on this. If you go to the CDC site (file:///C:/Users/docto/AppData/Local/Temp/cdc_97230_DS1.pdf ), you can see that the weekly death rates in the US are now lower than they normally are during an average flu season.
The other reason you don’t need a vaccine for COVID-19 is that substantial herd immunity has already taken place in the United States. This is the primary reason for the end of the pandemic.
Unfortunately, you cannot completely trust what you hear from the media. They have consistently got it wrong for the past year. Since they are all supported by Big Pharma and the other entities selling the COVID vaccines, they are not going to be fully forthcoming when it comes to mRNA vaccines. Every statement I have made here is fully backed by published scientific references.
I would be very interested to see verification that Bill and Melinda Gates with their entire family including grandchildren, Joe Biden and President Trump and their entire families, and Anthony Fauci and his entire family all get the vaccine.
Anyone who after reading all this still wants to get injected with the mRNA vaccine, should at the very least have their blood checked for COVID-19 antibodies. There is no need for a vaccine in persons already naturally immunized.
Here’s My Bottom Line:
I Would Much Rather Get A COVID Infection Than Get A COVID Vaccine. That Would Be Safer And More Effective. I Have Had A Number Of COVID Positive Flu Cases This Year. Some Were Old And Had Health Concerns.
Every Single One Has Done Really Well With Natural Therapies Including Ozone Therapy And IV Vitamin C.
Just Because Modern Medicine Has No Effective Treatment For Viral Infections, Doesn’t Mean That There Isn’t One.

“As I have discussed in previous articles on mind control such as “They” Can’t Read Your Thoughts … Right? the state of current mind control technology is beyond most’s people comprehension and idea of what is possible. Yet, we have had enough out-of-the-closet whistleblowers and leaked or declassified documents to give us a clear idea of the scary extent to which we can be psychically attacked. Whistleblowers such as Dr. Robert Duncan have lectured at length about the capabilities of V2K technology, which is defined as an EM frequency technology that utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) signals to induce sound within the cranial cavity of the target. V2K literally pipes thoughts directly into people’s heads without them knowing it.
“Kofron talks at length about how this technology is fully operational and is already being tested upon those in society who are struggling (such as those who are homeless, poor and who don’t have much family or many friends) since they make the easiest targets. On his website GangstalkerWars.com, he exposes the details of ongoing operations within Seattle (where he used to work for SIS). This social engineering is being done by the Federal Government, the Military Intelligence agencies, private security firms (more on this below), some of the largest US corporations (after all, we live in a corporatocracy), local and state police, and social programs within inner-city America.
“Kofron warns about an alarming trend in American society: the rise of private security companies who mostly employ ex-military and ex-intelligence agents. As I covered in this 2-part series, the US Military Intelligence Complex is completely and utterly out of control. It runs the government and pulls the strings attached to all the puppet politicians, who don’t have the necessary ‘clearance’ to access the truly top-secret information. These security firms, like the MIC itself, appear to operate above and outside the law.” (Read more in the article.)
“Of course, something needs to be done about this illegal, immoral governmental electronic terrorism. However, seeing the bigger picture, it may be difficult to incriminate the culprits: As mentioned by former CIA engineer and whistleblower Dr Robert Duncan it would be difficult to take the victimization cases to court, as the gang stalking involves a number of people in very high places who could control the law process… Having said that, there are ways and governments are getting pressurized to do something about it: Not just America, gang stalking is happening all over the world.
“Targeted individuals describing their nightmare experiences have shown us that they don’t necessarily have to be major threats to the new world order agenda to be targeted, just people known for having the already mentioned traits and qualities.” (Read more in the article.)
“Today, technology is increasingly folded into our everyday lives. Some 8.4 billion ‘connected things’ will be used globally this year, most of which are vulnerable to hacking and surveillance. Early this year, a German regulatory agency labeled a blond, talking doll named My Friend Cayla ‘an illegal espionage apparatus,’ recommending its destruction. The FDA recently approved the first pill that can track whether a patient has taken it. These Big Brotheresque developments are worrying even if you are not a suspicious or paranoid person. For the TIs, these devices are their worst fears realized. The technology doesn’t just spy on them or track them. It attacks them.” (Read more in the article.)
“The invasion and virtual rape of our lives by covert forces (an activity apparently being given the nod of approval by the U.S. Government) has become a rampant epidemic of sadistic abuse that also appears to be a manipulating tool of augmented fascist indoctrination and conditioning, particularly among those who are recruited to perform these ritualistic acts of torture and psychological terrorism against us. This horrible crime is much more potentially destructive to the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness than any other threat before it, and must be recognized as so.” (Read more in the article.)
“Two things must be noted here. Firstly, this can all be done subliminally without you consciously noticing it. Secondly, the idea of pulsed RF signals is exactly what smart meters are doing to destroy your health. Pulsed EM fields are especially dangerous to the human energetic field – and the NWO controllers know it. How will the 5G grid and IoT contribute to all this?
“Interestingly, some have suggested that the TV company Hulu derived its name from Hendricks Loos. Hulu famously released its video ad with Alec Baldwin detailing how they produce programs that turn people’s brains to mush in order to prime the brains up for eating by aliens. Just a coincidence, I’m sure.” (Read more in the article.)
“That is the delivery of bio-nano-particulates into the environment for all of humanity to breathe in and or ingest as well as absorbed through the skin. These nano-particulates contain all the necessary building blocks for a synthetic DNA conversion or as the powers behind the crime will call it ‘DNA Upgrades.’ The following article explains this process, so if you are not yet familiar with the process then I suggest you read the article linked below by clicking the image:
“What needs to be done with 5G WiFi in order for these psychopaths to put it to use for their purposes is to get it distributed all over the planet as much as it is possible for them to do. One way they are currently doing this, and with your help, is to sell the necessary antenna infrastructure as a service you need or ‘must have’ for ‘blazing fast internet speeds everywhere in your home.’” (Read more in the article.)
“Yet beyond that, we have a more obvious and easily demonstrated escape from reality. In this present age, as I have stated, we have two main groups in a fight to the death: The utopians illusionists of the left and the realists of the traditional American conservative persuasion. The left utopians believe in the basic tenant that man is basically good and those that are not good can be molded by the forces of social engineering into being good citizens — good citizens, that is, in their perverted definition. This utopian view assumes that man has been corrupted by his social and mainly economic institutions, such as “white privilege,” capitalism, racism, class discrimination, homophobia and other social phobias. To correct man’s seemingly decrepit state, one needs merely change the institutions of society as they now exist, and in doing so, one can lead mankind into a utopian world. This utopian world, naturally, is a collectivist one of a socialist design in some manner.
“In this view, all crimes and social problems of modern societies are based on a maldistribution of wealth, a lack of tolerance for previously unacceptable behaviors, ownership of private property and an unwillingness of the individual to surrender his or her independence in favor of the collective. What is rarely discussed by the leftist utopians is the perennial question — who shall make the decisions for the collective? Of course, if pressed, they will admit that highly qualified “elites,” much like Plato’s philosopher-kings, will make these decisions. In today’s world, it will be the elite technocrats who will make the decisions.
“Who will select and choose these elites? We are never told. Have they already been chosen by secret councils — the men in the shadows of the deep state? Who shall these elites answer and how shall they be made accountable? We are never told. Worse yet, the leftist in the streets and the leftist scribblers never even bother to think about such things. Most people assume that they will be asked their opinion. Of course, if they knew anything about collectivist political systems, they would realize that once they help usher in the system, they would be dispensed with, killed in mass numbers, imprisoned or marginalized within the lower ranks of the collective. The elite would no longer tolerate moronic opinion.” (Read more in the article.)
“Carnicom’s central message is to alert the audience that chemtrails are far more than for the purpose of atmospheric modification. His research finds that the aerosols also contain bio-engineered filaments that are infecting the global population with exotic, cross-domain bacteria that do not exist in nature.
“Most people infected with the pathogen may exhibit constitutional symptoms of varying intensity but a minority of victims also exhibit skin lesions that can exude visible colored polymer fibers from within the lesions or from under the skin. Carnicom chooses to call the condition ‘Morgellons syndrome’ since it somewhat mimics this previously described condition.” (Read more in the article.)
“My major concern is that there is evidence that they are spraying tons of nanosized aluminum compounds. It has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical literature that nanosized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense inflammation in a number of tissues. Of special concern are the effect of these nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminum.”
“Who will select and choose these elites? We are never told. Have they already been chosen by secret councils — the men in the shadows of the deep state? Who shall these elites answer and how shall they be made accountable? We are never told.”
“Alison Hayden, a QAnon believer running for California representative Eric Swalwell’s seat in Congress, told me she is optimistic QAnon will bring ‘cures for cancer’ and halt ‘technologies of light and sound manipulation that make us crazy and angry.’ For a political outsider and conspiracist, Hayden’s bona fides are fairly ‘establishment.’ She was educated at UC Berkeley and the London School of Economics before working in global finance at Citibank and Charles Schwab & Co. and becoming a district-level Republican delegate.”
“It’s not just that, like Europe for much of its history, these people have an unpleasant habit of blaming anything they don’t like on the Jews. Medieval scholars would decide that Saturn is cold and dry, and then lay out how everything cold and dry is in some sense governed by Saturn. Conspiracy theorists, meanwhile, derive from Saturn’s hexagon the outline of a cube, and then reason that everything cubical is a secret shrine to Saturn. If Muslims circle around a black cube at Mecca, and Jews plant one on their forehead with the tefillin, it must be because they are worshipping not God, but the final star. If the PlayStation game Mort the Chicken has levels that feature a lot of cubes, it can only be because ‘sadistic manipulators are using the media to program and influence minds to accept the Antichrist system they are constructing.’”
“In the course of their work, Archons frequently impersonate mortals, other spirits, and even figures of divine status. They are able to perfectly imitate the voices of any other thing in Creation, although they can sometime be unmasked by their awkward and inappropriate behavior. When in mortal form, Archons are fond of claiming to be ‘from the government,’ unless they are impersonating a trusted family member or lover. When Archons impersonate gods, or other spirits, they do so either to manipulate mortals into some course of action, or to directly undermine the power of a cult or religions that threatens to alter the Archon’s inviolate plan of destiny.
“The Archons claim to be the first beings to exist, and that their ruler, the Demiurge, is the Creator himself. Naturally, they regard their work not as imposing an alien order, but purging the last traces of Chaos from Creation. The Angels, Devils, and Fairy Folk are all regarded by the Archons as actually being former Archons, duped and corrupted by the Demons. According the the Archons, the Demons themselves are nothing but the stray thoughts of the Demiurge, twisted into a false existence when they contacted Chaos, and infesting the Outer Darkness like vermin. When dealing openly with mortals, Archons sometimes refer to themselves by misleading terms such as ‘The Cosmic Federation’ or ‘The Planetary Command.’”
“Much of QAnon devotees’ energy has in recent months flooded to false allegations that Trump had been robbed of an election victory. The QAnon-boosting attorneys Sidney Powell and L. Lin Wood led a failing pro-Trump attempt to overturn the election.
“The QAnon conversation online had pivoted from taking down a global cabal to targeting a more specific mission: “Stop the Steal.” So when Trump invited supporters to Washington for mass demonstrations on Jan. 6, the day Congress was set to certify Biden’s victory, researchers said pro-Trump agitators and QAnon believers saw it as a demand for action.”
“’It’s a global power structure that is responsible for the economic decisions that have robbed our working class, stripped our country of its wealth, and put that money into the pockets of a handful of large corporations and political entities,’ Trump continued. ‘We’ve seen this firsthand in the WikiLeaks documents in which Hillary Clinton meets in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty in order to enrich these global financial powers, her special-interest friends, and her donors.’
“Thus, Trump reasoned, ‘It’s no coincidence these attacks come at the exact same moment, and all together at the same time as WikiLeaks releases documents exposing the massive international corruption of the Clinton machine.’”
“The Christian Bible devotes only a few passages to the devil and does not describe his appearance. In Genesis the serpent who tempts Eve is strongly associated with Satan, but many theologians think the composition of Genesis predates the concept of the devil. Passages alluding to Lucifer’s fall can be found in the books of Isaiah and Ezekiel. The Old Testament’s Satan is not the opponent of God, but rather an adversary as exemplified by his role in the Book of Job. (See also: Halloween: costumes, history, myths and more)
“In the New Testament Satan has become a force of evil. He tempts Jesus to abandon his mission: “All these I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me” (Matthew 4:9). He is described as a hunter of souls. The First Epistle of Peter warns: “Discipline yourselves, keep alert. Like a roaring lion your adversary the devil prowls around, looking for someone to devour” (I Peter 5:8). By the Book of Revelation, Satan has become an apocalyptic beast, determined to overthrow god and heaven.”
“Conspiracy theorists often use the term ‘Fourth Reich’ simply as a pejorative synonym for the ‘New World Order’ to imply that its state ideology and government will be similar to Germany’s Third Reich or that globalists who plot on behalf of the New World Order are Jewish fascists. However, some conspiracy theorists take the research findings of American journalist Edwin Black, author of the 2009 book Nazi Nexus, to claim that some American corporations and philanthropic foundations – whose complicity was pivotal to the Third Reich’s war effort, Nazi eugenics and the Holocaust – are now conspiring to build a Fourth Reich.
“Furthermore, conspiracy theorists, such as American writer Jim Marrs, claim that some ex-Nazis, who survived the fall of the Greater German Empire, along with sympathizers in the United States and elsewhere, given safe haven by organizations like ODESSA and Die Spinne, have been working behind the scenes since the end of World War II to enact at least some of the principles of Nazism (e.g. militarism, imperialism, widespread spying on citizens, use of corporations and propaganda to control national interests and ideas) into culture, government, and business worldwide, but primarily in the U.S. They cite the influence of ex-Nazi scientists brought in under Operation Paperclip to help advance aerospace manufacturing in the U.S. with technological principles from Nazi UFOs, and the acquisition and creation of conglomerates by ex-Nazis and their sympathizers after the war, in both Europe and the U.S.
“This neo-Nazi conspiracy is said to be animated by an ‘Iron Dream’ in which the American Empire, having overthrown its Zionist Occupation Government, gradually establishes the Fourth Reich, formally known as the ‘Western Imperium,’ a pan-Aryan world empire modeled after Adolf Hitler’s New Order and the religious aspects of Nazism, as the best hope for the survival of Western civilization under the threat of the Judeo-Masonic conspiracy. Conspiracy theorists therefore see history as a ‘war between secret societies’ for control of a New World Order.”
Independent Journalists Stephen Erdmann and Omar Faizi join Greg to discuss (and debate) the hidden history of secret societies, Earth’s true origins, why all religion is false, and the horrendous acts of abuse throughout the centuries.
Who are the Illuminati? Why were they formed?
What is the battle between Dark and Light?
Is QAnon for real?
And most importantly…is there proof of any of it?
Greg wanted to know.
This is a polarizing episode that will certainly shake up your foundational beliefs about the people and institutions you take for granted.
“The central theme developed in this book is that psi, the paranormal, and the supernatural are fundamentally linked to destructuring, change, transition, disorder, marginality, the ephemeral, fluidity, ambiguity, and blurring of boundaries. In contrast, the phenomena are repressed or excluded with order, structure, routine, stasis, regularity, precision, rigidity, and clear demarcation. I hesitate to offer this very general statement because, by itself, it will almost certainly be misinterpreted; much of the book is devoted to explaining it. I will present some brief examples here.
“When entire cultures undergo profound change, there is often an upsurge of interest in the paranormal. During the breakup of the former U.S.S.R. there was an explosion of paranormal activity throughout eastern Europe. Healers and psychics featured prominently in the media. This should not have been a surprise because anthropologists have shown that the supernatural has figured in thousands of cultural revitalization movements.
“Numerous mystics have displayed extraordinary paranormal powers, but many of them were outsiders, marginal characters whose lives were exceedingly odd. St. Francis of Assisi performed many miracles, but he was mistrusted by church authorities and caused them many headaches.”
America’s Sacrificial Altar for Google, Wikipedia and the Pharmaceutical Empire
Richard Gale and Gary Null PhD
Weekly, millions of people do Google searches for advice about their personal health, a large variety of illnesses, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, dementia, etc., drug and vaccine safety, and scores of other topics affecting physical and mental health. They depend upon speed and accuracy to find the current scientifically based and clinically proven information.
For the large majority of people, a personal medical condition or health crisis begins by turning exclusively to established medical, drug-based protocols. However, these treatments do not always relieve symptoms and very rarely reverse disease. Certainly they have not shown success to prevent them.
Consequently, increasingly people are seeking second and third opinions. More often than not Google will take a person immediately to Wikipedia. Wikipedia’s co-founder Jimmy Wales acknowledges that “60 to 70 percent of Wikipedia’s traffic originates from Google.
There is an assumption and a reasonable expectation that the information we find on Wikipedia is
2) soundly researched and referenced from high quality and reliable resources,
3) written by credentialed writers and editors with expertise in the subject,
4) unbiased, and finally
5) objective and neutral.
At a minimum it is assumed that content is scientifically validated and on matters of health and disease from the National Institutes of Health PubMed database. Whether it regards a pharmaceutical, surgical or radiological approach, or perhaps a more natural medical modality such as lifestyle change, nutrition, medical botanicals, Chiropractic and Chinese Medicine, information is expected to be accurately described. Then using our freedom of choice and informed consent, we can select the medical route that we believe would be most safe and effective.
Unfortunately, our four-year investigation into Wikipedia’s treatment of health issues reveals exactly the opposite. Many individuals with outstanding credentials are terrified of having their biographies appear on the open-source encyclopedia.
Once a person’s biography is added she or he will no longer have control over its content. Often they will be faced with character assassination and denigration about their careers and life’s work. Their biographies are frozen as if confined in a Russian gulag for a political crime. They may seek redress by reaching out to the media; but the media also is fully compromised. They may seek open hearings on Wikipedia’s backside to expose unfair behavior and misinformation but will be met either by deafening silence, ridicule or censorship. They may even seek redress from the IRS or state’s attorney generals for Wikipedia’s gross serial violations of its non-profit status. You enter a highly politicized ideological war and the encyclopedia’s parent organization, the Wikimedia Foundation (WMF), will do essentially nothing to correct errors or reprimand belligerent senior administrators and editors.
Much of Wikipedia’s chaos over unreliable health information is due to a relatively small group of non-credentialed, hate-filled individuals, popularly known as Skeptics. With Wikipedia’s co-founder Jimmy Wales’ full support, Skeptics have hijacked the site and converted it into their personal social media platform to condemn all non-conventional and alternative medical therapies and its practitionersand voices who are critical of the dominant drug and vaccine based medical paradigm.
Since its founding certain editors realized that Wikipedia was prime game for writing entries and reshaping content as a means to proselytize their personal ideological agendas. This is due to the encyclopedia’s systemic vulnerabilities and its naïve belief that truth can emerge by reaching a faux democratic consensus.
In 2006 Wikipedia editor Paul Lee, a physical therapist in California’s Central Valley and an avowed Skeptic, started to reach out to internet Skeptic groups to recruit editors to advance the Skeptic mission to ridicule and discredit all forms of complementary and alternative medicine, marginalize those who question vaccination safety and efficacy, and attack critics of corporate commercial interests adversely impacting the nation’s health such as genetically modified crops, fluoridation, sugar and junk food, etc.
That year Lee posted on the International Skeptic Forum:
“I would like to invite webmasters and site owners to begin editing Wikipedia and SkepticWiki. There are many subjects for skeptics to get involved with, and we really need help. There are plenty of loons out there doing the editing right now, and far too few skeptics to keep them at bay. Any coordination of efforts should be done by private email, since Wikipedia keeps a very public history and “every” little edit, and you can’t get them removed. We don’t need any accusations of a conspiracy… I hope to see more skeptics in action!”
Lee also lists the subjects Skeptics should focus on, which include the National Vaccine Information Center, vaccine critics Barbara Loe Fisher and Viera Scheibner, Chiropractic, and complementary and alternative medicine. Lee happens to be the former list master for the pro-pharmaceutical and junk food friendly Quackwatch, a personal blog founded by a psychiatrist Dr. Stephen Barrett. Over time, Quackwatch and its Skeptic allies such as the Center for Inquiry and the Science Based Medicine blog have exponentially increased their presence on Wikipedia to become the single most cited references in the Skeptics’ arsenal to attack alternative medical therapies and the critics of conventional medicine’s power base. The consequence is that personal bias has trumped Wikipedia’s rules of objectivity and neutrality.
New York Times best-selling human rights author Edwin Black described the dangers Wikipedia poses for social progress in his article “Wikipedia: The Dumbing Down of World Knowledge” published on the History News Network:
“…. Wikipedia, the constantly changing knowledge base created a global free-for-all of anonymous users, now stands as the leading force for dumbing down the world of knowledge. If Wikipedia’s almost unstoppable momentum continues, critics say, it threatens to quickly reverse centuries of progress… In its place would be a constant cacophony of fact and falsity that Wikipedia critics call a “law of the jungle.”
Writing for the Huffington Post, journalist Sam Slovick posed a question we might ask ourselves every time we click into Wikipedia. “Has Jimmy Wales’ marauding encyclopedic beast finally corrupted the Internet? Has Wikipedia lost all credibility, its purported neutral system compromised by toxic editors?” The most toxic Wikipedia editors now terrorizing the encyclopedia’s pages more often than not are the anonymous non-experts and computer hacks who identify themselves with this extreme militant form of scientific materialism. They also fiercely protect their own Skeptic pages from any citable truths that may cast them in a poor light.
Indeed commercial science is constantly attempting to develop new technological solutions through genetic engineering of crops, vaccines and novel patentable drugs, artificial intelligence, 5G wireless technology, etc. These are held up in the public’s eyes as great achievements. On the other hand, you will rarely find Wikipedia or the mainstream media ever highlighting these technologies’ flaws and greater risks that undermine their commercial benefits; and certainly private corporations will never leak evidence about these risks and dangers.
For example, we accessed Wikipedia pages for each of the vaccines recommended on the CDC’s childhood immunization schedule. In every case, adverse effects were undermined and the vaccines’ benefits were inflated. Not a single entry had a complete list of adverse effects as printed on the vaccine maker’s manufacturing package insert – literature that is easily accessible on the CDC’s website. Nor was there to be found a list of vaccine ingredients, many of which are scientifically shown to be toxic. Consequently a visitor to any given Wikipedia vaccine page accesses a very incomplete and twisted understanding of the vaccines’ actual safety and efficacy profile.
We are also led to believe that if a scientific invention or a study for a new drug or vaccine appears in the peer-reviewed literature, it represents a gold standard. Consequently it is assumed that any controversy has been settled. A peer-reviewed paper becomes a scientific law unto itself if it favors tendentious interests. However, repeatedly the peer-reviewed journal system has proven to be unreliable. No decisive effort has been made to reform it. It is simply too profitable to disrupt.
But the Skeptics’ distorted and biased narratives about medicine and health are only one reason to be deeply worried about the WMF’s long-term mission to bring all medical knowledge to the inhabitable world. By and large, Wikipedia Skeptics are not motivated by financial gain nor is there strong evidence of conflicts of interest with either the pharmaceutical industry or our federal health agencies. Rather the Skeptic movement is more likely motivated by a cult-like ideology that is fanatically embraced by its followers with religious zeal. Yet on the backside, WMF also has deep ties with the pharmaceutical industry and this takes us to its close relationship with Google for over a decade.
The Google-WMF association is no secret. There is plenty of evidence confirming Google’s preferential treatment of Wikipedia aside from the millions of daily Google searches that bring users directly to the encyclopedia.
Although Wikipedia editors take full advantage of flawed medical literature if the conclusions serve their purpose and agenda, Google, through its algorithmic modeling to censor voices challenging the medical regime’s status-quo, ignores efforts to determine whether the medical literature is bogus or not. Google’s mission is to protect the global medical regime — not just private drug companies but also government health bodies and international organizations such as the World Health Organization.
No longer should Google be perceived solely as a technological platform to promote the pharmaceutical industry’s agenda. It is also a drug company itself. During the past seven years, Google’s parent company Alphabet has launched two pharmaceutical companies. In 2013, it founded Calico, headed by Genentech’s former CEO Arthur Levinson. Calico operates an R&D facility in the San Francisco Bay Area for the discovery of treatments associated with age-related diseases.
Two years later, Alphabet founded Verily Life Sciences (previously Google Life Sciences). Both companies partner with other drug firms, including Johnson and Johnson, Novartis, and vaccine giants Pfizer and Sanofi.
In October Verily launched an aggressive multimillion dollar campaign to expand Covid-19 testing in California’s most distressed communities in 28 counties. However, some counties are starting to sever their ties with the company. In order to qualify for the program’s Covid test people are required to have a Gmail account and provide highly sensitive personal information. Alphabet’s drug companies therefore are intricately linked to Google’s ambition to gather, control and own everyone’s personal information.
In 2016, Verily collaborated with the European pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline to form a third company, Galvani Bioelectronics, for the development of “bioelectronic medicines.” Among its initiatives are nanotechnology for drug delivery and the development of “miniaturized, implantable devices that can monitor nerve signals in the body.” Galvani’s Chairman is Moncef Siaoui, Glaxo’s former chairman of its global vaccines business who now serves as Trump’s appointed chief science adviser for Operation Warp Speed.
Nor should it be forgotten that Google’s co-founder Sergey Brin’s former wife Anne Wojcicki also co-founded the biotech company 23andMe to develop personal DNA testing kits. In 2018 it entered a partnership with Glaxo to expand into drug development.
In January 2019, Google’s president of Customer Solutions Mary Ellen Coe joined Merck’s Board of Directors. Formerly working at the corporate consulting firm McKinsey and Company, her role at Google includes overseeing the firm’s global advertising for contracted companies. Merck’s chairman Kenneth Frazier remarked in a press release that Coe “will be a significant asset to Merck.”
To better appreciate the enormity of the global pharmaceutical regime now unfolding, we need to fully acknowledge this nightmarish marriage between the tech and information-based companies, such as Google and the WMF, and Big Pharma. As the world’s most advanced search engine, Google has gained control over the internet’s most technically sophisticated surveillance systems and algorithms. Therefore the company has positioned itself to perhaps be the greatest potential threat to human health via the flow of information and data viewed on our laptops and mobile phones.
During the past five years, the pharmaceutical industry has shown a growing interest in the concept of virtual pharmacies, whereby drug companies can leverage their influence over consumers. Social media, notably Wikipedia, has become the consumer’s most utilized resource for gaining knowledge about disease, drugs and health. In a University of Sydney survey, Wikipedia was the first source of choice for gaining information about unfamiliar health topics, even among medical professionals.
According to a 2013 joint analysis of this emerging trend, conducted by the University of Zurich and Johnson and Johnson, drug companies can use these virtual platforms to tackle the challenges they face in the financial market and even within medical communities. However, the analysis also recommended that the best strategy would be for Big Pharma to invest heavily in virtual companies and secure partnerships. This strategy is gaining steam whereby tech and social media companies such as Google and WMF are being absorbed into the pharmaceutical machinery and vice versa. The dire results from this marriage are already being felt as we now witness Wikipedia morphing into another mouthpiece for Big Pharma.
If Google’s transformation into a drug company is not alone disturbing, the world’s largest open source knowledge site is acutely entangled with the Silicon Valley giant and its pharmaceutical agenda.
In early 2019, Google dumped $3.1 million into WMF’s coffers, which brings total contributions from Google and Sergey Brin to over $7.5 million. Curiously, the announcement of Google’s endowment was made at the World Economic Forum at Davos.
The donation also includes Google’s intention to provide Wikipedia editors with its high tech learning tools. Wired Magazine published an article that further defines the Google-WMF relationship over the years.
With respect to Google’s generous contribution, journalist Louise Matsakis writes:
“but the decision isn’t altruistic… Google already uses Wikipedia content in a number of its own products…. The company also has used Wikipedia articles to train machine learning algorithms, as well as fight misinformation on YouTube.”
Now with Jimmy Wales’ intention to take on the cause of fighting “fake news” – a cause also aligned to his personal Skeptic ideology as the ultimate arbitrator that determines what is real or fake — Skeptic editors have free access to advanced algorithmic apps to proceed with their agenda to scrub Wikipedia of content favorable towards alternative medicine or content critical of the pharmaceutical empire.
Yet Google’s and Jimmy Wales’ mutual interests go beyond the construction of a pharmaceutical ruled society. Brin and Wales first sealed a close relationship during their early efforts to counter the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA). Together both executives, among others, signed a joint Open Letter to the federal government opposing SOPA, which was coincidently around the same time as Brin’s half-million dollar donation. In 2014, in a reaction against legal issues over privacy matters, Google created an “Advisory Council.” Wales was one of its founding members.
In 2012, Google’s charitable arm, Google.org, initiated a collaboration with WMF’s WikiProject Medicine “to further improve the quality of articles” by recruiting and hiring “professional medical editors.” Dr. James Heilman, a Canadian emergency room physician and a seasoned senior Wikipedia administrator who frequently comes to the defense of Skeptic Wikipedians, sits on the WMF’s Board of Trustees. Heilman is one of the founders of the Wiki Project Med Foundation (WPMF) to advance its mission to give “every single person free access to the sum of all medical knowledge.” WPMF now has collaborative relationships with the National Institutes of Health, Cancer Research UK, Cochrane Collaboration, the University of California at San Francisco, the Wellcome Trust and several open-access medical journals.
Recently during the Covid-19 pandemic, WMF has strengthened its ties with the global medical establishment. Last October it entered a collaboration with the World Health Organization to assure that public health information and data about Covid-19 is regulated in accordance with the latest pronouncements made by the anointed authorities in the institutional medical establishment.
Wikipedia already contains over 5,200 Covid-related entries in 175 languages and these are largely based upon WHO sources. It is estimated that this content is accessed at least a million times a day. Part of the WMF’s commitment is to monitor and censor “the spread of misinformation” according to the WHO’s criteria. In a New York Times article reporting on the new partnership, if this initial pilot Covid-19 project succeeds, it will be expanded to launch additional efforts “to counter misinformation regarding AIDS, Ebola, influenza, polio and dozens of other diseases.”
So where exactly in the cesspool of modern medicine and the toxic food, vaccine and the agro-chemical industries are we to discover truth. Few in the scientific and federal health agencies can be trusted anymore. Most are compromised and this distortion of truth for global leverage clearly extends throughout Google and Wikipedia. Rarely is a mainstream journalist trustworthy, and no one can be certain whether a paper appearing in a peer-reviewed science journal or an medical entry on Wikipedia is reliable or not.
Even clinical physicians on the front lines of healthcare work in the dark. It is only after large numbers of injuries and deaths due to Agent Orange, DDT, life-threatening vaccine adverse reactions, a Vioxx scandal, or an epidemic of corporate liable opiate drug overdoses that a light bulb eventually goes on. But only for a limited time before it is quickly forgotten and goes dark again.
The reason for American medicine turning into the nation’s largest and deadliest battlefield is because scientific corruption is legally protected to proceed with impunity. The Surgeon General, the heads of federal health agencies, drug makers, the insurance industry, medical schools and professional associations, Google and WMF, and the media operate as a single voice that the American health system is the best in the world when it is surely not. Corporate interests and massive profiteering control everything.
Modern medicine has morphed into a religious cult that is incapable of self-reflection about its own vulnerabilities and failures. This hubris of power and domination plagues Google and the WMF equally. And numerous patients are being played for fools.
The fact is that all players in the architecture of our medical system are vulnerable to corruption. Private industry and government know this perfectly. The checks and balances between private and public interests have collapsed. Today, the medical regime is a single entity. All of its parts are consolidated and entwined into a monolithic behemoth to protect its bottom line. In our opinion Google and WMF have been co-opted to serve as the guardians of this culture of corruption. Therefore they both are equally culpable in the widespread destruction of the nation’s public health.
Yet we mustn’t expect that the trajectory of an emerging global pharmaceutical hegemony will experience a collapse anytime soon. Rather, with the aid of Google and WMF, it will increasingly monopolize the medical discourse and define the national policies shaping public health. And this requires greater efforts to censor and silence the medical critics and honest investigative journalists bringing light to the medical and scientific flaws upon which health policies and laws are based through the virtual technological apparatus and information control Google and WMF provides. In short, tech companies now control and dictate orders to the morally-deficient incompetents in Washington.
Yet the emergence of a pharmaceutical regime as a natural consequence of humanity being in the midst of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is unfolding to the delight of Jimmy Wales and his Skeptic denizens who worship his messianic mission to make all knowledge free to the world’s population. But the question has always been “whose knowledge?” Skepticm’s “pseudo-knowledge,” of course.
It is not uncommon to find Skeptics acknowledging Wales as one of their own. Wales has provided plenty of assistance to Skeptics and on occasion has come to their defense in discussion groups. Replying to comments Wales wrote on Quora to offer his assistance to rid the world of homeopathy, the co-founder of Guerrilla Skeptics on Wikipedia Susan Gerbic replied:
“Jimmy you have already done more than anyone could possibly dream that can be done. You created the most amazing resource in the world. I mean that, not only in English but in every language possible…. Thank you. Allowing us editors to ‘do our job’ and keep these articles honest and correctly cited is enough. I can’t imagine what else you can do, my brain is teeny tiny compared to your mighty brain, if you come up with something please oh please let us in on it, we want to help.”
The pharmaceutical industry has no need to attack the competition of non-conventional and natural medicine on Wikipedia. Nor is there a need to hire or pay off Wikipedians to do this dirty work for them since Skeptics are already doing so freely or involuntarily, and Skeptic administrators receive the perks of being provided with Google’s algorithmic tools and apps to protect their message. It is a completely rigged game and Wales and the WMF seem to have every intention to keep it that way.
America’s 21st century technological god with a silicon-crafted body demands the sacrifice of the world’s children and elderly and persons for profit in its furnace of drugs and vaccines. John Milton and Beat poet Allen Ginsberg would surely agree. If alive we might hear Ginsberg howling against this devouring techno-Pharma empire on YouTube. From its humble beginnings, and with the technological resources and generous funding received from Google, Wikipedia has morphed into a chaotic war between truth and falsehoods amusingly ruled over by this postmodern Moloch. The dangerous fallout is that objectivity and ethics are being increasingly sacrificed on a cold virtual altar devoted to a perverted metaphysical realism disguised as medical science and fact.
Stanton T. Friedman and Kathleen Marden are two of the remaining individuals who strongly defend the existence of paranormal objects flying in our atmosphere that many believe are extraterrestrial. The authors join together to state the various stages the phenomena has existed in since the 1940s. They also deal with the critics and debunkers of the phenomena and the UFO appearances.
The late Stanton Friedman and Kathleen Marden
(Fact, Fiction, and Flying Saucers, Stanton T. Friedman, Kathleen Marden, New Page Books, a division of the Career Press, Inc., 12 Parish Drive, Wayne, J.J. 07470, www.careerpress.com, 1-800-career-1, 2016, 288 pages, $16.99.)
The authors cite information about UFOs that many people are not aware of: there are more than 3,500 UFO observations by civilian and military pilots of “nonconventional aircraft ”__also seen on radar__with behaviors that crafts from Earth cannot exhibit.
Out of 12,618 sightings recorded by Project Blue Book from 1947 to 1969, Battelle Memorial Institute said in 1955 of the “Project Blue Book Special Report – No. 14” that 21.5 percent of 3,201 reports were unknowns. Of 308 “excellent” cases, 35 percent were “unknown.” (pp. 11-17)
(Unidentified [At the time called “unknown”] was an Unidentified Flying Object [UFO] report apparently containing all pertinent data necessary to suggest a valid hypothesis concerning the cause or explanation of the report but the description of the object or its motion cannot be correlated with any known object or phenomena.)
The authors point out the large-scale research and development programs that were secret, many operating under classified code names, such as Need-to-Know, Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret Code-Word Majic, Umbra, or Ultra.
In 1944, Project Manhattan was completely unknown to Senator Harry Truman until 13 days after he became president upon the death of President Roosevelt on April 12, 1945. Then, Truman was given the startling facts, and the decision to drop the atomic bomb on Japan.
Likewise, when the first atomic bomb test occurred only July 16, 1945, the cover-story was that it was an explosion of a huge ammunition dump. The wife of General Leslie Groves (Groves was in charge of the Manhattan Project for two years) had no idea at all how the general was involved until she heard it was on the news on August 6, 1945.
Such secrecy also permeated the government UFO projects.
UFO PROJECT SECRECY
Stanton Friedman is a nuclear physicist who has worked on a variety of advanced, classified systems for major industrial companies and has investigated high-caliber UFO cases as portrayed in his books Flying Saucers and Science and Top Secret/Majic.
Kathleen Marden is a best-selling author and award-winning UFO researcher and lecturer, portrayed on programs on History, Discovery, Natural Geographic, and coauthor of Captured!, The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience, as well as other books.
Two separate channels of UFO investigation came about with the closure of Project Blue Book: One, a normal and routine operation of “explaining-away UFO reports,” and, Two, a deeper channel to actually investigate more substantive UFO reports.
The Roswell and San Augustin, Aztec UFO crash episodes were both labeled Top Secret and Top Secret Code-word.
The 800 pages of secret UFO material as code-word Top Secret Umbra was eventually released as heavily-redacted with only a few words per page left and not blacked out (pp. 23-24).
The early days of ufology included the spectacular UFO crash around July 8, 1947, on the ranch of Mac Brazel 70 miles west of Roswell, New Mexico. Intelligence Officer Jesse Marcel of the 509th bomb group, along with Captain Sheridan Cavitt, senior counterintelligence agent, inspected the site and collected samples of the debris from a gorge three-quarter of a mile long.
Many details on the Roswell crash can be found in the general literature, but the authors highlighted one particular incident that should be noted as indicative of government manipulation.
Officer Marcel had placed some of the debris on the desk of Brigadier General Roger M. Ramey preceding Marcel walking down the hall to the Map Room to show Ramey the crash site location. When Marcel returned to the Ramey office, the debris had been ‘replaced’ by the remnants of a common weather balloon. This was touted in the press as the final explanation of the UFO.
Marcel, however, was very familiar with the appearance of weather balloons.
Jesse Marcel with Balloon Debris
Because of the Roswell Incident and the accompanying “flap” of sightings, the July 1947 Estimate of the Situation and the September 1947 Twining Memo, say the authors, these reports led to a secret “AMC Opinion Concerning ‘Flying Disks’” sent to Brigadier General George Schulgren (assistant director of intelligence), demonstrating the Air Force’s deep concern. This activity culminated in a February 11, 1948 Project Sign (Project Saucer) and a Secret and Restricted report of 243 cases concluding that the UFOs were probably extraterrestrial craft (pp.29-31).
The government saw their “disclosure mistake,” renaming Project Sign into Project Grudge during February 1949, introducing an era of denial and debunking.
In 1952, however, a year of high UFO activity, the Air Force Aerial Technological Intelligence Command (ATIC) received 4,000 reports out of which 1,593 seemed highly unusual with 26.94 percent termed “unknowns.”
This included a small “invasion” over the Washington Capitol.
THE WASHINGTON INVASION
Also, in 1952 the Washington D.C “invasion” appeared; it seemed to have begun about July 1, 1952, with jets scrambled to reports of UFOs over the nation’s capitol. Airline crews reported said objects on July 10, 13 and 14. Radar operators reported scanning the objects, one recorded at 7,000 miles per hour. F-94 jet pilots reported three targets. Major C.P. Carlson recorded said UFOs on July 25. Air traffic Control Radar at Andrews Air Force Base had radar scans of such objects with up to 12 returns between them and also jet pilot radar.
Two F-94s were scrambled at 11: p.m. At 10:30 p.m. a USAF B-25 was vectored to several targets. Major Dewy Fournet and Lieutenant John Holcomb called the observed objects “several good, solid targets.” Then a second jet was scrambled, only to have the UFOs disappear. The same thing happened on July 26 in a “creeping appearance” of the UFOs as an F-94 investigated.
On July 27, 1952, more of the same “solid, metallicobjects” appeared.
On July 29, 1952, Major General John A. Samford had a press conference where he declared “we have many reports from credible observers of incredible things.”
General Samford’s Press Conference, DOD, Minutes of Press Conference, July 29, 1952, www.nicap.org/waves/press conf_1952.htm.
THE WORLD OF DEBUNKING
Noted critic and general debunker of UFO phenomena, Dr. Donald Menzel, discarded the Washington D.C flap as “temperature inversions.”
Taking cues from Menzel, The Civil Aeronautics Administration Technical Development and Evaluation Center (TDEC) said in May 1953 that the Washington, D.C UFOs were “temperature inversions.”
The authors go into details that obviously belie the “inversion” explanation of the UFO “invasion.”
Dr. Donald Howard Menzel assumed the position of director of the Harvard College Observatory, the Paine Professor of Practical Astronomy, and also Professor of Astrophysics in 1954. Menzel worked previously in Theoretical Astrophysics at the Universities of Iowa, Ohio State and the University of California Lick Observatory. Surprisingly, he was later identified as a member of the secretive cabal Operation Majestic 12 Committee which was formed to clandestinely investigate UFOS. Menzel was also discovered participating in secret government projects (p. 61).
There was a Cosmic Watergate, say the authors, and Menzel was in the middle of it.
Another ‘turning point’ in ufology seemed to be the Tremonton, Utah movie of July 2, 1952, where Navy Warrant Officer Delbert Clement Newhouse and his wife Norma, witnessed and filmed a dozen or so disk-shaped craft milling about the sky north of Tremonton.
The USAF laboratory at Wright Field and also the U.S Navy’s lab at An Costa, Maryland determined that the objects were “…intelligently controlled vehicles that were not airplanes or birds in flight…defied explanation.”
In the middle of all this, the authors contend that the CIA been secretly monitoring the UFO situation since 1951 and utilizing studies such as the Battelle Memorial Institute’s Machine Indexing System of 1,500 reports since 1947 (of which were 20 percent unknown objects). This resulted in the CIA Robertson Panel’s Scientific Review Board of January 14, 1953, which eventually led to the August 1953 Air Force Regulation 200-2 (which allowed only ‘positive’ and/as ‘debunked’ identification of UFOs), as well as JANAP 146 and Air Force Memo 55-1 as further censorship.
Philip Julian Klass entered the UFO debunking scene in 1966.
One major UFO case he attacked was a sighting on September 3, 1965, outside of Exeter, New Hampshire when Norman Muscarello sighted extremely bright red lights along Route 150. Muscarello made a report to the Exeter Police Department, Patrolman Eugene Bertrand discovered a distressed woman who reported to him a huge, silent object with red lights that stopped above her vehicle.
Officer Eugene Bertrand and Muscarello went to the Kensington site and discovered the UFO rising above them as a dark form with blinding lights. Officer Bertrand drew his gun in defense. Dogs and horses apparently were disturbed in the area and made noises. Officer David Hunt arrived to see the object depart toward the coast.
The infamous Philip Klass explained the episode away as freak atmospheric electrical phenomena, a ‘plasma’ called ‘ball lightning.’ UFO proponent and researcher Dr. James E. McDonald commented on September 28, 1966, that Klass’s explanation was bogus because ‘ball lightning’ only lasted seconds, didn’t have windows with struts and structures, and certainly didn’t match all the reported details.
Thus entered another classical aspect of UFO debunkers—attacks upon and character assassination of those who opposed critics; this was seen as Klass attacked McDonald whom Klass pursued at every turn. McDonald eventually committed suicide. The authors give a history of the dreadful attacks by Klass.
Klass attacked several famous UFO cases. The authors contend with several of his peculiar explanations, as well as Klass’s affinity to an alliance with government skepticism. The reader can explore these sequences for themselves in reading the book.
One particular case Klass acted upon was the Lonnie Zamora UFO case of April 24, 1964, when patrolman Zamora spied a shiny aluminum-white-like object 12-15 feet big and about 200 yards in the distance. Zamora said there were two figures in what he mistook for white coveralls, perhaps small children. This was followed by metallic banging sounds, various frequency sounds, and then a load roar as the object took off in a swirl of dust and light blue flame on the underside. Before the object disappeared, Zamora sighted an “arrowhead”-type symbol or similar red insignia on the side of the object.
Art Depiction of Zamora UFO
Army Captain Richard T. Holden and FBI agent D. Arthur Byrnes found irregularly placed smoking vegetation and three smooth, circular marks 4-inches in diameter. Another UFO report came from a traveling tourist on U.S 85 who said he saw the craft before it landed. There were no human footprints or tire tracks (pp.126-134).
Hector Quintanilla of USAF Project Blue Book stated that there was no conventional explanation for the object that Zamora saw or the landing marks that were left behind.
Hector Quintanilla, Project Blue Files, “Studies in Intelligence,” 19961.
Klass suggested a “dust devil” plasma ball, on the one hand, or a “hoax,” on the other. Menzel also suggested a hoax. Neithertheoristcoveredthetruefacts.

Take Off Your Masks
The Condon Committee
In the government’s scheme to “phase out” Project Blue Book and give the outward appearance that UFOs were of no concern and they were no longer investigating UFOs, General E.B. LeBaill from the Secretary of the Air Force Office of Information, Scientific Advisory Board, also called the O’Brien Committee, investigated and recommended contracts with a few universities to investigate in depth certain selected UFO sightings in order to relieve the Air Force of further responsibility and also to determine a final solution to UFOs.
The University of Colorado was selected and Dr. Edward Uhler Condon was picked as its director. Condon had a meritorious background in science, including President for the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and Washington University chairman of Physics Department.
Condon had acquired a predetermined “bias” early on UFOs, and he often revealed it to the public with statements that clearly seemed prejudicial.
Many of the scientists on the Committee likewise carried a prejudice about UFOs. The ‘TrickMemo’ is quoted at length in Saunders and Harkins’ UFOs? Yes! (Appendix A, PR 242-244).
Friedman and Marden tell us that Condon’s emphasis was on describing those ‘seeing’ the UFOs rather than ‘examining’ the evidence itself (pp. 100-102).
Captain Edward Ruppelt had been replaced by Captain Charles Hardin who quickly reduced the previous 3 percent “unknowns” (was 20 percent “unknowns” in Blue Book Special Report No. 14 as based on Battelle Memorial Institute findings), and further reduced by the Air Force to 0.14 percent in 1957.
Condon demanded that the only ‘evidence’ he would accept was a physical spaceship or a body of an alien not of this planet (p. 97), though the findings of Roswell and other crashed UFOs were well-beyond his security clearance, such as Secret Code-word Majic, Umbra, or Ultra.
The authors lay out an epic portrayal of UFO cases that have stumped most investigators, and they also outline Phillip Klass’s ventures into some of them, beginning with his joining forces with the negativism of the Condon Committee. A “Klass–Attack” occurred in the Betty Cash and Vickie Landrum sighting of December 29, 1980.
A depiction of the Cash-Landrum UFO
Cash and Landrum, and Colby Landrum, were on a trek of a Bingo game and they were searching for Marker Road 1485. Coming towards them was a diamond-shaped craft belching flames from its underside. The night was about 40-degrees Fahrenheit but the UFO warmed the witness area. The craft gave out shrill beeping noise when it was not shooting flame. They hid Colby under the dashboard for safety. The witness found the door handle very hot, and then the interior of the auto just as hot.
The object gave out a burst of flame and departed to the south-west. Suddenly, helicopters came streaming toward it. The witnesses then made a turn onto Connector Road FM 2100 and again the craft appeared. The witnesses counted about 20 helicopters trailing the object. Some copters had dual rotors, some had single. Cash claimed to have seen a U.S Air Force insignia on one copter.
The witnesses were in comparatively good health, but about 9:50 p.m., blisters, and swelling began to appear on Betty Cash’s head, face, back and neck as she said she was “burning from the inside out.” The skin under her ring appeared unaffected.
On December 30, Cash began to get a blinding headache, extreme weakness, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. On January 8, 1981, she was taken to Parkway Hospital for 12 days. The symptoms made her unrecognizable to other members of her family, and those symptoms included swelling and seeping sores on face and head.
Betty spent 15 more days in the hospital treatment, including examination by an ophthalmologist, radiologist, a neurologist, and an EEG for metal poisoning.
Records of early blood tests disappeared and other medical records did as well. The hospital checked her for whole-body radiation of a high level. Dr. Brian McClellan discovered non-ionizing radiation, but with an ionizing component: It had been permanent and debilitating with on-going severe headache and nausea, redness of the skin, scarring, loss of pigmentation, eye-inflammation, diarrhea, swelling of the neck, loss of fingernails, hair loss, weight loss, and fatigue.
Colby Landrum contacted stomach pains, diarrhea, weight loss, eye inflammation, hair loss, tooth decay, anxiety, and nightmares. There was temporary photo-sensitivity to the sun. Colby had nightmares that included a fear of helicopters.
Betty’s new 1980 Oldsmobile Cutlass had multiple electrical problems and the steering wheel’s plastic material fell off in large clumps. Handprints had left permanent identifications on the padded hot dashboard. The windshield had exploded like it was hit with a baseball bat.
The attorney for the family felt that punitive damages went far beyond the $10,000 hospital bills and he filed Law Suite # 11-84-34B in the U.S District Court for Southern District of Texas for 10-million-dollars. The family eventually lost the suit because the craft and helicopters could not be proven to belong to the government.
The UFO witnesses cooperated fully with MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) investigator John Schuessler when Schuessler contacted the witnesses in February.
Schuessler discovered CH-47 copters at Ellington AFB-South Houston. Also, the Dallas Naval AM station Commanding Officer Major Dennis Haire of the 136th Transport Unit at the Air Force Base was aware of eight Chinook helicopters with the Army National Guard, as well as 16 of them in Dallas, and also four Hueys and four 58s assigned to Houston.
Major Haire, however, said that no CH-47s were involved on December 29, 1980. Twin rotor helicopters were seen at other dates at Fort Hood. CH-47 Chinook helicopters with Army markings were seen at Ellington AFB on December 28, 1982, but nothing was pinpointed to December 1980.
Later, Police Chief Lammar Walker and his wife claimed to have seen three groups of three Chinook helicopters flying in V-formation within 5 miles of the Ladrum UFO, but Lieutenant Colonel George Sarran of the Army Inspector General’s Office denied such activity (pp. 156-159).
Klass went to extraordinary lengths to obtain the medical records of the witnesses but was rebuffed on personal privacy issues. Klass used other ‘tricks’ to get the family’s medical files by claiming he was only interested in some vague “probability ratio” ruse and again rebuffed when ABC’s That’s Incredible show used a similar prompting on April 1, 1982.
“I will not be a party to this in anyway,” said the doctor.
Letter to Philip Klass from Peter Rank, MD, March 23, 1982, Lass’s Cash-Landrum Files, APS.
Dr. Rank believed some type of radiation was involved, though the precise manner could not be definitely ascertained, or whether the whole body was involved: ultra-violet, low-energy x-ray or some particular radiation was suspected, but he felt that the symptoms were consistent with exposure to ionizing radiation causing demagogic symptoms and “no healing ulcerative lesions.”
Robert Sheaffer of CSICOP (Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal), of which Philip Klass was a guiding member, claimed Betty used UV light to induce her own injuries, an action related to some form of her portrayed and alleged “Munchausen Syndrome.”
According to CSI’s charter, the “Committee” maintains a network of people interested in critically examining paranormal, fringe science, and other claims, and in contributing to consumer education; prepares bibliographies of published materials that, supposedly, carefully examine such claims; encourages research by alleged objective and impartial inquiry in areas where it is needed.
Most researchers found Sheaffer’s summation of the Cash-Landrum UFO as slanderous and unscientific. Lieutenant Colonel George Sarran labeled the UFO witnesses as “crediblewitnesses.” (p.163)
Billy Cox, from the Florida Sarasota Herald Tribune, traveled to Texas to investigate the case and came away convinced that a “very real and tragic event had occurred.” Cox appraised Klass as “…a man who had a pathological disregard for the truth.”

CLASSICAL UFO CASES
The readers will be intrigued by the authors’ equally analytic treatment of other spectacular UFO cases, their particular investigations by proponents and cynics alike, and the growing realization that the anti-UFO factions can’t forever conceal a reality that even the corrupted and criminal thinking of our human ‘elites’ persistently but unsuccessfully continue to try and hide. Such a tacit and quickening realization of reality was encapsulated in the words of culprit Errol Childress to detective Rustin “Rust” Cohle when the sordid confluence of evil, crime, and noir-like bleakness crashed about them: “Take off your mask, little priest!”
A blow by blow account and history of what happened at Rendlesham Forest in Suffolk, Eastern England December 26 to December 29, 1980, near the Woodbridge and Bentwaters Military Bases: where several people witnessed and recorded the antics of UFOs and occupants. Security Policeman, Spec-Exp-RQMT-AT, Larry Warren was a party to that incident. Left at East Gate is his account and story.
(Left at East Gate, Larry Warren and Peter Robbins, Cosimo Books, P.O Box 416, Old Chelsea Station, New York, N.Y, 10011-0416. www.cosaimobooks.com. December 2005, 560 pages, $23.99.)
Warren had been ordered into the fray by Sergeant Andrew Bustinza and Second Lieutenant England, and ended in a clearing in Rendlesham along with other military personnel:
“We moved closer. Up a slight incline, thorn bushes tearing at my pants,” described Warren. “Now, I could see what was in the fields. It looked like a ground fog but was somehow lit up from within. It glowed very brightly, with the definition of a roughly shaped circle approximately one foot in height…It was yellow-green and at times appeared almost transparent. Two disaster-preparedness officers walked very close to it in a counterclockwise direction with yellow Geiger counters in hand. Someone was snapping pictures. Off to my right, I saw personnel operating motion-picture cameras – one was handheld, the other mounted on a tripod filming the amazing sight.”
There were an estimated forty-odd people in the field at the moment that another red globe exploded over the area producing a second machine in the shape of a pearl white pyramid in a rainbow of color, distorted, cobalt-blue lights, landing gear, boxes, pipes, extensions, delta-like appendages. Humanoid figures appeared within the glow. Colonel Gordon Williams and other officers conversed with the occupants.
Artist Conception of Bentwaters UFO
There were several witnesses that added to the train of comments:
“What I once believed is no more, and what I’ve witnessed, defies all that I have ever imagined.” “I am truly in awe over the whole incident, and no one can fully understand the magnitude, of such an event unless you were there.”
-James Penniston, Interview with BC Television 2005.
“I have never said what I saw was a being! In my hypnosis, I do talk about some kind of interaction with something. As far as what I remember there was something there but I have never called it a being. The interesting mix up was the fact the USAF thought I was Larry Warren talking about what happened out there. I believe he was going by the name of Art Wallace.”
-John Burroughs, November 20th, 2011.
“When I arrived it was going in and out through the trees and at one stage it was hovering.
“Then it went over to a clearing at the edge of the forest. By the time we got to the clearing, it had already landed.
“When this thing landed Halt was already there. I didn’t see it land. I saw it take off. It kind of hovered at first and then took off.”
-Adrian Bustinza, Interview with Georgina Bruni.
“There were three objects or lights. The largest light was the leading or command vessel. The lights were three vessels that moved independently of each other. They were moving and were able to jump from Woodbridge and show up over Bentwaters in less than a second.”
-Monroe Nevels, Disaster Preparedness Technician.
“While we walked, each one of us would see the lights: blue, red, white, and yellow….lights would seem to be at the edge of the forest. We were almost 100 meters from the edge of the forest when I saw a quick movement; it looked visible for a moment. It looked like it spun left a quarter of a turn, then it was gone.” – Edward N. Cabansac, A1Q, USAF, 81st Security Police, sq.
BLENDED INTO SOCIETY
The first part of the book covered Warren’s life immediately following the incident, a not too clear portrayal of a cover-up by the government and an attempt to silence Warren. Commander Richardson of the Office of Naval Intelligence was thrown into the middle of those early days, as Warren was forced into a trip to an undergroundfacility beneath Bentwaters. Warren is possibly drugged and eventually squirreled into a Plexiglas cubicle:
“I stepped into the confined area and felt as if I was no longer on earth. I found myself looking into a gigantic, dark cavernous space” – out of which came Warren’s Eureka or epiphany moment with an alien intelligence that told Warren of their ancient connections and how they were aligned with earthly governments; no small revelations. Warren was blacked out and brought back to his dorm room for recovery.
The East Gate
Also part of the early recollections in Warren’s adventure was his compulsion to tell selected individuals of the UFO appearance only to be rebuffed, threatened and somehow quarantined for doing so. Other witnesses had similar experiences.
Earlier, during a debriefing on the UFO incident by the Armed Forces Security Service (AFSS), Warren had been warned to keep silent and to toe-the-line: “One or two of you won’t…bullets are cheap.” This atmosphere continued later when Warren tried to reenlist back into the military and found all his earlier records were unlocatable by the FBI. His code was suddenly 4-M: “Do not process. Nothing follows.” They invented a medical reason that was nonexistent. The Air Force would not proceed. Warren decided to go public to assure his safety by means of publicexposure.
The core of the rest of the book told about Warren’s efforts to promulgate the incident, his battle with UFO reporters and debunkers alike, as well as his further expansion into UFO origins and theories and the people that are behind it all.
Bunkers and Missile Silos Bentwaters Military Compound
Part II mentioned a panoply of events such as a “voice-stress analysis” sponsored by the late Walt Andrus of MUFON and the National Enquirer allegedly indicating that Warren was lying in a CNN interview. Such an analysis has been highly questioned, however, to say the least.
For those who felt that Warren was part of the GUN HO New Age Space Religion, think again, Warren said in Part III:
“For me, the most depressing part of the conference was the presence of the New Age movement…I felt their cult-like, glazed-eye attitude was not helping the subject of UFOs to be taken more seriously by the general public…having these people run around…set us back fifty years.”
Warren’s June 1987 lecture at the Washington, D.C. UFO conference had been mysteriously cut from forty-five minutes to fifteen, probably due to Andrus’ skepticism. Warren struggled with the marital and family problems UFOs had continuously caused him, such as the highway over-flight of a triangular craft that harassed him and his wife Cindy. Eventually, tensions over UFOs led to their divorce.
In the lives of many UFO participants, UFO sightings seemed to follow the parties throughout their lives. Author Peter Robbins’ UFO connections seemed to go back to 1975 at the age of fourteen. These teenage years appeared, for many adolescents, typical of poltergeist and paranormal activity, but I do not know if ‘‘abduction memories” were characteristic, however. Suddenly, with the advent of Budd Hopkins’ books, everybody had seemingly been “abducted”; this often led to sad tales and perplexities.
“(Jenny) Randle’s co-researchers Dot Street and Brenda Butler soon established a contact on the Air Base who confirmed most of the details of the earlier stories but wouldn’t allow himself to be named either,” said Robbins. “’Wasn’t there anyone except Larry who would go on the record about this?’ I thought as I read.”
Science-writer and Editor Ian Ridpath and researcher Vince Thurkettle laid the case at the doorstep of a meteor the British Astronomical Society confirmed for December 26-27, as well as the lights from the Orford Ness lighthouse, both supposedly synchronized with human error. Jenny Randle speculated, along with other possibilities, that the UFO could have been a crashed American stealth craft:
“It definitely was not the lighthouse,” said Warren. “The object moved, it was physically moving from side to side. The objects we saw in the sky were not meteors in that they stood in the same position and moved horizontally and occasionally vertically.”
Researchers Ray Boeche and Scott Colburn told of 17-eyewitnesses, along with official documents: “Many of the close witnesses to the events have expressed ongoing problems in dealing with what happened to them during that night…they are troubled by vivid nightmares of the events and are fearful of government reprisals if their role in expressing these events were to become known,” they had seen a dark silver-colored metal object with rainbow-colored lights on it.
One curious aspect throughout the book, and seen in many other UFO Journals, is the “repeater phenomenon” where a person seemingly has continuous interaction with the phenomenon usually seen as craft flying in the air. I suppose, if UFOs are a real phenomenon, one is bound to see them often; however, some psychologists said it denotes falsity or a willingness to believe.
Warren and Robbins had continual sightings over the years — I’ve counted seven or more in the book—but realizing my personal bouts with nocturnal lights that may have turned out to be ’plain ole’ airplanes or helicopter lights,’ I could only speculate.
The interviews with witness Colonel Charles Halt proved interesting, yet very confusing, as tales of deception and accusation crept into the story. These things seemed inevitable the more time that passed and more players became involved. Ray Boeche, Jacques Vallee, and others poached the possibility that a “psychotropic experiment” was performed that night with the use of holograms. Halt felt that Warren was somehow duped, even if a craft was involved:
“…I think Larry Warren has been influenced, and I’ll leave it at that…it’s called disinformation…you’re being used…there’s something funny…”
Halt said that he saw documents showing Larry Warren had not finished his training till mid-January, while Warren said that his training ended December. Warren also said that he had his flight-assignment document as proof. Halt reiterated that Warren had been “meddled” with. Warren agreed that all parties may be part of “somebody’s science project.”
One of the curious and bewildering aspects of Ufology and Fortean phenomenon, in general, was the odd (what the late psychologist C.G. Jung would call) “synchronicity” of the phenomenon. In many ways, the J. F. Kennedy assassination and flying saucers seemed to be strange bed-mates. Other researchers, such as the late Ray Palmer and John Keel, noted the ‘meeting’ of players in both mysteries. Kenn Thomas of THESTEAMSHOVELPRESS likewise noticed the connections:
About his new book JFK&UFO:MILITARYINDUSTRIALCONSPIRACYANDCOVERUP, Thomas said: “It focuses on the intertwining connections between the Para political world of assassinations and conspiracies, and the Ufological subculture, and how they work together even today.” (July 7, 2011, Greg Bishop) Thomas later credited Jorge Luis Borges for recognizing “the labyrinth,” and said that scientists Paul Kammerer and Albert Einstein indicated that synchronism was a “physics holding the world together.” (October 30, 2011.)
Synchronism happened in the Bentwaters case with the alignment of Gus Russo with Larry Warren. Russo was a chief ‘mystery player’ in the Kennedy scenario. His mention had been latched-upon by assassination investigator Jim Garrison and other parties. It was discovered that Russo suspiciously debunked most pro-conspiracy theories and even supported lone-assassin theories. This same Russo ‘buddied-up’ to Larry Warren.
Part IV showed investigator Chuck Decaro ranting and raving nonsensically in a question and answer interview with Warren and Robbins much like the Madder Hatter in Alice’s Wonderland.
A later interview with Halt again reiterated his suspicion that Warren’s story seemed inconsistent. “It’s more than one thing,” insisted Halt, “the whole area is fraught with East End Charlie stories.”
BUDD HOPKINS REGRESSION
On July 15, 1995, the late UFO analyst Budd Hopkins performed a classical “time regression” hypnotism of Larry Warren. Knowing “what dreams may come” in a typical Hopkins-style hypnotism, one almost shuddered as one began to read the session. Instead of aliens, however, Warren found himself reliving his descent into the aforementioned undergroundlocale and seeing seven other people with him on his trip underground. He never finished the session. Apparently, Larry was abducted, but not by aliens in the normal sense, rather it was by a military presence.
Had anybody checked out auto license plate 2J1-6B?
The remainder of the book was decorated with news and mementos on the incident. Robbins located a UFO sighting by Airman David Dickerson in the summer of 1983 in Ford Keep. Dickerson knew Halt, Warren, and Greg Battram. The closing of the book carried Warren’s and Robbin’s speculation about CIA and government “destabilization.”
Following, in a further mysterious development, Sgt. Jim Penniston told the History Channel that when he had touched the Alien craft in Rendlesham Forest he was somehow given a download of info in the form of binary numbers, which he had recorded in 12 pages of his diary.
Sketch Made by SSgt. Penniston of the Symbols He saw on the Side of the Object.
Another recent written statement came from Jim Penniston on the mysterious Rendlesham Forest Binary Code:
“The binary codes were a direct result of contact with a physical craft; a craft of unknown origin. Meaning it was an unidentified craft and where it came from is still unknown.”
“The communication of binary codes was accomplished when I physically touch the craft’s glyphs, which were located on the outside skin of the craft. It activated a technology which is unknown to me, and apparently to everyone else too. The technology then communicated a series of ones and zeros to me. The communication transfer was accomplished within minutes. There was an area of about fifteen feet which surrounded the outside of the craft. This area I will call the bubble: For within the bubble, static electric pulsed upon my clothes, skin, and hair; also an appearance of slowing of time. The air seemed dead, not transmitting any sound.”
The Binary Code
“…28 – 29, December, 1980…photographs, and film were shot, and later classified. Witnesses were debriefed; later, some were meddled with by its members of the Intelligence Community, who played an opportunistic, or parasitic role, after the facts,” said Warren. “Purpose:unknown.”
Tactical teams from Germany had flown in on an unmarked C130 aircraft to check damage to the nuclear arsenal at Woodbridge.
Peter Robbins said that he felt the NSA (National Security Agency) also ran a psych-ops operation at Bentwaters: where reality ‘ends’ and mind control games by the government ‘begins’ is untested, said Robbins, or even unobtainable.
“I believe the craft and life-forms we saw in Rendlesham Forest were from another reality altogether,” said Warren. “This stuff doesn’t have to be from planet X, does it? The phenomena may originate closer then we think…It involved a number of vehicles and living beings, alien in every sense, that doesn’t reside in our concept of reality.”
The Warren Sighted Humanoids
Amongst stories, charges and counter-charges, the bedrock of Ufology to date contained hopeless solutions for those who grope with the mystified topic.
“A secret is still being kept at Bentwaters,” said Warren. “Our governments don’t want us to know what that secret is.”
“Nothing less than our right to the truth is at stake,” said Robbins.
Both UFO witnesses, Jim Penniston, and John Burrough, had forged ahead with additional testimony that will hopefully clarify much of the confusion in a co-authored book by St. Martin’s Press:
“It is our belief that the Rendlesham Forest incident is a bigger and more significant UFO case than Roswell. It is our intention, in this book, to place into the public domain everything that we know about the extraordinary series of events that took place at Bentwaters and Woodbridge, both during the encounters themselves and in the aftermath. While there have been previous books on the subject, they have been written by people in the UFO community. Now, the military personnel at the heart of this incident will finally have their say.
“This case has been deviled by misinformation, disinformation and by people wanting to write themselves into the story. We intend to set the record straight and tell the full story of these extraordinary events for the first time. We do so in order to reveal the truth about events that we believe are of immense historical significance and public interest. We also do so for the men and women stationed at Bentwaters and Woodbridge at the time, many of whom have suffered as a result of what happened. It is our hope that the publication of this book will lead to the wrongs they have suffered.”
(North American rights in Nick Pope’s Rendezvous at Rendlesham have been bought by St Martin’s Press for publication in 2013. The book draws on the exclusive testimony of two witnesses, John Burroughs and Jim Penniston, to the best documented of all UFO sightings – that at a USAF base in Suffolk in 1980.)
The Later Ongoing Conflicts
Readers can read the fairly recent version of this incident in Nick Pope’s EncounterInRendleshamForest, recounted at:
Unfortunately, or fortunately, as the case may be, the episode is not settled in the minds of various researchers and for multiple reasons.
There has arisen a legacy and syndrome of investigators that are dedicated to discovering various falsehood, inaccuracies, and suspicions in a witness’ testimony. These researchers feel the following examples indicate reasons to doubt the story of Larry Warren, or, at least, cause suspicion:
Peter Robbins, the co-author of the book, recently wrote an ‘OpenLetter‘ discussing the mounting feuds and hard-feelings the two authors were developing over a period of time. His comments are long and winding, but for the most part, it has to do with Warren’s increasing bad temperament and the seemingcontradictions in some of Warren’s statements as discerned by Robbins. A fair of amount of Robbins’s concerns centered on suspectedforgeries and “asideactions” by Warren with people outside of the Rendlesham UFO case that Robbins felt justified expurgations. Warren had made claims of knowing celebrities and receiving special items from such celebrities as John Lennon and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Lennon’s girlfriend, May Pang, told Robbins that no such actions took place, and older brother Jimmy Vaughan said the details made about the guitar Warren said he possessed was not accurate as well. For a full listing of Robbins’s suspicions, one should read the ‘OpenLetter.’
“Even so, I still did not want to believe you were responsible for creating the photo. In an attempt to exclude this possibility, I used Google’s ‘Reverse Image Search’ to see if I could rule out a similar, separate photo of John,” said Robbins at one point. “Image Search works a lot like modern fingerprint search technology. You enter any photo ever taken, then search for it or the closest ones to it. If the picture appears anywhere on the internet, Image Search will find it. As it turned out a pair of pictures comes right up. They were taken seconds before or after the one you’re paired with John in, only they have a completely different background, and John’s mouth is as clear as the rest as the photograph and not with the mouth strangely smudged as in one of you and John. Yours is a bogus photograph Larry, yet you insist it’s not. Not good.”
One of the more popular critics that had specialized in the analysis of Warren’s claims is Sacha Christie, a self-described “Anti-pharmageddonist, ufologist, par-abnormal investigator.” Christie had developed a series of blogs dedicated to the suspicions in Warren’s claims, highlighting her talking to witnesses and tracking down who bought or was given what, when and where, particularly Stevie Ray Vaughan’s guitar. She also contested the origin of the an infamous “A10” UFO photograph taken on December 28, 1980 by Warren, giving her findings that (tracing it through conversations with Barry Greenwood, Larry Fawcett, Bruce Maccabee and a Paul Dean) it was a copy of Victor Nevada’s UFO photo of July 2, 2004. Her arguments were projected in approximately five or so blogs, of which three are no longer open on the Internet. First, we list the blogs that are still available and then list the ones that have become closed (apparently since September 25, 2017, when we viewed them).
Perhaps, Christie’s chagrin can be seen in her September 5, 2017 “farewell to ufology” message:
“This scene is a feeding frenzy. It’s ugly, soulless and cold. I want no part of it. I am going to paddle on trying to get my body in the best shape I can. I think I am doing well with my head and depressions…I think 50% of the time it’s caused by the crap I read anyway or the people I come into contact with and their outrageous hate-filled behaviors.”
On June 13, 2017, she said: “It is as ugly, contentious, and vicious as we’ve seen, if not more in the seventy years since the so-called Modern Age of UFOs came into being.”
Wikipedia summarized it this way: “Although UFOlogistNick Pope, previously endorsed Warren’s story contained in his book Left at East Gate. He is now in agreement with some military personnel closely involved in the Rendlesham Forest incident, who have gone on record saying that they refuse to believe that Larry Warren was involved in it at all, especially with recent evidence. His account differs significantly from that of Lt. Col Charles I. Halt, the most senior witness, who actually states ‘(Warren) was not there.’ Other researchers and Larry Warren’s family dispute these claims. They allege that Warren has merely been targeted by a smear campaign motivated by purely personal issues and the supposed evidence against him is fabricated.”
In a blog commentary by Reddit.com (RRJA711) on or about August 22, 2015, researcher ‘topographer‘ took the so-called ‘Code‘ to task in the blog titled “DoesthePenniston ‘Binary Code‘ StoryHarm theRendleshamForestUFOReport?”
“The whole Rendlesham forest story has holes everywhere – http://www.ianridpath.com/ufo/rendlesham1a.htm – worse than the binary codes saying Jim Penniston is on a private mission to save the world (are) the handwritten base report statements at the time by everyone involved saying they, themselves, misidentified a beacon light, then a farmhouse light and ultimately the lighthouse before heading in for the night suitable embarrassed. Both Bourroughs and Cabansag said it was just farmhouse lights. But right from the start, Penniston was playing it up talking about lights in the distance…(nothing about a UFO – http://www.ianridpath.com/ufo/rendlesham2c.htm. The whole story is a farce and there (are) loads of evidence pointing to that on those links.
“I feel like Rendlesham has been sensationalized so much because its one of the few major UFO cases to be based outside America and documentaries were looking for something a bit more modern than Roswell.”
“BP” spoke on UFOlogist Kevin Randle’s blog, giving a fairly vivid summation of the case (April 20, 2017, 7:39 a.m.):
“Rendlesham, like Roswell, is no longer even interesting to me in the sense of ‘what really happened.’ It is, however, fascinating as a Rorschach test of sorts: The desperate need to believe on the part of many. The desperate need to disbelieve on the part of others. The desperate need to be someone, to have one’s 15 minutes of celebrity, to cash in on the events.
“The bizarre way the supposed events inevitably spiral out of control and take on a life of their own, growing like Topsy. The unreliability of eyewitness testimony, the fallibility of memory, the little corners of insanity that exist in the minds of even people who are mostly sane and credible. Pseudo-science masquerading as science. Real science descending to the level of pseudo-science. Rendlesham and Roswell have it all.”
We can speculate as to why certain blogs disappear, perhaps for legal reasons, but Warren’s protagonists and defenders also had disappearing blogs. Still, one of his biggest proponents and defenders was a former police detective Gary Heseltine. The following are a few defending comments out of his remaining blogs:
“My own position is simple: I’ve seen no reason at all to denounce Larry as a fake UFO whistle-blower…but a heart of gold breaks beneath that volatile exterior.”
Gary Heseltine (on the right) and Larry Warren
Heseltine is quick to point out that “Larry Warren’s letter written to his mother January 7, 1981 (reported) a UFO sighting at the Base (and) predates the now-famous Halt Memorandum,” a first-ever written evidence of a Rendlesham UFO.
The same sentiment was reported on earthmysterynews.com: “If it were not for Larry Warren this story would be unknown to the world as it was a nuclear-tampering case involving Extraterrestrials. Larry both provided the information needed for the FOIA documents and leaked the Halt Memo to the Press.” (Executive Editor Claude Limberger, May 11, 2017.)
“It’s all been a steep learning curve for me, and this will, of course, was not the last installment in this series of articles,” said Heseltine. “There is more evidence currently being processed that I cannot reveal at this juncture. It’s frustrating because, as I said, I desperately want an end to this repulsive business; but Larry’s support team of experts are working as fast as they can. I am proud to have played an active role in defending my friend, the genuine UFO witness Larry Warren.
“I believe I have chosen the side of good in this battle,” Heseltine continued. “It would have been very easy for me to have simply walked away, stayed out of it for the sake of a quiet life. Larry’s antagonists are also very confident of victory, mistakenly I would say. When this is all over I think they’re going to be deeply disappointed. But there will be no gloating or vainglory from me; I promise. I’ll just be happy that we have all finally awoken from this nightmare.”
It was Gary Heseltine that received an honorary award in 2010 for his breaking news, who likewise similarly awarded Warren, and this was credited by Peter Robbins in an October comment: “Congratulations again on your award from Gary.”
A “MajorLori” gave other sentiments in the “Comments” section of the Robinson blog:
“We can poke holes about Larry’s story, reading LAEG I felt that Larry did a great job describing the events. As the creator of RendleshamLoneRanger UFO Sight on Facebook, I know what it was like at Bentwaters/Woodbridge. In February 1980 when my sighting occurred at East Gate, I was deeply ridiculed, but I had to report it because it flew onto RAF Woodbridge across the runway. My point is that Larry’s story is good. I respect him a lot more than Nick Pope because I too thought for years that he worked at MOD during the events only to learn that he allows people to make assumptions. It would have been the honest thing to tell us that Nick was 15 in 1980.
“Because of his lack of disclosure, I have no use for Nick Pope. My respect goes to those who worked at the 81st Security Police Squadron and put up with a lot. For some, including me, there was a war you couldn’t see going on and those who rocked the boat were gone. I spent 27 years in the military and out of all my assignments that was the toughest. I do have a video on YouTube titled MysteryatEastGate. The story isn’t just those few nights in December…it is far more complicated.”
It was critic Sacha Christie that concluded that the Rendlesham Incident drew “good people who have come to increasingly demonize each other and allow hared, frustration and fear to rule their lives,” to which Gary Heseltine replied: “It seems to me that you are either the world’s worst judge of character…(about Christie) she is like a chameleon. She can be very complimentary and charming to people when she sees them as useful to her and then turns immediately into a caustic antagonist against those who resist her. She knows that her indoctrination will not work on me.” January 25, 2017, Wednesday.
LARRY WARREN SPEAKS OUT AGAIN
A YouTube dated May 21, 2017, as an “on-site” adventure/interview conducted by Benthereporter, appeared to be a forthright and vivid video, producing the following comments by Julian Carver:
“One of the reasons why Larry’s story stands up for me…is his attention to detail…almost photographic memory he seems to have. No way could this guy hold this story together for over 30 years if he was bull-shitting. Larry also doesn’t show any mental or signs of physical damage from addictions to substance abuse, as others claim about him. I’ve met plenty of bull-shitters in my time. None of them could ever hold a story together like Larry. I believe Larry is the real deal. Certain others including (Col. Halt) in this story are part of the cover-up, deliberately rubbishing Larry’s account.
“I think Col. Halt was instructed from Day One…he’s got to be the one that blurs the story between fact and fiction. People high up told Halt ‘you will keep a control on this story so that the facts remain nothing more than strange lights and beams in the sky.'”
Yet, however, it is Colonel Halt’s added discoveries that are helping to confirm that others reported a UFO over the base in December 1980, as reviewed in an August 21, 2015, HuffingtonPost article by Lee Speigel in which Halt discovered “sworn statements from Air Traffic Controllers on duty in 1980 at Bentwaters…witnessed a UFO on radar performing incredible aerial maneuvers…they saw the object go across their scope – a 60-mile scope – in two or three seconds. Thousands of miles an hour. It came across their scope again, stopped near the water tower. They observed it. They watched it go over into the forest where we were.”
Ironically, similarly, it was the, now dissenting, co-author Peter Robbins, himself, that saw UFOs at Bentwaters at a post-1980 visit (Jim Martin, Thursday, November 12, 2012):
“LeftatEastgate reveals the National Security Agency (NSA) as the main governmental entity behind the UFO cover-up, or if you prefer, disinformation/collective fantasy/fairy tale. Peter Robbins soon found himself under the NSA’s open scrutiny and covert harassment when he got deeper into the research. He also found himself an up-close and personal witness to strange doings at Bentwaters, and finally was forced to struggle with the fact that he was no longer an ‘objective observer.’ One of the most memorable passages of the book is the transcript of an audio tape of Larry and Peter, on a return visit to the site many years later, as they see and describe what appear to be UFOs buzzing around near Bentwaters. Peter just falls apart: the composed and objective UFO researcher gets his chance at direct observation and the experience leaves him speechless and gibbering.”
Like many UFO stories and incidents to date, the Rendlesham case has gathered its share of counter-theories and debunking scenarios, some of which are as bizarre as the reported original story.
In a Jon Austin article of the September 12, 2017, express.co.uk blog, Russ Callaghan’s explanation of the 1980 Rendlesham UFO is divulged: The 67th Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Squadron (67th ARRS) were doing exercises utilizing a recovered space capsule, and “the chopper pilot dropped the capsule into Rendlesham Forest” by accident.
Needless to say, other researchers questioned the theory because of the noise of the helicopter and the fact that there was no such military flight schedule at that time. Neither did the alleged ‘exercise’ fit the reported facts.
Rendlesham UFO contactee Jim Penniston, along with co-author Gary Osborn, is currently working on the completion of a new “tell all” book about Penniston’s experience at Bentwaters and Rendlesham. Hopefully, this next endeavor will clarify some suspicions and open concrete avenues for new and successful information.
Researcher Gary Osborn
“The book is progressing nicely and we are close to completion. We are committed and compelled to release the code-related discoveries to the public. People will have it all laid out in front of them. We are confident that this book will be well-received by all of the people who have studied and followed this unique event. The timing is appropriate – especially with all the disinformation that has been posted recently about the Rendlesham Incident on various misinformed groups and pages: the lies, the fabrications, the spin, suppositions as fact, also certain people trying to write themselves into the story, along with what certain people who were not there have also said had happened based on their personal views and beliefs.
“We are both willing to let the facts, evidence, and the discoveries stand on their own, and it is about time for everything to come out about the Rendlesham Incident. We will simply allow the public to decide for themselves on who was involved, what happened, how the cover story was initiated and accomplished, who committed fraud, who were the opportunists, and who was bought and paid for concerning those who were involved in the Rendlesham Forest Incident.”
“A popular government without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a prologue to a farce or a tragedy, or perhaps both.”
James Madison, Jr. was an American statesman, political theorist and the fourth President of the United States.
“There are two things I know with certainty about the UFO phenomena. One is that the phenomenon is real,” says author Robert Salas, “that is, real objects of unearthly origin are visiting our airspace. My second certainty is that the phenomenon of people being abducted by sentient begins who are operating these unknown craft, is also a reality. These conclusions do not come hypotheses, guesses, theories, or concepts that I used to convince myself of these realities. They come from my life experiences.”
Robert Salas in Uniform
(Unidentified:The UFOPhenomena, Robert Salas, the Career Press, Inc., 220 West Parkway, Unit 12, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444, www.careerpress.com, 2015, pages, $15.99.)
That stentorian statement is backed by Robert Salas’ 32 years he had worked for the government, seven years on active duty as a graduate of the U.S Air Force Academy, a weapons controller, launch officer for intercontinental ballistic missiles, Air Force propulsion engineer at Martin-Marietta on the Titan III Program, and 21 years for the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) as an aircraft structure engineer.
Nothing, however, gives him as much spiritual and etheric power to speak on the topic as to when he was a witness to a March 24, 1967 shutdown of 10 ballistic missiles that went dead – 20 shutdowns in a week – a “crap out” from their alert status.
MARCH 16, 1967
(“UFOs were seen more frequently around areas vital to the defense of the United States. The Los Alamos-Albuquerque area, Oak Ridge, and White Sands Proving Ground rated high.” Ruppelt, Edward J. The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects, Ace Books, Inc., 1956, page 155.[Captain Ruppelt was Chief of the Air Force’s “Project Blue Book” from 1951 to Sept. 1953, an operation of the “Air Technical Intelligence Center” [ATIC]. On 21 May 1951, the United States Air Force established ATIC as a field activity of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence].)
A Missile Launch Command Center
Salas recounts events that “Airman Smith” (a pseudonym) participated in an invasion when he worked at Echo Site on March 16, 1967, as a targeting technician. Smith was notified that the missiles “had gone down” as they were working on the Echo Flight LF. At some point into the acquisition of the autocollimator, a failure occurred.
“About this time, the top side security guard shook the ladder and motioned for Airman Smith to come up the ladder,” says Salas. “When he reached ground level, he could see a large, glowing, orange-colored sphere, stationary at about 30 degrees from the horizon, in the direction of the gate and close to the site.”
Airman Smith notified the team chief who was visibly frightened by the sight of the object. Smith ordered the “shaken” guard to report the sighting to the Wing Command Post through the Sensitive Information Network (SIN), but the line would not connect. Smith and two other team-members tried the startup procedure several times, only to “crap out” at collimator acquisition.
The object was still above the site while this was happening. Smith observed the object to pulsate and give off a low hum and he felt an electrostatic energy coming from the object.
“The object was present for at least an hour; however, the guard told him later that it would periodically move away for a short time and then return,” says Salas. “After considerable inhibiting the startup, it left the area; the missile was then brought back to Alert status with no anomalies whatever during collimator acquisition.”
Nuclear Missile in Silo
Salas also relates an incident of a technician called “Tex” (this may have also been ‘Smith’) to UFO researchers Sean Casteel and John Weigle (October 29, 2013). They related the tale:
“Further confirmation came from a source called ‘Tex,’ who prefers to remain anonymous since he is currently the vice president of a prominent aerospace company. Tex said that he was working through a checklist to bring an Echo Flight missile back online when a guard called him to the surface to see a UFO hovering over the site. He returned to his work and started to bring the missile back up.
“He gets to a certain point in the checklist,” Salas said, “and the missile shuts down again. This object is still up there. In fact, he can feel the electrical energy coming down the tube right where he is. He said he felt almost like he was immersed in static electricity. But he tried this many, many times, he said, trying to bring the missile back up on alert using his checklist. When he got to this particular point on the checklist, he said, the missile shut down again.
“To Tex, whatever it was knew exactly how the missile system worked and knew it in great detail.”
A similar scenario took place when Salas was on duty on March 24, 1967.
Salas received a call from the flight security controller (FSC) reporting strange “lights” about the facility observed by several security personnel. The lights moved erratically and would sometimes hover and reverse direction, often at high speeds. The FSC called again and agitatedly told that an object was hovering over the front gate. Salas ordered them to stand ready with weapons and to let no one enter.
Artist Depiction of UFOs over Military Base
Salas alerted Colonel Fred Meiwald as they began to get audible alarms and indicator lights on their status board. “All of our missiles were indicating NO-GO; they were all disabled.”
Fred Meiwald phoned in the NO-GO status at Oscar Flight to the Wing Command Post. Meiwald stated: “The same thing happened at another flight!” Salas later discovered the Oscar Flight incident was not mentioned in any of the reports of the Echo Flight investigation.
Lieutenant Robert Jamison was a targeting officer assigned to the 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron. He stated in his affidavit that he was called out one evening to restart Oscar Flight – all ten missiles were NO-GO. Jamison testified that he had to wait about three hours before he was given the go-ahead to proceed to Oscar Flight. Jamison told of the following facts:
# All targeting teams received a “special UFO briefing” prior to each dispatch for the next two weeks after the March incident.
# They were to report any UFO activity to the Missile Command Post and to take self-defense measures if necessary.
# Jamison was told about the Echo Flight shutdowns and UFO encounters.
Despite multiple witnessing and much evidence, Lieutenant Colonel Lewis Chase of the Air Force Chief of Staff and the Foreign Technology Division at Wright-Patterson (TDET) concluded the incident as having “no equipment malfunctions and abnormalities.” (p. 59)
“These are blatantly false statements,” says Salas, “I and others can attest that were ordered not to talk to anyone about our incident and that our equipment certainly did malfunction.”
A Minuteman Missile at the Malmstrom Air Force Base in 1960s
Salas recounts his meeting with the infamous University of Colorado UFO Study Group (headed by Edward U. Condon). The Condon Committee, as it also became to be called, was eventually exposed as a negative, contrived and “orchestrated” study. Condon Committee investigator Dr. Roy Craig was asked to investigate at Malmstrom on October 9 to 14, 1967.
“The report of the shutdowns was cloaked in secrecy even before Craig arrived at Malmstrom,” says Salas, “the depth of that secrecy would soon be escalated after his arrival.”
Craig turned over what limited information he was given by the Air Force to co-investigator Condon Deputy Robert Low. It was Low that wrote in an August, 1966 memo: “The trick would be, I think, to describe the project so that, to the public, it would appear a totally objective study, but to the scientific community, would present the image of a group of nonbelievers trying their best to be objective, but having an almost zero expectation of finding a saucer.”
Largely because of his experience with UFOs, Salas becomes acquainted with the growth of the Military-Industrial-Complex and its skeleton of secrecy that smothers and is tyrannical. He traces the creation of the U.S Air Force Project Sign, watches it grow into an uglier Project Grudge, blossom again into a brighter Project Bluebook, only to be crushed beneath the CIA Robertson Committee Panel of the January, 1953 and its “disinformation campaign to discredit the phenomena…keeping the UFO question in the realm of incredulity…” (p. 25.)
Also pivotal to Salas and the UFO situation was the Manhattan Project and the creation of the atomic bomb: this strengthened the structure of “holding a secret (as having) always been a way of having some sort of power over others.”
THE LONG WALK
Salas speaks of the September 1948 Top Secret “Estimate of the Situation” that states that UFOs were spaceships:
“In fact, the highest levels of our government did know for certain that these were interplanetary,” says Salas, “because they had already recovered extraterrestrial craft and beings from the 1947 Roswell crash in New Mexico.” (p. 22)
Quickly following the 1947 UFO events began a series of happenings whose momentum in negativity has become nonstop ever since:
# The 1949 Project Grudge two-phase approach: explaining all UFO reports and, secondly, convincing the public, which Grudge pursued wholeheartedly.
# The “hardening” of the government’s seeming “negative approach” following the July, 1952 UFO buzzing of the nation’s Capital in Washington, D.C.
# The forming of the January 1953 CIA Robertson Committee Panel “to establish a disinformation campaign to discredit the phenomena.”
“Here in the United States this excessive secrecy has been ongoing for such a long period of time that many abuses by various government agencies,” says Salas, “have and continue to degrade the conversation of our democratic principles – government of, by, and for the people.”
# A 2010 information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) report indicated there were 76.8 million classification decisions, a more than 40 percent increase from 2009; a cost of $10.2 billion in 2010.
# To combat the UFO situation, governments have formed “a secret organizational structure, a cabal,” devoted to a huge zero-sum game with the public. “As long as there is no public disclosure about the UFO reality, the game goes on and there are no absolute winners or losers.” One side, the public (so-to-speak) would attempt to represent more credible UFO evidence; the cabal, on the other hand, consists of disinformation, debunking, silencing, intimidation, and ridicule. As the readers will see, Salas goes through several examples.
“Clearly there is a cover-up of the UFO phenomena,” says Salas, “and clearly the forces in favor of disclosure are at a disadvantage in winning this game. The prize is the entire pie. We want total disclosure and the other side wants to keep completely hidden.” (p. 97)
Salas points at noted individuals in the cabal such as the late engineer Wilber Smith, the late Dr. Vannevar Bush, the late Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, and Salas presently includes a CORE group with “the highest security rating and priority.” That team is also called the “SecretGroup” by researcher Raymond Fowler. Salas charts what he believes to be the general flow and organization of the CORE group. Salas outlines what CORE may have learned about UFO activity: invisibility and the control of natural energy sources are two characteristics.
The nature of the “enemy” is highlighted by one specific incident:
A principal Civil Aviation Administration air traffic controller, Harry Barnes, distinctly felt that the 1952 UFOs over Washington, D.C could read his thoughts as they darted about over the Capitol. A pilot reported that he “heard his first name called out by a strange voice transmission. Military radio transmissions between aircraft do not use first names of pilots!”
COMPILATION OF INTERESTING SIGHTINGS
Salas portrays several favorites, little-known and unusual sightings that he feels support the reality of the phenomena. Some are large triangular UFOs, others flew over nuclear missile bases.
A typical case was that of Josie Zwinanberg who spotted a UFO near the Soesterbuerg, Netherland’s 32nd Tactical Fighter Squadron on February 2 and 3, 1979. The object had a number of brilliant but mystically blue lights that shone from it as the object buzzed the airfield. On the 3rd, the object emitted a beam of light to the ground. It was seen by many airmen at the base.
Thirty-one years later in the summer of 2011, while Zwinenberg vacationed in Ireland, she was approached by a “Tom” – a total stranger – who related details of her sightings, even tiny items and intimate information (such as the rustling of leaves) that only Zwinenberg knew.
Part of Salas’ chronology of events, in the latter part of the book, concerns the human abduction phenomena, which Salas naturally includes in his array of UFO events. Salas extrapolates findings from researchers such as Dr. Budd Hopkins, Dr. John Mack and Yvonne Smith of the Close Encounter Research Organization.
Hypnotherapist Yvonne Smith
“Essentially all abductees seemed to be given some information, messages, special abilities, direction, or some special ‘mission’ to perform upon their return,” says Salas. “While there is little doubt that some sort of hybridization program is on-going, there is also little doubt that ETs are trying to somehow ‘improve’ our species.”
NUCLEAR DETERRENCE AND SALVATION
One of the greatest concerns about the ETs must be, says Salas, that of nuclear deterrence, human destruction, and the secrecy surrounding these topics commanding “fairness, honesty, equal treatment, mutual respect, openness, and accountability to the people.” Salas concludes:
“If we do nothing, we allow excessive secrecy, we allow corruption to take hold, we allow unnecessary wars to happen, we allow a few to control us and our lives withoutourconsent, and we allow a few to decide how we will interact with extraterrestrial life.”
CRITICS AND THE AFTERMATH
Salas’ quest, however, has not been without its critics and problems. Critic Tim Hebert (a former SAC missile crew commander and staff officer, currently in the healthcare field with a RN, BASN and MSA), however, even detailed UFO activity surrounding and prior to the Malmstrom case:
“Jan 9, 1967: Malta, MT at 9 p.m., on family farm. Family alerted by dog, family saw a large rectangular object with glowing red light along the bottom and large amber light on top moving at high speed. The object landed in a field for approximately one hour. Object suddenly disappeared as if it took off at a high rate of speed. The next day, family went to the field were the object had landed. There were no tracks in the snow and no sign that anything had been there. (BillingsGazette, 1-20-67.)
“Jan 26, 1967: Havre, MT at 8:15 p.m. A man saw a yellow sphere with blinking yellow body lights which circled a mountain and flew off (nicap.org).
“Feb 9, 1967: Chester, MT, 6:30 a.m., Railroad foreman saw a saucer (disk) with bright body of light hovering over the railroad depot. The depot was engulfed in light, the object departed straight up. (SpokaneSpokesman–Review, 2/12/67.)
“Feb 23, 1967 Glasgow AFB, MT, reported sighting by NICAP (no details listed).
“Mar 22, 1967: Newspaper article (UPI), ‘UFOs Seen in Great Falls Vicinity,’ TheDailyInterLake. Tuesday night, 7:45 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., several persons reported seeing unidentified flying objects over the Great Falls, Vaughn, Fort Benton, and Manchester. White lights, big with a little one on top. The object was moving east to west then north to south.
“Mar 23, 1967: Great Falls, MT, 9 p.m.: Sheriffs deputies saw a yellow object with a red glow coming from top to bottom. Object hovered then flew away; Many sightings throughout the state (Great Falls Leader, 3/24/67).
“Mar 24, 1967: Belt, MT, 9 p.m., Truck driver outside of Belt, MT sees a dome-shaped object showing bright lights and landing in a nearby ravine (Investigated by Project Blue Book).”
Hebert, a confessed debunker, unfortunately, did not feel the UFO activity connected with any missile failures on the two major missile fiascos of March 16 and 24, 1967. Herbert gives a short summary of events on his website (dated November 26, 2010):
“The letter in its basic meaning set in motion for OOMA, Boeing, Autonetics and 15th AF to provide support to evaluate the situation and find a cause and correction as detailed in the 341st SMS Wing’s history.
“We must have an in-depth analysis to determine cause and corrective action…..
“The UFO theory backers have used the Malmstrom Incident to foster the notion that a portion of the U.S. nuclear arsenal was neutralized by a UFO. True, ten ICBMs were off alert for one to two days, but no damage was done to the ICBMs themselves. And most importantly, the RVs remained under positive control! There was no ‘Broken Arrow’ called either by the 341st SMW or by SAC!
“So far, I’ve shown that of the 10 Echo Flight ICBMs in question:
“1. Shutdowns occurred due to a then never seen electrical anomaly.
“2. This anomaly was thoroughly evaluated by SAC, 15th Air Force, 341st SMW, Boeing, Autonetics, OOMA (Hill AFB), and AF Systems Command.
“3. Due to the on-going investigation a serious weapon system vulnerability was discovered (EMP susceptibility)
“4. A fix was implemented force-wide.
“5. After 16 Mar 1967, this type of anomaly would never again occur in any Minuteman wing/system.”
Supporters of Hebert tended to agree with him that the shutdown was caused by an electronic flux and that the reported UFOs started out as a practical joke. Other criticisms that Hebert held are that Salas mentions maintenance personnel seeing the UFOs: this was not possible as they are usually inside the LF/silo and the names and identities of witnesses to the UFOs are not given.
James Carlson, whose father was an intimate witness in 1967, took an even stronger stance on February 3, 2013, when he said:
“There were only two witnesses at Echo Flight in March 1967: the commander of the flight, Captain Eric D. Carlson, and the deputy commander, Colonial Walter Figel, Jr. Both men have publicly affirmed that there was no UFO. Robert Salas and Robert Hastings are both merely agitators — one liar and the other a fraud — who have repeatedly misrepresented the claims of the men involved in these incidents. They started utilizing these methods years ago, found out that it made their claims convincing to a few ignorant people, and continued this path of slander and disruption as a result of their minor and isolated successes. They are petty con-man and fraudulent hucksters — nothing more.”
Salas’ book is largely a response to these criticisms. Prior to the book, however, famed UFO researcher Richard Dolan spoke in defense of Robert Salas on his website (October 7, 2010, The Malmstrom UFO Event: Did it Really Happen?):
“Furthermore, since I believe Bob Salas is truthful – despite some early mistakes in his telling of the story – I have no reason to doubt him when he said he heard of the same thing at another location, indicating that there may well indeed have been a UFO over Echo.
“No doubt my own examination of this case will not please the critics, but I sincerely thank them for bringing it to my attention. I hope that they understand that, whatever I have said, I have done so in a spirit of discovery and collegiality.
“I want to add that when I began looking into the allegations, I did not do so with a preconceived conclusion in mind. I tried very hard to let reason, not emotion, be my guide. I admit that the allegations about Salas disturbed me, but I was determined not to let that guide my own analysis. There is no use investing yourself in a bad case. Everyone makes mistakes at one point or another. No one is immune to that fate, and the best solution is simply to prevent you from becoming emotionally attached to any conclusion. Therefore, when we learn new information, we can always modify our position.
“At this stage, I remain of the opinion that there was indeed one or more UFO events connected with the shut-down of missiles at Malmstrom Air Force Base. The case is not the slam-dunk that many of us had assumed, but I believe it is stronger than the critics have argued. And I certainly am not persuaded that key promoters of the case are liars.
“Sorting out precise dates and sequences years after the fact is always going to be messy. It has happened many times and will continue to happen. Added to this is the fact that the U.S. Air Force, as well as every segment of the U.S. defense and intelligence establishment, has never cooperated on the release of UFO-related information — for reasons that one may defend or attack. In such a situation, it is not realistic to expect claimants of a case to provide the smoking gun that skeptics demand.”
“By the way, all the studies and repairs were necessary and could have been conducted under the guise of it being strictly electronic in nature without having to introduce the UFO into the solution matrix. However, one could infer that their mention of the EMP, as the impetus behind the fail, was simply a convenient way to describe the UFO’s involvement without there being any need to be strictly overt about it.”
Salas amply points out that there were no nuclear-atomic-explosions during that period – and for many months surrounding the missile failures from March 10 to April 4, 1967.
DIVERGENCE OF ENCOUNTERS
Such “disabling” UFO encounters are not new to UFO history. We can only point out a few (because of space limitations) that are typical:
In the spring of 1965, two female college students were driving outside of Springfield, Missouri when a “light” approached them and hovered near their car. Suddenly, the car died in the middle of the road but started again as the UFO moved away.
Levelland, Texas, November 2, 1957, patrolman A.J. Fowler began to receive reports of brilliantly illuminated torpedo-shaped objects that interfered with auto and truck engines. Pedro Saucedo and Joe Salaz reported their truck headlights went out and their engine died as the UFO passed overhead.
On August 16, 1954, about 5:00 p.m., approximately 200,000 residents and Edward Campagnac (director of Air France) saw an “electric green ball” as a “lens-shaped plasma” made several passes over the town of Tananarive, Madagascar. As the object silently circled above, the farm animals and dogs began to panic and bark. Public and private lighting would die out and return once the UFO left the area.
November 4, 1957, two sentries were badly burned by an approaching orange disk that slowly descended over the military fort at Itaipu, Brazil. The UFO issued a buzzing sound and all communication devices ceased operating at 2:30 a.m. (though they were set to alarm at 5:00 a.m.). The guards received 2nd and 1st degree burns. All power systems failed, including elevators and weapons. A full Brazilian Army investigation ensued.
In 1977 the Brazilian island of Colares and the area of the Amazon delta were visited by flying objects of an unknown source. Nearly all kinds of UFOs were seen as big, some small, saucer-shaped, cigar-shaped, barrel-shaped, and luminous objects. They arrived generally from the Northern sky every day, and also sometimes from underwater. The activity lasted for months as some Island inhabitants were targeted by the objects beaming strange lights at them resulting in injury. The Air Force came, investigated, observed and reported. The bizarre rays wounded thirty-five people. Civilians fled from entire villages.
Photographed UFO in Operation Prato in Brazil
“During the months of September through December 1977, the Brazillian Air-Force under the command of a Captain Uyrang Hollanda, was sent to the island of Colares to investigate a series of incidents in which over 80 people reported being attacked bybeamsoflight from UFO’s, paralyzing two of them and leaving puncture and burn marks on their skin. The investigation was codenamed ‘OperationSaucer.’ This operation collated over 15 hours of film, 500 photos, and hundreds of documents with detailed drawings and interviews with over 3000 witnesses.
“The files were to remain classified by the Brazilian Government until 1997 when UFO investigator’s A. J. Gevaerd and Marco Petite of UFOMagazine were allowed partial access. They were also contacted by the then retired Captain Hollanda who gave them a vivid recollection of the whole series of events”
Salas presents a chronology of incidents where UFOs buzzed nuclear bases on pages 194-195.
FRIEND OR FOE: UFOs?
Donald A. Johnson, Ph.D., noted researcher into the geographic occurrences of UFO sightings, concluded: “So we are left with a somewhat troubling finding. Apparently UFO reports do occur more frequently in the vicinity of nuclear sites, after controlling for population and the region of the country. Given that the motives of the intelligences behind UFOs, assuming that UFOs are intelligently controlled, are not well known, we should be concerned. Given the long history of UFO incursions at sensitive, highly-restricted nuclear facilities; and given that the events of September 11, 2001 have drawn attention to the vulnerability of nuclear power plants to terrorist acts; it would seem to behoove national security agencies to re-direct some attention to the issue of UFOs entering restricted air space over nuclear facilities. No matter how possibly benign the motives of the UFO occupants may be, were I the new Director of Homeland Security I would certainly be paying attention to this matter.”
(TheDevil’sChessboard: AllenDulles, TheCIA, andtheRiseofAmerica’sSecretGovernment, David Talbot, Harper Collins Publishers, 195 Broadway, New York, N.Y. 10007, 2015, 661 pages, $29.99.)
David Talbot has been known for his biting, penetrating analysis of the political and social scenes. He was the founder and former editor-in-chief of Salon, as well as the senior editor at Mother Jones Magazine and features editor at the San Francisco Examiner. Articles in TheNewYorker, RollingStone, Time, TheGuardian, and books such as TheHiddenHistoryoftheKennedyYears and Brothers, demonstrated his ability to investigate and portray important political situations.
In TheDevil’sChessboard, Talbot traces the earliest momentous seeds of history where Allen Welsh Dulles and John Foster Dulles came on the scene as intelligence protégés. For Allen, his first foot-steps happened on November 9, 1942, in Bern, Switzerland, home of spies and a “financial haven for the Nazi war machine.” Dulles shared with enthusiasm the Nazi conquering of assets from European sources to fund their “behind-the-scene deals” because the Dulles’ brothers Wall Street law firm was in the center of the Nazi “merry-go-round” financial supply lines. The lawyers continued to “represent” German cartels like I.G. Farben and other ‘parts’ of the “war machine.” (p. 19.)
MORE IN STEP
“Dulles was more in step with many Nazi leaders than he was with President Roosevelt,” says Talbot. “Dulles has not enjoyed a professional and social familiarity with many members of the Third Reich’s elite that predated the war; he shared many of these men’s postwar goals…Nazi forces…old friends.” (p. 15)
Dulles was in contact with the highly secretive Bank for International Settlements (BIS), a giant “pillar of the emerging global financial system” and was “effectively controlled by Hitler’s regime.” It was Dulles’s job to protecttheNazilaunderingschemes, protect their assets and their collusion with American corporations, such as General Motors and Standard Oil. Dulles believed that a number of powerful figures are “returned to postwar as a strong bulwark against Communism.”
Allen Welsh Dulles
Dulles protected Sullivan and Crowell’s German clients, and Foster did the same in New York. They were able “to hide the U.S assets of major German cartels.” Supreme Court Justice Arthur Goldberg said that both men were “guilty of treason.”
The “Jewish Problem” was, in many ways, a lucrative venture. Later, Richard Nixon found documents revealing how the Dulles brothers had helped launder Nazi funds during the war. Nixon promised to keep these files confidential in exchange for campaign contributions to defeat opponent Jerry Voorhis.
Richard Nixon in Conference
During this war period, Nazi SS Heinrich Himmler set about making contacts across Europe to make deals with the United States and England. A 1944 Britton Woods Conference enlisted 730 delegates that “thrashed out” the direction of a newworldorder, the New Dealers. One such unsavory recruit was Nicolai Maxlaxa who developed a rich connection with Richard Nixon’s “bank account, Dulles’s law firm” and OSS intelligence operative Harold Wisner’s $500-million overseas accounts.
Later, the President Eisenhower-Richard Nixon victory “was the culmination of years of political strategizing dating back to the Roosevelt era.” What sociologist C. Wright Mills called in his 1956 masterpiece, ThePowerElite, as the strategiccommandposts of society; big corporations, military establishments, top corporate, government leaders that moved with fluidity “in and out of one’s another’s worlds” with “professional synchronicity—the fraternity of the successful.”
“Democracy, in their minds, was an impediment to the smooth functioning of the corporate state,” says Talbot, “John Foster Dulles had made this clear early in the Wall Street career and he jousted with FDR’s New Deal bureaucracy.” (p. 197)
After World War II, the “militarization of government” included captains of industry, business executives, Wall Street lawyers, investment bankers—a warrior corporate caste—a “gloomyzeitgeist” with a pinnacle of American power that President Eisenhower filled with wealthy, powerful Players: General Motors, CEO Charles Wilson, Chas Manhattan Chairman, and former diplomat John McCloy, as well as the exclusive ranks of the Council on Foreign Relations, CEO’s of General Electric, Coca-Cola, Reynolds Tobacco, and Young & Rubicam, and similar power-brokers.
Speaking of this period in the lives of Dulles and Bedell Smith, Talbot says “The deputy CIA director had no qualms about advocating the assassination of foreign leaders, given presenting a plan to Smith in early 1952 to kill Stalin at a Paris summit meeting.”
“The mechanisms of surveillance and control that Dulles put in motion were more in keeping with an expanding empire,” says Talbot, “than they were with a vibrant democracy.” (pp. 203-204)
Dulles knew the purpose of complete control and even kept special files on J. Edgar Hoover and Senator Jose McCarthy, telling of Hoover’s intimate relationship with FBI deputy Clyde Tolson, and scandalous file on McCarthy’s sex life. Dulles, says Talbot, began molding the image of the CIA as a “super agency,” operating about congressional senators, “the CIA would grow more powerful and less accountable with each passing year of Dulles’s reign” – “Dulles was ready to ‘take on the world’” (pp. 223, 226)
The Dulles’s actions included sabotaging a Justice Department antitrust case that was charging price-fixing against the oil cartel. Dulles directed Mohammed Mossadegh of Iran as a “‘stooge’ of the Communists in 1953,” when evidence indicated he wasn’t a Communist, and Dulles and Eisenhower were creating a fiction in order to have Mossadegh assassinated. Talbot says that CIA-hired-thugs worked behind the scenes in the capture and killing of Mossadegh; their “pockets” were literally stuffed with CIA cash—cash which they spread around, even to “cheering crowds.” (pp. 237-238)
Mohammed Mossadegh on Trial in 1953
In 1954, a year later, Dulles and the CIA engineered the “regime change” in Guatemala.
“Iran’s oil industry was…handed over to the foreign corporations…40 percent of the spoils now going to American oil producers, including Gulf, Texaco, Mobil, Standard Oil of New Jersey, and Standard Oil of California.”
Such administration “conquests” caused an “intoxicating effect” through the Oval Office, the CIA, and the State Department as a “champagne glow.” However, the incoming shah used an iron boot to stamp his presence: primitive torture methods, whippings, and beatings, some resulting in “gruesome gapani, hung from hooks.” (p. 240) It was a PaxAmericana enforced by Eisenhower-Dulles, says Talbot, threatening enemies with nuclear annihilation, coups, and assassination.
Talbot quotes sociologist C. Wright Mills to the fact that our national security leaders, much like the Nazis before them, had a “moralinsensibility” where violence had become bureaucratized. “In an official man there is no more human shock,” said Mills.
LEVELS OF OPERATION
The Eisenhower-Dulles foreign policy operated on twin levels of “psychic violence” and “actual violence.” The Secretary of State Dulles threatened to “evaporate entire populations” with “tactical” nuclear strikes, the CIA director “actually eliminated individuals around the world” wherever they deemed to be a threat. Eisenhower gave Allen Dulles “a license to kill that the spymaster utilized as he saw fit.” (p. 248): aneffectivekillingmachine.
“The Dulles brothers assured multinational firms that Washington,” says Talbot, “would stop at nothing to protect their overseas investments.”
World War II hero, Air Force general James H. Dolittle warned that the CIA was “overly zealous,” but Dulles relied on his Wall Street friends like Prescott Bush, the father, and grandfather of two future presidents “to protect the CIA’s interests.” Eisenhower all too willingly succumbed to Dulles’s ‘strangegenius.’ A Bruce-Lovett report noted the CIA’s “penchant for creating political mayhem around the globe.”
The chilling case of Guatemalan President Jacobo Arbenz and his January, 1971 suspected assassination was all part of a CIA coup program called PBSUCCESS, backed by the influence of the powerful United Fruit Company, blue-blooded Boston families, resulting in the killing of 250,000 people by means of assassinations, death squads and massacres of entire villages.
The CIA had compiled a “list of assassination targets” during the 1954 coup, a secret ‘disposal list’ of at least fifty-eight key Guatemalan leaders. There was a CIA killing manual titled AStudyofAssassination directed towards a CIA LastaNegra of seventy thousand names, a Decree59 to eliminate subversives.
Jose’ Bernabe Linares, notorious chief of the GuardiaJudicial, did not hesitate to use electric-shock baths and steel skullcaps, and even journalists were imprisoned and tortured; death squads, massacres, and machine-gunned victims into open trenches.
Dictator Casello Armas’s end came in July, 1957 when he was assassinated by one of his own police guards. The mayhem, says Talbot, “continued on and off for decades, reaching newheightsofferocity during the Reagan Presidency.” (pp. 256, 263, 264, 265)
THE GERMAN REINHARD GEHLEN
Hitler’s intelligence chief on the eastern front, Reinhard Gehlen, as part of Operation Paper Clip, was moved into comfortable quarters at Fort Hunt in Virginia, bringing former Nazi intelligence operations under its supervision, and the CIA taking over Gehlen’s organization from the U.S Army in 1948. This consumed “some of the most notorious figures of the Nazi regime (such as Dr. ‘Final Solution’ Franz Six) and other SS death squad members.”
Nazi Intelligence Chief Reinhard Gehlen
Under the directorship of James Critchfield, the Gehlen “faction” drew close to their American parent-partners with a gated community, partying together on ski trips in the Bavarian Alps, and becoming very entwined. Gehlen utilized his “rat-like” cunning to keep the CIA in the dark, though his organization held “former hardcore Nazis.”
Dulles’s kept closeties with Gehlen who said that Dulles “became a close personal friend of mine.” This was evidenced by celebrations, including one at the Chevy Chase Club. Gehlen proposed to reinstate fascism in Germany. OperationGladio was set up with secret CIA funds, attracting assassinations, plotting coups, the opening of private mail, and tapping of phones.
Inspired by such fascist momentum, the CIA entered into “brain warfare,” a “ManhattanProjectoftheMind,” to discover methods of controlling the minds of subjects and use them as military weapons. “ꞌBrain perversion,’” says Talbot, was invented and used in hundreds of secret experiments, “part Orwell and part Philip K. Dick.” (p. 296) Programs existed, such as MK-ULTRA (Operation ARTICHOKE), Camp King detention center, and doctors such as Dr. Sidney Gottlieb; dangerous drug programs ensued, including Benzedrine, Pentothal-Natrium, LSD, and Mescaline—programs which eventually killed intelligence agent Dr. Frank Olson in a manufactured suicide. It was all part of the CIA’s Magic Potion Division of the Technical Services Staff.
“The Security Unit,” says Talbot, “was also in charge of what was delicately called ‘enforcement’…eliminate(ing) any potential threats or embarrassments to the agency” (the death of Dr. James Kronthal was suspected to be another victim).
HUMAN GUINEA PIGS
The Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology was a CIA front, with grants up to $300,000 for research, and millions of dollars more to colleagues. Montreal’s McGill University, the Allen Memorial Institute and Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron at the Allen Institute for Psychiatry, were pushing massive drug use, hallucinogens, and ‘de-patterning’ Mind Control where minds were used as “blank slates” (described in a 1963 CIA torture manual detailing Sleep Rooms were electroshock, drug overdoses and lobotomies were explored).
Talbot reaches through a large swath of history filled with the CIA’s darkest movements and deadliest actions impregnated with evil suspicious and murderous players such as Robert A. Maheu (of Howard Hughes fame), handlers such as Sheffield Edwards, Jim O’Connell, Scott McLeod, intelligence monarch James Jesus Angleton, hitman Bill Harvey, mobster and CIA asset Johnny Rosselli, and other henchmen, leaving a trail of victims such as Rafael Trujillo of the Dominican Republic attacking and charging against Jesus de Galindez, and also the murder of Congo’s Patrice Lumumba.
“Dulles and Angleton shared a disdain for Washington bureaucracy and for the governmental oversight that comes with a functioning democratic system,” says Talbot. “Dulles entrusted Angleton with the agency’s most vital and sensitive missions…principal CIA liaisons with key foreign intelligence service…with both parties conveniently overlooking Angleton’s role in the Nazi ratlines after the war.” (pp. 336-337)
In the ensuing years, the CIA’s plots included assassinations attempts on France’s President Charles de Gaulle in a coup attempt. Pierre de Benouville, a right-wing Resistance leader on Dulles’s OSS payroll and other henchmen, such as anti-de Gaulle terrorist Jacques Soustelle, were participants (this also included events such as the expulsion of the French CIA station chief Alfred Ulmer).
CLEANSING SECURITY MOVES
In July 1962, a dozen OAS snipes opened fire on de Gaulle’s Citron, but de Gaulle’s “skilled and loyal” security team speed the President to safety. Two of the president’s motorcycle bodyguards were killed. De Gaulle countered with a great vengeance and “several security measures” allowing him to safely remain in power. Kennedy likewise made drastic moves to cleanse the CIA by discharging suspected individuals and also firingAllenDulles.
Victim of the Algerian Independence Struggle
“By 1962, President Kennedy was challenging the bastions of American power on several fronts, including the corporate elites of the economy.” (p. 443)
Kennedy, likewise, confronted a virtual army of dissidents that hated him, both in and out of the CIA, noted names and shadowy individuals that worked through political and corporate channels (and also in secret) to defeatanddestroyhim: Richard Nixon, Richard Helms, Frank Wisner, Charles Cabell, Cord Meyer, James Angleton, Howard Hunt, Thomas Karamessiness, Arleigh Burke, Pauline Sierra Martinez, Lyman Lemnitzer and others. Official inquiries of Kennedy’s attackers, such as those by General Maxwell Taylor, and defensive comments by Arthur Schlesinger, only hardened the hatred and conspiracy against Kennedy.

THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION PLOTS
Talbot glides smoothly through the appearance of Lee Harvey Oswald, noting the many inconsistencies and oddities in Oswald’s history that plainly outline his intelligence connection.
More importantly, Talbot demonstrates the intricate and behind-the-scenes movements and manipulations of Allen Dulles, though dethroned officially, who still operated the political scene, even after President Kennedy was assassinated obviously by a band of killers—and that certainly was not Lee Harvey Oswald. Speculation ratcheted as to who were all the key players involved in the conspiracy, and Talbot covers aspects as intimately as he can, including St. John Hunt’s interview with his dying father and major player, Howard Hunt. Talbot summarizes Hunt’s confessions:
“…Harvey and Morales…key operational figures…Harvey…gunmen were likely recruited from the Corsican underworld…harder to trace back to the CIA…than Italian or American Mafia hitmen…Hunt found Harvey and Morales to be disturbing characters, the two men ‘could have been manufactured from the same cloth,’ Hunt wrote in his memoirs…´Morales was rumored to be a cold-blooded killer…to have someone neutralized.’” (pp. 500, 501)
Covering the intricate moves and positionings in which Oswald was situated (“Oswald was moved here and there with the calculations of a master chess player,” p. 540), and the numerous organizations and persons that Oswald was deliberately assigned (DRE, ALPHA 66, David Atlee Philipps, George de Mohrenschildt, David Ferrie, Clay Shaw and a long line of eerie and shady connections), Talbot laces through post-assassination gimmicks and machinations that Dulles used to cover his tracks, including the invention of the notorious Warren Commission—the power–grasps of the CIA and personnel, and the continuance of the assault on the minds and also control of Americans and citizens of the world.
“…within America’s deep state: Kennedy was a national security threat. For the good of the country, he must be removed…Dulles…to make something of this enormity (actually) happen,” Talbot explains. “He had already assembled a killing machine to operate overseas. Now he proposed to bring it home to Dallas…(all the) establishment colleague (s) had to do was to look the other way—as they did when Dulles took executive action…” (p. 560)
LEAVING A DEADLY LEGACY
Challenging, and even infiltrating, several congressional investigations into the quizzical aspects of the Kennedy murders of bothJohnandRobertKennedy (and surviving the increasing column of critical and questioning journalism), Dulles had to become inventively ingenious to see that his Fourth Nazi Reich would continue in the bloody brigade that he had instituted.
Advancement of the Military-Industrial-Complex
“(1968) Dulles… (Kept) a close watch on Jim Garrison’s investigation…Ray Rocca…CIA mole Gordon Novel. The Old Man’s social event of the fall season was the Washington Fete’ in honor Reinhard Gehlen, the West German spy Chief (that) Dulles had resurrected from the poison ashes of the Third Reich…September 12, Gehlen’s U.S. sponsors threw a luncheon for him, and that night there was a dinner for Hitler’s old spy chief at the Maryland home of Heinz Herc___Gehlen’s former staff officer on the eastern front, who had become West Germany’s top intelligence liaison in Washington.”
Talbot remonstrates that the Fourth Reich continued past Dulles’s death through the continuance of the National Security State. He lists Richard Helms, James Angleton, Donald Rumsfeld, the Bushes, Dick Cheney, and others who worshiped an “Atheniandemocracybesiegedfrom withinbytheforcesofoligarchyandtyranny.”
The reader will enjoy (or be shocked) reading the little-known foibles, idiosyncrasies and many undiscovered facts that they had not been aware of earlier in the lives of our intelligence Power-Players.
George P. Hanson portrayed the paranormal, Psi, parapsychology, ghosts, UFOs, and all the monsters that seem to be associated with this arena in complicated detail in The Trickster and the Paranormal. Hansen, formerly employed in parapsychology laboratories for eight years, three at the Rhine Research Center in Durham, North Carolina, discovered the Shadow Reality of what appears to be behind these global specters. He believed there are variousstages we must go through to discover their origin:
“This recombination of elements is a quality also found in altered (i.e., destructed) states of consciousness,” said Hanson. “Odd assortments of items appear in dreams and in productions of visionary artists. This is perhaps the essence of creativity – producing new patterns, new ways of seeing the world.”
Prevalent themes ran through all cultures as shared beliefs, archetypes, and characteristics. Hanson called these repetitive, and often contradictory, characteristics and identities of “the trickster” as scornful. “…tricksters typically engage in deceit…tricksters often disrupt things. They don’t fit in well with the established order. They violate taboos, sometimes so severely that they are forced to live apart from others…deception, disruption, reduced sexual inhibitions, and magical Psi, supernatural practices.”
SERIES OF PRACTICES
The concept of the trickster ran as a gamut of lore and beliefs: Hermes of the Greeks, Loki of the Norse, Eshu-Elegba of Africa, Mercurius, and a whole pantheon of gods, goddesses, shamans, and legends. It included mysticism, magic, UFOs, conjurors, and a host of “unbounded phenomena,” as spoken by Hanson, which further included Big Foot sightings, cattle mutilations, UFO flaps, Men in Black, phantom helicopters, and even stranger characters.
The Trickster Can and Likes to be Seen Often in the Disguise of a Clown
“Unbounded phenomena are messy; gathering reliable information is difficult, and trickster manifestations are acute,” said Hanson. “These factors conspire to discourage scientific investigation, despite the intriguing response.”
“Another drawback to studying such phenomena is that they intrude into the personal lives of investigators. The full impact of this perhaps cannot be appreciated unless one has had direct experience.”
THE TRICKSTER FIGURE
Hanson saw the conflicts of belief that lead to the manifestations of the ‘trickster’ in the structure of the paranormal-related organizations such as the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal (CSICOP). Hanson described CSICOP ingredients:
“It is structural rather than anti-structural; it values hierarchy over communities; it desires stability rather than liminality,” said Hanson. “Nevertheless, because it directly confronts the paranormal, it cannot escape a certain influence from it, and as I will show, the trickster manifests with both the supernatural and its opponents.”
Hanson said that such CSICOP-type debunking was a component of the trickster conflict. The supernatural was rich in all cultures. Slogans such as “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” will not effectively eliminate the supernatural. Hanson said that it was from such a rich soil of the ‘‘energetic, unconscious, archetypal process” that utilized “taboos” which gave birth to the “trickster.” Many other organizations shared and bonded with these same characteristics: clear anti-structural Psi, disorder and deception.
Hanson examined the antics of one Richard C. Doty of the U.S Air Force office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). Hanson studied Doty’s “long and convoluted” association with William L. Moore, MJ-12 papers, Paul Bonnewitz, Linda Howe, and UFO cases such as the Roswell, New Mexico 1947 crashed UFO, the Simone Mendez October, 1981 Top Secret messages, and other stories that portrayed the trickster’s sardonic games.
“Doty really couldn’t have been overlooked,” said Hanson, “after all, Linda Howe had published accounts that raised serious questions, not just about the Air Force, but particularly the AFOSI…and Vallee too raised questions about AFOSI.”
Cecil B. Scott Jones had “multitudinous connections” to “unbounded” phenomena. Jones had exceptionally connected associations in government circles. He also had intimate contacts to New Age, Psi, and UFO topics. He served as president of the American Society for Psychical Research (ASPR).
“Jones was not a marginal individual,” said Hanson. “He had access to the highest levels in government. He associated with some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world. In fact, some of them financed his activities (1992).”
Hanson went on and tied a long trail of personalities: Bruce Maccabee, John Alexander, Karl Plock, Ed Dames, James Oberg, and several others. All were contributors to the fray.
“Most people think that UFOs, remote viewing, and cattle mutilations are entirely separate domains,” said Hanson, “and when these marginal topics are blended, establishment academics and journalists are repulsed. But the mixture is an ideal exemplar for his book. It displays boundary blurring, marginality, and deception, which are trickster characteristics.”
(Current and present-day “players” would have included controversial personalities such as David Icke, Alex Jones, and Edward Snowden: the list would seem endless as the spirit of such phenomena would be continuous. The troupes are far beyond Hanson’s or my directories.)
(The Alex Jones Show was a nationally syndicated news/talk show based out of Austin, TX. The show was syndicated by the Genesis Communication Network on over 60 AM and FM radio stations across the United States, and had gained a large internet based audience. Jones’ mission was to re-ignite the spirit of 1776 and stand as an example of the fact that one man can build a vocal media platform without the aid of big corporate news networks that only serve to compromise and dilute the core message of freedom and liberty.)
(In 1999, Mr. Icke came out with his most famous book, The Biggest Secret. This book established the central tenet of Mr. Icke’s philosophy: that the world is run by a race of reptilian aliens that can change their shape and appear to be human, and that the world’s political, economic and social systems are a colossal conspiracy by these evil aliens to enslave mankind. Over his various series of books and lectures, Mr. Icke has expounded on this theory, weaving a complicated science-fiction history of the world wherein these aliens have been breeding humans since ancient times.)
(Edward Snowden was the man responsible for leaking information about secret government cellphone surveillance. He was a 29-year-old former CIA employee and NSA contractor. He was thought to be one of the most significant intelligence leaks in American history.)
PART OF THE PHENOMENA
Hanson denoted hoaxing as part of the deceptive fabric. He talked about the UFO phenomena as more than “nuts and bolts” aircraft and “flesh and blood” humanoid occupants.
The Conquest of the Joker
“UFO phenomena are fundamentally liminal, interstitial, betwixt and between, and anti-structural. UFOs inhabit the realm between heaven and earth (a binary opposition),” said Hanson, “much like spirits and angels, and they share common properties with them. In this domain we also find the blurring of imagination and reality, another binary opposition.” The field is both a goldmine and a cesspool, according to Hanson, but all outlined the “field’s complexity.”
THE LINDA NAPOLITANO/ CORTILE HOAX
High-profiled witnesses allegedly observed the purported UFO abduction of Linda Napolitano (Cortile) on November 30, 1989. The case was a complicated abduction story of Napolitano from her apartment in lower Manhattan. Under Secretary General Javier Perez de Cuellar, along with two hired bodyguards, was an alleged witness. Another witness, by the pseudonym Janet Kimball, claimed to have witnessed the abduction. The principal UFO investigator was UFO researcher Budd Hopkins, who administered hypnosis.
Linda Cortile said to be Levitated and Abduction into UFO Over Manhattan
Hanson and other investigators became suspicious of the tale because of the many inconsistencies. Hopkins’s methods, said Hanson, were suspected as inappropriate. Speaking of the suspected hoax, Hanson said:
“The Napolitano case was not a technically difficult or expensive operation, nor would it have required a lot of time or coordination.”
Perez de Cuellar denied knowing Napolitano. Janet Kimball refused to cooperate. Hanson detected a strong “will to believe” among the people involved. (pp. 258-259) “…in many minds,” said Hanson, “the distinction between the hoaxers and the hoaxed is blurred, this being a subtle effect of the trickster.”
The trickster, as Hanson had detailed, existed in an exotic world of ritual clowns, the collapse of cultures, magic tricks, scattered and incoherent happenings. “This is indeed how the trickster appears in our current rationalistic paradigms,” said Hanson.
Movie Depiction of the Joker-Trickster-Clown
The remainder of Hanson’s book was a maze of organizations, scientific findings, personalities, and tales that exemplified the complex “world of the trickster”: topics were explored such as totem-ism, quantum physics, paranoia, binaryoppositions, and rationalization.
Not since the work of psychoanalyst C.G Jung and his book, Flying Saucers: A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Skies, had a professional researcher tried to form a meaningfully broad and worldwide view of bizarre, synchronistic and mystic events. Hanson’s book was one of several increasing attempts over the years.
C.G. JUNG’S VISIONS
Carl Jung was mainly known for his theories on the nature of the “unconsciousmind.” However, he did have an interest in the paranormal. Jung also applied his analytical talents in his book Flying Saucers: A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Skies (Harcourt Publishers, 1959). Jung applied his skills in studying the UFO phenomenon. Rather than assuming that the modern prevalence of UFO sightings are due to extraterrestrial craft, Jung reserved judgment on their origin and connected UFOs with archetypal imagery, concluding that they have become a “livingmyth.” Jung said this myth was possibly underlined by global tensions:
“In the threatening situation of the world today, when people are beginning to see that everything is at stake, the projection-creating fantasy soars beyond the realm of earthly organizations and powers into the heavens, into interstellar space, where the rulers of human fate, the gods, once had their abode in the planets….Under these circumstances it would not be at all surprising if those sections of the community who ask themselves nothing were visited by`visions,’ by a widespread myth seriously believed in by some and rejected as absurd by others.”
Jung felt that if the extraterrestrial origin of the phenomena should be confirmed, that our science and technology would be deposited to the scrap heap. He said it would be a catastrophe similar to the Pax Britannica in primitive countries. He also said, “If we wish to avoid such a catastrophe, the authorities in possession of important information should not hesitate to enlighten the public as soon and as completely as possible and should, above all, stop these ridiculous antics of mysteries and vague allusions.”
Gary Lachman in his recent book, Jung the Mystic: The Esoteric Dimensions of Carl Jung’s Lifeand Teachings (Tarcher/Penguin, June 2010) said that Jung argued that UFOs were mandalas from outer space. Jung had come upon the image of the mandala, the Sanskrit ‘magic circle,’ as a symbol of psychic wholeness, and he suggested that ‘flying saucers’ were mass archetypal projections, formed by the psychic tension produced by the Cold War that was heating up.
Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, Ph.D. is an eminent scholar on the subject of C. G. Jung’s RedBook, and Hoeller said that Jungian psychology began with what Dr. Heoller called a “psycho cosmology” that emerged directly from Jung’s work as an artist, visionary, philosopher and prophet. Dr. Hoeller defined Jung as a prophet who told the truth of the Gods – that multi–dimensional transcendentpower that animated our spiritual lives. (T.E Pelton: Mythology, MysticismandMagic: “C.G. Jung, the Artist, Mystic and Prophet,” May 1, 2011.)
Robert Michael Place likewise said in Synchronicity & Magic (2000: this article first appeared in Llewellyn’s Magical Almanac) that magic was synonymous with what Jung called “synchronicity.” Carl Jung, himself, had stated as much. In his introduction to the Wilhelm/Baynes edition of the IChing, Jung said that when we successfully consulted this Chinese oracle (which we may consider an act of magic) we are experiencing the principle, which he termed “synchronicity.”
Synchronicity, explained Place, was defined by Jung as a meaningful coincidence of an external event with a psychic event, such as a dream, fantasy, or thought. These events coincided in time in a way that gave them meaning for the observer. They seemed like communications between a divine force and us, and they confirmed that there is a connection or interaction between our psyche and physical reality.
Steve Erdmann had sometimes referred to the unexplained mechanism in the trickster’s performance as ‘the X factor.’ He tried to point to that undefined equation in these happenings.
The ‘X Factor’ and the Trickster
Jerome Clark summarized in Unexplained: Strange sightings, Incredible Occurrences, andPuzzling Physical Phenomena (Visible Ink Press, 3rd edition.): “…we may well ask ourselves ‘are anomalous experiences significant, or are they just some form of absurd, empty display?’ I don’t know. Neither do you. Maybe one day we’ll find out…the three hardest words for a human being to utter are ‘I don’t know.’ We demand an accounting for every claim or experience, and when no accounting is available, someone will invent one for us.”
Editor/Researcher Jim W. Mosley (left) with Radio Announcer John Nebel
“So – what is a Trickster?” asked James Mosley in the September 20, 2012 issue of Saucer Smear: “To say there is no easy answer is an understatement…Our own definition of a trickster might be: ‘Someone or something that disrupts the normal order of things, deliberate or otherwise’…we know of instances where everything in a séance is either hoaxed or is explainable nonsense, until something absolutely real and unexplained actually happens. That is the trickster sticking his – its – nose into the séance!” Moseley points to Christopher O’Brien’s Stalking the Trickster: Shape shifters, Skin walkers, Dark Adepts, and 2012 as a source of information (Adventures Unlimited Press, 2009).
“The trickster has innumerable internal contradictions, and those are what have made him so different for scholars,” Hanson concluded. “He seems irrational, and he is. The usual scientific concepts are inadequate to fully explain him. He has many meanings and cannot be reduced to a single interpretation. He also resists being placed in any single category.”
Many questionsremained, what if the world of mysticism – and UFOs – shared a strong physical reality along with an etherealside, or, physical realities that shared a strong mysticalside? There were adjoining questions: what if those “realities” had several different sources; and what if they had coexisted for ages?
“…what I am positing is that we co-create with Gaia Consciousness, cryptids, aliens, UFO’s, crop circles, electromagnetic anomalies, telepathic abilities (Gaia Consciousness as a carrier frequency), astral apparitions and on into telekinetic events,” said Erik Stitt (April 14, 2010). “Why? Because the Earth and the Human Species are trying to communicate with one another in the form of Psychoterrestrial Phenomena! This is language. This is speaking. This is communication! It may even be Universal.”
Ann Druffel has been dynamic in investigating UFOs since 1957 when she joined the National Investigations Committee on Unidentified Flying Objects. The genial author of Tujunga CanyonContacts (co-authored by D. Scott Rogo) and How To Defend Yourself Against Alien Abduction is a serious individual. She has earned a good reputation and everyone respects her opinions, even when she stentorianly states:
“The entities who pose as ‘extraterrestrials’ are not what they say they are. Rather, they are apparently unwholesome entities who have deceived and interacted with humans since the dawn of history. Be they mythic, ‘real,’ ‘spiritual,’ inter-dimensional or from a ‘hidden world’ which somehow exists in or alongside our own earth plane, I cannot say, since proof still eludes us. I do know for certain, however, that interfering, shape shifting, ‘otherworldly’ entities have been described by every major culture (and many smaller cultures) on the face of the earth down through the millennia, and that these older cultures developed means to fend them off or, at the very least, recognize them for what they were.”
“The same secret societies and old European bloodline families are in control of the world today,” said The Secret History of America: The Greatest Conspiracy on Earth. “To better understand what they do, we need to look at their philosophies and ideas. One motto of theirs is ‘Ordo ab Chao’ or ‘order out of chaos.’ First, they create ‘chaos,’ and then they propose the solution, ‘order,’ secretly behind the scenes to control a given situation.”
“Much will be made over the recently released ‘Joker’ movie, and a thousand and one interpretations will dispense about the Internet as to the motive and meaning. It would be much easier to just apply any semblance and motives to ‘ourselves’ and something psychologists are calling ‘masking’ in which humans hide their inner ID Monster behind a veil of ‘do-goodish’ actions and deceptive righteousness, not only brought out by Arthur Fleck but also the humans in the movie as a ‘mob.’ it is, once again, humans daring to ‘unmask’ their real selves and tired of disguising their evil acts and phony intentions”…Steve Erdmann, October, 2019.
Peter Levenda’s rather in-depth and scholarly work delved into the origins of Nazism which began far earlier than Hitler’s January 30, 1933 ascendancy. Its origins wrest back to an early form of mysticism and perverted paganism; the Thule Society and German-Enoden, Theosophical, runic and magical concepts. Hitlerwas a“tool,” a “creature” of the occultists. In the autumn of 1915, Hitler wrote a poem praising Wotan, the Teutonic Father God, and speaks of runic letters, magic spells, formulas, and esoteric paganism.
(Unholy Alliance, Peter Levenda. The Continuum International Publishing Group, Inc. 15 East 26th Street, New York. N.Y 10010, 2003, 423 pages, $16.95.)
Hitler’s ascent was built on the belief that Germany’s failure in World War I was because of Capitalism, Communism, Freemasons and International Jewry. “If Hitler were in power, his listeners believed, he would throw out all these undesirable elements – by force of arms, if necessary – and the country would be right again.”
THE THULE SOCIETY
Hitler’s rise to power aligned with numerous occult beliefs and practices ranging from Rudolf Hess, Karl Haushofer and others promoting an universal Teutonic Lebensraum to additional occult influences of magician Aleister Crowley (in April, 1904, Crowley alleged contact with a spirit called Ainaz); The Golden Dawn; The Edelweiss Society; The Ordo Templi Orientis; German occult and sex-magic lodges; the Thule Society; Baron Rudolf von Sebottendorff.
Adolf Hitler Practicing His Speech-making
“Although the Thule Gesellschaft had died a slow death,” said Levenda, “Sebottendorff was back to revive it.”
The Germans were finally able to supposedly locate what had destroyed their country, said Lavenda, brought them into war, made them lose the war: a cabal of Jews and Freemasons bent on world domination.
The Worship of the Nazi Reich
“Democracy. Freemasonry. Judaism. Secret Societies,” said Lavenda, “the Nazis were bent on removing all trace of any philosophical opposition to their cause, for they knew the power of ideas and – the quotation of Chairman Mao notwithstanding – it was far stronger than the power of a gun.”
WEWELSBURG CASTLE AND UFO
Heinrich Himmler took control of the SS (Schutzstaffel, Guard Detachment) and created the medieval castle Wewelsburg, ChapteroftheOrder, built around the notion of King Arthur and the Round Table: the Inner Circle of Twelve Gruppenfuhrers who communicated with dead Teutons and other spiritual rituals (compare this to modern legends of the secreted Skull and Bones Society in America).
(The Wewelsburg Castle was alleged to be the site of a reversed-engineered crashed alien disc with occupants. The object appeared to be a multicolored ball or globe-shaped object which fell near a field near Czernich, Germany in the summer of 1936. The UFO was quickly cordoned off by SS troops from the Hirschberg SS Base, and the domed spacecraft was initially taken to a Base 211. It was also said that the disc was taken to the Wewelsburg Castle and examined by the Reich’s Study Group who applied Vril Technology to a new form of propulsion. It became known as the Tachyonator 7. Said Rob Arndt: “(It was) the first human product of reverse-engineering of non-terrestrial technology.”)
Freiburg UFO Crash in the Black Forest in 1936.
Was Origination of the Nazi Tachyonator 7 Drive.
“These ceremonies were replete with sacred fires, torch-lit processions and invocation’s of Teutonic deities, all performed by files of young-blond-haired, blue-eyed Aryan Supermen,” said Lavenda. “Ceremonies that, according to my informants, had been revived in the Andean Mountains…at Colonia Dignidad in the 1960s and which were still being performed there was late as my trip in 1979.”
Nazi occult practices encompassed a long range of esoteric beliefs: The Nordic World-Tree, Yggdrasil, Holy Stones, The Serpent Nidhoggur, The Ahnenerbe, The World Ice Theory Division, the Thousand Year Reich, Thor, Nordic Mother-Soul, and The Holy Grail.
Through the efforts of Karl Maria Wiligut, Otto Rahn, and Heinrich Himmler, an Aryan Cult was created as a proto-Christian society over all Europe and Asia.
“To Hitler and his followers, capitalism was immoral and they equated it with the excesses of the Jewish financiers,” said Lavenda, “that, they said, had brought the nation to ruin during the First World War and depression that followed.”
Stripped of Jewish content, Nazi revisionists of Biblical Scriptures by German academics, people became receptive of Wiligut’s ideas; the SS belief that Christ was Baldor, and a Teutonic Sun God. The SS became knights of a New Order.
“By claiming the Grail as their own the Nazis rob Christianity of a huge chunk of its popular mythology…as it is, history records no such discovery of the Grail by the Nazis or by anyone else.”
Documents revealed that “mind control” experiments of the Ahnenerbe at Dachau concentration camp consisted of mescaline, cannabinol, marijuana, and hypnotism. Dr. Franz Alfred Six. Ideological Research continued to work for “special forces” through his association with the Gehlen Organization – the spy cabal of ex-Nazis used by the American CIA. Six had been selected to work on “the Jewish problem.”
Nazi Mind Control Experts
Catholic Bishop Alois Hudal sympathized with Nazi propaganda, admired the Nazi teachings of Von Liebenfels, and became Procurator of the Oder of German Knights. He aligned himself with a “neo-pagan, pan-German, volkisch movement.” Hudal worked with the underground network and established Nazi escape routes.
NAZI ESCAPE ROUTES
Many of Heinrich Himmler’s Black Order “managed to escape and set up shop in South America.”
“Hundreds of files newly released by the Argentine government of President Menem,” said Levenda, “show that many more Nazis managed to flee to South America than had been previously imagined”; true believers of the cult of the Black Order.
The Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) and the Outer Head of the Order (OHO) continued in Europe and Switzerland. Elements were found in the Process Church of the Final Judgment, and Scientology.
(In addition to Lavenda’s comments, a 600-page report was discovered, which the Justice Department has tried to keep secret for four years, which provided new evidence about more than two dozen of the most notorious Nazi cases of the last three decades.
The report told of the government’s pursuit of Dr. Josef Mengele, the so-called Angel of Death at Auschwitz [part of whose scalp was kept in a Justice Department official’s drawer]. It also detailed the vigilante killing of a former Waffen SS soldier in New Jersey. It documented the government’s mistaken identification of the Treblinka concentration camp guard known as Ivan the Terrible.
The Justice Department report described what it calls “the government’s collaboration with persecutors.” O.S.I investigators learned that some of the Nazis “were indeed knowingly granted entry” to the United States, despite government officials being aware of their pasts. “America, which prided itself on being a safe haven for the persecuted, became — in some small measure — a safe haven for persecutors as well,” it said.)
The creator of Hitler’s elite commando force, Otto Skorzeny, aided the escape of Nazi art treasures and fellow German colleagues. He made himself useful to American intelligence and West German industrials and reconstituted Nazi protection of the Organization of Former SS Officers (ODESSA) in the pipeline of Argentina, Egypt, England, Chile and various hideaways for an estimated 70,000 former SS officers; one of the most notable was the heavily armed estate of Colonia Dignidad. Fugitives such as Martin Bormann and Josef Mengele resided in the Dignidad village, as well as Nazi Baron Friedrich August Von Der Heydt.
Bolivia had a Nazi party called The Organization National Socialist Americans (ONSA); Chile had three Nazi parties. Argentina’s Juan Peron was blatantly pro-Nazi and pro-fascist. Most Nazi parties in South America were direct divisions of the greater Nazi party in Germany. Carlos Lehder, neo-Nazi, formed the Movement for Civil Latin National (MCLN) in 1983, and he extolled Hitler “as the greatest warrior in history” (p. 302).

This was Bogota, Colombia, but Gestapo Chief Klaus Barbie reached into Bolivia in 1951.
“There was nothing ‘neo’ about Klaus Barbie,” said Lavenda, “he was the genuine article. And there was nothing ‘neo’ about Colonia Dignidad, the latest in a long line of concentration camps and cult centers courtesy of the Third Reich.”
Colonia Dignidad was “a state-of-the-black-art-detention center.” In 1986, underground rooms where prisoners had been held and tortured were discovered and identified (p. 320). A United Nations report of 1976 spoke of electronic equipment where detainees were tied naked to metal frames to receive electric shocks.
“The colony has since changed its name from Colonia Dignidad to Villa Baviera (Bavarian Village), an innocuous-sounding title,” said Lavenda, “that never the less emphasizes its sinister heritage…”

Nazi occultism ranged at present from The Church of Satan, The Process Church of the Final Judgment, The Natural Renaissance Party, The Temple of Set, and others, such as the Universal Order. In Africa, it was the Afrikaner Resistance Movement. There was the Polish town of Nowa Ruba (Ruda) in the foothills of Fowl Mountains as a one-time Nazi stronghold. (More currently, members of the far-right group 1389 packed brochures on Kosovo and posters titled “Kosovo is Serbia” for their Warsaw trip on November 11 and 12, 2007: the group of 10 joined extreme right-wing organizations from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary at the far-right conference. The extremists organized a march in the streets of Warsaw carrying such slogans as “All of Poland will be white” or “Enough of Jewish occupation.”)
Throughout the United States, there were many off-shoot clans: the Silent Brotherhood, the AryanBrotherhood, The Order, and others.
OTHER SITES AND UFO CONNECTIONS
But Nazi connections extended beyond Lavenda commentary: they extended to the topic of UFO reality.
South America is related to several Nazi syndromes: Nazism was spread throughout the country; Tercera Fuerza Nacional Socialism in Bogota, Columbia. The San Carlos de Bariloche Residencia Inalco mansion in Argentina was said to have been a hideaway for Hitler. Brazil was also a good place to hide for the Nazis because the Mato Grosso jungle was a perfect place to disappear for Nazi fugitives who were hunted. There was also Tierra de Fuego in Argentina: It is suspected that U-boats U-530 and U-977 – along with 54 other German U-boats – “disappeared” after the war. Some allegedly relocated to the South Polar area. Hans-Ulrich Rudel of the German Luftwaffe was being groomed by Hitler to be his successor. “It is known that Rudel made frequent trips to Tierra del Fuego…one of Martin Bormann’s last messages from the bunker in Berlin to Donitz also mentioned Tierra del Fuego.”
Hitler and His Reich had Hideouts in South America – This One at Nahuel Huapi Lake in Patagonia
A further Nazi hideout was said to have been the mystery villa Gustav Winter, a Nazi safe house in the Canary Islands, according to author Ernst Zundel.
Ernst Zundel recounted that a Japanese naval attaché told him in late 1943 that a German submarine was using an uninhabited island in the Falklands, and a mine barrier was placed in the lagoon entrance. It was suspected by the Japanese that submarine travels were made to the South Atlantic region and the Antarctic.
Suspected Nazi hide-a-ways range expansively throughout the world and even involve a fortress, Base 211, New Swabia, Neuschwabenland in Antarctica, a secret project by the German Special Bureau 13 connected with the “Third Reich Operation UFO.”
The Nazi Bell Craft
“It is that thought, which reportedly drew Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party in search of the opening to Hollow Earth,” said writer/researcher Mark A. Mihalko, “an idea that may be surprising to some people. However, it is also easily believable when looking at the different locations, Antarctica and Brazil, are rumored to contain entrance ways into this realm. In fact, like Mount Shasta, the Brazilian mountains are known for UFO and strange sightings.”
A HISTORY OF DRAMATIC UFOs
South America has been replete with UFO sightings and photos (i.e, Recife, Brazil, September, 1987, photo of domed disc with cupola) for many years, extent of the continent, from Monte Grande, Argentina to El Chocca in the Province of Corrientes, to the San Clemente, Chile “UFO Trail.”
“If it’s drama you’re looking for then the continent of South America seems to be the place to look,” said Paranormal-haze.com, “the Latin American experience of UFOs is somewhat different to that of the rest of the world in that sightings here can take a very serious turn, often resulting in serious injuries or even death.”
In August 1970, Almiro Martins de Freitas, a security guard for Funil Dam in Itatiaia, Brazil, fired at a lighted hump-shaped object which blinded the guard with a bright red flash. He was briefly hospitalized.
In 1977 the Brazilian island of Colares was under attack by UFOs which fired what appeared to be laser beams. Over 80 people reported being attacked, 35 with symptoms of radiation sickness and burns with puncture wounds and hair loss. Two residents were thought to have died.
Recently, on April 14, 2013, Raymond Pool and Igor Geovani sighted and photographed a strange car-size aircraft in the Serra do Gado Bravo of the mountains of Senhor Do Bonfim, Brazil – the Chapada Diamantina Mountain Range north of Bahia. A similar craft was sighted on the 19th by Isaiah Domingos Cavalcanti near Caatingvinha.
TIERRA DE FUEGO
On October 17, 2012, photographer Oscar Heredia spotted and photographed a greenish UFO between Mountain Cerro Michi and the Fangnano/Cami Lake in the Tierra del Fuego area. Residents of Tohuin said the object has been traversing the area for decades and always returned to the Mountain.
Said RealUFOs.net: “….the region of Tierra de Fuego looks like a major UFO hotspot with a ‘UFO Base’….the UFO base is believed to exist beneath an icy plateau that lays between some of the island’s many peaks.” Government scientists have monitored and recorded large luminous objects entering and exiting the plateau. A reported UFO appeared to crash in Tierra del Fuego on September 14, 2004.
“Hacienda Dignidad is a mysterious place, deep in the Chilean Mountains,” said journalist and researcher Ingrid Rimland. “Allegedly, it is a trading post for Nazi UFOs.” Ernst Zundel said: “…The Hacienda Dignidad myth is only a small piece of a puzzle that is much larger, much more mysterious, encompassing people all over the globe for at least 60, maybe even 70 or 75 years.”
Ernst Zundel, a flagrantly avid Nazi and publisher of Nazi-sympathetic literature, and also an ardent observer, relayed interesting tales of Colonia Dignidad. He related a story about visitors to the “fabled (Nazi) Shangri-La” in 1978 and 1979. The trip is described through the eyes of Willibald Mattern, associate and co-author, and Zundel’s German attaché Sepp.
SOJOURN TO DIGNIDAD/ VILLA BAVIERA
Details given by Willibald Mattern and attaché Sepp described Hacienda Dignidad as home to Mercedes Benz vehicles, very modern tools and machines, state of the art hospital, dairy farm, German type buildings, Alpine-style architecture, European-type buildings, asphalt roads, and a “colony totally self-sufficient in everything; technologically equipped with their very latest amenities.” Meisterbetrieb.
Mattern said he saw strange aerial activity going on by very strange aircraft. He was later discouraged from investigating the ‘whine’ of what seemed to be “jet engines.” When the convoy arrived at the Hacienda, they were confronted by Aryan blonde men in trench coats and their Mercedes Benz. They were taken into custody, investigated for several days, and then released with the admonition that they were in a restricted area and not wanted. Their interrogators were clearly German. One man wore a forage cap used by Germanmountaintroops in World War II.
According to Zundel, a reporter for the El Mercurio newspaper reported in the 40s and 50s that he did penetrate the Hacienda terrain via back roads through the mountains using pack horses “and that he did observe strange flying craft taking off and landing in some remote area of a valley away from the actual community.”
“Mattern was of the view that this place was a supply base for fresh fruit and vegetable picked up by ‘flying saucer,’” said Ernst Zundel. “He also felt that the colony served as a rest/recuperation and medical facility for German-staffed UFO bases further to the south, like Tierra de Fuego and even Antarctica proper.”
Founder of the village, Paul Schafer, Nazi, was arrested and sentenced for multiple crimes. He died in a prison hospital on April 24, 2010. The decline of the village is murky. About 280 members, aged German expatriates, are isolated in the village presently. The Colonia now operates a German restaurant nearby.
Visiting the village one gets an uneasy feeling of crossing into some sort of Twilight Zone, said tourist and journalist Bruce Falconer, the way the villagers dressed, their haircuts: It’s like going back to Germany in the 1940s.
Zundel, sometimes accused of alleged fabrication about UFOs, made substantive comments on his beliefs as late as 2002.
UFO Sighted on August 10, 2012, over the Antarctica Neumayer Station
Explained historian Lawrence C. Wangler: “In March 1945, just before the end of the war, two German U-boats left a port on the Baltic Sea — reportedly taking with them top SS officers and key members of the flying saucer research team, plus saucer designs and plans for a gigantic underground complex. It’s widely believed that the submarines were bound for Antarctica.”
The task force was scheduled for a six month period for scientific exploration; it was officially called “The United States Navy Antarctic Development Program.” Its operational name was HighJump, and the naval component was known as Task Force 68. It was composed of 4700 militarypersonnel andoneaircraftcarrier, the USS Philippine Sea—-one of the largest carriers of the time. Operation High Jump was to establish the Antarctic research base Little America IV.
The Naval expedition was headed by famed polar explorer Admiral Richard Byrd. Byrd’s expedition ended after only 8 weeks. According to the press, crew members going through Chilean ports described “many fatalities”; Task Force 68 had encountered “a new enemy that could fly from pole to pole at fantastic speeds.”

The intelligence report, gathered from Soviet spies embedded in the US, revealed that the US Navy had sent the military expedition to find and destroy a hidden Nazi base. Instead, the task force encountered a mysterious “UFO force” that attacked the military expedition destroying several ships and a significant number of planes.
Lieutenant John Sayerson, a flying boat pilot, said a strange aircraft attacked his ship: “The thing shot vertically out of the water at tremendous velocity, as though pursued by the devil.” The craft flew through the masts of the ship causing radio antenna to oscillate back and forth in its turbulence. A Martin Flying Boat from the USS Currituck was struck with an unknown type of ray from the object. Ten miles away, the torpedo-boat USS Maddox burst into flame and began to sink. John P. Szewach, radioman on the USS Brownson, likewise observed on January 17, 1947, the mayhem and destruction wrought by the attack. Researchers surmised that the purpose of the attack was to deter the task force and force it to leave but not to destroy the armada.

Admiral Byrd admonished cryptically that this was a “new enemy that could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds.” Byrd was quoted on March 5, 1947, Chilean El Mercurio newspaper about an “invasion of the country by hostile planes flying over one or both poles.” Byrd said: “I have to warn my compatriots that the time has ended when we aren’t able to take refuge in our isolation and rely on the certainty that the distance, the oceans, and the poles were a guarantee of safety.”
In the October 1947 National Geography Magazine in an article entitled “Our Navy Explores Antarctica,” Byrd referred several times to Antarctica as “the mystery land beyond the pole.”
THE FOURTH REICH
Said author/investigator Jim Marrs in “Secret Societies that Threaten to Take over America: Riseof the 4th Reich”: “The Germans were defeated in World War II…but not the Nazis. They were simply forced to move. They scattered to the four corners of the world. Many of them came to the United States and penetrated what President Dwight D. Eisenhower termed ‘The Military-Industrial Complex’…they escaped with the loot of Europe as well as rocket science and even exotic technologies. Some of this technology was so advanced that it remains classified in the U.S government files even today…the very same self-styled globalists who created National Socialism in the first place. Their agenda matches that of the Old Bavarian Illuminati.”
This publishing is dedicated in part to the late Jim Marrs who passed away on August 2, 2017. Marrs was a heroic and extraordinary journalist who exposed many elitist conspiracies and the machinations of the occult secret societies. From Wikipedia:
