When I think of Nazi UFO encounters with Operation Highjump, I don’t imagine it as a Star Wars type of battle scenario using laser weapons on the frozen planet HOD, but more as a series very disruptive operations, which hamstrung the mission, killing confidence and eroding morale, using such tactics as making equipment fail using EMG forces, for example, to burn out electronics, disrupt communications, and make electro-magnetic instrumentation fail.
“Foo Fighters” caused static on radios and affected engine functions in bomber formations during WW2, so that kind of interference, not to mention the psychological impact of having Haunebu type UFO sightings and overflights of the fleet & ground forces, would certainly affect the minds and morale of the mission and create desire to abort any long term mission objectives.
We know that UFOs have caused electronic interference with car ignition, flight instruments and even sabotaged ICBM’s electronic circuitry in their silos at a distance (i.e., Malmstrom AFB in 1966).
[Note: I see Jim Penniston’s name on this list, and I am sure that he would concur with me on this aspect of human/UFO contact, (like the Rendlesham Forest incident, 1980) i.e. in regard to the psychic & psychological effects of powerful magnetic fields and lights of unusual radiance upon the minds and the morale of mortal men during their encounters with UFOs]
Two such examples, for me, were the loss of the USN aerial reconnaissance aircraft that crashed into an Antarctic mountain, which I could ascribe to navigation instrument and/or altimeter instrument failure (reporting wrong altitude) cause by UFOs, as well, the sudden loss of an engine on Admiral Byrd’s flight to the South Pole. Imagine what the powerful EM field surrounding a Haunebu flying disk could do to a magnetic compass and other electronic devices used for ranging and bearing on aircraft, ships or ground vehicles.

The first case cited (in Korea 1952) occurred within 5 years time of Operation Highjump and I would consider it typical of military vs. UFO encounters of that epoch.
The “Tractor Beam” that was used by a UFO to raise Lt. Coyne’s Army National Guard helicopter 2,000 feet in altitude in just a few seconds time on October 18th, 1973, could explain certain mishaps like the loss of Admiral Byrd’s “Snow Crawler” during Operation Highjump.
The Soviet case of the “petrified soldiers,” which I learned of more than 2o years ago when I read the same CIA case file cited, is by far the most disturbing and harrowing of them all.

We have almost reached a full year since the spread of SARS-Cov2 was proclaimed a pandemic. If we are to believe the World Health Organization’s and individual governments’ official statistics, the number of confirmed cases is reaching 100 million with over 2 million deaths. Indeed, if these numbers can be relied upon, we can surely acknowledge there is a real pandemic. It would be common sense, therefore, to expect, in fact demand, international health agencies and governments to make every effort to identify the virus’ origin.
Suspicions that the virus, now responsible for the spectrum of medical symptoms known as Covid-19, may have been bioengineered and escaped from a maximum security BSL-4 Lab in Wuhan, China, were already voiced within a month after its identification was first reported.
Several highly respected medical experts, including Dr. David Relman at Stanford University, have suggested there is a strong likelihood that the virus escaped the Wuhan facility. To date, early queries about its origins remain unanswered and new questions are mounting.
Jamie Metzl, a W.H.O. advisor served under Joe Biden in the Senate
Recently, Jamie Metzl, a W.H.O. advisor who earlier served under Biden in the Senate and in Bill Clinton’s National Security Council and State Department, told the Toronto Sun that the hypothesis of the virus’ natural origin in a Wuhan wet market is “a lie.” It is no secret, Metzl noted, that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was heavily engaged in “gain of function” research to “amplify the virility of viruses.”
That there is very reasonable evidence that coronaviruses were being engineered in a laboratory goes back to 2003 and perhaps earlier. That year, many Russian medical scientists, including Moscow’s head epidemiologist Dr. Nikolai Filatov, shared their opinions that the first SARS outbreak originated from a bioweapons lab.
In January 2020, less than a month since the first reported case in Wuhan, Dr. Igor Nikulin, a former member of the United Nation’s Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons, stated in an interview that the US has been funding biolaboratories throughout the world, such as Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Taiwan, Philippines, etc, and “wherever there are these American biolaboratories, or near them, there are outbreaks of new diseases, often unknown.” This was also confirmed by the founding president of EcoHealth Alliance, Dr. Peter Daszak, a fundamental player in the saga of “gain of function” research on coronavirus and other viral pathogens. During an interview at a scientific conference in Singapore in early December 2019, Daszak, less than a month before the first Covid-19 case in Wuhan, stated,
“You can manipulate them in the lab pretty easily… Spike protein drives a lot of what happens with the coronavirus. Zoonotic risk. So you can get the sequence, you can build the protein — and we work with Ralph Baric at [the University of North Carolina] to do this — and insert the backbone of another virus and do some work in the lab.”
Baric, by the way, told New York Magazine:
“Can you rule out a laboratory escape? The answer in this case is probably not.”
Baric has first hand knowledge of this probability. In 2016, one of the researchers in his University of North Carolina biosafety Level 3 lab was bitten by a mouse infected with a bioengineered SARS coronavirus strain.
Worse, according to records obtained by ProPublica, the scientist was permitted to resume her life without quarantine. Baric’s lab also encountered other incidents that could have potentially released its engineered viruses upon the American public, however the university has refused to provide details. Back in 2015, Baric had warned that a bat virus could jump species and infect humans.
In a study published in October 2003 for the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Baric and his colleagues had “assembled a full-length cDNA of the SARS-CoV Urbani strain, and have rescued molecularly cloned SARS viruses (infectious clone SARS-CoV) that contained the expected marker mutations inserted into their component clones.”
This infectious coronavirus clone was subsequently patented but only after the CDC overruled the US Patent Office’s denial of issuance. That same year, Bill Gates appointed Anthony Fauci to serve on his foundation’s Global Grand Challenges Scientific Advisory Board. Shortly thereafter efforts commenced to develop a SARS-CoV vaccine, which included Moderna and Johnson and Johnson.
To date, Moderna has been granted over 130 Federal US patents to develop a vaccine against SARSCoV-2, including a military DARPA grant for mRNA vaccine technology in 2013.
EcoHealth Alliance, according to Alexis Baden-Mayer, lead attorney and director for the Organic Consumers Association, has conducted remarkable investigative research into the “gain of function” studies and the primary individuals behind the overseeing and funding this research. She has discovered that the majority of EcoHealth’s funding derives from the US Department of Defense, the National Institutes of Health and Anthony Fauci.
Baden-Mayer’s probing inquiries uncovered a cabal of controversial figures, including Daszak, Baric and his Chinese colleague Dr. Shi Zheng-li at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Bill Gate’s Foundation director, Scott Dowell, former Human and Health Services’ director, Dr. Robert Kadlec, and Anthony Fauci.
The Pandemic Industrial Complex Exposed
Together this group – a part of what journalist Brian Berletic has called “The Pandemic Industrial Complex” has been engaged in private contracts with military bioweapons projects and virus hunting in the wild for “gain of function” studies for a couple decades.
OnEcoHealth’s Criminal Bioweaponized Gain of Function Studies
Curiously, there is another character deeply connected with Daszak and the “gain of function” studies sponsored by EcoHealth: David R Franz.
David R. Franz serves as EcoHealth’s policy health advisor.
According to Baden-Mayer, who has investigated Franz’s history and background, he was formally a commander at Ft. Detrick’s bioweapons laboratory that was working on “gain of function” studies on pathogens for developing bioweapons. He was also involved in the anthrax investigations shortly after 911, and was a colleague of Dr. Bruce Ivin who was accused for the release of encapsulated anthrax aerosol mailed to Congressional legislators shortly after his mysterious death.

Recently, Dr. David Martin – founder of the company M-CAM and a fellow at the University of Virginia’s School of Business Management – released his dossier on Anthony Fauci summarizing over two decades of investigations into the very disturbing research and patents filed for “synthetically altering the Coronaviridae (the coronavirus family) for the express purpose of general research, pathogenic enhancement, detection, manipulation and potential therapeutic interventions.”
Before the first SARS outbreak in 2003, Baric filed a patent for producing “an infectious, replication defective, coronavirus.” In other words, the University the North Carolina, with federal grants, was amplifying a coronavirus to make it more infectious.
Despite the questionable nature of this patent’s and others’ filing status by the CDC, and because patent law forbids patenting any life form, the government and its laboratories sealed under contract, cornered the coronavirus market. In the event of a coronavirus outbreak, only those corporations or institutions that acquired licensure from the NIH would be permitted to work with these bioengineered viruses for developing therapeutic drugs and vaccines.
Controversy has arisen over the confusion about the actual number of Covid-19 deaths and whether or not many if not most deaths are due to other causes. Deaths in the presence of SARS2 are not the same as deaths due to the virus. We heard this narrative repeated before and stated directly by the CDC back in 2003. During the first SARS outbreak, the CDC in its Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report dated April 4, 2003 stated that “anyone showing signs of fever or respiratory symptoms who travelled in or near areas affected by the virus would be labeled a SARS patient despite many of these individuals being diagnosed with other respiratory illnesses.”
Dr.David Martin has released his “The Fauci/Covid-19 Dossier,” a 205 page document citing specific charges against the CDC, Dr. Anthony Fauci and his National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Disease, as well as, individuals engaged in coronavirus “gain of function” research for funding and allegedly conspiring to commit acts of terror, lying to Congress, conspiring to engage in criminal commercial activity, illegal clinical trials and market manipulation and allocation.
These are serious charges and the data Martin has collated is nearly conclusive and deeply disturbing. The Dossier has been filed with the US Attorney General, and is essential reading for everyone to understand the details about how the current pandemic may be an orchestrated strategy unraveling over the course of twenty years.
During a recent video appearance, Dr. Martin condensed the background of alleged corruption, illegal patents and preparatory planning for the pandemic long before the outbreak. Speaking at the February 2016 Forum on Medical and Public Health Preparedness for Catastrophic Events, Daszak stated,
“… until an infectious disease crisis is very real, present, and at an emergency threshold, it is often largely ignored. To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs [Medical Counter Measures] such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of process.”
It is important to observe how Daszak lays out a strategy for a coronavirus or influenza pandemic to be framed as a commercial opportunity for the benefit of corporations and their investors, and the role the media will play in maximizing such profit.
In retrospect, Daszak’s scenario has played out accurately according to plan. Worse, the pandemic is now being manipulated by the World Economic Forum, the IMF, Bill Gates and the transnational class of corporate and banking elites, as well as the Biden administration and the Chinese, British, Canadian and German governments, as an opportunity to completely restructure the global economy. This will necessitate a thorough overall of the entire economic system thereby strengthening the global institutionalization of commercial oversight that will eventually nullify the independence of the modern nation state.
Martin’s Dossier continues to outline a series of purportedly illegal actions to deal with the pandemic that Anthony Fauci has undertaken as head of NIAID (National Institute of Allergies & Infectious Diseases).

These illegal actions would include:
1) Acting against the American Medical Association’s April 2020 recommendation that “face masks should not be worn by healthy individuals from acquiring respiratory infections because there is no evidence to suggest that face masks worn by healthy individuals are effective in preventing people from becoming ill.”
2) Acting against existing published studies that show “to date, not a single study has confirmed that social distancing of any population prevented the transmission of, or the infection by SARS CoV-2.”
3) Acting in violation of FTC Act 15 U.S.C. 41, as no product or service can be advertised to “prevent, treat or cure human disease unless you possess competent and reliable evidence substantiating that the claims are true at the time they are made.”
This third point applies to NIAID’s promotion of face masks as well as Fauci’s aggressive push to make the drug, Remdesivir, in which Fauci is personally financially invested, as a first line for treatment.
If these charges of illegal activity against sound scientific evidence, are true, they warrant a thorough investigation in an international criminal court to determine their motivations.
The mishandling of the pandemic has caused enormous suffering and deaths for billions of people. Lives and livelihoods have been completely upended and our leaders are telling us things will never return to the old normal. In the meantime, the dominant forces of capitalism, aside from profiting over this catastrophe, are now framing the pandemic as an opportunity that will further reconfigure all of our social structures, including commerce, education, transportation and monitoring healthcare.
This global pandemic is a coup d’état against civilization’s collective psyche, intended to foment a regime change in human behavior that will eventually turn humanity into the slaves of technology as a means for social conditioning.
Our only weapon against the likes of Fauci, Gates, and the transnational class of elites is educating ourselves of the damning investigations being conducted by individuals such as Dr. David Martin, Alexis Baden-Mayer, Reiner Fuellmich, Robert Kennedy Jr and others who are making every effort to shed light on the darkness in Washington and governments around the world determined to launch a Brave New World.

There is a silent film from Germany, named Metropolis, in which a female robot is built to impersonate a woman named María (Mary).

INTRODUCTION
Now in society, we are living in a world of machines. We depend on machines for every field of our life. Everything around us is applications of artificial intelligence. Air conditioners, cameras, video games, medical equipment, were traffic lights, refrigerators, etc. work on “smart” technology. Artificial Intelligence is a branch of computer science that works on to create a computer system capable to react like a human being. That is to make machines capable of sensing the world around it, to understand conversations and to take decisions as a human would. Computers have more computational power than the human brain Now, computers are millions of times faster than they were fifty years ago. Human brains seem to be far “faster” than computers for a wide variety of tasks. Still, greater computational speed does make some so-called Artificial Intelligent systems seem smarter.
Artificial intelligence (AI) has a great role in the field of robotics. Artificial Intelligence in robotics covers topics like natural language processing, design, human factors, and computing theory. Natural language processing, a subfield of Artificial Intelligence,provides computers with the understanding they require to handle information being encoded by humans. Computer vision instructs computers on how to comprehend images and scenes. It has as some of its goals: image recognition, image tracking, and image mapping. This application is valued in the fields of medicine, security, surveillance, military operations, even movie-making. Since the beginnings of civilization man have had a fascination for a human-like creation that would assist him. Robotics and machines come to existence from this logic Artificial Intelligence to the Hollywood generation are mostly about androids, humanoids, and robots. It is about machines going out of control, replacing humanity and world domination. There is a chance of happening this situation in the future due to the influence of Artificial Intelligence.
WHAT IS AN INTELLIGENT MACHINE
When we say intelligent machine it does not mean that it is a machine which can solve any complex program that even humans get troubled. Calculators are not intelligent. Calculators give the right answers to challenging math problems, but everything they “know” is preprogrammed by people. They can never learn anything new. Calculators are able to solve problems entirely because people are already able to solve those same problems. We have generated many computing devices that can solve mathematical problems of enormous complexity, but those were not actually intelligent. They are pre-programmed to do exactly what we want them to do. They accept input and generate the correct output. They may do it at amazingly fast speeds, but their underlying mechanisms depend on humans having already worked out how to write the programs that control their behavior. An intelligent machine is a machine that does not have any pre-programmed data in it to solve a problem. We can also say that it is a machine which has an ability to think.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ROBOTICS

Robotics is the study and development of robots Applications of artificial intelligence with robotics have taken into account in many Hollywood films. In today’s world, those types of robots are still fictional. However even today we use robots in countless applications. The automation of many assembly lines now, we use robots. For example, many auto manufacturers now employ the use of robots in many jobs which require a large amount of strength. Robots have developed a lot by the last 50 years. Robots now can ‘see’, sense, move and manipulate, executing complex and precise tasks at very high speeds. They have come a long way from the manufacturing field. Robotics has made a lot of progress with the influence of artificial intelligence. Today’s AI machines can replicate some specific elements of intellectual ability. Now with the help of artificial intelligence robotics is trying to create machines that will have the ability to learn just about anything, the ability to reason, the ability to use language and the ability to formulate original ideas. Computers can already solve problems in limited realms. The basic idea of artificial intelligence problem solving is very simple, though its execution is complicated.
First, the robot or computer with artificial intelligence gathers facts about a situation through sensors or human input. The computer compares this information to stored data and decides what the information signifies. The computer runs through various possible actions and predicts which action will be most successful based on the collected information. But, the computer can only solve problems which it is programmed to solve. It will not have any generalized analytical ability. Chess computers are one example of this sort of machine. Some modern robots also have the ability to learn in a limited capacity. Learning robots recognize if a certain action (moving its legs in a certain way, for instance) achieved the desired result (navigating an obstacle). The robot stores this information and attempts thesuccessful action the next time it encounters the same situation.
Humanoid robots are one example of this application. Again, modern computers can only do this in very limited situations. They can’t absorb any sort of information like a human can. Some robots can learn by mimicking human actions. Some robots can interact socially. Kismet, a robot at M.I.T’s Artificial Intelligence Lab, recognizes human body language and voice inflection and responds appropriately. Kismet’s creators are interested in how humans and babies interact, based only on the tone of speech and visual cue. This low-level interaction could be the foundation of a human-like learning system. Kismet and other humanoid robots at the M.I.T. artificial intelligence Lab operate using an unconventional control structure. Instead of directing every action using a central computer, the robots control lower-level actions with lower-level computers. The program’s director, Rodney Brooks, believes this is a more accurate model of human intelligence. We do most things automatically and we don’t decide to do them at the highest level of consciousness. For example, we are not using our highest level of consciousness for closing our eyelids. Artificial Intelligence has made it possible to interact with computers by using speech instead of writing by the application of computer speech recognition. The advantages of computer speech recognition can be seen in the Hollywood film ‘IRON MAN.’

Artificial intelligence has a great influence in the field of medicine. We will be able to get the treatment even if the doctor is not present. By taking the advances of sophisticated robotics and taking the advantages of computer vision and signal process technologies in artificial intelligence doctors will be able to direct robots remotely to treat patients. Computer vision instructs computers on how to comprehend images and scenes. It has as some of its goals: image recognition, image tracking, and image mapping. This application is very valued in the fields of medicine, security, surveillance, military operations, even movie-making. Since we are using robots for treating they will not get tired and will be more precise and accurate with there treatment. For example, robots will more accurate with stitching than a human doctor can do. Many soldiers have got killed in battlefields and have died because of not getting enough medical support. Machines with artificial intelligence can be sent to battlefields for treating the soldiers. Machines with artificial intelligence can be sent even in a space station or places humans cannot get very easily.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND NANOTECHNOLOGY
Even though nanotechnology and artificial intelligence are two different fields, there are so many researches working on with the application of artificial intelligence in nanotechnology. Many signs of progress can be made by joining together the artificial intelligence and nanotechnology. Artificial Intelligence could be boosted by nanotechnology innovations in computing power. Applications of a future nanotechnology general assembler would require some AI and robotics innovations. Nanotechnology with the help of artificial intelligence and robotics is working on to create micro machines which can change the face of the world. There are so many application for this if these small nanobots came to exist. They can be used in every important field of our life. They can be used in the field of medicine for treatment. They can be injected to the body with the medicine and will heal the decease. Nanotechnology with artificial intelligence can be used in the field of the military for increasing efficiency and develop defensive shields. Today there is still no shield that can deflect a nuclear explosion; nations are protected not by defenses that cancel offenses, but by a balance of offensive terror. The developments in this field can save the lives of many on wars. An unfriendly AI with molecular nanotechnology (or other rapid infrastructure) need not bother with marching robot armies or blackmail or subtle economic coercion. The unfriendly AI has the ability to re-pattern all matter in the solar system according to its optimization target.

These systems achieve their “intelligence” by representing educational decisions about how to teach as well as information about the learner. This allows for greater flexibility by altering the system’s interactions with the student. Intelligent tutoring systems have been shown to be highly effective at increasing student’s performance and motivation.

Video games seem to get twice as complex in some ways every year. As these games get more complex they also get more interesting and engaging. They are becoming an artistic form of expression for the programmers and developers Strategy games like “Warcraft 3” call for users to create an army to defeat one or more computer-controlled villages with armies of their own. These villages will form alliances, scout surrounding areas, and plan appropriate battle plans to do their best to be the last village standing. “The Sims” has reinvented artificial life in gaming. The game starts with the user controlling one person. Eventually, the character may marry and then the user can have children in the game. These “people” are wonders of artificial intelligence. They all have their individual characteristics, wants, and needs. They have the ability to fall in love, make friends, enemies, become hermits, strive for more in life, etc, and will act on their feelings at will. So, we can see that artificial intelligence have a great application in the field of gaming-Artificial Intelligence – Current Usage.
There are many applications of artificial intelligence at present. Banks and other financial institutions rely on intelligent software, which provides an accurate analysis of the data and helps make predictions based upon that data. Stocks and commodities are being traded without any human interference – all thanks to the intelligent systems. Artificial intelligence is used for weather forecasting. It is used by airlines to keep a check on its system. Robotics is the greatest success story, in the field of artificial intelligence. Spacecraft are sent by NASA and other space organizations into space, which is completely manned by robots. Even some manufacturing processes are now being completely undertaken by robots. Robots are being used in industrial processes, that are dangerous to human beings, such as in nuclear power plants. Usage of artificial intelligence is quite evident in various speech recognition systems, such as IBM Via Voice software and Windows Vista.

If there is a fair side there will be a negative side also. Even though artificial intelligence is having many advantages applications there are so many risky disadvantages also. At a more basic level, the use of artificial intelligence in everyday tasks might produce laziness on the part of humans. The awareness that the machines have intelligence will make human to be lazy and will be forced to make everything done by the machines. Humans have an extraordinary ability to think, analyze, and use judgment. If artificial intelligence is used for interpreting, then the human mind and its capabilities might go to waste. Scientific Films today represents the developments that can happen in the future. Most of the scientific films on artificial intelligence represent the negative side of artificial intelligence. For example, if we take film ‘I ROBOT’ as an example, it represents a robot going mad against society and becoming a trait to humanity. There are many Hollywood films representing the same idea. Films like ‘TERMINATOR’ also represent the robots with artificial intelligence going mad against humanity. Applications of artificial intelligence with nanotechnology in military field have many positive advantages like, to develop a perfect defensive shield to any attacks. However, it has a dangerous side also. With the help of artificial intelligence and nanotechnology, we will be able to develop very powerful and destructive weapons. In the Hollywood film ‘G.I. JOE’ the weapons made by the application of nanotechnology and artificial intelligence is shown. If we give intelligence to machines, they will be able to utilize it in its maximum extent. And machines with intelligence will become more intelligent than its creators.
So, there will be a chance of humanity under control machines. In future, there may be more types of robots with artificial intelligence. Applications of artificial intelligence in the military field will give rise to more sophisticated and user-friendly warfare’s. By the invention of artificial intelligence, scientists will be able to prove that human intelligence is purely mechanical and can be duplicated. If this happens, it would break man’s view of himself as a unique being. The future artificially intelligent machines can become even more intelligent than humans. By that, there will be a situation of man v\s machines like we see in science fiction films. Computers are more capable of producing accurate results. So, they will potentially replace humans in jobs that are better suited for them. This could mean that the workplace will no longer be a man’s domain. Unemployment rates could go up. Humans could soon lose their ground as a dominant creature. Most critical of possibilities is the complete destruction of the human race. Moreover, the fast developments in the areas of artificial intelligence and robotics may push earth to a critical state. Even now the wastes of computer parts and other electronic devices are making a great disturbance to our nature and earth. In the future, our planet Earth may go to black from green due to the pollution that can happen by the development of artificial intelligence.

But these people had agenda’s that were unlike any agendas you would have ever run into if you’re in the mainstream government.”

Steven M. Greer has spent many years investigating the various aspects of the “flying saucer” phenomena and has made inroads into alleged “whistle-blowers,” sensational aspects of UFOs, and those evil crevices where men in black suits and dangerous threats apparently exist and conjugate.
Amongst the menagerie of Orwellian intrigue, spies, secret projects, and government corruption, Greer treks through a graveyard of buried testimony and wearisome challenges to our present-day society. Much of it threatens our sanity and social equilibrium.

Greer develops vistas for readers, talking about more than 800 government, military and corporate witnesses and whistle-blowers he has interviewed, and also discloses the almost $100 billion spent from taxpayer monies in Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPS), General Jimmy Doolittle’s talk of ‘interplanetary war,” the super-secret National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO), cosmic top secret clearance, the Alien Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO), and the many references to crash and retrieved alien spacecraft.
Because the book covers a plethora of topics from spectacular UFO sightings to observations of “moon bases,” and all the heavy governmental secrecy sandwiched in between, it might be best to handle the topics under rough headlines trying to encapsulate those as typical examples.
One ‘typical’ UFO case is cited by Don Phillips, U.S Air Force and contractor at Lockwood Skunkworks and the CIA.
A sighting near Angel’s Peak at Nellis Air Force Base spoke of a “real solid object” seen on radar and which circled miles in seconds. Six to seven of these targets were tracked traveling 3,800 to 4,200 miles per hour, stopping on a dime, and eventually disappearing. The operators were told neither to ask questions nor to deluge any information (pp. 36-37).
Graham Bethune was a Navy commander pilot with a top-secret clearance, also a VIP Plan Commander who flew high-ranking officers and personnel from Washington, D.C.
Bethune knew of several 1950 UFO sightings by the Air Transport Squadron near Keflavik, Iceland and also Argentina, Newfoundland, which demonstrated the erratic behavior. A. L. Jones, plane commander, witnessed the UFO, a craft with a dome, that rushed from a mile away to about 10,000-feet from them, before disappearing. The Air Force interrogated the witnesses and classified the UFO “a good report.”
Bethune also told about a Washington, D.C UFO. The object changed colors from yellow to orange and then to a pulsating red. The object appeared to be about 350-feet large and traveled anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 miles an hour. Radar said 1,800 miles per hour, covering 15 miles in a second or two. It was reported that canine Bird Dogs acted up and that directional gyros also acted up when the UFO was near. Colonel Watson of the Wright-Patterson AFB said the radar reports disappeared (pp.38-41).
John Callahan, former Division Chief of the Accidents and Investigations Branch of the FAA in Washington, D.C., told of a UFO at 35,000-feet that chased a 747 aircraft across the Alaskan skies for about thirty minutes. Radar detected it. At eleven o’clock position, a pilot saw it as a huge ball with lights running around it. The object, which was four times the size of the 747, moved erratically.
The matter ended up with the secretive Scientific Study Group, with the CIA threatened to silence Callahan. Callahan held back some records in defiance. The pilot was forced to take a desk job and was often humiliated about his UFO sighting (pp. 108-113).
Callahan was aware of another disc-type craft in the Briarwood Lake near Medford, New Jersey: lights at the top and bottom, and a dome on top, about five-hundred-yards across, the UFO was seen coming from the lake, water was seen rushing off the object. The UFO was recorded in the navigator’s log.
SHOT UFO OCCUPANT
Major George A. Filer, III, worked as the Deputy Director of Intelligence for the 21st Air Force and has flown over three hundred aircraft. Filer talked about a January 18, 1978, UFO sighting on the McGuire Air Force Base. The UFO appeared through the night, showing red light as it hovered over the runway, and then, apparently having crashed and/or landed at Fort Dix, an occupant became shot and killed while trying to escape. AC-141 was called to pick up the occupant remains. Filer wasn’t allowed to see the photos about the incident, while he was, indeed, there while they were being passed around to those being debriefed. Six to eight people eventually “guarded” the body; they were dislocated from each other so that their associations couldn’t be established.
Robert Jacobs, former Lieutenant in the U.S Air Force, as well as a respected professor at a University, was in charge of optical instrumentation in the 1369th Photo Squadron at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California where he was supervising photographic instrumentation during ballistic missile tests.
In 1964, he said, there was tracking of a “dummy nuke” test using a M45 racking mount with a 180-inch lens, when suddenly a circular-shaped object (“like two saucers cupped together with a ping-pong ball on top”) flew into a frame showing the object shooting “beams of light” at the missile’s warhead. Both, the missile and the object were flying at “several thousand miles an hour.”
Jacobs said that Major Florence J. Mansmann at the First Strategic Aerospace Division headquarters ordered him to ‘complete silence,’ warning him of dire consequences if he ever spoke about the incident. “I was never to speak of this again,” said Jacobs, “as far as I was concerned, this never happened.” Jacobs explained that strange “guys” in civilian clothes came and spooled off part of the film with the UFO on it and confiscated that section.
Jacobs revealed that he was harassed at work, and received strange phone calls day and night; one caller said to him: “You are going down, mother fucker!” Once, Jacobs found skyrockets in his box. These harassments continued on till about 1982 (pp. 183-186).
Merle Shane McDow was in the U.S Navy Atlantic Command in May 1981 and had a Top-Secret Special Compartmented Intelligence (SCI) clearance, and he carried a Zebra Stripe Badge. During May of 1981, McDow was aboard the U.S. American, and it was his job to make sure any incoming and outgoing audio/video information that came into the Command Center was recorded and officially logged.
A UFO had come into their airspace, setting off a Condition Zebra, and only those with a Zebra Access Badge could remain in the Command Facility. Admiral Harry Trane was alerted to the Command Center, and it was quickly verified that the UFO was not the Soviets. Trane sent out two planes to investigate the UFO; futile chases of the UFO began up and down the seaboard. Planes were summoned as far north as Greenland. McDow could hear pilot-conversations. And the UFO appeared on the radar for almost an hour. The UFO demonstrated very erratic flight patterns “up and down the coasts,” as if playing tag. The K11-11 spy satellite could only get an early glimpse.
The Admiral’s frustration was centered on the fact that “this thing” had complete and total control, and the witnesses were frightened and upset. Trane was “scrambling” planes left and right along the entire seaboard “to cut this thing off.” Eventually, the UFO left the atmosphere into space.
The object traveled “thousands of miles in a blink of an eye,” and had complete control of the situation. McDow was “debriefed” afterward and he was told in no uncertain terms to never speak about it again. “It didn’t happen,” two guys in suits told him (pp. 191-196).
PART II
Close Encounters of the 3rd and 4th Kinds
While there were several government ‘whistle-blowers” in the topic of meeting the occupants of UFOs, I will trace only some typical informants that Greer talks about.
Richard Doty, a Special Agent for counterintelligence in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), is quoted often throughout Greer’s book. Doty, unfortunately, has been called into question by suspicious UFO researchers who feel Doty has used disinformation, but the strong evidence is not available, and Doty’s rank leaves that open to question.
Doty spoke of various UFO crashes and retrieval in Corona, New Mexico, Horse Mesa west of Magdalena, New Mexico, and similar crashes ranging from June 1947 to 1949 where alien bodies were put into “deep freeze” at Wright-Patterson Air Force field in Dayton, Ohio.
The entities were usually about four-foot tall, no ears, nude-body-looking-type suites, no thumbs, and four fingers with suction devices on tips. The entities appeared to have a “head apparatus.” The entities also appeared to have several stomachs for different functions. Doty said there were eleven different lobes in their brains. A live, captured “creature” went to various military bases, including Fort Detrick, Huntsville Redstone Arsenal, and others.
W.H is a whistle-blower identified as a Tech Sergeant that served in the U.S Air Force from 1963 through 1977. He said that he had the opportunity to view a retrieved craft at Dayton, Ohio in the “Blue Hanger” where several such alien craft were housed. Debriefing officials informed him that over a hundred alien craft retrievals occurred in New Mexico, four corners area, because of American “radar” had caused them to crash.
The alien crafts were usually saucer-shaped, aluminum in color, and seamless. Later, W.H was driven to a box canyon in a contingency of high-ranking naval officers and civilian engineers and scientists (Project Mercury) to witness a similar alien craft with two alien beings.
The “Graylings” had large eyes, slim mouth, long slim arms and hands, slim bodies, and were wearing one-piece flight suits. W.H said that It was a two-hour meeting and encounter. A very similar convention was held in Hawaii at Kauai, called Project X. A CIA friend of W.H, Wesley Bond, had extensive files concerning all related UFO activity, and Bond said he was ready to disclose his files: he was subsequently murdered and his files disappeared.
One of the most controversial, and increasingly criticized ‘whistle-blower’ is Bentwater’s security officer Larry Warren, who claimed to be another witness and participant to the famous Rendlesham-Bentwaters ‘contactee’ case of December 1980 where a host of trained military observers encountered a series of acrobatic UFOs, with one landed, being observed, handled and having left physical traces before taking off. Warren claimed to have been one witness who has a complex story of participation, harassment, and conflict. At one point, Warren claimed to have seen three child-size people cocooned in the light. These were witnessed by others. Greer quotes Warren at length (pp. 131-145).
Marine Lance Corporal John Weygandt was a U.S Marine security guard of a second marine air wing 28th Marine Air Control Group, Second air defense battalion troop of North Carolina that had been stationed in Peru.
Sergeants Allen and Atkins came alerting the crew that some unknown aircraft had crashed and that they needed to investigate. A patrol headed to the site about 6:30 a.m. and upon arriving discovered a huge ship had created a gash in the land. The area was burnt as if by laser-energy, and the object was buried in the side of a cliff. The craft was oozing a greenish-purple “syrup-like liquid,” as if alive and changing color in shades.
A light revolved on the craft, said Weygandt, and he could hear a deep, bass hum. Eventually, everything cut off and stopped. He could see what happened to be “vents” or “gills” on the back. Weygandt discovered that the “syrup-like” substance could eat his clothes as if some form of “acid.” The object appeared to be twenty meters in length, teardrop-shaped and looked very aerodynamic.
Weygandt had the distinct impression that an occupant was trying to contact him by telepathy.
Surprised, Weyandt and the sergeants were arrested, cursed and harassed by Department of Energy people, as well as by “men in black Cammie’s” with no name tags. Older men appeared wearing containment suites.
Weygandt was handcuffed, his legs fastened, and he was placed in a 47 Chinook helicopter–then taken to be debriefed and harassed for two days. (Greer does not disclose dates, pp.157-160).
Some of the cases Greer discusses, for all intent and purposes, concerning hidden alien and government operations on the Moon as well as the “doctoring” of photos related to this. Greer tells about Donna Harre who worked in the NASA and contracted to Philco Ford from 1970-1971. She worked in Building 8, under a high secret clearance, where she inspected photographic mosaic panels of satellite aerial shots.
Occasionally, Hare said, they would come across curious sharp lines and round shadows alluding to UFOs that she was told to airbrush them out of the photograph. Hare said that people involved in the scrubbing or deletion of UFO photos or similar photos of the moon shots always felt threatened. Lunar astronauts, likewise, have been involved in knowing ET’s had landed on the Moon as part of Operation Santa Claus. People and evidence have disappeared, Hare said. “One particular man I know of, who just disappeared off the face of the Earth.”
PART III
Various deep shades
The Government Deep State and the Military-Industrial-Corporate-Complex-Matrix (MICCM)
A large part of Greer’s work and the book is devoted to actual and suspected government Deep State control and descriptions of what President Eisenhower called the Military-Industrial-Complex. Greer announces over 800 government, military and corporate “whistle-blowers” in his Project Disclosure that reveals the reality of up to $100 billion annually into Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPS).
“If this sounds like an Orwellian nightmare, it gets worse, for the final act that they (the human cabal),” says Greer, “have in store is a False Flag event that will make 9/11 look like a fender bender.”
Several of Greer’s whistle-blowers (such as Dan Morris, a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, belonged to a super-secret National Reconnaissance Organization [NRO]), held a cosmic top-secret clearance, which is 38 levels above top-secret, that even U.S presidents do not hold.
Subsequently, when alien crafts were retrieved and contact had been made, an Alien Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO) was established.
Whistle-blower sergeant Clifford Stone, worked with the 462nd Air Intelligence Secret Squadron, helped retrieve crashed ET crafts, worked in Operation Blue Fly and Project Moon Dust, and said there were “eleven” classifications above Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret, and even “above and beyond” normal Special Access Programs.
Stone went on to explain that the National Security Reconnaissance Office, just like the National Security Agency, was secret for many years and was not mentioned in the public domain. Full knowledge about UFO programs, said Stone, was limited to a small number of people, actually being Special Access Programs within Special Access Programs, and they are almost uncontrollable (pp. 30-33).
THE WILLIAM JOHN PAWELEC STORY
Pawelec and the Controllers
William John Pawelec was an intriguing whistle-blower who, like so many capable professionals that found themselves, sometimes unexpectedly and with no real preparation and defense, face to face with an enemy that was as treacherous as they were invisible.
Pawelec had been a computer operation and programming specialist in the Air Force in the mid-1960s, first at Pope Air Force Base and then in Vietnam. He left the military and went to work for Rosco Electronics, one of the largest manufacturers and installers of access control equipment in the world, and then proceeded into the military once again, allowing him to regain a security clearance. He did a lot of work for the State Department developing security systems for national security, and also for large corporate systems, and later for SAIC and TRI-COR.
In 1973, Pawelec was developing implantable chips in North Glen, Colorado, as it was then used in hypodermic injections to horses. Pawelec was aware through naval offices that there were discussions of developing tracking devices to follow necessary targets; Pawelec mentioned the case in Europe where the Prime Minister of Italy was kidnapped, drained of sensitive information, brutalized, or both. It was speculated by officials that a technology is developed allowing authorities “to track these people or locate them quickly.”
This whole topic was the basis of a meeting set-up at a Secure Communications Intelligence-Information Facility (SCIF). Pawlec’s friend “Bob” (who had intimate contacts in the CIA) took no quiet action to investigate two ‘mystery men’ that snuck into the meeting and began probing the meeting leaders with questions. They claimed to be from the Department of Agriculture and the Department of the Treasury. The ‘mystery men’ wanted to know how a couple billion of the implants could be manufactured, with unique identity numbers, have flexibility monitoring temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and even waveforms of the brains,
Such a chip was removed from a lady in 1999, and when it was removed and examined closely, resembled somewhat a version of the chip used in Denver. She supposed the chip had been implanted either in 1980 or 1981.
Pawelec said the gentleman who invented the chip “was very wealthy and abruptly had passed the technology”: “Somebody else took it and ran with it and we never knew who it was.”
In 1984, the University of New South Wales had a microscopic lithium Niobite chip, and experiments showed it was viable and could send and receive as an RF transmitter. The professor who did this work was sent to talk to Pawelec’s Systems Group of Colorado for further experiments.
A meeting was set-up in Virginia at a subcontractor’s company; people, like the Director of Security at the State Department, and, again ‘mysteries men’ came, carrying credentials. The ‘mystery men’ knew all the details about time, place and topic of the meeting. Pawelec felt this somehow had a connection with his knowing the Head of Security at the State Department because Pawelec had designed that man’s security systems for Mainstay, the headquarter in Foggy Bottom in D.C.
Because of these meetings, the professor at the University of New South Wales received a giant grant, and later the technology was transferred. A friend that Pawelec had in San Francisco (who was involved in tracking people and National Security, doing FAB-Access and other related devices in a European electronics firm of Siemens) said his company was “making billions of these chips” that strikingly resembled the Pawelec chip. A year later, the company closed down and the chips disappeared.
Bob and Pawelec continued to investigate. Bob contacted his CIA connections and asked additional questions. A few days late, Bob was hit by a reinforced Land Rover and killed instantly. The driver of the Rover was hospitalized and immediately disappeared: all of his information that he gave was phony. “It was a hit,” said Pawelec.
The two ‘mystery men’ who had come to the meetings had NSA, NRO credentials that could even pass all access control mechanisms, said Pawelec; however, they later checked, and discovered the individuals “didn’t exist.” It meant they had unlimited budgets supporting their ventures.
Pawelec knew about aerospace companies that were doing security work beyond black or even “darker.” He named Northrop and plant 29.
The gentleman Pawelec met from the Department of Agriculture asked many cold, apolitical questions about chips, their ‘speed’ by which they could be produced, the frequency they could be built, various implant “attributes,” and much more.
“I believe there are at least four power groups in the world,” said Pawelec, “they have taken over various programs-particularly black programs within our government, and probably even the Russian government, and the Chinese. Politics to them, as we know it, is not the same. They have agendas totally unlike what our government…unbelievably, they are able to track everything going on around them, at the minutiae level,” (pp. 90 -98).
All Pawelec’s files on this matter were withheld until his death, and his wife had been given instructions to disclose them.
A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE
Steven Greer points to the creation of Majestic-12, a Black Project headed by noted scientists and high-ranking intelligence officials, such as Admiral Arthur Redford, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Charles E. Wilson, Secretary of Defense, the Black Project probably prompted by the 1947 Roswell crash and other crashes. Greer, having gained insights from his friends in the various “alphabet” and ‘high industry’ groups, says that MJ-12 is now known as SECOR, MAJIC, P.I 40, and MAJI-The Majority IntelligenceCommittee. Greer says MAJI – Control is part of the Office of Naval Intelligence, similar to the NSA and the CIA. “It’s all very, very similar to the NSA and CIA…very, very top-secret,” says Greer, and he explained in further detail: “Essentially, the covert management of this matter operates as part super-secret organized crime operation. It is more like a secret mafia than a government entity…extra-constitutional, both in the U.S and the U.K, as well as other countries…a criminal enterprise and a conspiracy of the first order…assassinations, murder, kidnapping, theft of technology…spin-off technologies based on the study of ET objects…” (pp. 55-57)

“Greed and control (are) easily understood; the bureaucratic inertia of large secret operations is yet another matter,” says Greer. “After decades of operations, lies, public deceptions, and worse, how does such a group unravel all the webs it has weaved…a Specter of a sort of cosmic Watergate?” (p. 82)
Greer’s book, heavily indexed with photos and documents, is a plethora of facts and conjecture, running from descriptions of Area 51 to Greer’s unveiling of his own Disclosure Project and his Center or the Study of Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) — discourse on the differences between ETV’s (Extraterrestrial Vehicles) and ARV’s (Alien Reproduction Vehicles) as “man-made” advanced anti-gravity craft that look like a “UFO.” There are additional disclosures of Greer’s meeting with famous dignitaries and their clandestine information, threaded alongside many assorted and quizzical paranormal incidents that would probably promote the reader’s skepticism and wonderment at times.
There were many so-called “whistle-blowers” not mentioned in Greer’s approximate 800, such as the Bob Lazar story (some more reputable; some not). We have added an index that mentions additional information on those, but also the topic of the HiddenIntelligence controllers that are somehow involved. When facts seem to contradict, one needs to look at the underlying patterns, connect the dots, and do your own private investigation and not just wait for the silver-platter to be handed to you.
Still puzzling questions need to be asked of Greer, his associates, and the whistle-blowers:
For the interstellar technology that should have evolved into ‘fail-safe’ operation, why do ET vehicles still crash, and does human ‘radar’ technology still affect its capabilities, and why?
And how do these seeming ‘regular’ spaceships stand up against reports of more ‘ethereal’ ETs that operate almost as ‘spirits,’ and, as Steve Erdmann has questioned in the past, why do billion-mile-space-travelers even need ‘machines’ to travel the vast distances?
Why the wide variety and diversity of spacecraft design seen in retrievals, it should raise some suspicion and concern in that much differentially could be unwarranted to those degrees?

Democratic National Committee and in defense of laws that combat election fraud.
The amicus brief argues that the Voting Rights Act does not prevent states from enacting neutral election integrity measures like Arizona’s ban on ballot-harvesting, or other measures such as in-precinct voting requirements, voter ID requirements, election observer zones, and straight-ticket voting.

David Talbot has been known for his biting, penetrating analysis of the political and social scenes. He was the founder and former editor-in-chief of Salon, as well as the senior editor at Mother Jones Magazine and features editor at the San Francisco Examiner. Articles in TheNewYorker, RollingStone, Time, TheGuardian, and books such as TheHiddenHistoryoftheKennedyYears and Brothers, demonstrated his ability to investigate and portray important political situations.
In TheDevil’sChessboard, Talbot traces the earliest momentous seeds of history where Allen Welsh Dulles and John Foster Dulles came on the scene as intelligence protégés. For Allen, his first foot-steps happened on November 9, 1942, in Bern, Switzerland, home of spies and a “financial haven for the Nazi war machine.” Dulles shared with enthusiasm the Nazi conquering of assets from European sources to fund their “behind-the-scene deals” because the Dulles’ brothers Wall Street law firm was in the center of the Nazi “merry-go-round” financial supply lines. The lawyers continued to “represent” German cartels like I.G. Farben and other ‘parts’ of the “war machine.” (p. 19.)
MORE IN STEP
“Dulles was more in step with many Nazi leaders than he was with President Roosevelt,” says Talbot. “Dulles has not enjoyed a professional and social familiarity with many members of the Third Reich’s elite that predated the war; he shared many of these men’s postwar goals…Nazi forces…old friends.” (p. 15)
Dulles was in contact with the highly secretive Bank for International Settlements (BIS), a giant “pillar of the emerging global financial system” and was “effectively controlled by Hitler’s regime.” It was Dulles’s job to protecttheNazilaunderingschemes, protect their assets and their collusion with American corporations, such as General Motors and Standard Oil. Dulles believed that a number of powerful figures are “returned to postwar as a strong bulwark against Communism.”

Dulles protected Sullivan and Crowell’s German clients, and Foster did the same in New York. They were able “to hide the U.S assets of major German cartels.” Supreme Court Justice Arthur Goldberg said that both men were “guilty of treason.”
LUCRATIVE BUSINESS
The “Jewish Problem” was, in many ways, a lucrative venture. Later, Richard Nixon found documents revealing how the Dulles brothers had helped launder Nazi funds during the war. Nixon promised to keep these files confidential in exchange for campaign contributions to defeat opponent Jerry Voorhis.

During this war period, Nazi SS Heinrich Himmler set about making contacts across Europe to make deals with the United States and England. A 1944 Britton Woods Conference enlisted 730 delegates that “thrashed out” the direction of a newworldorder, the New Dealers. One such unsavory recruit was Nicolai Maxlaxa who developed a rich connection with Richard Nixon’s “bank account, Dulles’s law firm” and OSS intelligence operative Harold Wisner’s $500-million overseas accounts.
Later, the President Eisenhower-Richard Nixon victory “was the culmination of years of political strategizing dating back to the Roosevelt era.” What sociologist C. Wright Mills called in his 1956 masterpiece, ThePowerElite, as the strategiccommandposts of society; big corporations, military establishments, top corporate, government leaders that moved with fluidity “in and out of one’s another’s worlds” with “professional synchronicity—the fraternity of the successful.”
“Democracy, in their minds, was an impediment to the smooth functioning of the corporate state,” says Talbot, “John Foster Dulles had made this clear early in the Wall Street career and he jousted with FDR’s New Deal bureaucracy.” (p. 197)
After World War II, the “militarization of government” included captains of industry, business executives, Wall Street lawyers, investment bankers—a warrior corporate caste—a “gloomyzeitgeist” with a pinnacle of American power that President Eisenhower filled with wealthy, powerful Players: General Motors, CEO Charles Wilson, Chas Manhattan Chairman, and former diplomat John McCloy, as well as the exclusive ranks of the Council on Foreign Relations, CEO’s of General Electric, Coca-Cola, Reynolds Tobacco, and Young & Rubicam, and similar power-brokers.

Speaking of this period in the lives of Dulles and Bedell Smith, Talbot says “The deputy CIA director had no qualms about advocating the assassination of foreign leaders, given presenting a plan to Smith in early 1952 to kill Stalin at a Paris summit meeting.”
“The mechanisms of surveillance and control that Dulles put in motion were more in keeping with an expanding empire,” says Talbot, “than they were with a vibrant democracy.” (pp. 203-204)
Dulles knew the purpose of complete control and even kept special files on J. Edgar Hoover and Senator Jose McCarthy, telling of Hoover’s intimate relationship with FBI deputy Clyde Tolson, and scandalous file on McCarthy’s sex life. Dulles, says Talbot, began molding the image of the CIA as a “super agency,” operating about congressional senators, “the CIA would grow more powerful and less accountable with each passing year of Dulles’s reign” – “Dulles was ready to ‘take on the world’” (pp. 223, 226)
The Dulles’s actions included sabotaging a Justice Department antitrust case that was charging price-fixing against the oil cartel. Dulles directed Mohammed Mossadegh of Iran as a “‘stooge’ of the Communists in 1953,” when evidence indicated he wasn’t a Communist, and Dulles and Eisenhower were creating a fiction in order to have Mossadegh assassinated. Talbot says that CIA-hired-thugs worked behind the scenes in the capture and killing of Mossadegh; their “pockets” were literally stuffed with CIA cash—cash which they spread around, even to “cheering crowds.” (pp. 237-238)

In 1954, a year later, Dulles and the CIA engineered the “regime change” in Guatemala.
“Iran’s oil industry was…handed over to the foreign corporations…40 percent of the spoils now going to American oil producers, including Gulf, Texaco, Mobil, Standard Oil of New Jersey, and Standard Oil of California.”
Such administration “conquests” caused an “intoxicating effect” through the Oval Office, the CIA, and the State Department as a “champagne glow.” However, the incoming shah used an iron boot to stamp his presence: primitive torture methods, whippings, and beatings, some resulting in “gruesome gapani, hung from hooks.” (p. 240) It was a PaxAmericana enforced by Eisenhower-Dulles, says Talbot, threatening enemies with nuclear annihilation, coups, and assassination.
Talbot quotes sociologist C. Wright Mills to the fact that our national security leaders, much like the Nazis before them, had a “moralinsensibility” where violence had become bureaucratized. “In an official man there is no more human shock,” said Mills.
LEVELS OF OPERATION
The Eisenhower-Dulles foreign policy operated on twin levels of “psychic violence” and “actual violence.” The Secretary of State Dulles threatened to “evaporate entire populations” with “tactical” nuclear strikes, the CIA director “actually eliminated individuals around the world” wherever they deemed to be a threat. Eisenhower gave Allen Dulles “a license to kill that the spymaster utilized as he saw fit.” (p. 248): aneffectivekillingmachine.
“The Dulles brothers assured multinational firms that Washington,” says Talbot, “would stop at nothing to protect their overseas investments.”
World War II hero, Air Force general James H. Dolittle warned that the CIA was “overly zealous,” but Dulles relied on his Wall Street friends like Prescott Bush, the father, and grandfather of two future presidents “to protect the CIA’s interests.” Eisenhower all too willingly succumbed to Dulles’s ‘strangegenius.’ A Bruce-Lovett report noted the CIA’s “penchant for creating political mayhem around the globe.”
The chilling case of Guatemalan President Jacobo Arbenz and his January, 1971 suspected assassination was all part of a CIA coup program called PBSUCCESS, backed by the influence of the powerful United Fruit Company, blue-blooded Boston families, resulting in the killing of 250,000 people by means of assassinations, death squads and massacres of entire villages.
The CIA had compiled a “list of assassination targets” during the 1954 coup, a secret ‘disposal list’ of at least fifty-eight key Guatemalan leaders. There was a CIA killing manual titled AStudyofAssassination directed towards a CIA LastaNegra of seventy thousand names, a Decree59 to eliminate subversives.
Jose’ Bernabe Linares, notorious chief of the GuardiaJudicial, did not hesitate to use electric-shock baths and steel skullcaps, and even journalists were imprisoned and tortured; death squads, massacres, and machine-gunned victims into open trenches.
Dictator Casello Armas’s end came in July, 1957 when he was assassinated by one of his own police guards. The mayhem, says Talbot, “continued on and off for decades, reaching newheightsofferocity during the Reagan Presidency.” (pp. 256, 263, 264, 265)
THE GERMAN REINHARD GEHLEN
Hitler’s intelligence chief on the eastern front, Reinhard Gehlen, as part of Operation Paper Clip, was moved into comfortable quarters at Fort Hunt in Virginia, bringing former Nazi intelligence operations under its supervision, and the CIA taking over Gehlen’s organization from the U.S Army in 1948. This consumed “some of the most notorious figures of the Nazi regime (such as Dr. ‘Final Solution’ Franz Six) and other SS death squad members.”

Under the directorship of James Critchfield, the Gehlen “faction” drew close to their American parent-partners with a gated community, partying together on ski trips in the Bavarian Alps, and becoming very entwined. Gehlen utilized his “rat-like” cunning to keep the CIA in the dark, though his organization held “former hardcore Nazis.”
Dulles’s kept closeties with Gehlen who said that Dulles “became a close personal friend of mine.” This was evidenced by celebrations, including one at the Chevy Chase Club. Gehlen proposed to reinstate fascism in Germany. OperationGladio was set up with secret CIA funds, attracting assassinations, plotting coups, the opening of private mail, and tapping of phones.
Inspired by such fascist momentum, the CIA entered into “brain warfare,” a “ManhattanProjectoftheMind,” to discover methods of controlling the minds of subjects and use them as military weapons. “ꞌBrain perversion,’” says Talbot, was invented and used in hundreds of secret experiments, “part Orwell and part Philip K. Dick.” (p. 296) Programs existed, such as MK-ULTRA (Operation ARTICHOKE), Camp King detention center, and doctors such as Dr. Sidney Gottlieb; dangerous drug programs ensued, including Benzedrine, Pentothal-Natrium, LSD, and Mescaline—programs which eventually killed intelligence agent Dr. Frank Olson in a manufactured suicide. It was all part of the CIA’s Magic Potion Division of the Technical Services Staff.
“The Security Unit,” says Talbot, “was also in charge of what was delicately called ‘enforcement’…eliminate(ing) any potential threats or embarrassments to the agency” (the death of Dr. James Kronthal was suspected to be another victim).
HUMAN GUINEA PIGS
The Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology was a CIA front, with grants up to $300,000 for research, and millions of dollars more to colleagues. Montreal’s McGill University, the Allen Memorial Institute and Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron at the Allen Institute for Psychiatry, were pushing massive drug use, hallucinogens, and ‘de-patterning’ Mind Control where minds were used as “blank slates” (described in a 1963 CIA torture manual detailing Sleep Rooms were electroshock, drug overdoses and lobotomies were explored).
Talbot reaches through a large swath of history filled with the CIA’s darkest movements and deadliest actions impregnated with evil suspicious and murderous players such as Robert A. Maheu (of Howard Hughes fame), handlers such as Sheffield Edwards, Jim O’Connell, Scott McLeod, intelligence monarch James Jesus Angleton, hitman Bill Harvey, mobster and CIA asset Johnny Rosselli, and other henchmen, leaving a trail of victims such as Rafael Trujillo of the Dominican Republic attacking and charging against Jesus de Galindez, and also the murder of Congo’s Patrice Lumumba.
“Dulles and Angleton shared a disdain for Washington bureaucracy and for the governmental oversight that comes with a functioning democratic system,” says Talbot. “Dulles entrusted Angleton with the agency’s most vital and sensitive missions…principal CIA liaisons with key foreign intelligence service…with both parties conveniently overlooking Angleton’s role in the Nazi ratlines after the war.” (pp. 336-337)
In the ensuing years, the CIA’s plots included assassinations attempts on France’s President Charles de Gaulle in a coup attempt. Pierre de Benouville, a right-wing Resistance leader on Dulles’s OSS payroll and other henchmen, such as anti-de Gaulle terrorist Jacques Soustelle, were participants (this also included events such as the expulsion of the French CIA station chief Alfred Ulmer).
CLEANSING SECURITY MOVES
In July 1962, a dozen OAS snipes opened fire on de Gaulle’s Citron, but de Gaulle’s “skilled and loyal” security team speed the President to safety. Two of the president’s motorcycle bodyguards were killed. De Gaulle countered with a great vengeance and “several security measures” allowing him to safely remain in power. Kennedy likewise made drastic moves to cleanse the CIA by discharging suspected individuals and also firingAllenDulles.

“By 1962, President Kennedy was challenging the bastions of American power on several fronts, including the corporate elites of the economy.” (p. 443)
Kennedy, likewise, confronted a virtual army of dissidents that hated him, both in and out of the CIA, noted names and shadowy individuals that worked through political and corporate channels (and also in secret) to defeatanddestroyhim: Richard Nixon, Richard Helms, Frank Wisner, Charles Cabell, Cord Meyer, James Angleton, Howard Hunt, Thomas Karamessiness, Arleigh Burke, Pauline Sierra Martinez, Lyman Lemnitzer and others. Official inquiries of Kennedy’s attackers, such as those by General Maxwell Taylor, and defensive comments by Arthur Schlesinger, only hardened the hatred and conspiracy against Kennedy.

THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION PLOTS
Talbot glides smoothly through the appearance of Lee Harvey Oswald, noting the many inconsistencies and oddities in Oswald’s history that plainly outline his intelligence connection.
More importantly, Talbot demonstrates the intricate and behind-the-scenes movements and manipulations of Allen Dulles, though dethroned officially, who still operated the political scene, even after President Kennedy was assassinated obviously by a band of killers—and that certainly was not Lee Harvey Oswald. Speculation ratcheted as to who were all the key players involved in the conspiracy, and Talbot covers aspects as intimately as he can, including St. John Hunt’s interview with his dying father and major player, Howard Hunt. Talbot summarizes Hunt’s confessions:
“…Harvey and Morales…key operational figures…Harvey…gunmen were likely recruited from the Corsican underworld…harder to trace back to the CIA…than Italian or American Mafia hitmen…Hunt found Harvey and Morales to be disturbing characters, the two men ‘could have been manufactured from the same cloth,’ Hunt wrote in his memoirs…´Morales was rumored to be a cold-blooded killer…to have someone neutralized.’” (pp. 500, 501)
Covering the intricate moves and positionings in which Oswald was situated (“Oswald was moved here and there with the calculations of a master chess player,” p. 540), and the numerous organizations and persons that Oswald was deliberately assigned (DRE, ALPHA 66, David Atlee Philipps, George de Mohrenschildt, David Ferrie, Clay Shaw and a long line of eerie and shady connections), Talbot laces through post-assassination gimmicks and machinations that Dulles used to cover his tracks, including the invention of the notorious Warren Commission—the power–grasps of the CIA and personnel, and the continuance of the assault on the minds and also control of Americans and citizens of the world.
“…within America’s deep state: Kennedy was a national security threat. For the good of the country, he must be removed…Dulles…to make something of this enormity (actually) happen,” Talbot explains. “He had already assembled a killing machine to operate overseas. Now he proposed to bring it home to Dallas…(all the) establishment colleague (s) had to do was to look the other way—as they did when Dulles took executive action…” (p. 560)
LEAVING A DEADLY LEGACY
Challenging, and even infiltrating, several congressional investigations into the quizzical aspects of the Kennedy murders of bothJohnandRobertKennedy (and surviving the increasing column of critical and questioning journalism), Dulles had to become inventively ingenious to see that his Fourth Nazi Reich would continue in the bloody brigade that he had instituted.

“(1968) Dulles… (Kept) a close watch on Jim Garrison’s investigation…Ray Rocca…CIA mole Gordon Novel. The Old Man’s social event of the fall season was the Washington Fete’ in honor Reinhard Gehlen, the West German spy Chief (that) Dulles had resurrected from the poison ashes of the Third Reich…September 12, Gehlen’s U.S. sponsors threw a luncheon for him, and that night there was a dinner for Hitler’s old spy chief at the Maryland home of Heinz Herc___Gehlen’s former staff officer on the eastern front, who had become West Germany’s top intelligence liaison in Washington.”
Talbot remonstrates that the Fourth Reich continued past Dulles’s death through the continuance of the National Security State. He lists Richard Helms, James Angleton, Donald Rumsfeld, the Bushes, Dick Cheney, and others who worshiped an “Atheniandemocracybesiegedfrom withinbytheforcesofoligarchyandtyranny.”

You were placed into the most high-profile role regarding America’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. Americans have relied on your medical expertise concerning the wearing of masks, resuming employment, returning to school, and of course medical treatment.
You are largely unchallenged in terms of your medical opinions. You are the de facto “COVID-19 Czar.” This is unusual in the medical profession in which doctors’ opinions are challenged by other physicians in the form of exchanges between doctors at hospitals, medical conferences, as well as debate in medical journals. You render your opinions unchallenged, without formal public opposition from physicians who passionately disagree with you. It is incontestable that the public is best served when opinions and policy are based on the prevailing evidence and science, and able to withstand the scrutiny of medical professionals.
As experience accrued in treating COVID-19 infections, physicians worldwide discovered that high-risk patients can be treated successfully as an outpatient, within the first five to seven days of the onset of symptoms, with a “cocktail” consisting of hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin (or doxycycline). Multiple scholarly contributions to the literature detail the efficacy of the hydroxychloroquine-based combination treatment.
Dr. Harvey Risch, the renowned Yale epidemiologist, published an article in May 2020 in the American Journal of Epidemiology titled “Early Outpatient Treatment of Symptomatic, High-Risk COVID-19 Patients that Should be Ramped-Up Immediately as Key to Pandemic Crisis.” He further published an article in Newsweek in July 2020 for the general public expressing the same conclusions and opinions. Dr. Risch is an expert at evaluating research data and study designs, publishing over 300 articles. Dr Risch’s assessment is that there is unequivocal evidence for the early and safe use of the “HCQ cocktail.” If there are Q-T interval concerns, doxycycline can be substituted for azithromycin as it has activity against RNA viruses without any cardiac effects.
Yet, you continue to reject the use of hydroxychloroquine, except in a hospital setting in the form of clinical trials, repeatedly emphasizing the lack of evidence supporting its use.
Hydroxychloroquine, despite 65 years of use for malaria, and over 40 years for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, with a well-established safety profile, has been deemed by you and the FDA as unsafe for use in the treatment of symptomatic COVID-19 infections. Your opinions have influenced the thinking of physicians and their patients, medical boards, state and federal agencies, pharmacists, hospitals, and just about everyone involved in medical decision making.
Indeed, your opinions impacted the health of Americans, and many aspects of our day-to-day lives including employment and school. Those of us who prescribe hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin/doxycycline believe fervently that early outpatient use would save tens of thousands of lives and enable our country to dramatically alter the response to COVID-19. We advocate for an approach that will reduce fear and allow Americans to get their lives back.
We hope that our questions compel you to reconsider your current approach to COVID-19 infection.
QUESTIONS REGARDING EARLY OUTPATIENT TREATMENT:
There are generally two stages of COVID-19 symptomatic infection; initial flu like symptoms with progression to cytokine storm and respiratory failure, correct?
When people are admitted to a hospital, they generally are in worse condition, correct?
There are no specific medications currently recommended for early outpatient treatment of symptomatic COVID-19 infection, correct?
Remdesivir and Dexamethasone are used for hospitalized patients, correct?
There is currently no recommended pharmacologic early outpatient treatment for individuals in the flu stage of the illness, correct?
It is true that COVID-19 is much more lethal than the flu for high-risk individuals such as older patients and those with significant comorbidities, correct?
Individuals with signs of early COVID-19 infection typically have a runny nose, fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, etc., and physicians send them home to rest, eat chicken soup etc., but offer no specific, targeted medications, correct?

So just so we are clear — the current standard of care now is to send clinically stable symptomatic patients home, “with a wait and see” approach?

Have you heard of the “Zelenko Protocol,” for treating high-risk patients with COVID-19 as an outpatient?
Have you read Dr. Risch’s article in the American Journal of Epidemiology of the early outpatient treatment of COVID-19?
Are you aware that physicians using the medication combination or “cocktail” recommend use within the first five to seven days of the onset of symptoms, before the illness impacts the lungs, or cytokine storm evolves?

Again, for clarity, the trials upon which you base your opinion regarding the efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine, assessed neither the full cocktail (to include Zinc and Azithromycin or doxycycline) nor administered treatment within the first five to seven days of symptoms, nor focused on the high-risk group, correct?
Therefore, you have no basis to conclude that the Hydroxychloroquine cocktail when used early in the outpatient setting, within the first five to seven days of symptoms, in high risk patients, is not effective, correct?
It is thus false and misleading to say that the effective and safe use of hydroxychloroquine, Zinc, and Azithromycin has been “debunked,” correct? How could it be “debunked” if there is not a single study that contradicts its use?
Should it not be an absolute priority for the NIH and CDC to look at ways to treat Americans with symptomatic COVID-19 infections early to prevent disease progression?
The SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 virus is an RNA virus. It is well-established that Zinc interferes with RNA viral replication, correct?
Moreover, is it not true that hydroxychloroquine facilitates the entry of zinc into the cell, is a “ionophore,” correct?
Isn’t also it true that Azithromycin has established anti-viral properties?
Are you aware of the paper from Baylor by Dr. McCullough et. al. describing established mechanisms by which the components of the “HCQ cocktail” exert anti-viral effects?
So, the use of hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin (or doxycycline), and zinc — the “HCQ cocktail” — is based on science, correct?
QUESTIONS REGARDING SAFETY:
The FDA writes the following: “In light of on-going serious cardiac adverse events and their serious side effects, the known and potential benefits of CQ and HCQ no longer outweigh the known and potential risks for authorized use.” So not only is the FDA saying that hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work, they are also saying that it is a very dangerous drug. Yet, is it not true the drug has been used as an anti-malarial drug for over 65 years?
Isn’t it true that the drug has been used for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis for many years at similar doses?
Do you know of even a single study prior to COVID-19 that has provided definitive evidence against the use of the drug based on safety concerns?
Are you aware that chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine has many approved uses for hydroxychloroquine including steroid-dependent asthma (1988 study), advanced pulmonary sarcoidosis (1988 study), sensitizing breast cancer cells for chemotherapy (2012 study), the attenuation of renal ischemia (2018 study), lupus nephritis (2006 study), epithelial ovarian cancer (2020 study), just to name a few? Where are the cardiotoxicity concerns ever mentioned?
Risch estimates the risk of cardiac death from hydroxychloroquine to be 9/100,000 using the data provided by the FDA. That does not seem to be a high risk, considering the risk of death in an older patient with co-morbidities can be 15 percent or more. Do you consider 9/100,000 to be a high risk when weighed against the risk of death in older patient with co-morbidities?
To put this in perspective, the drug is used for 65 years, without warnings (aside for the need for periodic retinal checks), but the FDA somehow feels the need to send out an alert on June 15, that the drug is dangerous. Does that make any logical sense to you Dr. Fauci based on “science”?
Moreover, consider that the protocols for usage in early treatment are for five to seven days at relatively low doses of hydroxychloroquine similar to what is being given in other diseases (RA, SLE) over many years — does it make any sense to you logically that a five to seven day dose of hydroxychloroquine when not given in high doses could be considered dangerous?
You are also aware that articles published in the New England Journal of Medicine and Lancet, one out of Harvard University, regarding the dangers of hydroxychloroquine had to be retracted based on the fact that the data was fabricated. Are you aware of that?
If there was such good data on the risks of hydroxychloroquine, one would not have to use fake data, correct?
After all, 65 years is a long-time to determine whether or not a drug is safe, do you agree?
In the clinical trials that you have referenced (e.g., the Minnesota and the Brazil studies), there was not a single death attributed directly to hydroxychloroquine, correct?
According to Dr. Risch, there is no evidence based on the data to conclude that hydroxychloroquine is a dangerous drug. Are you aware of any published report that rebuts Dr. Risch’s findings?
Are you aware that the FDA ruling along with your statements have led to Governors in a number of states to restrict the use of hydroxychloroquine?
Are you aware that pharmacies are not filling prescriptions for this medication based on your and the FDA’s restrictions?
Are you aware that doctors are being punished by state medical boards for prescribing the medication based on your comments as well as the FDA’s?
Are you aware that people who want the medication sometimes need to call physicians in other states pleading for it?
And yet you opined in March that while people were dying at the rate of 10,000 patients a week, hydroxychloroquine could only be used in an inpatient setting as part of a clinical trial- correct?
So, people who want to be treated in that critical five- to seven-day period and avoid being hospitalized are basically out of luck in your view, correct?
So, again, for clarity, without a shred of evidence that the hydroxychloroquine/HCQ cocktail is dangerous in the doses currently recommend for early outpatient treatment, you and the FDA have made it very difficult, if not impossible in some cases, to get this treatment, correct?
QUESTIONS REGARDING METHODOLOGY:
In regards to the use of hydroxychloroquine, you have repeatedly made the same statement: “The Overwhelming Evidence from Properly Conducted Randomized Clinical Trials Indicate no Therapeutic Efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine.” Is that correct?
In Dr. Risch’s article regarding the early use of hydroxychloroquine, he disputes your opinion. He scientifically evaluated the data from the studies to support his opinions. Have you published any articles to support your opinions?
You repeatedly state that randomized clinical trials are needed to make conclusions regarding treatments, correct?
The FDA has approved many medications (especially in the area of cancer treatment) without randomized clinical trials, correct?
Are you aware that Dr. Thomas Frieden, the previous head of the CDC wrote an article in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2017 called “Evidence for Health Decision Making — Beyond Randomized Clinical Trials (RCT)?” Have you read that article?
In it Dr. Frieden states that “many data sources can provide valid evidence for clinical and public health action, including analysis of aggregate clinical or epidemiological data.” Do you disagree with that?
Frieden discusses “practiced-based evidence” as being essential in many discoveries, such SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Do you disagree with that?
Frieden writes the following: “Current evidence-grading systems are biased toward randomized clinical trials, which may lead to inadequate consideration of non-RCT data.” Dr. Fauci, have you considered all the non-RCT data in coming to your opinions?
Risch, who is a leading world authority in the analysis of aggregate clinical data, has done a rigorous analysis that he published regarding the early treatment of COVID-19 with hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin. He cites five or six studies, and in an updated article there are five or six more, a total of 10 to 12 clinical studies with formally collected data specifically regarding the early treatment of COVID. Have you analyzed the aggregate data regarding early treatment of high-risk patients with hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin?
Is there any document that you can produce for the American people of your analysis of the aggregate data that would rebut Dr. Risch’s analysis?
Yet, despite what Dr. Risch believes is overwhelming evidence in support of the early use of hydroxychloroquine, you dismiss the treatment insisting on randomized controlled trials even in the midst of a pandemic?
Would you want a loved one with high-risk comorbidities placed in the control group of a randomized clinical trial when a number of studies demonstrate safety and dramatic efficacy of the early use of the hydroxychloroquine “cocktail?”
Are you aware that the FDA approved a number of cancer chemotherapy drugs without randomized control trials based solely on epidemiological evidence? The trials came later as confirmation. Are you aware of that?
You are well aware that there were no randomized clinical trials in the case of penicillin that saved thousands of lives in World War II? Was not this in the best interest of our soldiers?
You would agree that many lives were saved with the use of cancer drugs and penicillin that were used before any randomized clinical trials, correct?
You have referred to evidence for hydroxychloroquine as “anecdotal,” which is defined as “evidence collected in a casual or informal manner and relying heavily or entirely on personal testimony,” correct?
But there are many studies supporting the use of hydroxychloroquine in which evidence was collected formally and not on personal testimony, has there not been?
So, it would be false to conclude that the evidence supporting the early use of hydroxychloroquine is anecdotal, correct?
COMPARISON BETWEEN U.S. AND OTHER COUNTRIES REGARDING CASE FATALITY RATE:
(IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE THE GRAPHS COMPARING OUR CASE FATALITY RATES TO OTHER COUNTRIES.)
Are you aware that countries like Senegal and Nigeria that use hydroxychloroquine have much lower case-fatality rates than the United States?
Have you pondered the relationship between the use of hydroxychloroquine by a given country and their case mortality rate and why there is a strong correlation between the use of HCQ and the reduction of the case mortality rate.?
Have you considered consulting with a country such as India that has had great success treating COVID-19 prophylactically?
Why shouldn’t our first responders and front-line workers who are at high risk at least have an option of HCQ/zinc prophylaxis?
We should all agree that countries with far inferior healthcare delivery systems should not have lower case fatality rates. Reducing our case fatality rate from near 5 percent, to 2.5 percent, in line with many countries who use HCQ early would have cut our total number of deaths in half, correct?
Why not consult with countries who have lower case-fatality rates, even without expensive medicines such as remdesivir and far less advanced intensive care capabilities?
GIVING AMERICANS THE OPTION TO USE HCQ FOR COVID-19:
Harvey Risch, the pre-eminent epidemiologist from Yale, wrote a Newsweek Article titled: “The key to defeating COVID-19 already exists. We need to start using it.” Did you read the article?
Are you aware that the cost of the hydroxychloroquine “cocktail” including the Z-pack and zinc is about $50?
You are aware the cost of remdesivir is about $3,200?
So that’s about 60 doses of HCQ “cocktail,” correct?
In fact, President Trump had the foresight to amass 60 million doses of hydroxychloroquine, and yet you continue to stand in the way of doctors who want to use that medication for their infected patients, correct?
Those are a lot of doses of medication that potentially could be used to treat our poor, especially our minority populations and people of color that have a difficult time accessing healthcare. They die more frequently of COVID-19, do they not?
But because of your obstinance blocking the use of HCQ, this stockpile has remained largely unused, correct?
Would you acknowledge that your strategy of telling Americans to restrict their behavior, wear masks, and distance, and put their lives on hold indefinitely until there is a vaccine is not working?
So, 160,000 deaths later, an economy in shambles, kids out of school, suicides and drug overdoses at a record high, people neglected and dying from other medical conditions, and America reacting to every outbreak with another lockdown — is it not time to re-think your strategy that is fully dependent on an effective vaccine?
Why not consider a strategy that protects the most vulnerable and allows Americans back to living their lives and not wait for a vaccine panacea that may never come?
Why not consider the approach that thousands of doctors around the world are using, supported by a number of studies in the literature, with early outpatient treatment of high-risk patients for typically one week with HCQ + zinc + azithromycin?
You don’t see a problem with the fact that the government, due to your position, in some cases interferes with the choice of using HCQ. Should not that be a choice between the doctor and the patient?
While some doctors may not want to use the drug, should not doctors who believe that it is indicated be able to offer it to their patients?
Are you aware that doctors who are publicly advocating for such a strategy with the early use of the HCQ cocktail are being silenced with removal of content on the internet and even censorship in the medical community?
You are aware of the 20 or so physicians who came to the Supreme Court steps advocating for the early use of the hydroxychloroquine cocktail. In fact, you said these were “a bunch of people spouting out something that isn’t true.” Dr. Fauci, these are not just “people,” these are doctors who actually treat patients, unlike you, correct?
Do you know that the video they made went viral with 17 million views in just a few hours, and was then removed from the internet?
Are you aware that their website, American Frontline Doctors, was taken down the next day?
Did you see the way that Nigerian immigrant physician, Dr. Stella Immanuel, was mocked in the media for her religious views and called a “witch doctor?”
Are you aware that Dr. Simone Gold, the leader of the group, was fired from her job as an Emergency Room physician the following day?
Are you aware that physicians advocating for this treatment that has by now probably saved millions of lives around the globe are harassed by local health departments, state agencies and medical boards, and even at their own hospitals? Are you aware of that?
Don’t you think doctors should have the right to speak out on behalf of their patients without the threat of retribution?
Are you aware that videos and other educational information are removed off the internet and labeled, in the words of Mark Zuckerberg, as “misinformation?”
Is it not misinformation to characterize hydroxychloroquine, in the doses used for early outpatient treatment of COVID-19 infections, as a dangerous drug?
Is it not misleading for you to repeatedly state to the American public that randomized clinical trials are the sole source of information to confirm the efficacy of a treatment?
Was it not misinformation when on CNN you cited the Lancet study based on false data from Surgisphere as evidence of the lack of efficacy of hydroxychloroquine?
Is it not misinformation as is repeated in the MSM as a result of your comments that a randomized clinical trial is required by the FDA for a drug approval?
Don’t you realize how much damage this falsehood perpetuates?
How is it not misinformation for you and the FDA to keep telling the American public that hydroxychloroquine is dangerous when you know that there is nothing more than anecdotal evidence of that?
Fauci, if you or a loved one were infected with COVID-19, and had flu-like symptoms, and you knew as you do now, that there is a safe and effective cocktail that you could take to prevent worsening and the possibility of hospitalization, can you honestly tell us that you would refuse the medication?
Why not give our healthcare workers and first responders, who even with the necessary PPE are contracting the virus at a three to four times greater rate than the general public, the right to choose along with their doctor if they want to use the medicine prophylactically?
Why is the government inserting itself in a way that is unprecedented in regard to a historically safe medication and not allowing patients the right to choose along with their doctor?
Why not give the American people the right to decide along with their physician whether or not they want outpatient treatment in the first five to seven days of the disease with a cocktail that is safe and costs around $50?
FINAL QUESTIONS:
Fauci, please explain how a randomized clinical trial, to which you repeatedly make reference, for testing the HCQ cocktail (hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, and zinc) administered within five to seven days of the onset of symptoms is even possible now given the declining case numbers in so many states?
For example, if the NIH were now to direct a study to begin September 15, where would such a study be done?
Please explain how a randomized study on the early treatment (within the first five to seven days of symptoms) of high-risk, symptomatic COVID-19 infections could be done during the influenza season and be valid?
Please explain how multiple observational studies arrive at the same outcomes using the same formulation of hydroxychloroquine + azithromycin + zinc given in the same time frame for the same study population (high risk patients) is not evidence that the cocktail works?
In fact, how is it not significant evidence, during a pandemic, for hundreds of non-academic private practice physicians to achieve the same outcomes with the early use of the HCQ cocktail?
What is your recommendation for the medical management of a 75-year-old diabetic with fever, cough, and loss of smell, but not yet hypoxic, who Emergency Room providers do not feel warrants admission? We know that hundreds of US physicians (and thousands more around the world) would manage this case with the HCQ cocktail with predictable success.
If you were in charge in 1940, would you have advised the mass production of penicillin based primarily on lab evidence and one case series on five patients in England, or would you have stated that a randomized clinical trial was needed?
Why would any physician put their medical license, professional reputation, and job on the line to recommend the HCQ cocktail — that does not make them any money — unless they knew the treatment could significantly help their patient?
Why would a physician take the medication themselves and prescribe it to family members (for treatment or prophylaxis) unless they felt strongly that the medication was beneficial?
How is it informed and ethical medical practice to allow a COVID-19 patient to deteriorate in the early stages of the infection when there is inexpensive, safe, and dramatically effective treatment with the HCQ cocktail, which the science indicates interferes with coronavirus replication?
How is your approach to “wait and see” in the early stages of COVID-19 infection, especially in high-risk patients, following the science?
While previous questions are related to hydroxychloroquine-based treatment, we have two questions addressing masks.
As you recall, you stated on March 8, just a few weeks before the devastation in the Northeast, that masks weren’t needed. You later said that you made this statement to prevent a hoarding of masks that would disrupt availability to healthcare workers. Why did you not make a recommendation for people to wear any face covering to protect themselves, as we are doing now?
Rather, you issued no such warning and people were riding in subways and visiting their relatives in nursing homes without any face covering. Currently, your position is that face coverings are essential. Please explain whether or not you made a mistake in early March, and how would you go about it differently now.
CONCLUSION:
Since the start of the pandemic, physicians have used hydroxychloroquine to treat symptomatic COVID-19 infections, as well as for prophylaxis. Initial results were mixed as indications and doses were explored to maximize outcomes and minimize risks. What emerged was that hydroxychloroquine appeared to work best when coupled with azithromycin. In fact, it was the president of the United States who recommended to you publicly at the beginning of the pandemic, in early March, that you should consider early treatment with hydroxychloroquine and a “Z-Pack.” Additional studies showed that patients did not seem to benefit when COVID-19 infections were treated with hydroxychloroquine late in the course of the illness, typically in a hospital setting, but treatment was consistently effective, even in high-risk patients, when hydroxychloroquine was given in a “cocktail” with azithromycin and, critically, zinc in the first five to seven days after the onset of symptoms. The outcomes are, in fact, dramatic.
As clearly presented in the McCullough article from Baylor, and described by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, the efficacy of the HCQ cocktail is based on the pharmacology of the hydroxychloroquine ionophore acting as the “gun” and zinc as the “bullet,” while azithromycin potentiates the anti-viral effect. Undeniably, the hydroxychloroquine combination treatment is supported by science. Yet, you continue to ignore the “science” behind the disease. Viral replication occurs rapidly in the first five to seven days of symptoms and can be treated at that point with the HCQ cocktail. Rather, your actions have denied patients treatment in that early stage. Without such treatment, some patients, especially those at high risk with co-morbidities, deteriorate and require hospitalization for evolving cytokine storm resulting in pneumonia, respiratory failure, and intubation with 50% mortality. Dismissal of the science results in bad medicine, and the outcome is over 160,000 dead Americans. Countries that have followed the science and treated the disease in the early stages have far better results, a fact that has been concealed from the American Public.
Despite mounting evidence and impassioned pleas from hundreds of frontline physicians, your position was and continues to be that randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have not shown there to be benefit. However, not a single randomized control trial has tested what is being recommended: use of the full cocktail (especially zinc), in high-risk patients, initiated within the first 5 to 7 days of the onset of symptoms. Using hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin late in the disease process, with or without zinc, does not produce the same, unequivocally positive results.
Dr. Thomas Frieden, in a 2017 New England Journal of Medicine article regarding randomized clinical trials, emphasized there are situations in which it is entirely appropriate to use other forms of evidence to scientifically validate a treatment. Such is the case during a pandemic that moves like a brushfire jumping to different parts of the country. Insisting on randomized clinical trials in the midst of a pandemic is simply foolish. Dr. Harvey Risch, a world-renowned Yale epidemiologist, analyzed all the data regarding the use of the hydroxychloroquine/HCQ cocktail and concluded that the evidence of its efficacy when used early in COVID-19 infection is unequivocal.
Curiously, despite a 65+ years safety record, the FDA suddenly deemed hydroxychloroquine a dangerous drug, especially with regard to cardiotoxicity. Dr. Risch analyzed data provided by the FDA and concluded that the risk of a significant cardiac event from hydroxychloroquine is extremely low, especially when compared to the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients with high-risk co-morbidities. How do you reconcile that for forty years rheumatoid arthritis and lupus patients have been treated over long periods, often for years, with hydroxychloroquine and now there are suddenly concerns about a 5 to 7-day course of hydroxychloroquine at similar or slightly increased doses? The FDA statement regarding hydroxychloroquine and cardiac risk is patently false and alarmingly misleading to physicians, pharmacists, patients, and other health professionals. The benefits of the early use of hydroxychloroquine to prevent hospitalization in high-risk patients with COVID-19 infection far outweigh the risks. Physicians are not able to obtain the medication for their patients, and in some cases are restricted by their state from prescribing hydroxychloroquine. The government’s obstruction of the early treatment of symptomatic high-risk COVID-19 patients with hydroxychloroquine, a medication used extensively and safely for so long, is unprecedented.
It is essential that you tell the truth to the American public regarding the safety and efficacy of the hydroxychloroquine/HCQ cocktail. The government must protect and facilitate the sacred and revered physician-patient relationship by permitting physicians to treat their patients. Governmental obfuscation and obstruction are as lethal as cytokine storm.
Americans must not continue to die unnecessarily. Adults must resume employment and our youth return to school. Locking down America while awaiting an imperfect vaccine has done far more damage to Americans than the coronavirus. We are confident that thousands of lives would be saved with early treatment of high-risk individuals with a cocktail of hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin. Americans must not live in fear. As Dr. Harvey Risch’s Newsweek article declares, “The key to defeating COVID-19 already exists. We need to start using it.”

Dear Dr. Fauci:
You were placed into the most high-profile role regarding America’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. Americans have relied on your medical expertise concerning the wearing of masks, resuming employment, returning to school, and of course medical treatment.
You are largely unchallenged in terms of your medical opinions. You are the de facto “COVID-19 Czar.” This is unusual in the medical profession in which doctors’ opinions are challenged by other physicians in the form of exchanges between doctors at hospitals, medical conferences, as well as debate in medical journals.
You render your opinions unchallenged, without formal public opposition from physicians who passionately disagree with you. It is incontestable that the public is best served when opinions and policy are based on the prevailing evidence and science, and able to withstand the scrutiny of medical professionals.
As experience accrued in treating COVID-19 infections, physicians worldwide discovered that high-risk patients can be treated successfully as an outpatient, within the first five to seven days of the onset of symptoms, with a “cocktail” consisting of hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin (or doxycycline). Multiple scholarly contributions to the literature detail the efficacy of the hydroxychloroquine-based combination treatment.
Dr. Harvey Risch, the renowned Yale epidemiologist, published an article in May 2020 in the American Journal of Epidemiology titled “Early Outpatient Treatment of Symptomatic, High-Risk COVID-19 Patients that Should be Ramped-Up Immediately as Key to Pandemic Crisis.” He further published an article in Newsweek in July 2020 for the general public expressing the same conclusions and opinions. Dr. Risch is an expert at evaluating research data and study designs, publishing over 300 articles. Dr Risch’s assessment is that there is unequivocal evidence for the early and safe use of the “HCQ cocktail.” If there are Q-T interval concerns, doxycycline can be substituted for azithromycin as it has activity against RNA viruses without any cardiac effects.
Yet, you continue to reject the use of hydroxychloroquine, except in a hospital setting in the form of clinical trials, repeatedly emphasizing the lack of evidence supporting its use.
Hydroxychloroquine, despite 65 years of use for malaria, and over 40 years for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, with a well-established safety profile, has been deemed by you and the FDA as unsafe for use in the treatment of symptomatic COVID-19 infections. Your opinions have influenced the thinking of physicians and their patients, medical boards, state and federal agencies, pharmacists, hospitals, and just about everyone involved in medical decision making.
Indeed, your opinions impacted the health of Americans, and many aspects of our day-to-day lives including employment and school.
Those of us who prescribe hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin/doxycycline believe fervently that early outpatient use would save tens of thousands of lives and enable our country to dramatically alter the response to COVID-19. We advocate for an approach that will reduce fear and allow Americans to get their lives back.
We hope that our questions compel you to reconsider your current approach to COVID-19 infection.
QUESTIONS REGARDING EARLY OUTPATIENT TREATMENT:
There are generally two stages of COVID-19 symptomatic infection; initial flu like symptoms with progression to cytokine storm and respiratory failure, correct?
When people are admitted to a hospital, they generally are in worse condition, correct?
There are no specific medications currently recommended for early outpatient treatment of symptomatic COVID-19 infection, correct?
Remdesivir and Dexamethasone are used for hospitalized patients, correct?
There is currently no recommended pharmacologic early outpatient treatment for individuals in the flu stage of the illness, correct?
It is true that COVID-19 is much more lethal than the flu for high-risk individuals such as older patients and those with significant comorbidities, correct?
Individuals with signs of early COVID-19 infection typically have a runny nose, fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, etc., and physicians send them home to rest, eat chicken soup etc., but offer no specific, targeted medications, correct?
These high-risk individuals are at high risk of death, on the order of 15 percent or higher, correct?
So just so we are clear — the current standard of care now is to send clinically stable symptomatic patients home, “with a wait and see” approach?
Are you aware that physicians are successfully using Hydroxychloroquine combined with Zinc and Azithromycin as a “cocktail” for early outpatient treatment of symptomatic, high-risk, individuals?

Again, to be clear, your recommendation is no pharmacologic treatment as an outpatient for the flu-like symptoms in patients that are stable, regardless of their risk factors, correct?
Would you advocate for early pharmacologic outpatient treatment of symptomatic COVID-19 patients if you were confident that it was beneficial?
Are you aware that there are hundreds of physicians in the United States and thousands across the globe who have had dramatic success treating high-risk individuals as outpatients with this “cocktail?”
Are you aware that there are at least 10 studies demonstrating the efficacy of early outpatient treatment with the Hydroxychloroquine cocktail for high-risk patients — so this is beyond anecdotal, correct?
If one of your loved ones had diabetes or asthma, or any potentially complicating comorbidity, and tested positive for COVID-19, would you recommend “wait and see how they do” and go to the hospital if symptoms progress?
Even with multiple studies documenting remarkable outpatient efficacy and safety of the Hydroxychloroquine “cocktail,” you believe the risks of the medication combination outweigh the benefits?
Is it true that with regard to Hydroxychloroquine and treatment of COVID-19 infection, you have said repeatedly that “The Overwhelming Evidence of Properly Conducted Randomized Clinical Trials Indicate No Therapeutic Efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)?”
But NONE of the randomized controlled trials to which you refer were done in the first five to seven days after the onset of symptoms, correct?
All of the randomized controlled trials to which you refer were done on hospitalized patients, correct?
Hospitalized patients are typically sicker that outpatients, correct?
None of the randomized controlled trials to which you refer used the full cocktail consisting of Hydroxychloroquine, Zinc, and Azithromycin, correct?
While the University of Minnesota study is referred to as disproving the cocktail, the meds were not given within the first five to seven days of illness, the test group was not high risk (death rates were 3 percent), and no zinc was given, correct?
Again, for clarity, the trials upon which you base your opinion regarding the efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine, assessed neither the full cocktail (to include Zinc and Azithromycin or doxycycline) nor administered treatment within the first five to seven days of symptoms, nor focused on the high-risk group, correct?
Therefore, you have no basis to conclude that the Hydroxychloroquine cocktail when used early in the outpatient setting, within the first five to seven days of symptoms, in high risk patients, is not effective, correct?
It is thus false and misleading to say that the effective and safe use of hydroxychloroquine, Zinc, and Azithromycin has been “debunked,” correct? How could it be “debunked” if there is not a single study that contradicts its use?
Should it not be an absolute priority for the NIH and CDC to look at ways to treat Americans with symptomatic COVID-19 infections early to prevent disease progression?
The SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 virus is an RNA virus. It is well-established that Zinc interferes with RNA viral replication, correct?
Moreover, is it not true that hydroxychloroquine facilitates the entry of zinc into the cell, is a “ionophore,” correct?
Isn’t also it true that Azithromycin has established anti-viral properties?
Are you aware of the paper from Baylor by Dr. McCullough et. al. describing established mechanisms by which the components of the “HCQ cocktail” exert anti-viral effects?
So, the use of hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin (or doxycycline), and zinc — the “HCQ cocktail” — is based on science, correct?
QUESTIONS REGARDING SAFETY:
The FDA writes the following: “In light of on-going serious cardiac adverse events and their serious side effects, the known and potential benefits of CQ and HCQ no longer outweigh the known and potential risks for authorized use.” So not only is the FDA saying that hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work, they are also saying that it is a very dangerous drug. Yet, is it not true the drug has been used as an anti-malarial drug for over 65 years?
Isn’t it true that the drug has been used for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis for many years at similar doses?
Do you know of even a single study prior to COVID-19 that has provided definitive evidence against the use of the drug based on safety concerns?
Are you aware that chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine has many approved uses for hydroxychloroquine including steroid-dependent asthma (1988 study), advanced pulmonary sarcoidosis (1988 study), sensitizing breast cancer cells for chemotherapy (2012 study), the attenuation of renal ischemia (2018 study), lupus nephritis (2006 study), epithelial ovarian cancer (2020 study), just to name a few? Where are the cardiotoxicity concerns ever mentioned?
Risch estimates the risk of cardiac death from hydroxychloroquine to be 9/100,000 using the data provided by the FDA. That does not seem to be a high risk, considering the risk of death in an older patient with co-morbidities can be 15 percent or more. Do you consider 9/100,000 to be a high risk when weighed against the risk of death in older patient with co-morbidities?
To put this in perspective, the drug is used for 65 years, without warnings (aside for the need for periodic retinal checks), but the FDA somehow feels the need to send out an alert on June 15, that the drug is dangerous. Does that make any logical sense to you Dr. Fauci based on “science”?
Moreover, consider that the protocols for usage in early treatment are for five to seven days at relatively low doses of hydroxychloroquine similar to what is being given in other diseases (RA, SLE) over many years — does it make any sense to you logically that a five to seven day dose of hydroxychloroquine when not given in high doses could be considered dangerous?
You are also aware that articles published in the New England Journal of Medicine and Lancet, one out of Harvard University, regarding the dangers of hydroxychloroquine had to be retracted based on the fact that the data was fabricated. Are you aware of that?
If there was such good data on the risks of hydroxychloroquine, one would not have to use fake data, correct?
After all, 65 years is a long-time to determine whether or not a drug is safe, do you agree?
In the clinical trials that you have referenced (e.g., the Minnesota and the Brazil studies), there was not a single death attributed directly to hydroxychloroquine, correct?
According to Dr. Risch, there is no evidence based on the data to conclude that hydroxychloroquine is a dangerous drug. Are you aware of any published report that rebuts Dr. Risch’s findings?
Are you aware that the FDA ruling along with your statements have led to Governors in a number of states to restrict the use of hydroxychloroquine?
Are you aware that pharmacies are not filling prescriptions for this medication based on your and the FDA’s restrictions?
Are you aware that doctors are being punished by state medical boards for prescribing the medication based on your comments as well as the FDA’s?
Are you aware that people who want the medication sometimes need to call physicians in other states pleading for it?
And yet you opined in March that while people were dying at the rate of 10,000 patients a week, hydroxychloroquine could only be used in an inpatient setting as part of a clinical trial- correct?
So, people who want to be treated in that critical five- to seven-day period and avoid being hospitalized are basically out of luck in your view, correct?
So, again, for clarity, without a shred of evidence that the hydroxychloroquine/HCQ cocktail is dangerous in the doses currently recommend for early outpatient treatment, you and the FDA have made it very difficult, if not impossible in some cases, to get this treatment, correct?
QUESTIONS REGARDING METHODOLOGY:
In regards to the use of hydroxychloroquine, you have repeatedly made the same statement: “The Overwhelming Evidence from Properly Conducted Randomized Clinical Trials Indicate no Therapeutic Efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine.” Is that correct?
In Dr. Risch’s article regarding the early use of hydroxychloroquine, he disputes your opinion. He scientifically evaluated the data from the studies to support his opinions. Have you published any articles to support your opinions?
You repeatedly state that randomized clinical trials are needed to make conclusions regarding treatments, correct?
The FDA has approved many medications (especially in the area of cancer treatment) without randomized clinical trials, correct?
Are you aware that Dr. Thomas Frieden, the previous head of the CDC wrote an article in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2017 called “Evidence for Health Decision Making — Beyond Randomized Clinical Trials (RCT)?” Have you read that article?
In it Dr. Frieden states that “many data sources can provide valid evidence for clinical and public health action, including analysis of aggregate clinical or epidemiological data.” Do you disagree with that?
Frieden discusses “practiced-based evidence” as being essential in many discoveries, such SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Do you disagree with that?
Frieden writes the following: “Current evidence-grading systems are biased toward randomized clinical trials, which may lead to inadequate consideration of non-RCT data.” Dr. Fauci, have you considered all the non-RCT data in coming to your opinions?
Risch, who is a leading world authority in the analysis of aggregate clinical data, has done a rigorous analysis that he published regarding the early treatment of COVID-19 with hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin. He cites five or six studies, and in an updated article there are five or six more, a total of 10 to 12 clinical studies with formally collected data specifically regarding the early treatment of COVID. Have you analyzed the aggregate data regarding early treatment of high-risk patients with hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin?
Is there any document that you can produce for the American people of your analysis of the aggregate data that would rebut Dr. Risch’s analysis?
Yet, despite what Dr. Risch believes is overwhelming evidence in support of the early use of hydroxychloroquine, you dismiss the treatment insisting on randomized controlled trials even in the midst of a pandemic?
Would you want a loved one with high-risk comorbidities placed in the control group of a randomized clinical trial when a number of studies demonstrate safety and dramatic efficacy of the early use of the hydroxychloroquine “cocktail?”
Are you aware that the FDA approved a number of cancer chemotherapy drugs without randomized control trials based solely on epidemiological evidence? The trials came later as confirmation. Are you aware of that?
You are well aware that there were no randomized clinical trials in the case of penicillin that saved thousands of lives in World War II? Was not this in the best interest of our soldiers?
You would agree that many lives were saved with the use of cancer drugs and penicillin that were used before any randomized clinical trials, correct?
You have referred to evidence for hydroxychloroquine as “anecdotal,” which is defined as “evidence collected in a casual or informal manner and relying heavily or entirely on personal testimony,” correct?
But there are many studies supporting the use of hydroxychloroquine in which evidence was collected formally and not on personal testimony, has there not been?
So, it would be false to conclude that the evidence supporting the early use of hydroxychloroquine is anecdotal, correct?
COMPARISON BETWEEN U.S. AND OTHER COUNTRIES REGARDING CASE FATALITY RATE:
(IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE THE GRAPHS COMPARING OUR CASE FATALITY RATES TO OTHER COUNTRIES.)
Are you aware that countries like Senegal and Nigeria that use hydroxychloroquine have much lower case-fatality rates than the United States?
Have you pondered the relationship between the use of hydroxychloroquine by a given country and their case mortality rate and why there is a strong correlation between the use of HCQ and the reduction of the case mortality rate.?
Have you considered consulting with a country such as India that has had great success treating COVID-19 prophylactically?
Why shouldn’t our first responders and front-line workers who are at high risk at least have an option of HCQ/zinc prophylaxis?
We should all agree that countries with far inferior healthcare delivery systems should not have lower case fatality rates. Reducing our case fatality rate from near 5 percent, to 2.5 percent, in line with many countries who use HCQ early would have cut our total number of deaths in half, correct?
Why not consult with countries who have lower case-fatality rates, even without expensive medicines such as remdesivir and far less advanced intensive care capabilities?
GIVING AMERICANS THE OPTION TO USE HCQ FOR COVID-19:
Harvey Risch, the pre-eminent epidemiologist from Yale, wrote a Newsweek Article titled: “The key to defeating COVID-19 already exists. We need to start using it.” Did you read the article?
Are you aware that the cost of the hydroxychloroquine “cocktail” including the Z-pack and zinc is about $50?
You are aware the cost of remdesivir is about $3,200?
So that’s about 60 doses of HCQ “cocktail,” correct?
In fact, President Trump had the foresight to amass 60 million doses of hydroxychloroquine, and yet you continue to stand in the way of doctors who want to use that medication for their infected patients, correct?
Those are a lot of doses of medication that potentially could be used to treat our poor, especially our minority populations and people of color that have a difficult time accessing healthcare. They die more frequently of COVID-19, do they not?
But because of your obstinance blocking the use of HCQ, this stockpile has remained largely unused, correct?
Would you acknowledge that your strategy of telling Americans to restrict their behavior, wear masks, and distance, and put their lives on hold indefinitely until there is a vaccine is not working?
So, 160,000 deaths later, an economy in shambles, kids out of school, suicides and drug overdoses at a record high, people neglected and dying from other medical conditions, and America reacting to every outbreak with another lockdown — is it not time to re-think your strategy that is fully dependent on an effective vaccine?
Why not consider a strategy that protects the most vulnerable and allows Americans back to living their lives and not wait for a vaccine panacea that may never come?
Why not consider the approach that thousands of doctors around the world are using, supported by a number of studies in the literature, with early outpatient treatment of high-risk patients for typically one week with HCQ + zinc + azithromycin?
You don’t see a problem with the fact that the government, due to your position, in some cases interferes with the choice of using HCQ. Should not that be a choice between the doctor and the patient?
While some doctors may not want to use the drug, should not doctors who believe that it is indicated be able to offer it to their patients?
Are you aware that doctors who are publicly advocating for such a strategy with the early use of the HCQ cocktail are being silenced with removal of content on the internet and even censorship in the medical community?
You are aware of the 20 or so physicians who came to the Supreme Court steps advocating for the early use of the hydroxychloroquine cocktail. In fact, you said these were “a bunch of people spouting out something that isn’t true.” Dr. Fauci, these are not just “people,” these are doctors who actually treat patients, unlike you, correct?
Do you know that the video they made went viral with 17 million views in just a few hours, and was then removed from the internet?
Are you aware that their website, American Frontline Doctors, was taken down the next day?
Did you see the way that Nigerian immigrant physician, Dr. Stella Immanuel, was mocked in the media for her religious views and called a “witch doctor?”
Are you aware that Dr. Simone Gold, the leader of the group, was fired from her job as an Emergency Room physician the following day?
Are you aware that physicians advocating for this treatment that has by now probably saved millions of lives around the globe are harassed by local health departments, state agencies and medical boards, and even at their own hospitals? Are you aware of that?
Don’t you think doctors should have the right to speak out on behalf of their patients without the threat of retribution?
Are you aware that videos and other educational information are removed off the internet and labeled, in the words of Mark Zuckerberg, as “misinformation?”
Is it not misinformation to characterize hydroxychloroquine, in the doses used for early outpatient treatment of COVID-19 infections, as a dangerous drug?
Is it not misleading for you to repeatedly state to the American public that randomized clinical trials are the sole source of information to confirm the efficacy of a treatment?
Was it not misinformation when on CNN you cited the Lancet study based on false data from Surgisphere as evidence of the lack of efficacy of hydroxychloroquine?
Is it not misinformation as is repeated in the MSM as a result of your comments that a randomized clinical trial is required by the FDA for a drug approval?
Don’t you realize how much damage this falsehood perpetuates?
How is it not misinformation for you and the FDA to keep telling the American public that hydroxychloroquine is dangerous when you know that there is nothing more than anecdotal evidence of that?
Fauci, if you or a loved one were infected with COVID-19, and had flu-like symptoms, and you knew as you do now, that there is a safe and effective cocktail that you could take to prevent worsening and the possibility of hospitalization, can you honestly tell us that you would refuse the medication?
Why not give our healthcare workers and first responders, who even with the necessary PPE are contracting the virus at a three to four times greater rate than the general public, the right to choose along with their doctor if they want to use the medicine prophylactically?
Why is the government inserting itself in a way that is unprecedented in regard to a historically safe medication and not allowing patients the right to choose along with their doctor?
Why not give the American people the right to decide along with their physician whether or not they want outpatient treatment in the first five to seven days of the disease with a cocktail that is safe and costs around $50?
FINAL QUESTIONS:
Fauci, please explain how a randomized clinical trial, to which you repeatedly make reference, for testing the HCQ cocktail (hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, and zinc) administered within five to seven days of the onset of symptoms is even possible now given the declining case numbers in so many states?
For example, if the NIH were now to direct a study to begin September 15, where would such a study be done?
Please explain how a randomized study on the early treatment (within the first five to seven days of symptoms) of high-risk, symptomatic COVID-19 infections could be done during the influenza season and be valid?
Please explain how multiple observational studies arrive at the same outcomes using the same formulation of hydroxychloroquine + azithromycin + zinc given in the same time frame for the same study population (high risk patients) is not evidence that the cocktail works?
In fact, how is it not significant evidence, during a pandemic, for hundreds of non-academic private practice physicians to achieve the same outcomes with the early use of the HCQ cocktail?
What is your recommendation for the medical management of a 75-year-old diabetic with fever, cough, and loss of smell, but not yet hypoxic, who Emergency Room providers do not feel warrants admission? We know that hundreds of US physicians (and thousands more around the world) would manage this case with the HCQ cocktail with predictable success.
If you were in charge in 1940, would you have advised the mass production of penicillin based primarily on lab evidence and one case series on five patients in England, or would you have stated that a randomized clinical trial was needed?
Why would any physician put their medical license, professional reputation, and job on the line to recommend the HCQ cocktail — that does not make them any money — unless they knew the treatment could significantly help their patient?
Why would a physician take the medication themselves and prescribe it to family members (for treatment or prophylaxis) unless they felt strongly that the medication was beneficial?
How is it informed and ethical medical practice to allow a COVID-19 patient to deteriorate in the early stages of the infection when there is inexpensive, safe, and dramatically effective treatment with the HCQ cocktail, which the science indicates interferes with coronavirus replication?
How is your approach to “wait and see” in the early stages of COVID-19 infection, especially in high-risk patients, following the science?
While previous questions are related to hydroxychloroquine-based treatment, we have two questions addressing masks.
As you recall, you stated on March 8, just a few weeks before the devastation in the Northeast, that masks weren’t needed.You later said that you made this statement to prevent a hoarding of masks that would disrupt availability to healthcare workers. Why did you not make a recommendation for people to wear any face covering to protect themselves, as we are doing now?
Rather, you issued no such warning and people were riding in subways and visiting their relatives in nursing homes without any face covering. Currently, your position is that face coverings are essential. Please explain whether or not you made a mistake in early March, and how would you go about it differently now.
CONCLUSION:
Since the start of the pandemic, physicians have used hydroxychloroquine to treat symptomatic COVID-19 infections, as well as for prophylaxis. Initial results were mixed as indications and doses were explored to maximize outcomes and minimize risks. What emerged was that hydroxychloroquine appeared to work best when coupled with azithromycin.

In fact, it was the President of the United States who recommended to you publicly at the beginning of the pandemic, in early March, that you should consider early treatment with hydroxychloroquine and a “Z-Pack.”
Additional studies showed that patients did not seem to benefit when COVID-19 infections were treated with hydroxychloroquine late in the course of the illness, typically in a hospital setting, but treatment was consistently effective, even in high-risk patients, when hydroxychloroquine was given in a “cocktail” with azithromycin and, critically, zinc in the first five to seven days after the onset of symptoms. The outcomes are, in fact, dramatic.
As clearly presented in the McCullough article from Baylor, and described by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, the efficacy of the HCQ cocktail is based on the pharmacology of the hydroxychloroquine ionophore acting as the “gun” and zinc as the “bullet,” while azithromycin potentiates the anti-viral effect. Undeniably, the hydroxychloroquine combination treatment is supported by science.
Yet, you continue to ignore the “science” behind the disease. Viral replication occurs rapidly in the first five to seven days of symptoms and can be treated at that point with the HCQ cocktail.
Rather, your actions have denied patients treatment in that early stage. Without such treatment, some patients, especially those at high risk with co-morbidities, deteriorate and require hospitalization for evolving cytokine storm resulting in pneumonia, respiratory failure, and intubation with 50% mortality. Dismissal of the science results in bad medicine, and the outcome is over 160,000 dead Americans. Countries that have followed the science and treated the disease in the early stages have far better results, a fact that has been concealed from the American Public.
Despite mounting evidence and impassioned pleas from hundreds of frontline physicians, your position was and continues to be that randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have not shown there to be benefit. However, not a single randomized control trial has tested what is being recommended: use of the full cocktail (especially zinc), in high-risk patients, initiated within the first 5 to 7 days of the onset of symptoms. Using hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin late in the disease process, with or without zinc, does not produce the same, unequivocally positive results.
Dr. Thomas Frieden, in a 2017 New England Journal of Medicine article regarding randomized clinical trials, emphasized there are situations in which it is entirely appropriate to use other forms of evidence to scientifically validate a treatment. Such is the case during a pandemic that moves like a brushfire jumping to different parts of the country. Insisting on randomized clinical trials in the midst of a pandemic is simply foolish.
Dr. Harvey Risch, a world-renowned Yale epidemiologist, analyzed all the data regarding the use of the hydroxychloroquine/HCQ cocktail and concluded that the evidence of its efficacy when used early in COVID-19 infection is unequivocal.
Curiously, despite a 65+ years safety record, the FDA suddenly deemed hydroxychloroquine a dangerous drug, especially with regard to cardiotoxicity. Dr. Risch analyzed data provided by the FDA and concluded that the risk of a significant cardiac event from hydroxychloroquine is extremely low, especially when compared to the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients with high-risk co-morbidities. How do you reconcile that for forty years rheumatoid arthritis and lupus patients have been treated over long periods, often for years, with hydroxychloroquine and now there are suddenly concerns about a 5 to 7-day course of hydroxychloroquine at similar or slightly increased doses?
The FDA statement regarding hydroxychloroquine and cardiac risk is patently false and alarmingly misleading to physicians, pharmacists, patients, and other health professionals. The benefits of the early use of hydroxychloroquine to prevent hospitalization in high-risk patients with COVID-19 infection far outweigh the risks. Physicians are not able to obtain the medication for their patients, and in some cases are restricted by their state from prescribing hydroxychloroquine. The government’s obstruction of the early treatment of symptomatic high-risk COVID-19 patients with hydroxychloroquine, a medication used extensively and safely for so long, is unprecedented.
It is essential that you tell the truth to the American public regarding the safety and efficacy of the hydroxychloroquine/HCQ cocktail. The government must protect and facilitate the sacred and revered physician-patient relationship by permitting physicians to treat their patients. Governmental obfuscation and obstruction are as lethal as cytokine storm.
Americans must not continue to die unnecessarily. Adults must resume employment and our youth return to school. Locking down America while awaiting an imperfect vaccine has done far more damage to Americans than the coronavirus. We are confident that thousands of lives would be saved with early treatment of high-risk individuals with a cocktail of hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and azithromycin. Americans must not live in fear. As Dr. Harvey Risch’s Newsweek article declares:
“The key to defeating COVID-19 already exists. We need to start using it.”

BENGHAZI AND THE MATCHING SERIAL NUMBERS…..
So here’s the REAL story: Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept. had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission.
Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn’t arm the missile. The helicopter didn’t explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in Qatar by the CIA.
Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a “do-or-die” mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy.
It was the State Dept., NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.”

THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not.

Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: Because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles; that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept.’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya.
