Why Masks Don’t Work to Block Covid19

I know I’m about to burst your “google doctor degree” bubble, but here goes nothing. For all you mask wearers (especially those of you who think wearing it outside is NOT stupid).
So Masks?
I am OSHA 10 & 30 certified. I know some of you are too. I don’t really know WHY OSHA hasn’t come forward and stopped the nonsense BUT I want to cover 3 things
• N95 masks and masks with exhale ports
• surgical masks
• filter or cloth masks
Okay, so upon further inspection, OSHA says some masks are okay and not okay in certain situations.
If you’re working with fumes and aerosol chemicals and you give your employees the wrong masks and they get sick, you can be sued.
• N95 masks: are designed for CONTAMINATED environments. That means when you exhale through N95 the design is that you are exhaling into contamination. The exhale from N95 masks are vented to breath straight out without filtration. They don’t filter the air on the way out. They don’t need to.
Conclusion: if you’re in Target and the guy with Covid has a N95 mask, his covid breath is unfiltered being exhaled into Target (because it was designed for already contaminated environments, it’s not filtering your air on the way out).
• Surgical Mask: these masks were designed and approved for STERILE environments. The amount of particles and contaminants in the outside and indoor environments where people are CLOGGING these masks very, VERY quickly. The moisture from your breath combined with the clogged mask will render it “useless” IF you come in contact with Covid and your mask traps it, YOU become a walking virus dispenser. Everytime you put your mask on you are breathing the germs from EVERYWHERE you went. They should be changed or thrown out every “20-30 minutes in a non sterile environment.”
• Cloth masks: I can’t even believe I’m having to explain this, but here it goes. Today, three people pointed to their masks as they walked by me entering Lowe’s. They said “ya gotta wear your mask BRO” I said very clearly “those masks don’t work bro, in fact they MAKE you sicker” they “pshh’d” me. By now hopefully you all know CLOTH masks do not filter anything. You mean the American flag one my aunt made? Yes. The one with sunflowers that looks so cute? Yes. The bandanna, the cut up t-shirt, the scarf ALL of them offer NO FILTERING whatsoever. As you exhale, you are ridding your lungs of contaminants and carbon dioxide. Cloth masks trap this carbon dioxide the best. It actually risks your health, rather than protect it. The moisture caught in these masks can become mildew ridden over night. Dry coughing, enhanced allergies, sore throat are all symptoms of a micro-mold in your mask.

*N95 blows the virus into the air from a contaminated person.
*The surgical mask is not designed for the outside world and will not filter the virus upon inhaling through it. It’s filtration works on the exhale, (Like a vacuum bag, it only works one way) but likely stops after 20 minutes, rendering it useless outside of a STERILE ENVIRONMENT (correct Becky, they don’t work in a bar, not even a little bit).
*Cloth masks are WORSE than none. It’s equivalent to using a chain link fence to stop mosquitos.
The CDC wants us to keep wearing masks. The masks don’t work. They’re being used to provide false comfort and push forward a specific agenda. For the love of God, research each mask’s designed use and purpose, I bet you will find NONE are used in the way of “viral defense.”
Just like EVERY Flu season kids, wash your hands. Sanitize your hands. Don’t touch stuff. Sanitize your phone. Don’t touch people. And keep your distance. Why? Because your breath stinks, your deodorant is failing, your shoes are old and stink, that shirts not clean, & I like my space. Trust me I can hear you from here. Lots of reasons to keep your distance and work on body hygiene. But trust me, the masks do not work.

I know, facts suck. They throw a wrench into the perfectly (seeming) packaged pill you are willingly swallowing. Facts make you have to form your OWN OPINION, instead of regurgitating someone else’s, and I know how uncomfortable that makes a lot of you. If your mask gives you security, by all means wear it. Just know it is a false sense of security and you shouldn’t shame anyone into partaking in such “conspiracies.”
If select politicians stopped enforcing it, no one would continue this nonsense. Don’t drink the kool-aid.
Early on Friday morning, February 5th, my friend Bob Reid notified me with the sad news of the demise of legendary Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, who passed away in Florida on February 4th, 2016 at the age of 85.
Every February 7th, I celebrate the life of the original “Flash Gordon” with a group of like-minded friends whose lives were touched, moved, inspired by the original Flash Gordon serials, starring the now-immortal science fiction movie hero, Buster Crabbe, who was born on February 7th, 1908.

Of course, as a young man growing up during “The Kennedy Era,” I knew very well of Edgar Mitchell and his legendary “Moon Walk.”Edgar Mitchell’s “Moon Walk” lasted more than 9 hours andset a record that may endure through the 21st Century.
However, more importantly, my interest in his flight was piqued further when I learned secret details of his lunar journey. Dr. Mitchell’s work became of life-long interest for me because, as a Fordham University undergrad studying (para)psychology at the time of Dr. Mitchell’s trip to the Moon, I became even more intrigued with his translunar experiences when I read in a major national magazine that while on the Moon and in his return to Earth, Edgar Mitchell had secretly conducted experiments in extrasensory perception, or ESP (as it was called then), including attempts at telepathic communications with friends and associates, acting as ” psychic targets” here on Earth to receive his telepathic transmissions from the Moon! That item was an amazing revelation for the times.
Although few details of the ESP experiments were given at that time, the simple factthat Dr. Mitchell, a world renown Apollo astronaut, had engaged in scientific ESP studies, instantly raised the respectability of ESP research as serious subject to be legitimately explored as Science (with a capital “S”).
Furthermore, the revelation of Mitchell’s ESP experiments instantly elevated the status, legitinacy and respectability of the small group of dedicated ESP investigators and researchers of the paranormal ( including UFOlogists) who, in general, were largely shunned by science and scientists (small “s”) and who, held in disdain by mainstream science, had been relegated , banshed to “the outlands” of what was commonly labelled (and regularly debunked) as “fringe science.”
All of that changed on the day that a very “straight-laced” national news magazine profiled Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell, reporting his remarkable feats of strength endurance during his Moon Walk. Foremost in mass media’s attention was Mitchell’s world record set while walking on the Moon for more than 9 hours. That is a record that may stand for 100 years or, perhaps, for even longer, given the chaotic state of world affairs today, and the consequent retardation of manned lunar exploration for the foreseeable future.
Editor’s Note: Since 2016, the situation described above has changed radically since the election of President Donald J. Trump, the establishment of the U.S. Space Force, and the initiation of NASA’s Project Artemis: America’s wreturn to the Moon.
“Something Really Big” Happened To Mitchell Returning From the Moon
As remarkable as the revelation of Dr. Mitchell’s translunar ESP experimentation was, there was an even more amazing, but glossed over detail in the magazine article, which gave me a hint that “Something Really Big”had happened to Edgar Mitchell during the Apollo 14 flight, something which was being“played down” at the same time that it was being reported.
I recall even now (after more than 40 years), the deep and curious impression that the reportage of this event made upon me, striking very strongly on a psychic level. I read the paragraph several times over as I sensed that there was a subliminal message in the account.
I sensed upon reading the report that something of great significance was being veiled , (not quite hidden) but not out in the open.
To me, the narrative implied something bigger than what was being told, and it suggested in coded words, a vague description of a cosmic eventof some sort that had transpired during Mitchell’s journey back from the Moon.
Direct Contact With a Higher Form of Consciousness in Outer Space
I was intrigued by the magazine report that while returning from the Moon Edgar Mitchell had had a “peak experience” that involved a significant expansion of consciousness, one that was triggered by the sight of the Earth floating freely in space.
The sense of euphoria that the stronaut felt during that singular experience led Dr. Mitchell to enter a state of higher cinsciousness and gave him a sense he had made contact with a form of superconsciousness that tied all things together into One. It appeared to me that Edgar Mitchell had experienced direct contact with a higher mind, which conveyed a sense of Universal Intelligence.
Hindu yogis desribe that state as arriving at “Samadi.”
Mitchell’s brief description of this psychic state had revealed to to the world the veritable existence of a higher state of consciousness, a higher state of mind, potentially attainable by human beings to arrive at unity with The Universal Mind, .
The concept of One Mind that is all-encompassing in nature is not new. In point of fact, it is more than ancient. It is primordial and symbolized most readily by the image of “The Eye of Providence” or “The All-Seeing Eye.”
In ancient lore, to attain the “All-Seeing Eye”also signified rebirth as Horus the Falcon …

Arthur C. Clarke predicted in his novels, “2001: a Space Odyssey” and “Childhood’s End,” the eventual merger of the human mind with “Superconsciousness” to become The Star Childin “2001: A Space Odyssey,” but his prediction is even more literal and dramatic in “Childhood’s End.”
The End of Mankind ( to be read here as “the purpose of Mankind’s creation”) as foreseen by Arthur C. Clarke in “Childhood’s End,” will be marked by the the absorption of all minds into one great, overarching field of awareness, which is Universal Intelligence. Clark foresaw that Mankind, having evolved in some future altered state into a telepathic global consciousness, literally a form of “hive mind,” will be absorbed by a yet higher intelligence that is tantamount to God.
At that final moment of “Childhood’s End,” the Hive Mind of Mankind is predicted by Clarke to be subsumed as a whole into an even greater, all-encompassing Universal Mind, a Ring of Power, perhaps symbolically signifying Clarke’s concept of the return of The Cosmic Christ to gather up the souls of the Elect quite literally into ….

In his apocalyptic scheme of things to come, Clarke’s end suggests a union with The Divine, i.e. a personal union with the Mind of God, Itself, as a single, unified state of super consciousness, which the Swiss psychologistC. G. Jung called the “Mysterium Coniunctionis,” or “mysterious conjunction” of the human mind and soul with the divine prinicple in a mystical union with the “Myysterium,” namely God.
The Jesuit scientist-philospher, Teilhard de Chardin referred to that same concept of a “Universal Mind” as the “Noosphere,” which means the Sphere of Knowing, or Universal Awareness, i.e Cosmic Consciousness, and from which the Institute for Noetic Sciences derives its name.
Teilhard de Chardin’s own “peak experience,” which had occurred in Asia 50 years before Edgar Mitchell’s, gave Teilhard a vision of the Universe as a Single Living Being from its inception, called The Alpha Point, with a body composed of divine creative energy joined with and matter, coexisting dynamically in spacetime, growing, extending, and expanding forever toward a destination to fulfill a universal purpose, always moving toward an end point called “OMEGA POINT.”
Of course, the magazine article did not state that “Edgar Mitchell has seen God,” but it clearly suggested that something extraordinary, and quite outside of so-called “normal” human experience had happened to Edgar Mitchell “out there” between the Moon and the Earth. It was clear to me that its import was great.
Something unusual, something extraordinary, something beyond our ken and the normal boundaries of the human experience had happened to Edgar Mitchell while on the Moon and, more importanly, during Apollo 14’s transit through deep space in Apollo 14 as it returned to Earth.
For me, the wording and the phrasing, along with a marked reference to “peak experience” (a key word in vogue in psychology at that time), a term coined by psychologist Abraham Maslow, who was best known, “for creating Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, a theory of psychological health predicated on fulfilling innate human needs in priority, culminating in “self-actualization.” (SeeWikipedia)
These Maslowian ideas of “peak experience” and “self-actualization” were identical with “Centering,”“Self-realization,“ “Enlightenment” or “illumination” (in modern terms). These ideas were already familiar to me as a student of parapsychology pursuing the same quest, seeking the very same goal of “self-actualization.”
The mention of these concepts in regard to Edgar Mitchell’s experiences provided strong support for my belief in telepathic ESP and showed me that, in one sense or another, in a state of extrasensory perception, Edgar Mitchell had experienced what we called then and now …
COSMIC CONSCIOUSNESS

That memorable report made of me a lifelong student of Edgar Mitchell’s work, the most important of which in my estimation were direct outgrowths of the “peak experience” that he had had transiting back to Earth from the Moon. These works were Dr. Mitchell’s establishment and founding of The Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) for the exploration of human consciousness, as well as, becoming a strong global voice promoting the peaceful uses of outer space, and working with Carol Rosin, personal assitant to Werner Von Braun,to promote and adavance the De-Weaponization of Outer Space.
Just as President John F. Kennedy had done with his contraversial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty in 1963, Dr. Edgar Mitchell called for all nation to ban the proliferation nuclear weapons (or Star Wars technology) in outer space.

“Mitchell’s interests included consciousness and paranormal phenomena. On his way back to Earth during the Apollo 14 flight he had a powerful savikalpa samādhi experience,[13] and also claimed to have conducted private ESP experiments with his friends on Earth.[14]

More than 30 years later, I finally got to meet Dr. Edgar Mitchell on January 30th, 2003, when he lectured at The Explorers Club in New York City, just 2 days before the tragic loss of Space Shuttle Columbia.
It was there at the Explorers Club that I heard Dr. Mitchell recount in great detail the circumstances surrounding his “peak experience,” which I had a chance to discuss with him that very night.
Our exchanges at The Explorers Club began a 13-year long friendship and correspondence that lasted through this week just before Ed passed the bar. I would like to add or more aptly assert that if his translunar ESP experiments were successful (as they appear now to have been), I pray that our correspondence may yet continue for a while as we both know with certainty that we don’t need postage stamps for telepathiccontact, we just need the right envelope.
A score of friends and fans of Dr. Edgar Mitchell have contacted me expressing their commiseration, sharing sympathies and the experiences that they had Dr. Mitchell over the the last few decades.

I first brought this photo to Ed’s attention in 2008, and again 2 years later, when we discussed the “sky object” again in greater detail when I shared my enlargements and enhancements with him during a telephone conference call with him and a fellow astronaut in 2010.

To avoid “leading the witness,” whenever Ed and I discussed this photo, on the phone or in emails, I refrained from ever calling it a “UFO,” and so, for our mutual comfort in discussing it, I dubbed it “The Apollo 14 Sky Object,” or simply “the sky object.”
The image I’d shared with Ed in 2008 was not the enlarged enhancement that the reader sees above. So, when we spoke on the phone, I sent him the images shown above via email so that I could gauge his reactions in “realtime.”
I sent the file and I heard a “ping” over he phone, signalling it’s arrival in his omputer. When Ed opened the file, I was delighted to hear him exclaim on the other side, with some measure of excitement :
“Hey, Robert! There really IS something there!”

UT researchers Discover Water on the Moon is Widespread and Similar to Earth
Researchers uncover evidence of water on the inside of the Moon…
Researchers at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville are once again turning what scientists thought they knew about the moon on its head.
Last fall, researchers, including Larry Taylor, a distinguished professor in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, discovered “lunar dew” on the moon’s surface — absorbed “water” in the uppermost layers of lunar soil.
This discovery of water debunked beliefs held since the return of the first Apollo rocks that the moon was bone-dry.

Now, scientists, including Taylor and Yang Liu, research assistant professor in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, have discovered that water on the moon is more widespread on the outside and inside of the moon with similarities to water in volcanic systems on Earth.
Their research will be featured in the article, “Lunar Apatite with Terrestrial Volatile Abundances,” in the July 22 edition of the scientific journal, Nature.
Unlike lunar dew, which is believed to come from an outside source such as solar wind which brings hydrogen into contact with the Moon’s oxygen, the water discovered by Taylor and Liu is internal, arising from an entirely different origin.
How it got there is not yet known.
The water may have been added by impacting comets, which contain ice, during or after the formation of the moon and Earth.
The existence of volcanoes on the moon more than 4 billion years ago gave the researchers a clue that water might exist inside the body, since the dynamics of volcanoes on Earth are mostly driven by water.
Therefore, the scientists made their novel discovery by examining a lunar basalt brought back from the 1971 Apollo 14 mission.
Using secondary ion mass spectrometry at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, Calif., scientists determined volatile elements in a calcium phosphate mineral are very similar in the same mineral found on Earth.
The scientists said this provides “robust evidence for the presence of water in the interior of the moon from where some lunar rocks were derived.
This demonstrates a closer chemical and geologic relationship between the Earth and moon than previously known. We must now re-evaluate the volatile inventories of the moon, relative to the Earth.”
The finding of volatiles on the moon has deep implications for how it, and the Earth, formed.
It is generally believed that the moon was created when the early Earth was hit by a Mars-sized proto-planet called Theia, melting and vaporizing itself and a large chunk of the Earth.
The cloud of particles created by the impact later congealed to form the moon, which supposedly was devoid of highly volatile elements such as hydrogen and chlorine. However, the researchers’ discovery of these volatiles challenges this theory.
“If water in the Moon was residue, water kept during the giant impact, it is surprising that water survived the impact at all because less volatile elements, such as sodium and potassium, are strongly depleted. The details of the impact theory need to be re-examined,” Liu said.
The discovery of abundant and ubiquitouswater on the moon could mean a human settlement on the moon is not so far-fetched. Currently, the endeavour would be very expensive.
For example, it costs $25,000 to take one pint of water to the moon. However, if scientists devise processes to easily recover this water from the lunar rocks for drinking water and fuel, a human settlement is not out of reach.
“Now we have ready sources of water that can be consumed by plants and humans but also electrolyzed into liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen to develop rocket fuel,” Taylor said.
“Until the recent discovery of water in and on the moon, it was going to be a very energy-intensive endeavor to separate these elements from the lunar rocks and soil.”
Taylor and Liu collaborated with George Rossman, Yunbin Guan, John Eiler and Edward Stolper at CalTech, as well as Jeremy Boyce at CalTech, and the University of California-Los Angeles.
Their research was funded by NASA Cosmochemistry, the National Science Foundation and the Moore Foundation for Support of the Caltech Microanalysis Center.

The Apollo 13 explosion: “Houston, we’ve had a problem…”
Mission Objective
Apollo 13 was supposed to land in the Fra Mauro area. An explosion on board forced Apollo 13 to circle the moon without landing. The Fra Mauro site was reassigned to Apollo 14.
Mission Highlights
At 5 1/2 minutes after liftoff, John Swigert, Fred Haise and James Lovell felt a little vibration. Then the center engine of the S-II stage shut down two minutes early. This caused the remaining four engines to burn 34 seconds longer than planned, and the S-IVB third stage had to burn nine seconds longer to put Apollo 13 in orbit.
Days before the mission, backup lunar module pilot, Charles Duke, had inadvertently exposed the crew to German measles. Command Module Pilot Ken Mattingly had no immunity to measles and was replaced by backup command module pilot, John Swigert.
Ground tests before launch indicated the possibility of a poorly insulated supercritical helium tank in the lunar module, or LM, descent stage, so the flight plan was modified to enter the LM three hours early in order to obtain an onboard readout of helium tank pressure.
The No. 2 oxygen tank, serial number 10024X-TA0009, had been previously installed in the service module of Apollo 10, but was removed for modification and damaged in the process. The tank was fixed, tested at the factory, installed in the Apollo 13 service module and tested again during the Countdown Demonstration Test at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center beginning March 16, 1970. The tanks normally are emptied to about half full. No. 1 behaved all right, but No. 2 dropped to only 92 percent of capacity. Gaseous oxygen at 80 pounds per square inch was applied through the vent line to expel the liquid oxygen, but to no avail.
An interim discrepancy report was written, and on March 27, two weeks before launch, detanking operations resumed. No. 1 again emptied normally, but No. 2 did not.
After a conference with contractor and NASA personnel, the test director decided to “boil off” the remaining oxygen in No. 2 by using the electrical heater within the tank.
The technique worked, but it took eight hours of 65-volt DC power from the ground support equipment to dissipate the oxygen. Due to an oversight in replacing an underrated component during a design modification, this turned out to severely damage the internal heating elements of the tank.
Apollo 13 was to be the third lunar landing attempt, but the mission was aborted after rupture of service module oxygen tank. Still, it was classified as a “successful failure” because of the experience gained in rescuing the crew. The mission’s spent upper stage successfully impacted the moon.
During the first two days, the crew ran into a couple of minor surprises, but generally Apollo 13 was looking like the smoothest flight of the program. At 46 hours, 43 minutes Joe Kerwin, the capsule communicator, or Capcom, on duty, said, “The spacecraft is in real good shape as far as we are concerned. We’re bored to tears down here.” It was the last time anyone would mention boredom for a long time.
At 55 hours, 46 minutes, as the crew finished a 49-minute TV broadcast showing how comfortably they lived and worked in weightlessness, Lovell said, “This is the crew of Apollo 13 wishing everybody there a nice evening, and we’re just about ready to close out our inspection of Aquarius and get back for a pleasant evening in Odyssey. Good night.”
Nine minutes later, oxygen tank No. 2 blew up, causing the No. 1 tank to also fail. The command module’s normal supply of electricity, light and water was lost, and they were about 200,000 miles from Earth.
The message came in the form of a sharp bang and vibration at 9:08 p.m. April 13. Swigert saw a warning light that accompanied the bang and said, “Houston, we’ve had a problem here.” Lovell came on and told the ground that it was a main B bus undervolt.
Next, the warning lights indicated the loss of two of three fuel cells, which were the spacecraft’s prime source of electricity. With warning lights blinking, one oxygen tank appeared to be completely empty and there were indications that the oxygen in the second tank was rapidly depleting.
Thirteen minutes after the explosion, Lovell happened to look out of the left-hand window and saw the final evidence pointing toward potential catastrophe. “We are venting something out into the… into space,” he reported to Houston. Capcom Jack Lousma replied, “Roger, we copy you venting.” Lovell said, “It’s a gas of some sort.” It was oxygen gas escaping at a high rate from the second, and last, oxygen tank.
The first thing the crew did, even before discovering the oxygen leak, was try to close the hatch between the CM and the LM. They reacted spontaneously, similar to a submarine crew, closing the hatches to limit the amount of flooding. First Swigert, and then Lovell, tried to lock the reluctant hatch, but the stubborn lid wouldn’t stay shut. Exasperated and realizing that there wasn’t a cabin leak, they strapped the hatch to the CM couch.
The pressure in the No. 1 oxygen tank continued to drift downward; passing 300 pounds per square inch, then headed toward 200 pounds per square inch.
Months later, after the accident investigation was complete, it was determined that when the No. 2 tank blew up, it either ruptured a line on the No. 1 tank or caused one of the valves to leak. When the pressure reached 200 pounds per square inch, the crew and ground controllers knew they would lose all oxygen, which meant that the last fuel cell also would die.
At one hour, 29 seconds after the bang, Lousma said after instructions from Flight Director Glynn Lunney, “It is slowly going to zero, and we are starting to think about the LM lifeboat.” Swigert replied, “That’s what we have been thinking about too.”
Ground controllers in Houston faced a formidable task. Completely new procedures had to be written and tested in the simulator before being passed up to the crew. The navigation problem had to be solved; essentially how, when and in what attitude to burn the LM descent engine to provide a quick return home.
With only 15 minutes of power left in the CM, Lousma told the crew to make their way into the LM. Haise and Lovell quickly floated through the tunnel, leaving Swigert to perform the last chores in the command module. The first concern was to determine if there were enough consumables to get home. The LM was built for only a 45-hour lifetime and it needed to be stretch to 90. Oxygen wasn’t a problem. The full LM descent tank alone would suffice. In addition, there were two ascent-engine oxygen tanks and two backpacks full of oxygen that would never be used on the lunar surface. Two emergency bottles on top of those packs each had six or seven pounds in them. At LM jettison just before re-entry 28.5 pounds of oxygen remained, more than half of what was available after the explosion.
Power also was a concern. There were 2,181 ampere hours in the LM batteries. Ground controllers carefully worked out a procedure where the CM batteries were charged with LM power. All noncritical systems were turned off and energy consumption was reduced to 1/5, which resulted in having 20 percent of LM electrical power left when Aquarius was jettisoned. There was one electrical close call during the mission. One of the CM batteries vented with such force that it momentarily dropped off the line. Had the battery failed, there would have been insufficient power to return the ship to Earth.
Water was the main consumable concern. It was estimated that the crew would run out of water about five hours before Earth re-entry, which was calculated at around 151 hours.

However, data from Apollo 11, which had not sent its LM ascent stage crashing into the moon as in subsequent missions, showed that its mechanisms could survive seven or eight hours in space without water cooling. The crew conserved water. They cut down to six ounces each per day, 1/5 of normal intake, and used fruit juices; they ate hot dogs and other wet-pack foods when they ate at all. The crew became dehydrated throughout the flight and set a record that stood up throughout Apollo: Lovell lost 14 pounds and the crew lost a total of 31.5 pounds, nearly 50 percent more than any other crew. Those stringent measures resulted in the crew finishing with 28.2 pounds of water, about 9 percent of the total.
Removal of carbon dioxide also was a concern. There were enough lithium hydroxide canisters, which remove carbon dioxide from the spacecraft, but the square canisters from the command module were not compatible with the round openings in the lunar module environmental system. There were four cartridges from the LM and four from the backpacks, counting backups.
However, the LM was designed to support two men for two days and was being asked to care for three men for about four days. After a day and a half in the LM, a warning light showed that the carbon dioxide had built up to a dangerous level. Mission control devised a way to attach the CM canisters to the LM system by using plastic bags, cardboard and to tape all materials carried on board.
One of the big questions was, “How to get back safely to Earth?”

The LM navigation system wasn’t designed to help in this situation. Before the explosion at 30 hours, 40 minutes, Apollo 13 had made the normal midcourse correction, which would take it out of a free-return-to-Earth trajectory and put it on a lunar landing course. Now the task was to get back on a free-return course. The ground computed a 35-second burn and fired it five hours after the explosion. As they approached the moon, another burn was computed; this time a long five-minute burn to speed up the return home. It took place two hours after rounding the far side of the moon.
The command module navigational platform alignment was transferred to the LM, but verifying alignment was difficult. Ordinarily the alignment procedure uses an onboard sextant device, called the Alignment Optical Telescope, or AOT, to find a suitable navigation star. Then with the help of an onboard computer, it verifies the guidance platform’s alignment.
However, due to the explosion, a swarm of debris from the ruptured service module made it impossible to sight real stars.
An alternate procedure was developed to use the Sun as an alignment star.
Lovell rotated the spacecraft to the attitude Houston had requested and when he looked through the AOT, the sun was just where it was expected. The alignment with the sun proved to be less than 1/2 a degree off. The ground and crew then knew they could do the five-minute P.C. + 2 burn with assurance, cutting the total time of their voyage to about 142 hours. At 73 hours, 46 minutes into the mission, the air-to-ground transcript describes the event:
Lovell: OK. We got it. I think we got it. What diameter was it? Haise: Yes. It’s coming back in. Just a second. Lovell: Yes, yaw’s coming back in. Just about it. Haise: Yaw is in…. Lovell: What have you got? Haise: Upper-right corner of the sun…. Lovell: We’ve got it! If we raised our voices, I submit it was justified.
Flight Director Gerald Griffin, a man not easily shaken, recalled:
“Some years later I went back to the log and looked up that mission. My writing was almost illegible, I was so damned nervous. And I remember the exhilaration running through me: My God, that’s the last hurdle – if we can do that, I know we can make it. It was funny because only the people involved knew how important it was to have that platform properly aligned.”
Yet Griffin barely mentioned the alignment in his change-of-shift briefing:
“That check turned out real well” is all he said an hour after his penmanship failed him.
The trip was marked by discomfort beyond the lack of food and water. Sleep was almost impossible because of the cold. When the electrical systems were turned off, the spacecraft lost an important source of heat. The temperature dropped to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and condensation formed on all the walls.
The most remarkable achievement of mission control was quickly developing procedures for powering up the CM after its long, cold sleep. Flight controllers wrote the documents for this innovation in three days, instead of the usual three months. The command module was cold and clammy at the start of power-up. The walls, ceiling, floor, wire harnesses and panels were all covered with droplets of water.
It was suspected conditions were the same behind the panels. The chances of short circuits caused apprehension, but thanks to the safeguards built into the command module after the disastrous Apollo 1 fire in January 1967, no arcing took place. Lovell recalled the descent to Earth, “The droplets furnished one sensation as we decelerated in the atmosphere: it rained inside the CM.”
Four hours before landing, the crew shed the service module; mission control had insisted on retaining it until then because everyone feared what the cold of space might do to the un-sheltered CM heat shield. Photos of the service module showed one whole panel missing and wreckage hanging out, it was a mess as it drifted away. Three hours later, the crew left the lunar module Aquarius and then splashed down gently in the Pacific Ocean near Samoa.
After an intensive investigation, the Apollo 13 Accident Review Board identified the cause of the explosion. In 1965, the CM had undergone many improvements that included raising the permissible voltage to the heaters in the oxygen tanks from 28 to 65 volts DC. Unfortunately, the thermostatic switches on these heaters weren’t modified to suit the change. During one final test on the launch pad, the heaters were on for a long period of time. This subjected the wiring in the vicinity of the heaters to very high temperatures (1000 F), which have been subsequently shown to severely degrade teflon insulation.
The thermostatic switches started to open while powered by 65 volts DC and were probably welded shut. Furthermore, other warning signs during testing went unheeded and the tank, damaged from eight hours of overheating, was a potential bomb the next time it was filled with oxygen …
That bomb exploded on April 13, 1970 when Apollo 13 was 200,000 miles from Earth beginning the longest Odyssey home that Mankind has ever known.

Such is a nutshell-review of the late Mark Lane’s conclusion of a lifetime investigation into the reasons and facts behind the November 22, 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
Mark Lane was an attorney and also an author of nine books, including Rush toJudgment and Plausible Denial.
Lane painstakingly devotes chapters to the analysis of the various scenarios constituting a case against the CIA and its methods to destroy and control the public.
FROM MAUSERS TO CIA ASSETS
In a cavalcade of topics, Mark Lane reviews arguments and scenes from the assassination. I will selectively choose only a few, leaving many other portions for the reader’s perusal.
The Late Mark Lane – Journalist – Investigator -Attorney
# The Jean Hill testimony about the four to six shots she heard in the Dallas Dealey Plaza: “…shots had come from behind a wooden fence on the grassy knoll.” Arlen Specter, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, also the author of the infamous “single-bullet-theory,” confronted Jean Hill in about the same way that Specter questioned Anita F. Hill in the Clarence Thomas hearings. “She said that Specter did everything possible to force her to state that she had heard only three shots and that none of them came from the grassy knoll. Jean told me that Specter said that he would release the rumor that she had an extramarital affair and that in the end, she would end up looking as if she was crazy, ‘just as Oswald’s mother had.’ She said that he wanted her to accept the conclusions that he had reached before he met her.” Jean Hill added: “He was so mean I could hardly believe it.”

Such temperaments will be seen throughout JFK assassination debates and groups, often not only as a sign of narcissism (and other psychological aberrations), but also possibly a sign of the extent of the CIA psyops and psywar issued by that agency and its infiltration into the media and the lives of Americans.
# The finding of the 7.65 German Mauser on the sixth floor of the Texas Book Depository building on November 22, 1963. Deputy Constable Seymour Weitzman made a sworn statement describing the Mauser, including its 4/18 telescopic sight. Lieutenant J.C. Day also examined the weapon. The next day, the Mauser turned into an Italian Mannlicher-Carcano 6.5. “I wondered how anyone who had looked at that weapon could have identified it differently.” Says Lane, “The Italian rifle became part of the foundation upon which the government built its case, but as it turns out it, too, became suspect.”
# Lane quotes Tip O’Neill, the former speaker of the house, as to how the FBI intimidated him to change his testimony that he heard two shots that came behind the knoll fence. “I told the FBI what I had heard, but they said it couldn’t have happened that way and that I must have been imagining things,” said O’Neill, “so I testified the way they wanted me to.”
# Lane outlines interesting facts about witness Acquilla Clemons: Clemons was an eyewitness to the murder of Dallas police officer J.D. Tippit; she said that two men had been involved in the murder, one was “kind of heavy” and the other “was tall and then thin and wore light Khaki trousers and a white shirt.” When shown a picture of Oswald, Miss Clemons said that Oswald was not one of the two men she had seen. Clemons said that one man fired at Tippit, the other waved to his partner and they both “ran from the scene in opposite directions.” Lane said that Clemons’ comments were “corroborated by other witnesses who saw men running from the scene and who stated that Oswald was not one of them.”

Clemons said she had been threatened by two men who said they worked for the Dallas Police Department “and ordered her not to talk.” They wore guns and threatened that if she talked to anyone she “might get hurt” if she talked to the Warren Commission, she “might get killed.”
The Warren Commission dismissed her claims as “speculation and rumor.” The Commission claimed, says Lane, “…such a woman did not exist.” Lane testified about Clemons in July 1964. During September 1964, Dorothy Kilgallen conducted an additional intervention.
“She was a courageous woman who came forward, to tell the truth about what she witnessed,” says Lane, “although her life had been threatened.” (p. 27)
A METHOD TO SUPPRESS THEM
Lane talks about the life and, later, death of Dorothy Kilgallen, a columnist for the New York Journal-American (Dorothy had been actively investigating the Kennedy assassination and obtained “a copy of Jack Ruby’s testimony, the classified top secret” files); both, Dorothy and Mark Lane, exchanged information on the topic.
“She knew that the FBI had focused its legions upon our work,” says Lane. “She wrote in the Journal–American (that) the FBI ‘might have been more profitably employed in probing the facts of the case rather than how I got them.’ Of course, it was not the facts that the FBI sought – it was instead a method to suppress them.”
Following Dorothy’s interview with Jack Ruby in 1965, she told Florence Smith, and other friends, that she was about to “break the case wide open.” She gave her notes to Smith. On November 18, 1965, Dorothy died; two days later, Florence died of a cerebral hemorrhage. All of the notes could not be located. Researcher Richard Kollmar told Lane “that Dorothy had died because of her efforts to investigate the assassination.” Kollmar refused to talk any further. Unfortunately, in 1971 Kollmar committed suicide. Biographer and Editor Lee Israel examined all her available evidence on Kilgallon. “She concluded that Dorothy had been murdered,” says Lane.
ROY CRAIG
Deputy Sheriff Roger D. Craig’s observations on November 22 proved to be extremely important: 1) He interviewed Arnold Rowland and his wife who saw two men on the sixth floor of the book depository building, one with a rifle and telescopic sight. 2) He was about eight feet from Deputy Sheriff Eugene Bloom when the German Mauser was found, followed by Dallas Police Captain Will Fritz doing an official police identification. The CIA’s Top Secret memo still listed the rifle (on November 25, 1963) as a German Mauser and not an Italian-Mannlicher-Carcano; says Lane: “Apparently the interagency coordination was imperfect.”
Roger Craig Disputed the Weapons Found in the Depository
Craig also said that he witnessed Oswald traveling from behind the book depository building to a light-colored station wagon with one driver, after about fifteen minutes after the gunfire started. The station wagon was speculated as to belonging to Ruth Paine (a former landlord and a lady, possibly unbeknownst to Oswald, as having CIA connections…SE).
“That fifteen-minute delay,” says Lane, “demonstrated that the Commission’s version was inaccurate.”
Craig was fired from the Sheriff’s Department in 1967 because of his discourse about the assassination. When later participating in the Garrison trial of Clay Shaw “a sniper fired a shot that grazed his head.” During some buzz about a possible Congressional investigation, another shot was fired at him. “Later, the car that Craig was driving was forced off the road by two men in a vehicle parked across the highway,” says Lane. “He was seriously injured and hospitalized for one year with a broken back, broken leg, and other injuries.” (p. 203)
On May 15, 1975, Craig was shot to death with a rifle. Craig’s good friend Penn Jones, Jr., said that Craig did not own a rifle, and he seriously doubted that “Craig had killed himself.”
CIA MEDIA CONTROL
Lane spends considerable time telling about the difficulties of various witnesses associated with the Kennedy assassination, such as Lisa Howard, and investigators, such as District Attorney of New Orleans Jim Garrison, but Lane also displays the various tactics that the CIA used in what could be termed as “psyops.”
“This is the method now employed,” says Lane. “An independent publication is chosen to mask the source. A CIA puppet is placed there and given an impressive title. The CIA then provides the propaganda. It appears as an independent concept when published…then cites the ‘independent’ writer and the ‘independent’ publication as the source as it spreads its false allegations throughout the world. In the intelligence world, some refer to this as sheep-dipping. Their wolf had been dipped into a sheep’s bath and came up smelling quite neutral.”
Lane examines the various documents and cases concerning CIA manipulation and machinations. Lane cautiously displays the antics of the CIA in what has become known assassination-related “programs” around the globe. He outlines the various Mind Control experiments of CIA operatives such as Dr. Paul Hoch and Sidney Gottlieb. One such CIA writer-asset was Max Holland who wrote, often in cryptic and psychologically barbed attacks, for Nation Magazine, New York Times Magazine and numerous critiques challenging proven and known facts in the Kennedy assassination.
An example is Holland’s parading Dallas Dealey Plaza witness Amos L. Euins as a “precise” witness, yet, as Lane points out, Euins couldn’t decide if he saw “a colored man” or a “white man” in the Book Depository window on November 22. Euins later told Arlen Specter that “I didn’t get to see him.” Sergeant D. V. Harkness of the Dallas Police Department said that Euins told him the shots came from the “fifth floor of the Texas School Depository,” not the sixth-floor sixth floor.
Holland likewise made one such “planted” remark about fellow CIA operative (the late Garrison suspect) Clay Shaw that Shaw died “prematurely.” Lane points out that such a diagnosis was not possible as Shaw’s attorney did not allow an autopsy or his notifying the New Orleans’s Coroner’s Office.

Holland likewise used “gimmick” language, says Lane, in calling the Garrison prosecution of Shaw “a farce and without basis.” Yet, as Lane points out, “the House Select Committee on Assassination found that evidence developed by Jim Garrison uncovered Kennedy assassination connections between David Ferrie, a suspect in the assassination of President Kennedy, and Clay Shaw and Lee Harvey Oswald.”

Unfortunately, the CIA’s controlling of the public’s press is child’s play, as Lane reveals, to some other government naughtiness.
STERILE, PERSONALIZED MURDER PROGRAM
Lane looks into the CIA hand print of assassination around the globe. The Phoenix Program entailed the murder of 26,369 South Vietnamese while under CIA control. Scholars who studied the program stated that between August 1968 and June 1971, the CIA killed 40,000 civilians.
“Others who read the firsthand reports stated that the program was aimed at civilians, not Army personnel and that those who approached on the lists utilized by the CIA,” says Lane, “were tortured, imprisoned without trial, or killed without trial.” (p. 252)
Barton Osborn, a former Phoenix Operation Case Officer, testified before a congressional committee that the program was a “sterile, depersonalized murder program.”
Equally disturbing are the facts that Lane uncovers about the CIA’s MKULTRA, Project Bluebird, and the Special Operations Division of the Technical Service’s experiments in German “MindKontrolle.” A number of individuals were involved in rather predatoryexperiments:
# There were control-experiments by CIA operative Sidney Gottlieb of the Technical Service Division (TSS) for “research to develop a capability in the covert use of biological and chemical materials.” Others in the program were Major General William Creasy, George Hunter White, and Harold Isbell.
# There was also experiments with LSD in the 1950’s that led victims such as Dr. Frank Olson, Stanley Glickman, Harold Blauer, Gail Kastner, and James Stanley, to their dire health or death. Theodore John Kaczynski, the Unabomber, became a victim of “the MKULTRA mind-altering program.” (pp. 266, 267)

Lane’s book is a rich plethora of mysterious topics: David Atlee Phillips and the CIA in Mexico City; Secret Service foul-ups in the Kennedy motorcade; Secret coordinate with the CIA and FBI censoring of information (p. 235); the CIA Service agent Abraham Bolden’s testimony; anti-conspiratorialist Vincent Bugliosi’s “gigantic” attempt to rewrite history; the phony and mysterious secret service agents at the grassy knoll wooden fence as witnessed by Dallas police officer Joe Marshall Smith; Robert G. Blakey’s congressional committee that opted to cooperate with the CIA and FBI censoring of information (p.235); and the operative George de Mohrenschildt story; and many other areas of discussion.
“Our system of government has been traduced by the emergence of a fourth branch, the Central Intelligence Agency; a branch which repudiates legislative limits, ignores Presidential edicts, and refuses to respond to the decisions of the judiciary,” says Lane, “…the CIA alone has insisted upon and created its own rules that exempt it from seeking collaboration with the legally authorized branches of government.” (p. 280)
“The CIA, probably the greatest threat to American principles of democracy, remains unaccountable to Congress or to the American people for its transgressions or the expenditure of its burgeoning budget…a leading terrorist entity.” (p. 253)
INEVITABLE CRITICISMS
Martin Hay in his CitizensforTruth about the Kennedy Assassination (CTKA) book review took issue with Lane that, primarily, Lane left out many areas in the topic that need to be investigated further; these investigations would additionally strengthen the case for conspiracy.
Hay, unfortunately, took issue with Lane’s connecting Fidel Castro’s former girlfriend Marita Lorenz’s story to the Kennedy assassination. Lorenz claimed that in November 1963 she traveled to Dallas in a two-car caravan that included Frank Sturgis, Gerry Patrick Hemming and two brothers named Novo and Pedro Diaz Lanz. Unbeknownst to Lorenz at the time, Sturgis told her later that she would have unwittingly been a part of the assassination. Lorenz, however, before details became obvious, developed suspicions of the meanderings, and flew back to Miami.
“It’s a fancy little story, but Lorenz has serious credibility issues and it is not to his credit that Lane chose not to divulge them here, or in his book written largely about the trial, Plausible Denial,” said Hay. “Respected HSCA investigator Edwin Lopez told author Gerald Posner that ‘Mark Lane was taken in by Marita Lorenz. Oh God, we spent a lot of time on Marita…It was hard to ignore her because she gave us so much crap, and we tried to verify it, but let me tell you—she is full of shit. Between her and Frank Sturgis, we must have wasted over one hundred hours. They were dead ends…Marita is not credible.’” (Posner, Case Closed, p. 467)
Gaeton Fonzi, The Last Investigation, likewise told the Schweiker Subcommittee and the HSCA that Lorenz’s tale was more or less designed to waste investigators’ time. She had two versions of her travels to tell:
# In 1977, she related a story “about heading down to the Florida keys in a two-car caravan that included Sturgis, Gerry Patrick Hemming, Alex Rorke, and ‘Rafael Del Pino or Orlando Bosch’ to launch a gun-running mission to Cuba.” In this version, the whole crew headed back to Miami.
# The second version, she was telling the HSCA, included the same two cars, but this time the cars were heading to Dallas, and “she had bumped Del Pino and Bosch in favor of Novo and Pedro Diaz Lanz.” She added Lee Harvey Oswald into the mix (even though Oswald’s time was fully accounted for).
Lorenz further claimed to know Oswald in Miami in 1960 and again in the Everglades in early 1961 when they were training for the Bay of Pigs: The Bay of Pigs happened in April 1961 when Oswald was in the Soviet Union. She sold this same misinformation to Lane at the Liberty Lobby trial. Hay pointed out: “…as Lane must, that these details discredit her story, he hides them from his readers by carefully excising all references to Oswald when he quotes from her testimony. As I noted above, this is not to his credit.”
THE FAKE GRASSY KNOLL AGENTS
“There is no doubt that the man on the grassy knoll seconds after the shooting was brandishing fake Secret Service credentials,” said Hay. “The question is who in 1963 had the know-how to create them? The answer, as Douglass reveals, is the CIA.”
James W. Douglass quoted from a document written by Stanley Gottlieb, chief of the CIA’s Technical Services Division, that was finally declassified in 2007 in response to a 15-year-old Freedom of Information Act lawsuit: “…over the years the TSD ‘furnished this [Secret] Service’ with ‘gate passes, security passes, passes for presidential campaign, emblems for presidential vehicles; a secure ID photo system.’” (JFK and the Unspeakable, p.266.) Hay commented that this demonstrated that the CIA and their “Cuban exile guerrillas” could easily participate and manipulate the assassination. “This is as good as Lane gets,” said Hay, “when it comes to filling in the details and connecting the CIA to the assassination.”
Some additional possibilities and coincidences that is by-passed by Lane; as related by researcher Author Gus Russo:
# Secret Service agent Mike Howard mentioned that the grassy knoll is a likely place that law enforcement security would be placed. (Agent) Forrest Sorrels had told him: “We deputized everybody we could get our hands on — including agents from ATF [the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms], customs, border patrol, reserve police, deputy sheriffs, etc. The motorcade route in Dallas was crawling with these people, especially in Dealy Plaza and the overpass.”
# Robert Gemberling, the FBI agent in Dallas who investigated Oswald after his arrest, said that he remembered being told that two Customs Agents, who worked at the Post Office building across from Dealey Plaza, were, in fact, spending their lunch break and also helping with security in the knoll area.
# FBI agent James Hosty wrote: “I later learned that Agent [James] Powell . . . had been in downtown Dallas when the assassination occurred, doing some routine background checks at the Sheriff’s Department across the street from the assassination site. When the call came over that shots may have come from the book depository building, Powell and about twenty sheriff’s deputies dashed over to the building and volunteered their services in searching. Because Powell wasn’t in a police uniform, he at first made people suspicious and was briefly detained by the police while they confirmed his identity.”
# Moreover, Colonel Robert E. Jones, Operations Officer of the 112th Military Intelligence unit in November 1963, told the House Select Committee investigating the assassination in the late 1970’s that the 112th had “a small force, perhaps between eight and twelve men,” assisting the Secret Service in Dallas that day. It is possible that depending on the situation and if necessary, such individuals would have identified themselves as Secret Service officers.
# There was also the possibility that the alleged agent was an agent from the motorcade, Thomas Lemuel Johns, who leaped from the motorcade and surprised everyone.
Mysterious Police and Government Agents on the Grassy Knoll
All of these possibilities are cotangent, but none would totally exclude CIA connections.
Hay definitely said that Lane was weak in not including some pertinent mentions and areas in his book:
# Oswald’s associations with Guy Banister, David Ferrie, and Clay Shaw. (“Three men who were up to their eyeballs in CIA connections, or Oswald’s campaign to discredit the FPCC, or his trips to Clinton and Jackson—all of which put Oswald at the very center of intelligence intrigue.”)
# Although Lane mentions Oswald’s stay in Russia, Lane does not mention the comparative ease with which Oswald returned home with a Russian wife.
# Lane only makes passing references to Ruth Paine and the possibility of her being a CIA asset. “…the Secret Service (advised Marina) to sever contact with Ruth because she was ‘sympathetic to the CIA,” says Hay, noting James Douglass on page 173 of his book.
WHY THE LAST WORD?
Lane bows to those who had been time and effort in exposing the evils behind the plot to kill Kennedy, but says there are many other areas of human rights that need support and examination; he plans to devote his time on those areas, hence the title LASTWORD. “Now I hope to spend my days writing about matters of concern to me that I have neglected,” says Lane, “the struggle of Native Americans, cases about innocent people who have been falsely imprisoned and the historic effort of American GIs to bring an end to our never-ending wars.”
Lane notes in ending: “I really do not think that more research is required. We have the unsanctioned indictment of the CIA. We lack only the will and the courage to bring about needed change.”
Researcher George W. Bailey summed up the future course of action rather cogently in his review of Tuesday, December 30, 2011:
“Towards the end of his book, Mark Lane builds a case for CIA wrongdoing. There are assassinations, overthrown governments, media manipulation, CIA run military operations (which still go on today) and wacky mind control experiments. No doubt a nefarious and Machiavellian organization. However, I don’t see where Lane really pins down the CIA for John Kennedy’s death. Yes, plenty of sins here to be sure. But there is still much that is not known, records still classified for reasons of ‘National Security’ for a full case to be presented. Ultimately, big themes such as this must go conjectural in many respects.
“Never the less, Mark Lane’s, Last Word, is a lively and fast-paced read with plenty of points to show that the Warren Report doesn’t pass the smell test and more needs to be done. His response to Anthony Lewis and Vincent Bugliosi’s ad hominem attacks makes for a satisfying rebuttal to bullies. Lane displays no bitterness, just an even-keeled need to set the record straight.”
George P. Hanson portrayed the paranormal, Psi, parapsychology, ghosts, UFOs, and all the monsters that seem to be associated with this arena in complicated detail in The Trickster and the Paranormal. Hansen, formerly employed in parapsychology laboratories for eight years, three at the Rhine Research Center in Durham, North Carolina, discovered the Shadow Reality of what appears to be behind these global specters. He believed there are variousstages we must go through to discover their origin:
“This recombination of elements is a quality also found in altered (i.e., destructed) states of consciousness,” said Hanson. “Odd assortments of items appear in dreams and in productions of visionary artists. This is perhaps the essence of creativity – producing new patterns, new ways of seeing the world.”

Prevalent themes ran through all cultures as shared beliefs, archetypes, and characteristics. Hanson called these repetitive, and often contradictory, characteristics and identities of “the trickster” as scornful. “…tricksters typically engage in deceit…tricksters often disrupt things. They don’t fit in well with the established order. They violate taboos, sometimes so severely that they are forced to live apart from others…deception, disruption, reduced sexual inhibitions, and magical Psi, supernatural practices.”
SERIES OF PRACTICES
The concept of the trickster ran as a gamut of lore and beliefs: Hermes of the Greeks, Loki of the Norse, Eshu-Elegba of Africa, Mercurius, and a whole pantheon of gods, goddesses, shamans, and legends. It included mysticism, magic, UFOs, conjurors, and a host of “unbounded phenomena,” as spoken by Hanson, which further included Big Foot sightings, cattle mutilations, UFO flaps, Men in Black, phantom helicopters, and even stranger characters.
The Trickster Can and Likes to be Seen Often in the Disguise of a Clown
“Unbounded phenomena are messy; gathering reliable information is difficult, and trickster manifestations are acute,” said Hanson. “These factors conspire to discourage scientific investigation, despite the intriguing response.”
“Another drawback to studying such phenomena is that they intrude into the personal lives of investigators. The full impact of this perhaps cannot be appreciated unless one has had direct experience.”
THE TRICKSTER FIGURE
Hanson saw the conflicts of belief that lead to the manifestations of the ‘trickster’ in the structure of the paranormal-related organizations such as the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal (CSICOP). Hanson described CSICOP ingredients:
“It is structural rather than anti-structural; it values hierarchy over communities; it desires stability rather than liminality,” said Hanson. “Nevertheless, because it directly confronts the paranormal, it cannot escape a certain influence from it, and as I will show, the trickster manifests with both the supernatural and its opponents.”
Hanson said that such CSICOP-type debunking was a component of the trickster conflict. The supernatural was rich in all cultures. Slogans such as “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” will not effectively eliminate the supernatural. Hanson said that it was from such a rich soil of the ‘‘energetic, unconscious, archetypal process” that utilized “taboos” which gave birth to the “trickster.” Many other organizations shared and bonded with these same characteristics: clear anti-structural Psi, disorder and deception.
GOVERNMENT ANTICS
Hanson examined the antics of one Richard C. Doty of the U.S Air Force office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). Hanson studied Doty’s “long and convoluted” association with William L. Moore, MJ-12 papers, Paul Bonnewitz, Linda Howe, and UFO cases such as the Roswell, New Mexico 1947 crashed UFO, the Simone Mendez October, 1981 Top Secret messages, and other stories that portrayed the trickster’s sardonic games.
“Doty really couldn’t have been overlooked,” said Hanson, “after all, Linda Howe had published accounts that raised serious questions, not just about the Air Force, but particularly the AFOSI…and Vallee too raised questions about AFOSI.”
OTHER PLAYERS
Cecil B. Scott Jones had “multitudinous connections” to “unbounded” phenomena. Jones had exceptionally connected associations in government circles. He also had intimate contacts to New Age, Psi, and UFO topics. He served as president of the American Society for Psychical Research (ASPR).
“Jones was not a marginal individual,” said Hanson. “He had access to the highest levels in government. He associated with some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world. In fact, some of them financed his activities (1992).”
Hanson went on and tied a long trail of personalities: Bruce Maccabee, John Alexander, Karl Plock, Ed Dames, James Oberg, and several others. All were contributors to the fray.
“Most people think that UFOs, remote viewing, and cattle mutilations are entirely separate domains,” said Hanson, “and when these marginal topics are blended, establishment academics and journalists are repulsed. But the mixture is an ideal exemplar for his book. It displays boundary blurring, marginality, and deception, which are trickster characteristics.”
(Current and present-day “players” would have included controversial personalities such as David Icke, Alex Jones, and Edward Snowden: the list would seem endless as the spirit of such phenomena would be continuous. The troupes are far beyond Hanson’s or my directories.)
(The Alex Jones Show was a nationally syndicated news/talk show based out of Austin, TX. The show was syndicated by the Genesis Communication Network on over 60 AM and FM radio stations across the United States, and had gained a large internet based audience. Jones’ mission was to re-ignite the spirit of 1776 and stand as an example of the fact that one man can build a vocal media platform without the aid of big corporate news networks that only serve to compromise and dilute the core message of freedom and liberty.)
(In 1999, Mr. Icke came out with his most famous book, The Biggest Secret. This book established the central tenet of Mr. Icke’s philosophy: that the world is run by a race of reptilian aliens that can change their shape and appear to be human, and that the world’s political, economic and social systems are a colossal conspiracy by these evil aliens to enslave mankind. Over his various series of books and lectures, Mr. Icke has expounded on this theory, weaving a complicated science-fiction history of the world wherein these aliens have been breeding humans since ancient times.)
(Edward Snowden was the man responsible for leaking information about secret government cellphone surveillance. He was a 29-year-old former CIA employee and NSA contractor. He was thought to be one of the most significant intelligence leaks in American history.)
PART OF THE PHENOMENA
Hanson denoted hoaxing as part of the deceptive fabric. He talked about the UFO phenomena as more than “nuts and bolts” aircraft and “flesh and blood” humanoid occupants.
The Conquest of the Joker

“UFO phenomena are fundamentally liminal, interstitial, betwixt and between, and anti-structural. UFOs inhabit the realm between heaven and earth (a binary opposition),” said Hanson, “much like spirits and angels, and they share common properties with them. In this domain we also find the blurring of imagination and reality, another binary opposition.” The field is both a goldmine and a cesspool, according to Hanson, but all outlined the “field’s complexity.”
THE LINDA NAPOLITANO/ CORTILE HOAX
High-profiled witnesses allegedly observed the purported UFO abduction of Linda Napolitano (Cortile) on November 30, 1989. The case was a complicated abduction story of Napolitano from her apartment in lower Manhattan. Under Secretary General Javier Perez de Cuellar, along with two hired bodyguards, was an alleged witness. Another witness, by the pseudonym Janet Kimball, claimed to have witnessed the abduction. The principal UFO investigator was UFO researcher Budd Hopkins, who administered hypnosis.

Hanson and other investigators became suspicious of the tale because of the many inconsistencies. Hopkins’s methods, said Hanson, were suspected as inappropriate. Speaking of the suspected hoax, Hanson said:
“The Napolitano case was not a technically difficult or expensive operation, nor would it have required a lot of time or coordination.”
Perez de Cuellar denied knowing Napolitano. Janet Kimball refused to cooperate. Hanson detected a strong “will to believe” among the people involved. (pp. 258-259) “…in many minds,” said Hanson, “the distinction between the hoaxers and the hoaxed is blurred, this being a subtle effect of the trickster.”
CONFUSING WORLD
The trickster, as Hanson had detailed, existed in an exotic world of ritual clowns, the collapse of cultures, magic tricks, scattered and incoherent happenings. “This is indeed how the trickster appears in our current rationalistic paradigms,” said Hanson.

The remainder of Hanson’s book was a maze of organizations, scientific findings, personalities, and tales that exemplified the complex “world of the trickster”: topics were explored such as totem-ism, quantum physics, paranoia, binaryoppositions, and rationalization.
Not since the work of psychoanalyst C.G Jung and his book, Flying Saucers: A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Skies, had a professional researcher tried to form a meaningfully broad and worldwide view of bizarre, synchronistic and mystic events. Hanson’s book was one of several increasing attempts over the years.
C.G. JUNG’S VISIONS

Carl Jung was mainly known for his theories on the nature of the “unconsciousmind.” However, he did have an interest in the paranormal. Jung also applied his analytical talents in his book Flying Saucers: A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Skies (Harcourt Publishers, 1959). Jung applied his skills in studying the UFO phenomenon. Rather than assuming that the modern prevalence of UFO sightings are due to extraterrestrial craft, Jung reserved judgment on their origin and connected UFOs with archetypal imagery, concluding that they have become a “livingmyth.” Jung said this myth was possibly underlined by global tensions:
“In the threatening situation of the world today, when people are beginning to see that everything is at stake, the projection-creating fantasy soars beyond the realm of earthly organizations and powers into the heavens, into interstellar space, where the rulers of human fate, the gods, once had their abode in the planets….Under these circumstances it would not be at all surprising if those sections of the community who ask themselves nothing were visited by`visions,’ by a widespread myth seriously believed in by some and rejected as absurd by others.”

C.G. Jung
Jung felt that if the extraterrestrial origin of the phenomena should be confirmed, that our science and technology would be deposited to the scrap heap. He said it would be a catastrophe similar to the Pax Britannica in primitive countries. He also said, “If we wish to avoid such a catastrophe, the authorities in possession of important information should not hesitate to enlighten the public as soon and as completely as possible and should, above all, stop these ridiculous antics of mysteries and vague allusions.”
Gary Lachman in his recent book, Jung the Mystic: The Esoteric Dimensions of Carl Jung’s Lifeand Teachings (Tarcher/Penguin, June 2010) said that Jung argued that UFOs were mandalas from outer space. Jung had come upon the image of the mandala, the Sanskrit ‘magic circle,’ as a symbol of psychic wholeness, and he suggested that ‘flying saucers’ were mass archetypal projections, formed by the psychic tension produced by the Cold War that was heating up.
PSYCHO COSMOLOGY
Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, Ph.D. is an eminent scholar on the subject of C. G. Jung’s RedBook, and Hoeller said that Jungian psychology began with what Dr. Heoller called a “psycho cosmology” that emerged directly from Jung’s work as an artist, visionary, philosopher and prophet. Dr. Hoeller defined Jung as a prophet who told the truth of the Gods – that multi–dimensional transcendentpower that animated our spiritual lives. (T.E Pelton: Mythology, MysticismandMagic: “C.G. Robert Michael Place likewise said in Synchronicity & Magic (2000: this article first appeared in Llewellyn’s Magical Almanac) that magic was synonymous with what Jung called “synchronicity.” Carl Jung, himself, had stated as much. In his introduction to the Wilhelm/Baynes edition of the IChing, Jung said that when we successfully consulted this Chinese oracle (which we may consider an act of magic) we are experiencing the principle, which he termed “synchronicity.”
Synchronicity, explained Place, was defined by Jung as a meaningful coincidence of an external event with a psychic event, such as a dream, fantasy, or thought. These events coincided in time in a way that gave them meaning for the observer. They seemed like communications between a divine force and us, and they confirmed that there is a connection or interaction between our psyche and physical reality.
Steve Erdmann had sometimes referred to the unexplained mechanism in the trickster’s performance as ‘the X factor.’ He tried to point to that undefined equation in these happenings.
The ‘X Factor’ and the Trickster
Jerome Clark summarized in Unexplained: Strange sightings, Incredible Occurrences, andPuzzling Physical Phenomena (Visible Ink Press, 3rd edition.): “…we may well ask ourselves ‘are anomalous experiences significant, or are they just some form of absurd, empty display?’ I don’t know. Neither do you. Maybe one day we’ll find out…the three hardest words for a human being to utter are ‘I don’t know.’ We demand an accounting for every claim or experience, and when no accounting is available, someone will invent one for us.”
INADEQUATE CONCEPTS

“So – what is a Trickster?” asked James Mosley in the September 20, 2012 issue of Saucer Smear: “To say there is no easy answer is an understatement…Our own definition of a trickster might be: ‘Someone or something that disrupts the normal order of things, deliberate or otherwise’…we know of instances where everything in a séance is either hoaxed or is explainable nonsense, until something absolutely real and unexplained actually happens. That is the trickster sticking his – its – nose into the séance!” Moseley points to Christopher O’Brien’s Stalking the Trickster: Shape shifters, Skin walkers, Dark Adepts, and 2012 as a source of information (Adventures Unlimited Press, 2009).
“The trickster has innumerable internal contradictions, and those are what have made him so different for scholars,” Hanson concluded. “He seems irrational, and he is. The usual scientific concepts are inadequate to fully explain him. He has many meanings and cannot be reduced to a single interpretation. He also resists being placed in any single category.”
Many questionsremained, what if the world of mysticism – and UFOs – shared a strong physical reality along with an etherealside, or, physical realities that shared a strong mysticalside? There were adjoining questions: what if those “realities” had several different sources; and what if they had coexisted for ages?
“…what I am positing is that we co-create with Gaia Consciousness, cryptids, aliens, UFO’s, crop circles, electromagnetic anomalies, telepathic abilities (Gaia Consciousness as a carrier frequency), astral apparitions and on into telekinetic events,” said Erik Stitt (April 14, 2010). “Why? Because the Earth and the Human Species are trying to communicate with one another in the form of Psychoterrestrial Phenomena! This is language. This is speaking. This is communication! It may even be Universal.”
Ann Druffel has been dynamic in investigating UFOs since 1957 when she joined the National Investigations Committee on Unidentified Flying Objects. The genial author of Tujunga CanyonContacts (co-authored by D. Scott Rogo) and How To Defend Yourself Against Alien Abduction is a serious individual. She has earned a good reputation and everyone respects her opinions, even when she stentorianly states:
“The entities who pose as ‘extraterrestrials’ are not what they say they are. Rather, they are apparently unwholesome entities who have deceived and interacted with humans since the dawn of history. Be they mythic, ‘real,’ ‘spiritual,’ inter-dimensional or from a ‘hidden world’ which somehow exists in or alongside our own earth plane, I cannot say, since proof still eludes us. I do know for certain, however, that interfering, shape shifting, ‘otherworldly’ entities have been described by every major culture (and many smaller cultures) on the face of the earth down through the millennia, and that these older cultures developed means to fend them off or, at the very least, recognize them for what they were.”
“The same secret societies and old European bloodline families are in control of the world today,” said The Secret History of America: The Greatest Conspiracy on Earth. “To better understand what they do, we need to look at their philosophies and ideas. One motto of theirs is ‘Ordo ab Chao’ or ‘order out of chaos.’ First, they create ‘chaos,’ and then they propose the solution, ‘order,’ secretly behind the scenes to control a given situation.”
Participants, experts, shamans, leaders, priests, and occultists claimed knowledge of a HiddenWorld down through the ages:
“…there is a power so organized, so subtle, so complete, and so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.”
“Much will be made over the recently released ‘Joker’ movie, and a thousand and one interpretations will dispense about the Internet as to the motive and meaning. It would be much easier to just apply any semblance and motives to ‘ourselves’ and something psychologists are calling ‘masking’ in which humans hide their inner ID Monster behind a veil of ‘do-goodish’ actions and deceptive righteousness, not only brought out by Arthur Fleck but also the humans in the movie as a ‘mob.’ it is, once again, humans daring to ‘unmask’ their real selves and tired of disguising their evil acts and phony intentions”…Steve Erdmann, October, 2019.

On July 20th, 2020, a nationwide audience joined with Pilot-Host, Robert Morningstar and his co-hosts, Co-pilot Scott Teeters, Navigator-Illustrator Andrew Currie, and Simulator Pilot Johny Webb with guests, Dr Bruce Cornet & researcher Roy Schaeffer for the 1st flight of The Right Stuff Radio Program premiering that night on Revolution Radio.
The purpose of the radio program was to begin a series of programs chronicling the history of the Apollo Space Program that put America on the Moon beginning with the landing of Apollo 11 in the Sea of Tranquility on that date, the night of July 20th, 51 years before.
Furthermore, the purpose of this E-book, Communion on the Moon, is to record for history, America’s secret reasons for going to the Moon and why NASA chose not to go back to Moon for more than 50 years.

Why Did America Go to The Moon?
President John F. Kennedy’s call for America to embark on an arduous and dangerous journey to reach the Moon had both scientific reasons given publicly, as well as very seriousnational security reasons underlying the project, which have been kept secret well into the 21st Century.
As the reader will see, there were both geopolitical terrestrial reasons, as well as exopolitical extraterrestrial reasons that posed an urgent need to reach the Moon before the Soviet Union did so.

President Kennedy and his administration felt strongly (and correctly) that if Russia were to reach the Moon before the US did, it would be a signal to the world that Communism would and should be viewed by the world to be scientifically, economically and ideologically superior to Capitalism and Western culture.
However, there was, hidden behind the scenes from public view or knowledge an urgent national security imperative and need toget to the Moon, and that reson was the knowledge that an Extraterrestrial presence was operating on the Moon and that an “Unknown Power,” not necessarily human in nature, was making and had been making regular incursions into our national air space (and around the globe) for many decades.
Most disturbing of all was, it would seem, these UFO incusions were intended to deceive humanity and it leaders so as to frighten or trick the US and Russia into engaging militarily to trigger an “accidental” nuclear war with each other.
Although dressed and couched as a major thrust for the advancement of science through space exloration, the Apollo Moon missions were all in fact, top secret spy missions, sent loft to determine the real nature and true purpose behind Alien activities being observed (for years) across the surface, and more importantly, over and behind the Moon.
No one really knew what dangers lurked behind “The Dark Side of the Moon,” but both the US and the Soviet Union were compelled to find out in order to secure their national survival.
Those alien activities were secretly classified and categorized by NASA for many years as TLPs, or Transient Lunar Phenomena.

One of NASA’s favorite ploys to maintain secrecy is to use code words and euphemisms for UFO activities observed over the Moon was to call them “Moon Pdgeons, ” and in other instances, such as those UFOs seen by Apollo 8 during their journey to the Moon at Christmastime 1968, was to refer to UFOs encountered by the crew of Apollo 8 as “Santa Claus.”

Bruce Cornet received a B.A. degree (1970) in biology from the University of Connecticut, a Masters degree (1972) in paleobotany from that same university, and graduated from Penn State in 1977 with a Ph.D. in geology and palynology (the study of fossil spores and pollen, used to age date rocks).
Bruce spent 11 years in the oil industry (1977-1988), working for Gulf Research & Development, Exxon USA, Mobil Oil Corporation, and Superior Oil Company, all in Houston, TX. Between 1981 and 1982 he ran his own independent exploration company (Geminoil, Inc.), which drilled for and found oil in eastern Virginia.
Between 1988 and 1993 he held a research position at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (part of Columbia University). “Communion on The Moon” takes its name form a little known event, recounted by Buzz Aldrin in his book “Return from the Moon.” Aldrin relates his account of a special event that occurred on the Moon in July of 1969 when he and Neil Armstrong conducted a religious ritual in secret on the surface of the Moon. Armstrong and Aldrin conducted a Mass, consecrated with Holy Communion, giving thanks to God and Divine Providence for conducting them safely, carrying with them, the hopes and prayers of the people of the United States of America to arrive at a safe landing on the surface of the Moon, thereby, becoming th first human beings in recored history to walk on the suface of the Moon.
This rite had to be conducted privately and in secret because of an uproar and legal wranglings in US Courts created by atheists in December of 1968 when Apollo 8 circumnavigated the Moon and on Christmas Eve of 1968 televised a LIVE transmission as they circmnavigated the Moon from the nightside into day and read the opening chapter of Genesis. America and the world were thrilled and transfixed as the Apollo 8 spacecraft broke out of a pitch black night into the glorious and blinding sunlight of an orbital sunrise over the Moon, listening as the 3 Apollo 8 astronauts, Frank Borman, James Lovell and Bill Anders recited the opening verses of Genesis for billions of people around the world to hear on Christmas Eve. December 24th, 1968.

Apollo 12 Filmed UFOs Over the Moon
For many years, Luna Cognita was one of our favorite YouTube Channels. We enjoy and admire its anonymous moderator for the high quality of his research into Apollo Project Moon Missions and lunar studies.
In May 2014, Luna Cognita exposed his discovery of a secret Apollo 15 mission that was conducted immediately after landing and was kept secre until the 2014. Luna Cognita produced a documentary, posted openly on YouTube, entitled “APOLLO 15’s COVERT EVA Proof of NASA’s Off-The-Record Lunar Surface Operations.”
This was an excellent documentary, which we presented at the Secret Space Program – Breakaway Civilization Conference in San Francisco in June 2014. Unfortunately, NASA and “Deep State” censors, working with YouTube, removed that documentary and terminated the Luna Cognita fchannel, leaving only this message behind:

More than 40 years after the Apollo 12 mission to the Moon, Luna Cognita had also discovered a Aollo 12 Film showing the passage of 3 UFOs beneath the spacecraft. When seen now, filtered through advanced computer graphics, the “Deep State’s” reasons for putting a lid on the film for more than 40 years become self-evident when we view the video enhancements of the film inked below. NASA has never revealed the real reasons for why the Apollo 12 film video was “fogged over,” which I believe was probably intentional since not much moisture could really be inside a nearly sterile spacecraft, however, we may glean an idea of what was being hidden by watching this short video documentary by Luna Cognita, which was saved by the Daily Motion website, linked below.

Apollo 12 launched from Cape Kennedy on Nov. 14, 1969, into a cloudy, rain-swept sky. Launch controllers lost telemetry contact at 36 seconds, and again at 52 seconds, when the Saturn V launch vehicle was struck by lightning.

About 40 minutes later, the CSM Yankee Clipper separated from the S-IVB-SLA, transposed, and then docked with the LM Intrepid. This was televised on Earth. The S-IVB stage was then jettisoned.
The booster’s first stage continued firing, launching Apollo 12 into an initial Earth-parking orbit of 115 by 117.9 miles. After one-and-a-half revolutions, the electrical circuits were checked out and no significant problems were noted. Then, the S-IVB stage re-ignited for a second burn of five minutes, 45 seconds, placing Apollo 12 into an initial free-return translunar trajectory.
However, based on incorrect data of trajectory commands, it failed to go into the planned heliocentric orbit. Instead, it was placed into an elliptical Earth-orbit of 101,350 by 535,522 miles, with a period of 42 days. Charles Conrad and Alan Bean entered the LM to check for possible impacts from the lightning strike. They found none and re-entered the CSM for 10 hours of sleep.
On Nov. 15, the second telecast occurred en route to the moon, showing the interior of the Yankee Clipper. Only one midcourse maneuver was needed. It changed Apollo 12’s trajectory to prepare for later insertion into a non-free-return lunar orbit – the first “hybrid” trajectory in Apollo flights. The spacecraft slowed so that it would arrive with the most desirable solar illumination on the selected Site 7.
Prior to lunar orbit insertion, a third telecast was made to Earth on Nov. 17, showing the Earth, moon, spacecraft interior and intravehicular transfer of the crew. Later that day, when Apollo 12 went behind the moon at about 97 miles up, the first lunar orbit insertion burn began. The burn lasted for about six minutes, placing the spacecraft into an elliptical orbit of 69 by 195 miles.
On Nov. 18, two orbits later and again on the far side of the moon, a second lunar orbit insertion burn altered Apollo 12 to an orbit of 62 by 76 miles. It was calculated to eventually circularize for the orbit of the solo CSM due to lunar-gravity potential. This would facilitate subsequent rendezvous and docking of Intrepid and the Yankee Clipper in their moon-parking orbit after the scheduled lunar landing. The same day, Conrad and Bean entered the LM and a telecast to Earth was made of the separation of the CSM and LM occurring 107 hours, 54 minutes into the flight.

On Nov. 19, with the LM behind the Moon in the 14th orbit, and some 109 hours, 23 minutes into the mission, the descent orbit insertion maneuver began. The LM decent engine, or LMDE, fired for 29 seconds, lowering Intrepid’s orbit to about 9 by 69 miles. After the LM emerged from behind the moon and telemetry contact was re-established with Earth, a discrepancy was noted between orbit data readings from Intrepid and those displayed in Apollo Mission Control in Houston.
The LM was initially believed to be in an incorrect descent orbit trajectory for landing in the desired region, due to normal mission anomalies. Using a newly developed “Lear” powered-flight data processor in Houston, the actual trajectory data, as well as correction maneuver information, were fed by voice to the LM crew. This enabled them to update the automatic downrange navigation computer program, shortening the range by 4,190 feet and permitting the precision touchdown at the intended site. This update to a satisfactory trajectory occurred about two minutes after the LM began its powered descent, which had been initiated at about 110 hours, 20 minutes into the mission and lasted a mere nominal 40 seconds longer than the preflight plan had scheduled.
With Conrad controlling the descent semi-manually for the last 500 feet, a precision landing occurred at about 110 hours, 32 minutes into the mission, and closer to the target than expected. Intrepid landed in the Ocean of Storms at 3 degrees, 11 hours, 51 minutes south, and 23 degrees, 23 minutes, and 7.5 seconds west. Landing was about 120 feet northeast of Head Crater, and about 535 feet northwest from where Surveyor III stood in its crater. Apollo 12 touched down approximately 950 miles west of where Apollo 11 had landed.

Refutation of the “Impenetrability” of the Van Allen Radiation Belts
For many years, a foolish and unfounded rumor has been resonating through the echo chambers of Anti-American mass media and social media propagandists who insist that “The US never landed on the Moon.”
This silly notion, along with other ludicrous theories such as “The Flat Earth Theory,” has taken hold in the minds of many credulous people, with no scientific basis in fact. One of the most popular of such “Moon Hoax” theories contends that it was impossible to fly through the Van Allen Radiation Belts, which were once believed to be more highly radioactive and lethal than they have turned out to be.
Based on advanced space studies conducted during the early 21st Century, using advanced space probes with more advanced instrumentation, the Van Allen Belts, coupled with better spacecraft design have turned out to be far less dangerous or lethal to human travel than they were believed to be in the late 1950s and 1960s.
After many years of research and measurement with the most sensitive and sophisticated scientific instruments sent to fly through various regions of the Van Allen Belts, it has been found that the Apollo astronauts were exposed to the equivalent of 2o chest x-rays during their transits through the Van Allen belts. this was due to a finding that thee belts vary in the intensity if the radiation (with the inner belt being stronger than the outer belts), a varying in their intensity depending on their positions. Knowing this in 1968, tests were done by Russian space probes carrying living creatures to the Moon and back by both the united States and the Soviet union, all of which survived the outbound and inbound journies through the Van Allen Radiation Belts.
NASA scientists conducted similar studies of the Van Allen Belt and found that there were relatively weak and strong fields of radiation within the Van A;llen Belts depending on their positions relative to their latitudes in relation to the Earth’s equator where the strongest and most intense fields were concentrated.
Learning these facts before the first launch to orbit the moon, which was that of Apollo 8, NASA chose to navigate around the strongest regions by sending Apollo 8 along a more northen trajectory, avoiding the intense equatorial regions, and transiting through the thinner less intensely radioactive regions of the northern latitudes very rapidly (at 25,000 mph) so that Apollo astronauts were exposed for a minimum amount of time while passing through the weakest regions of the inner Van Allen Belt.
A recent article in Space.com (linked blow) stated:
“We study radiation belts because they pose a hazard to spacecraft and astronauts,” said David Sibeck, the Van Allen Probes mission scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland, in an August 2016 NASA statement. “If you knew how bad the radiation could get, you would build a better spacecraft to accommodate that.”
Newer findings from the probes show that radiation in certain zones may be less harsh than scientists thought. In March 2017, the Van Allen Probes made a finding showing there is less radiation in the inner belts that previously theorized, which means less shielding is required for spacecraft and satellites in that region. The most energetic electrons residing in the inner radiation belt are there for less time than scientists thought beforehand.
The following year, the probes discovered that some communications wavelengths (called very low frequency communications) emanating from Earth are sometimes a sort of a shield against high-energy particle radiation in space. This means that human activity has effects even in the near-space environment around Earth.’ “

Suffice to say that very unusual and alarming things were observed and photographed by the Apollo astronauts, as well as, America’s Lunar Orbiter Moon Probes, which mapped the Moon in order to find landing sites for the Apollo spacecraft.
When the Apollo astronauts arrived on the Moon, they found an already established Alien Presence, and verified that a more highly advanced intelligence to whom this writer refers to as the LGA (or Lunar Governing Authority) made it clear to the Apollo astronauts, to NASA and the United States government that humans were not and are not welcome on the Moon.
The Apollo astronauts also discovered extensive signs of mining and other technological activities being conducted on the Moon. Other forms of life were also detected, observed and photographed by Lunar Orbiter Probes, which frightened NASA and eliminated any ideas NASA, the United States or the Soviet Union might have had to “colonize the Moon.”
It should be clear to all nations and Earthly power, which includes corporations, that “colonization” can only be achieved over territory that either is not occupied or one occupied by a weaker opponent, and NOT one already controlled by a superior force or by a more advanced form of intelligence.
Some of the most disturbing things observed were seen and photographed occupying and operating within, around and under the Crater Euctemon.

WEWELSBURG CASTLE AND UFO
Heinrich Himmler took control of the SS (Schutzstaffel, Guard Detachment) and created the medieval castle Wewelsburg, ChapteroftheOrder, built around the notion of King Arthur and the Round Table: the Inner Circle of Twelve Gruppenfuhrers who communicated with dead Teutons and other spiritual rituals (compare this to modern legends of the secreted Skull and Bones Society in America).

The object appeared to be a multicolored ball or globe-shaped object which fell near a field near Czernich, Germany in the summer of 1936. It was also said that the disc was taken to the Wewelsburg Castle and examined by the Reich’s Study Group who applied Vril Technology to a new form of propulsion. Through the efforts of Karl Maria Wiligut, Otto Rahn, and Heinrich Himmler, an Aryan Cult was created as a proto-Christian society over all Europe and Asia.
“To Hitler and his followers, capitalism was immoral and they equated it with the excesses of the Jewish financiers,” said Lavenda, “that, they said, had brought the nation to ruin during the First World War and depression that followed.”
Stripped of Jewish content, Nazi revisionists of Biblical Scriptures by German academics, people became receptive of Wiligut’s ideas; the SS belief that Christ was Baldor, and a Teutonic Sun God. The SS became knights of a New Order.

MIND CONTROL
Documents revealed that “mind control” experiments of the Ahnenerbe at Dachau concentration camp consisted of mescaline, cannabinol, marijuana, and hypnotism. Dr. Franz Alfred Six. Ideological Research continued to work for “special forces” through his association with the Gehlen Organization – the spy cabal of ex-Nazis used by the American CIA. Six had been selected to work on “the Jewish problem.”

Catholic Bishop Alois Hudal sympathized with Nazi propaganda, admired the Nazi teachings of Von Liebenfels, and became Procurator of the Oder of German Knights. He aligned himself with a “neo-pagan, pan-German, volkisch movement.” Hudal worked with the underground network and established Nazi escape routes.

The Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) and the Outer Head of the Order (OHO) continued in Europe and Switzerland. Elements were found in the Process Church of the Final Judgment, and Scientology.
(In addition to Lavenda’s comments, a 600-page report was discovered, which the Justice Department has tried to keep secret for four years, which provided new evidence about more than two dozen of the most notorious Nazi cases of the last three decades.
The report told of the government’s pursuit of Dr. Josef Mengele, the so-called Angel of Death at Auschwitz [part of whose scalp was kept in a Justice Department official’s drawer]. It also detailed the vigilante killing of a former Waffen SS soldier in New Jersey. It documented the government’s mistaken identification of the Treblinka concentration camp guard known as Ivan the Terrible.
The Justice Department report described what it calls “the government’s collaboration with persecutors.” O.S.I investigators learned that some of the Nazis “were indeed knowingly granted entry” to the United States, despite government officials being aware of their pasts. “America, which prided itself on being a safe haven for the persecuted, became — in some small measure — a safe haven for persecutors as well,” it said.)
The creator of Hitler’s elite commando force, Otto Skorzeny, aided the escape of Nazi art treasures and fellow German colleagues. He made himself useful to American intelligence and West German industrials and reconstituted Nazi protection of the Organization of Former SS Officers (ODESSA) in the pipeline of Argentina, Egypt, England, Chile and various hideaways for an estimated 70,000 former SS officers; one of the most notable was the heavily armed estate of Colonia Dignidad. Fugitives such as Martin Bormann and Josef Mengele resided in the Dignidad village, as well as Nazi Baron Friedrich August Von Der Heydt.
Bolivia had a Nazi party called The Organization National Socialist Americans (ONSA); Chile had three Nazi parties. Argentina’s Juan Peron was blatantly pro-Nazi and pro-fascist. Most Nazi parties in South America were direct divisions of the greater Nazi party in Germany. Carlos Lehder, neo-Nazi, formed the Movement for Civil Latin National (MCLN) in 1983, and he extolled Hitler “as the greatest warrior in history” (p. 302).

This was Bogota, Colombia, but Gestapo Chief Klaus Barbie reached into Bolivia in 1951.
“There was nothing ‘neo’ about Klaus Barbie,” said Lavenda, “he was the genuine article. And there was nothing ‘neo’ about Colonia Dignidad, the latest in a long line of concentration camps and cult centers courtesy of the Third Reich.”
Colonia Dignidad was “a state-of-the-black-art-detention center.” In 1986, underground rooms where prisoners had been held and tortured were discovered and identified (p. 320). A United Nations report of 1976 spoke of electronic equipment where detainees were tied naked to metal frames to receive electric shocks.
“The colony has since changed its name from Colonia Dignidad to Villa Baviera (Bavarian Village), an innocuous-sounding title,” said Lavenda, “that never the less emphasizes its sinister heritage…”

Nazi occultism ranged at present from The Church of Satan, The Process Church of the Final Judgment, The Natural Renaissance Party, The Temple of Set, and others, such as the Universal Order. In Africa, it was the Afrikaner Resistance Movement. There was the Polish town of Nowa Ruba (Ruda) in the foothills of Fowl Mountains as a one-time Nazi stronghold. (More currently, members of the far-right group 1389 packed brochures on Kosovo and posters titled “Kosovo is Serbia” for their Warsaw trip on November 11 and 12, 2007: the group of 10 joined extreme right-wing organizations from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary at the far-right conference. The extremists organized a march in the streets of Warsaw carrying such slogans as “All of Poland will be white” or “Enough of Jewish occupation.”)
Throughout the United States, there were many off-shoot clans: the Silent Brotherhood, the AryanBrotherhood, The Order, and others.
OTHER SITES AND UFO CONNECTIONS
But Nazi connections extended beyond Lavenda commentary: they extended to the topic of UFO reality.
South America is related to several Nazi syndromes: Nazism was spread throughout the country; Tercera Fuerza Nacional Socialism in Bogota, Columbia. The San Carlos de Bariloche Residencia Inalco mansion in Argentina was said to have been a hideaway for Hitler. Brazil was also a good place to hide for the Nazis because the Mato Grosso jungle was a perfect place to disappear for Nazi fugitives who were hunted. There was also Tierra de Fuego in Argentina: It is suspected that U-boats U-530 and U-977 – along with 54 other German U-boats – “disappeared” after the war. Some allegedly relocated to the South Polar area. Hans-Ulrich Rudel of the German Luftwaffe was being groomed by Hitler to be his successor. “It is known that Rudel made frequent trips to Tierra del Fuego…one of Martin Bormann’s last messages from the bunker in Berlin to Donitz also mentioned Tierra del Fuego.”

A further Nazi hideout was said to have been the mystery villa Gustav Winter, a Nazi safe house in the Canary Islands, according to author Ernst Zundel.
Ernst Zundel recounted that a Japanese naval attaché told him in late 1943 that a German submarine was using an uninhabited island in the Falklands, and a mine barrier was placed in the lagoon entrance. It was suspected by the Japanese that submarine travels were made to the South Atlantic region and the Antarctic.
Suspected Nazi hide-a-ways range expansively throughout the world and even involve a fortress, Base 211, New Swabia, Neuschwabenland in Antarctica, a secret project by the German Special Bureau 13 connected with the “Third Reich Operation UFO.”

In fact, like Mount Shasta, the Brazilian mountains are known for UFO and strange sightings.”
A HISTORY OF DRAMATIC UFOs
South America has been replete with UFO sightings and photos (i.e, Recife, Brazil, September, 1987, photo of domed disc with cupola) for many years, extent of the continent, from Monte Grande, Argentina to El Chocca in the Province of Corrientes, to the San Clemente, Chile “UFO Trail.”
“If it’s drama you’re looking for then the continent of South America seems to be the place to look,” said Paranormal-haze.com, “the Latin American experience of UFOs is somewhat different to that of the rest of the world in that sightings here can take a very serious turn, often resulting in serious injuries or even death.”
In August 1970, Almiro Martins de Freitas, a security guard for Funil Dam in Itatiaia, Brazil, fired at a lighted hump-shaped object which blinded the guard with a bright red flash. He was briefly hospitalized.
In 1977 the Brazilian island of Colares was under attack by UFOs which fired what appeared to be laser beams. Over 80 people reported being attacked, 35 with symptoms of radiation sickness and burns with puncture wounds and hair loss. Two residents were thought to have died.
Recently, on April 14, 2013, Raymond Pool and Igor Geovani sighted and photographed a strange car-size aircraft in the Serra do Gado Bravo of the mountains of Senhor Do Bonfim, Brazil – the Chapada Diamantina Mountain Range north of Bahia. A similar craft was sighted on the 19th by Isaiah Domingos Cavalcanti near Caatingvinha.
TIERRA DE FUEGO
On October 17, 2012, photographer Oscar Heredia spotted and photographed a greenish UFO between Mountain Cerro Michi and the Fangnano/Cami Lake in the Tierra del Fuego area. Residents of Tohuin said the object has been traversing the area for decades and always returned to the Mountain.
Said RealUFOs.net: “….the region of Tierra de Fuego looks like a major UFO hotspot with a ‘UFO Base’….the UFO base is believed to exist beneath an icy plateau that lays between some of the island’s many peaks.” Government scientists have monitored and recorded large luminous objects entering and exiting the plateau. A reported UFO appeared to crash in Tierra del Fuego on September 14, 2004.
NAZI SHANGRI-LA
“Hacienda Dignidad is a mysterious place, deep in the Chilean Mountains,” said journalist and researcher Ingrid Rimland. “Allegedly, it is a trading post for Nazi UFOs.” Ernst Zundel said: “…The Hacienda Dignidad myth is only a small piece of a puzzle that is much larger, much more mysterious, encompassing people all over the globe for at least 60, maybe even 70 or 75 years.”
Ernst Zundel, a flagrantly avid Nazi and publisher of Nazi-sympathetic literature, and also an ardent observer, relayed interesting tales of Colonia Dignidad. He related a story about visitors to the “fabled (Nazi) Shangri-La” in 1978 and 1979. The trip is described through the eyes of Willibald Mattern, associate and co-author, and Zundel’s German attaché Sepp.
SOJOURN TO DIGNIDAD/ VILLA BAVIERA
Details given by Willibald Mattern and attaché Sepp described Hacienda Dignidad as home to Mercedes Benz vehicles, very modern tools and machines, state of the art hospital, dairy farm, German type buildings, Alpine-style architecture, European-type buildings, asphalt roads, and a “colony totally self-sufficient in everything; technologically equipped with their very latest amenities.” Meisterbetrieb.
STRANGE AIRCRAFT
Mattern said he saw strange aerial activity going on by very strange aircraft. He was later discouraged from investigating the ‘whine’ of what seemed to be “jet engines.” When the convoy arrived at the Hacienda, they were confronted by Aryan blonde men in trench coats and their Mercedes Benz. They were taken into custody, investigated for several days, and then released with the admonition that they were in a restricted area and not wanted. Their interrogators were clearly German. One man wore a forage cap used by Germanmountaintroops in World War II.

According to Zundel, a reporter for the El Mercurio newspaper reported in the 40s and 50s that he did penetrate the Hacienda terrain via back roads through the mountains using pack horses “and that he did observe strange flying craft taking off and landing in some remote area of a valley away from the actual community.”
“Mattern was of the view that this place was a supply base for fresh fruit and vegetable picked up by ‘flying saucer,’” said Ernst Zundel. “He also felt that the colony served as a rest/recuperation and medical facility for German-staffed UFO bases further to the south, like Tierra de Fuego and even Antarctica proper.”
TWILIGHT ZONE
Founder of the village, Paul Schafer, Nazi, was arrested and sentenced for multiple crimes. He died in a prison hospital on April 24, 2010. The decline of the village is murky. About 280 members, aged German expatriates, are isolated in the village presently. The Colonia now operates a German restaurant nearby.
Visiting the village one gets an uneasy feeling of crossing into some sort of Twilight Zone, said tourist and journalist Bruce Falconer, the way the villagers dressed, their haircuts: It’s like going back to Germany in the 1940s.
Zundel, sometimes accused of alleged fabrication about UFOs, made substantive comments on his beliefs as late as 2002.

The task force was scheduled for a six month period for scientific exploration; it was officially called “The United States Navy Antarctic Development Program.” Its operational name was HighJump, and the naval component was known as Task Force 68. It was composed of 4700 militarypersonnel andoneaircraftcarrier, the USS Philippine Sea—-one of the largest carriers of the time. Operation High Jump was to establish the Antarctic research base Little America IV.
NEW ENEMY
The Naval expedition was headed by famed polar explorer Admiral Richard Byrd. Byrd’s expedition ended after only 8 weeks. According to the press, crew members going through Chilean ports described “many fatalities”; Task Force 68 had encountered “a new enemy that could fly from pole to pole at fantastic speeds.”

The intelligence report, gathered from Soviet spies embedded in the US, revealed that the US Navy had sent the military expedition to find and destroy a hidden Nazi base. Instead, the task force encountered a mysterious “UFO force” that attacked the military expedition destroying several ships and a significant number of planes.
Lieutenant John Sayerson, a flying boat pilot, said a strange aircraft attacked his ship: “The thing shot vertically out of the water at tremendous velocity, as though pursued by the devil.” The craft flew through the masts of the ship causing radio antenna to oscillate back and forth in its turbulence. A Martin Flying Boat from the USS Currituck was struck with an unknown type of ray from the object. Ten miles away, the torpedo-boat USS Maddox burst into flame and began to sink. John P. Szewach, radioman on the USS Brownson, likewise observed on January 17, 1947, the mayhem and destruction wrought by the attack. Researchers surmised that the purpose of the attack was to deter the task force and force it to leave but not to destroy the armada.

Admiral Byrd admonished cryptically that this was a “new enemy that could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds.” Byrd was quoted on March 5, 1947, Chilean El Mercurio newspaper about an “invasion of the country by hostile planes flying over one or both poles.” Byrd said: “I have to warn my compatriots that the time has ended when we aren’t able to take refuge in our isolation and rely on the certainty that the distance, the oceans, and the poles were a guarantee of safety.”
In the October 1947 National Geography Magazine in an article entitled “Our Navy Explores Antarctica,” Byrd referred several times to Antarctica as “the mystery land beyond the pole.”

Mars Pathfinder was launched on December 4, 1996 at 1:58:07 am EST on a Delta II rocket. After an uneventful journey, the spacecraft safely landed on the surface of Mars on July 4, 1997.
Its landing on the Ares Vallis plain was confirmed at 1:07 p.m. EDT. The air bag landing system, tested at Glenn’s Plum Brook Station in Sandusky, Ohio, performed well.
The first set of data was received shortly after 5:00 p.m. followed by the release of images at 9:30 p.m.
The Sojourner Rover, with three Lewis components, then began its Martian trek and returned images and other data over the course of three months.
After operating on the surface of Mars three times longer than expected and returning a tremendous amount of new information about the red planet, NASA’s Mars Pathfinder mission completed the last successful data transmission cycle from Pathfinder at 6:23 a.m. EDT on Sept. 27, 1997. Robert Morningstar describes this discovery by Ron Gerbron as an example of “NASA DisInformation Technology”<NASA DIT>, namely, photo editing techniques intended to hide significant features and details that NASA wished to maintain obscured, or camouflaged.

Explanation: The Viking 2 spacecraft was launched on the Road to Utopia in September of 1975 (30 years after Bing, Dotty, and Bob). In August of 1976, after making the second successful Martian landing, Viking 2’s lander began recording data used to produce this exquisitely detailed image of the Martian surface in the area of Utopia Planitia (the Plain of Utopia).
Visible at the lower right are the protective shroud that covered the lander’s soil collector head, ejected after the descent, along with one of the lander’s dust covered footpads. Seen near the center are shallow trenches dug by the sampler arm. Mars looks red because its surface is covered with reddish iron oxide dust (rust). This dust, suspended in the thin carbon dioxide atmosphere, also filters the sunlight causing surface views to take on a reddish tinge.

BENGHAZI AND THE MATCHING SERIAL NUMBERS…..
So here’s the REAL story: Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept. had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission.
Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn’t arm the missile. The helicopter didn’t explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in Qatar by the CIA.
Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a “do-or-die” mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy.
It was the State Dept., NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.”
Obama and Hillary committed TREASON!
THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not.
Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo.
Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal.
So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec. of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: Because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles; that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept.’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya.
