On February 23, 1942, on a wave of Pearl-Harbor-attack-hysteria, many were convinced that the Japanese came to West Coast Los Angles and encountered the fury of anti-aircraft batteries along Santa Monica, Inglewood, Los Angeles, Long Beach and San Fernando, California that included a complete blackout in a thirty-nine-mile arc which began at 2:26 a.m. Searchlights detected a slow-moving object several thousand feet above the El Segundo oil refineries and the sky was a mass of shelling steel for 15 minutes. It was described in a maze of description from a “blimp,” “a plane,” “planes,” “a shimmering lozenge,” “a triangle,” “triangles,” “fireball,” “butterfly,” “seven planes,” “25 silvery planes in V formation,” “12 airplanes,” “a cloud,” “30 or more aircraft,” “high-flying planes, one to hundreds,” “drifting barrage balloon,” “15 jap planes,” and “batch of balloons or kites” as the descriptions mainly given.
1430 Rounds of Munitions
The object was seen by approximately a million people in southern California, from Hermosa Beach to San Pedro, Long Beach, Orange County and the northern San Diego County. It would stand still at times and then speed up to 200 miles per hour. No bombs were dropped and 1430 rounds of anti-aircraft munitions were fired at “it” as the object was pinpointed by 22 spot lights. Estimated elevation ranged from 9,000 to 18,000 feet.

Japanese Stealth Submarines
Major General Mark Clark gave the “official” explanation that “detection instruments” alerted to a “small force” of about five aircraft from Japanese submarines lurking near the coast: plane-carrying submarines: possibly pontoon aircraft. Referred to as the “Item” in I-class submarines or Glen-type float planes, the aircraft could cover 500 miles at 80 to 190 knots, and carried 7.7 mm machine guns..

Another explanation often given was “bomb balloons” that traveled from Japan on the Jet Stream to various locations: 9000 balloons were launched and 300 discovered in the U.S. But this activity was said to happen between 1944 and April, 1945..

A Pleiadian Beam ship
Sword drew a compilation of rare and varied news clippings and sources of testimony, allowing a well-researched and impressive bit of history on the topic. Photo analysis of a print by Frank Warren definitely showed a saucer-shaped object later compared to and similar with a UFO photo allegedly taken by UFO claimant and Contactee Billy Meier on March 29, 1976 of a claimed Variation – IV Pleiadian Beam ship.
There was a real explanation for the Meier claims, especially in light of Meier’s previous incidents of faked photos and phony models of his photographs that were discovered (as well as the identification of normal ladies whom he extracted and reproduced as ‘Pleiadians’ in his photos): the Frank Warren photos had been fairly publicized since 1942 – Billy Meier ‘believers,’ like so many other of his hoaxes, fashioned a UFO model based on the Warren photos, not a spaceship caught in the glare of spotlights.

What did the Californians see? Alternate possibilities were: War Nerves, a heightened hysteria of attack by enemies on our shores, aggravated by the black out and shelling that caused confusion and poor reporting. Perhaps several wartime activities were taking place at one time, causing the complexity of observations. This total confusion was parodied in Steven Spielberg’s movie, 1941, inspired by the seeming west coast ‘attack.’
Another theory is more intrinsic and embedded in the UFO phenomena itself: shape-shifting. Many cases – running through researchers Jacques Vallee and John Keel and others – developed a kafkaques scenery and trait of UFO cases where ‘‘transmogrification” of the environment seems to be taking place. Some would say, that ultimately, this would explain the constant escalations of varied descriptions from “25 silvery planes” to a singular, luminous “lozenge.”.

WALL STREET AND INDUSTRIALISTS

Important secret meetings in 1943 by top German industrialists hid German industry from the stigma of Nazism so that the Fourth Reich could easily flourish. The Third Reich likewise had hidden beneath the “wings” of Wall Street and American Capitalism before and after 1933, due to American firms and financial assistance.
General Motors, Ford, General Electric, Du Pont and other US companies controlled by the Wall Street elite (the J.P Morgan firm, the Rockefeller Chase Bank and to a lesser extent, the Warburg Manhattan bank), the Federal Reserve Bank system, and the Bank for International Settlements, as “robber barons” funded Hitler’s rise to power. Auto tycoon, Henry Ford, as an instance, was decorated by the Nazis for his service.
Quayle further outlines the trail on how hostile “lending institutions, government agencies, and large corporations worked together to help the Nazi rise to power in Germany.” The use of slave labor by Ford and General Motors, the “seizure of Jewish accounts by the Paris branch of Chase Bank, and a Bank for International Settlements BIS)” ___ inspired by later-to-become Nazi minister of Economics and president of the Reichsbank, Horace Greeley Schachi, as well as the Morgan-affiliated First National Bank of New York (as part of the Young Plan) ___ all pointed to a well-thought-out bedrock for Nazi continuation.

Rockefeller-owned Chase Bank and the Morgan-controlled National City Bank of New York handled American accounts that traded with Nazi Germany for Standard Oil, Sterling Products, General Aniline & Film, and ITT.
Joseph Larkin was in charge of European affairs for Chase, a member of the Knights of Malta, and a fascist sympathizer. He frequently aided the Nazis. He entered into a partnership with the Rockefellers, forming the Schroeder, Rockefeller, and Company Investment Bank. Both Allen and John Foster Dulles were lawyers for that firm, with Allen on the board. The Dulles association with the CIA and the Kennedy assassination has become well documented.
Chase defied Roosevelt’s freezing of funds to the Nazis. The Nazis also made payments to American oil companies, especially Standard Oil.
“This is just the tip of the iceberg,” says Quayle. “Obviously big banking, big business, and big government in the US, Germany, France, and elsewhere all worked together to ensure the Nazis came to power in Germany[2], that their wealth was preserved after the war…”[3] (p. 210)
Quayle goes into depth as to the intricate web of political and economic connections the Nazis had worldwide and he also goes into detailed stories of their “super craft” and science, such as the DieGlocke (“The Bell”), Vril Drive, the Jewseitsflugmachine, the Haunebu crafts I, II, III, the Horton Ho-229, The Dorn, and other “super weapon” designs that the Nazis were well advancing during the war. Quayle and others have speculated that the Fourth Reich had continued a disguised worldwide federation of alliances with many nations.

Quayle quotes Jerry E. Smith, jerryesmith.com (2015), The Final Secretof the HolyLance, PartOne, that the Nazi stronghold Station 211 is in an area designated as a nature preserve. “Access is limited to only a handful of specially selected scientists…everyone not deemed safe with the knowledge of what really went on there will be prevented from getting too close for many years to come.”
Just as cogent was Operation Paperclip where hundreds of German scientists were located, rescued, or kidnapped and given special status. Former SS officer Dr. Wernher von Braun was one such scientist; he became Director of the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center. Many researchers said that popular or outwards-looking space programs were only a “cover” for deeper Black Operations, incorporating many such Nazi scientists and others with fascist thinking.
The Kennedy assassination was also rife with similar mystery connections. Suspect Clay Shaw in the Jim Garrison investigation was conjoined to a shadowy Permindex organization[4], aligned to the Nazi trail. John J. Mc Cloy and Allen Dulles both had Nazi connections, and both had connections to the Warren Commission in the Kennedy assassination.
“A secret government reached out and removed a U.S President that they’d thought was under their control,” says Quayle, “but instead got out of hand as an object lesson for any other leader who might have toyed with the idea of going rogue.”

In Part II of this article, Quayle searches the various cults and beliefs that have influenced and formed the Nazi’s present and dark pasts[1], from Charles Darwin, composer Richard Wagner[2], Friedrich Nietzsche[3]to Margaret Sannger, and all the esoteric Reich beliefs in the mysterious and cryptic[4]. One such area was the Reich’s investigation into the “hollow earth” and Rear Admiral Byrd’s alleged trips to the “holes at the poles” (more suspected hiding places for Nazi ventures) during his 1947 and 1956 Arctic expeditions. Byrd referred to it as “the Great Unknown.”
“The lack of such information suggests not only that something is being hidden from the public and history books,” says Quayle, “but also that the ‘Great Unknown’ may well be occupied by descendants of Germans of the Third Reich.”
While debate surrounds what Byrd did or did not discover at the earth’s poles, Quayle further asks questions about Nazi technology and how recent scientific adventures, such as the European Particle Physics Laboratory, CERN, near Geneva, Switzerland might be a Pandora’s Box of potential evil or benevolent advancement.
Quayle no doubt believes that mankind is under the influence of Nazi-type Controllers, and he espouses Christian theology as the answer to the crisis. A large portion of his book is devoted to Biblical questions that surround Fourth Reich motives and the threat and the conundrum it offers. Some will question Quayle’s theology, but apparently he is very committed to it and goes into great depth in explaining it.
The book’s author also largely quotes the works of his predecessors and contemporaries, such as Jim Marrs, Joseph P. Farrell, Renato Vesco, John Keel, Henry Stevens, Jan Van Helsing and many others, but his book is also a magnificent rendition of all things “Nazi,” decorated with many lavish photographs and illustrations highlighting the topic.
Quayle wonders just how successful the Ahnenerbe were in creating their super race, while others probably think they had failed. He says: “…there is no reason to think the various eugenics programs weren’t continued once the Nazis had established their secret colony in Antarctic.”
The research instigated by the Nazis, he says, toward developing various forms of perverted science didn’t end with World War II, it was adapted by the U.S, Russia, and other nations and was further continued by the Nazis who escaped Germany at the end of the war[5]. It is important, says Quayle, to realize that Nazism is just not a ‘political’ system, but also a ‘pagan, religious system’ for those within its innermost circles who embraced this occult Nazism as a secret society with hidden meanings with symbols and charms (p. 411). This was Hitler’s dream of an Order of Teutonic Knights, a New Templar Order of Aryan Supermen, Aryanisms, as a form of pre-Christian in a pagan Aryanist tradition (pp. 412-413).

Sources other than Quayle substantiated a Fourth Reich (Adam Lebor, updated: 16:30 EST, May 9, 2009):
Described only as “SS Obergruppenfuherer Dr. Scheid,” who held a high-ranking position in the SS equivalent to Lieutenant General, this official is described in the meeting as telling the gathering that steps must be taken to reorganized and rescue the Third Reich, “a post-war commercial campaign.” Scheid said that those power-brokers needed to make alliances with foreign firms secretly, whereby they could barrow “substantial sums from foreign countries after the war.” Scheid pointed to American partners such as steel giant Krupp as well as Zeiss, Leica and the Hamburg-American Line shipping company.
Dr. Bosse of the Nazi Armaments Ministry asked several special members to attend a secret meeting of “the elite of the elite” that, despite the notion that the Reich has lost the war, “resistance against the Allies would continue until a guarantee of German unity could be obtained.” He laid out a secret three-stage strategy for the Fourth Reich:
# Stage one would entail industrialists prepare and go underground to finance the Nazi party.
# Stage two would be acquiring and using large sums of money to German industrialists so they could secure a post-war foundation in foreign countries, and other funds would secure a strong German empire after defeat.
# Stage three would be to set up “sleeper networks” of agents through “front companies” that would guarantee to be “covers” for Nazi military research and intelligence until the Nazis returned to power. Only a few chiefs in each industry would know about these, who would be paid well once the Nazis returned to power.
# Two banks in Zurich and agencies in Switzerland would continue the Nazi practice of sending funds through neutral countries.
“Now the Nazi Party stands behind the industrialists and urges them to save themselves by getting funds outside Germany,” said Labor, “and at the same time advance the party’s plans for its post-war operations.”

Gary Rethford, in his article “TheSecretNazis,” quoted the late Herbert W. Armstrong (The Church of God) and other sources, that attempts to locate Nazis in the spring of 1946 resulted in finding only 85,000 of the 200,000 industrial and Gestapo leaders. Rethford quoted findings from Tom Bower’s book NaziGold:
# Swiss bank intercepts, such as Credit Suisse, were regularly transferring German loot and gold to Argentina.
# Historian Gerhard Schreiber estimated that 50,000 Nazi war criminals received extra payments from the German government.
Rethford quoted investigator Charles Higham that this new strategy allowed them to survive, with the help of sympathetic bankers and industrialists, such as Swiss banks, Basler Handelsbank and Credit Suisse; that money would be used to finance the Nazi Party’s attempt to build a new empire. He mentioned that “the Nazi-controlled Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, arrived at his office to preside over the fourth annual meeting in time of war. This polished American gentleman sat down with his German, Japanese, Italian, British and American executive staff to discuss such important matters as the $378 million in gold which had been sent to the bank by the Nazi government after Pearl Harbor for use by its leaders after the war.”
The gold that was used in the funds was looted from the national banks of Austria, Holland, Belgium and Czechoslovakia, said Rethford, and from Reichsbank holdings “of the teeth fillings, spectacle frames, cigarette cases and lighters of murdered Jews.”

Daniel Jeffreys also confirmed that the acclaimed novel The Odessa File by Frederick Forsyth was based on the aforementioned spy operation, The Red House Report, by French intelligence (the Deuxieme Bureau) in November 1944, “It was presided over by SS Obergruppenfuhrer Dr. Scheid, managing director at the Heshe company before the war.”
“The Odessa existed and they removed billions of dollars in looted Jewish assets from Germany,” Elan Steinberg, executive director at the World Jewish Congress (WJC), said. “Their plan was to re-establish the Nazi Party from safe havens outside Germany and many of the assets they smuggled out must still exist.”
“Their plan was to smuggle gold, patents and art out of Germany along with top industrialists,” Mr. Steinberg said. “Meanwhile, the Nazi Party would re-establish itself in Germany as an underground movement.”
The document was discovered in July (1996) when Mr. Steinberg gained access to recently declassified papers from the National Archive in Washington, said Jeffreys. “Mr. Steinberg has authenticated the report and linked it to others which show that the German Reichsbank was involved in the plot.”

What the Fourth Reich’s Nazi industrialists foresaw had, and in some ways, would come to pass.
“Today’s drive towards a European federal state is inexorably tangled up with the plans of the SS and German industrialists for a Fourth Reich.” said Press Core, “an economic rather than military imperium.”
Nazism and the European Union have some “disturbing parallels” and are “fundamentally intertwined,” said Press Core, heading towards a ‘super state’ with a centrally planned economy by questionable bureaucrats.
The foundation for the EU was laid secretively by the Bilderberg Group in the mid-1950s, they said, aimed towards forming a Common Market and a single currency. “One of the group’s principle founders was H. Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, a former Nazi SS officer,” they said. The ideological framework goes back to the 1940’s, however, when top Nazi “economists and academics” outlined the plan for a “single European economic community.”
Press Core quoted the 1940 book The European Community by Nazi Economic Minister and war criminal Walther Funk, who said there was a need for a Central European Union and Economic Area with fixed rates. Funk stated: “No nation in Europe can achieve on its own the highest level of economic freedom which is compatible with all social requirements…The formation of very large economic areas follows a natural law of development…interstate agreements in Europe will control (economic forces generally)…There must be a readiness to subordinate one’s own interests in certain cases to those of (the EC).”
European Union leaders today, in like manner, insist that member states must, similarly, “institute structural reforms under pain of financial sanctions.” Such sentiments were also stated by Funk’s co-authors to the effect that classic national economies were dead and a new European “co-operation” was necessary. Press Core said France and Germany were proposing such a central financial control “by Brussels (headquarters of the new Nazi SS Fourth Reich called NATO).” Fellow Nazi Gustav Koenig observed, “We have a real European Community task before us…I am convinced that this Community effort will last beyond the end of the war.”
In 1940, Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels ordered the creation of the “large-scale economic unification of Europe,” believing that “in fifty years’ time people would no longer think in terms of countries.”
“The corporate owned media perpetuates the myth that the danger of the Third Reich purportedly ended in 1945 with flimsily documented events like Hitler’s death; Germany’s capitulation and subsequent partition for 44 years; the capture of the Nazi regime’s surviving leaders and their suicides or imprisonment or execution after the Nuremberg trials; and the decades-long search for Nazi escapees,” said Press Core.
“The Third Reich was defeated militarily, but powerful Nazi-era bankers, industrialists and civil servants, reborn as democrats, soon prospered in the new West Germany,” Press Core continued. “There they worked for a new cause: European economic and political integration – in other words the European Union that has now conquered Europe. Now that Europe is conquered and the armed forces of the assimilated countries are now under the control of the Nazi EU, their military called NATO is now massing, once again, along the Russian border.”
Quayle concludes: “We have reached perilous times, when morality is falling to the wayside, and evil lurks just off stage, prepared to come into view and takeover our planet. I believe Hitler, or someone who will greatly resemble him, is waiting to make war on Christmas around our planet.” (p. 310)
“What was significant about Woolworth’s interaction with the Nazis was a horrible thing that Woolworth did, that ultimately lent legitimacy to their notorious anti-semitism. Woolworth fired all of its Jewish employees. This won them the designation ‘Adefa Zeichen,’ an award reserved for companies that were ‘pure Aryan.’ Most likely Woolworth doesn’t advertise their products with that seal of approval.”

Judyth Vary Baker knew David Ferrie as a man of many faces: legal advisor for New Orleans Mafia Don, Carlos Marcello, aircraft pilot for several Mafia families, CIA asset, defrocked priest, anti-Castro adventurer, seducer of men and teenage boys, participant in an anti-Castro bioweapon plot, and a key to the JFK assassination.

David Ferrie’s connections to the Military-Industrial-Complex began in early 1962 when he became involved in the New Orleans Civil Air Patrol. There, Ferrie began instructing cadets, often in summer encampments at the Air Force bases.
Ferrie became a CAP commander in 1953. Lee Harvey Oswald enrolled as a CAP cadet on July 27, 1955 (serial No. 084965).
Oswald attended meetings at Moisant CAP Squadron, Lakefront and Abita Spring, Louisiana.
Eddie Voebel, a friend of Oswald, said that Oswald “had been a cadet in Ferrie’s CAP squadron in 1955 and that he recalled Oswald attended a party at Ferrie’s then-home at 209 Vinet Street.”
Researcher Lee Farley mentioned that David Ferrie was instrumental in “grooming” Oswald and his consequential enlistment in the United States Marines. Ferrie told the local Marine Corps that Oswald would be good in the CIA because “he could keep his mouth shut.” (p. 73)

THE HEATH CONNECTION
.
In 1953, David Ferrie developed an interest in philosophy and took a course at Tulane. Doctor Bob Heath had 120 psychiatric patients that used subcortical electrode stimulation at his clinic. Heath conducted experiments at East Louisiana State Hospital at Jackson, along with associates from Tulane University. One of the fascinating persons who would drop by to visit was David Ferrie. In 1954, Ferrie began studying for a doctorate in psychology from the University of Phoenix (a university of “low esteem,” says Baker).
Ferrie spoke of the bringing “patients” to Heath’s office and, also, flying “sensitive” psychiatric data between Tulane’s psychology department and other hospitals and departments. CIA agents approached Heath to conduct human and animal tests of bulbocapnine. The 1957 Inspector General Report said that “the knowledge that the agency is engaging in unethical and illicit activities would have serious repercussions in political and diplomatic circles.” The U.S Army funded a Tulane Electrical Brain stimulation program conducted by Dr. Robert Heath, and (according to Australian psychiatrist, Dr. Harry Bailey) used blacks because “they were everywhere and cheap experimental animals.”
In June-July, 1967, Ferrie wrote a thesis for his PhD in psychology about hypnotherapy and received his PhD in psychology.

FERRIE AND VOODOOISM

Baker says that Ferrie definitely was involved in a matrix of activities including his Civil Air Patrol activities, his job as a pilot at Eastern Airlines, pilot for Mobster Carlos Marcello’s lawyers (and flying to Guatemala for Marcello), and, according to Victor Marchetti, “had in fact been employed by the CIA.” (Marchetti was Deputy Assistant to the CIA Director Richard Helms, p. 82)

Ferrie was additionally connected into the CIA’s MK ULTRA (mind control) program through Doctor Bob Heath, but, additionally Dr. Alton Ochsner (one-time friend of Office of Strategic Services [OSS] Chief “Wild Bill” Donovan), and Dr. Mary Sherman (researcher into cancer). Ferrie met Dr. Oschsner through Dr. Sherman, both cleared for work on a “Sensitive Position.” (p. 97) Baker later learns that it is referred to as “The Project”: A cancer experiment, spearheaded by Oschsner, to develop a cancer serum as a bioweapon to be used against Fidel Castro.
In order to convince Baker of the reality of the Project, as government sponsored, she is introduced to a gruff detective and FBI/CIA asset, Guy Banister, who speaks at length of his clandestine contacts:
“Ferrie’s project was legitimate. Even the CIA was backing it, along with the city’s crime boss, Carlos Marcello,” says Baker. “Banister was quite serious.”
Banister’s Agency was involved, not only with Mary Sherman’s bioweapon project, but
also the CIA, crime boss Carlos Marcello (because of the Intelligence alliances), and a spy ring against Castro and Communist activities (Banister was a former FBI agent [briefly, at his height in the Chicago FBI]). Banister continued to gather evidence against the corrupt New Orleans Police Department.
“When Dr. Sherman shows me a powerful new cancer developed over the past year, I am stunned by its vigor,” says Baker about 1963. “I agree to do what I can to stabilize the cancer and help transform it from a mouse cancer to one that will attack human tissues, only later will I realize that the cancer could be stolen and used to silence political enemies ‘forever.’”

New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison summarized an understanding about the “anti-Castro” Radical right situation, stated in Garrison’s November 22, 1963 Playboy Magazine interview: members of the paramilitary right, anti-Castro exiles, were extremely worried about Jack Kennedy’s policy of détente succeeding.
The CIA was involved in much of this intrigue in a “mixed bag” of Minutemen, Cuban exiles, other anti-Castro “adventurers” training for a “foray” into Cuba. Along with an assassination attempt on Fidel Castro—there was also the bio-weapon Project of Mary Sherman. “David Ferrie, who operated on the ‘command’ level of the ultra-rightists, was deeply involved in this effort,” says Baker. (p. 224)

BUGGING DEVICES
.
One of the earlier choices by Banister for someone to be Ferrie’s laboratory assistant was Michael Riconosciuto, “a young genius in electronics, biochemistry, chemistry and computers…” (For further information about Riconosciuto place in the espionage web, see The Octopus from Hell, Parts I and II, http://ufodigest.com/article/octopus-hell-0704).
Riconosciuto may have aided Banister in various “bugging” operations, such as placing devices in Clay Shaw’s house in the summer of 1963; Riconosciuto was adept at installing “bugging devices” and electronic surveillance equipment.
Baker lists witnesses that saw Banister and Ferrie, such as Vernon Gerdes, Dr. Michael Kurtz, George Higginbotham, Rick Bauer, William Gaudet, and Sergio Arcacha Smith (pp. 240-242). “And, of course, Lee Harvey Oswald,” adds Baker.
Baker was concerned for the rapid expansion of the Ochsner-Sherman project. About August 1, 1963, Baker says: “…deep-freezing this new backup material suggests that we aren’t developing this biological weapon just for Castro. We are about to make this cancer truly immortal…the city is a hot bed of Cold War operations of all kinds. The Project has required massive funding. Only one entity could afford everything happening here in New Orleans.” (pp. 245-246)

TRAINING FILM
.
One of the bits of evidence of Oswald’s participation into the CIA’s various escapades was the “training film” of anti-Castro infantry near Bedico Creek near Lake Pontchartrain, Louisiana in early September 1963. The film was seen by several people such as Robert K. “Bob” Tanenbaun of the House Select Committee on Assassination (HSCA), researchers Larry Hancock and Dick Russell, and Banister associate Delphine Roberts. Baker tells Erdmann, she also saw the film. The film showed, according to Tanenbaun, Antonio Veciana of Alpha 66, Guy Banister, David Atlee Phillips, Lee Oswald and David Ferrie (pp. 253, 264).

Baker spreads a trail of incidents and witnesses showing that Oswald, Ferrie, the CIA, FBI, and the Mob were intricately connected; we can only highlight a few points, but the reader is welcome to search out the further connections in the book.
An FBI informant, Joe Hauser, in his assisting FBI wiretaps of Mobster Marcello’s phone (161 reels of tape), told Author John H. Davis that agent Hauser “personally knew Oswald.” (p. 265) Another witness was FBI agent Warren De Brueys (pp. 266-267). Orest Pena also said he saw Oswald with local chief Warren De Brueys in August, 1963 (p. 269).

ZOMBIE COLONIES
.
Baker speaks about prisoners from the Angola prison who were often used for “secret research” in a special Tulane University Research Unit at the East Louisiana State Hospital in Jackson. “These experiments were supported by a grant from the Commonwealth Fund,” says Baker, “later identified as a CIA front.” (Comparative Effects of the Administration of Taraxein, d-LSD, Mescaline, and Psilocybin to Human Volunteers [Heath, Silva].) If the patients survived, they are sent directly to the “zombie colonies” at Jackson State Hospital where “they wait to die and are buried in the Jackson graveyard so that security can be maintained and the truth about what was done to them completely covered.” William Livesay, a prisoner at Angola, told Baker about his experiences with these experiments (p. 275).
According to Baker, Lee Oswald was selected to make a trip to Mexico City to transport the biologically engineered materials that would eventually kill Castro of “natural causes,” which would actually be “lung cancer.” Prior to this venture, Oswald and Baker would continue to do blood tests at Jackson State Hospital.
The following are multiple tidbits that tend (in the opinion of Judyth Baker and others) to support Baker’s Ferrie/Oswald scenario:
___Texas Theater Manager Butch Burroughs said that he sold Lee Oswald popcorn in the Texas Theater at the time officer Tippit was shot.
___David Ferrie carried with him a file, which Author Joan Mellon said Ferrie referred to as “the Bomb,” along with a diagram in a “file,1963” portraying an automobile in an aerial view of Dealey Plaza…” (HSCA report of January 11, 1978). (p. 321)
___An “Abort Team” was mentioned by Lee Oswald and William “Tosh” Plumlee (CIA contract pilot), and mentioned to author Jim Marrs.
___The infamous November 21, 1963 “party” at the oil baron Clint Murchison mansion in Dallas, Texas consisting of Richard Nixon, J. Edgar Hoover, H.L. Hunt, John Curington, George Brown of Brown + Root, former Texas Republican Congressman Bruce Alger, and John J. McCloy (McCloy would be placed on the Warren Commission within the week): Researchers Edgar Tatro and Harrison E. Livingstone confirmed Madeline Brown’s story (LBJ’s mistress), and wrote on September 3, 2014: “The party happened.” (pp. 330, 331, 334)
___The famous “Altgens photo” showed that when the first shot was heard, secret service agents did not look up at the 6th floor of the Book Depository but, rather, they looked ahead, or at the Dal-Tex building. “It is important that the photograph shows no agent looking up,” Baker said to Erdmann.
___James T. Tague was standing near the triple underpass and hit on the cheek by a piece of street curb struck by one of the assassin’s bullets, possibly from the Dal-Tex building, not the Book Depository.
___The photos of Lee Oswald showing raised handcuffed wrists were his gesture to show newsmen that, to answer their questions, he was indeed handcuffed: It was not a “Communist salute.”
___Attorney Dean Andrews confessed that Oswald was just “a patsy,” adding: “I like to live. If they can get the President, they can crush me like a bug” (December 29, 1963). (p. 373)

ADDITIONAL MYSTERY STRAINS
.
___Near the end of March, 1964, Betty Rubio, while working at the Lakefront Airport, saw Ferrie get out of a plane__talk to Rubio__and then go back to the plane and meet Clay Shaw. They talked for a while and then separated.
___Guy Banister is found naked and dead on June 6, 1964 from an alleged “heart attack.” His wife, Delphine Roberts, said that it was murder, but “it was made to look like a natural death.” “Anna Lewis said in a 2000 videotape: “He had a bullet in him, but they said it was a heart attack.”
___On or near July 11, 1965, David Ferrie was associated in flying individuals to Freemason Island. Matt Milligan of Trans-Gulf Seaplane Service identified photos of Andrew Blackmon and Clay Shaw.
According to Earl Ruby in HSCA testimony, and writer Greg Parker, Jack Ruby’s “cancer” was possibly “artificially induced.” Dr. Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West: Baker outlines that Dr. Louis Jolyon West had been cleared at Top Secret for his work on MKULTRA. “CIA documents show that grants were given to Dr. West for studies,” says Baker, “entitled, ‘Psychophysiological Studies of Hypnosis and Suggestibility’ and ‘Studies of Dissociative States.’’’ West had examined Jack Ruby in his jail cell (p. 387).

While Dr. West’s curriculum vitae doesn’t mention that he received Top Secret clearance from the CIA as the contractor on MKULTRA Subproject 43, CIA documents show that grants were given to Dr. West for studies entitled, Psychophysiological Studies of Hypnosis and Suggestibility and Studies of Dissociative States.”
David Ferrie had worked as a pilot for Al Crouch’s Saturn Aviation and flight school in November, 1966. Ferrie was fired on February 7, 1967, and would have been the pilot for a cross-country flight, but Crouch asked another pilot, “Bob,” instead.
Bob’s wife, J.G, spoke coincidentally to Baker sometime in 2013 about the crash of the 7th of 1967 in Slidell. According to J.G, Ferrie was fired “because Crouch was scared to death.” Crouch needed a pilot right away and J.G’s husband was selected. The crash was blamed on pilot error for not properly fueling the plane, but “Bob” had a receipt that proved he had refueled.
“From his unique perspective, Bob, trapped as he was in the plane,” says Baker, “could see that the fuel tank had been punctured.” (pp. 393-394)
David Ferrie, at times, says Baker, suffered mentally for his guilt over his bisexuality (and the fact that it prevented him from becoming a priest); sometimes Ferrie would torture and whip himself (pages 255-260). The image that came to mind to this writer, was the semblance to the fictional Opus Dei character (the albino) Silas or Simon, in Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code, who would whip himself mercilessly.
Ferrie began his last days by hiding out in the Airport’s pilots’ lounge and rest-overnight area, from about February 8 to 16, 1967.
Student Bruce Nolan said of Ferrie: “One day in early 1967, I arrived for a lesson and found Ferries limped over a desk, crippled by a blazing headache. He could not fly. He could barely open one eye. I shoveled him into my car. He asked to be taken to his home on Louisiana Avenue Parkway. I got him to the porch and watched him scuffle inside.” (Nolan never saw him again).
The news media, at that time, was busy covering Jim Garrison’s investigation along with an occasional story written about Ferrie. In an interview with Garrison investigators on February 18, 1967, Ferrie voiced great skepticism of the single-bullet theory.
The famed group photo of Lee Oswald with his CAP squadron in 1967 was “no longer on display on the living room wall, along with other CAP group photos.” Other evidence of Lee Oswald knowing David Ferrie had disappeared.
Ferrie’s interview given to Garrison investigators while he stayed at the Fontainebleau Motor Hotel eventually vanished. Ferrie vanished from the hotel on February 19, 1967.
Ferrie called Raymond Broshears, former roommate, to report his fear of being killed: “No matter what happens to me, I won’t commit suicide.” (February 20, 1967)
“A secret report generated by the FBI on May 22, 1968,” says Baker, “confirms that Garrison planned to arrest Ochsner, a Reily coffee executive, and others associated with the New Orleans Project.” (p. 415)

DOCTOR MINYARD’S REPORT
.
The body of Ferrie was found deceased about 11:50 a.m. on February 22, 1967 by Jimmy Johnson. The coroner’s staff arrived at 12:30 p.m. Three suspicious “suicide notes” were eventually found. Frank Minyard theorized it was a murder because of contusions to the mouth. “Dr. Minyard says David Ferrie was murdered.” (p. 435)
On February 23, 1967, Eladio Ceferino del Valle, ex-Cuban congressman, associate of David Ferrie (Baker says there is some evidence of association), and an anti-Castro activist, was found dead in his automobile in Miami: beaten, tortured, and shot in the chest. Eladio Valle and Ferrie flew “anti-Castro sorties” in the past, as well as had involvement with Mobster Santos Trafficante.
“Numerous deaths, however, are still classified as ‘natural’ along with a plethora of suicides, murders and ‘accidental deaths’ that can no longer be ignored,” says Baker.

MISSING LOG BOOKS
.
JG, while working for Al Crouch, began to get harassing phone calls about Ferrie’s pilot log books. JG later disclosed that said log books were confiscated by the felonious “spy” investigator for Jim Garrison, William Gurvich, a turncoat. “He was going behind Garrison’s back,” said JG.
“That dirty word ‘conspiracy,’ which actually accounts for most evil-doing on the planet,” says Baker, “are avoided most by those who perpetuate it.”
Similar sentiments were voiced by Robert Tannenbaun, HSCA Deputy Counsel, said after Tannenbaun originally discounted Garrison’s suspicions and investigation: “And then I read all this material that came out of (CIA Director Richard) Helms’s office, that in fact what Garrison had said was true. They (CIA agents) were harassing his witnesses, they were intimidating his witnesses.” (Bob Tannenbaun, Probe, July-August 1996 [Vol. 3, No. 5].) (pp. 431, 435)
The reader will have to make further analysis of Baker’s book (which has elaborate appendices concerning testimonies, autopsies, and further never-before-disclosed information on David Ferrie’s life).

BRIEF BACKGROUND: THE CRITICS
.
Baker has accumulated a number of critics that relentlessly follow her and try to poke holes in her story about her New Orleans experiences with, what she says, are members of the conspiratorial underworld in the Kennedy murder. The critics feel they have a strong complaint as it is based on the many seeming contradictions in the story and testimony of Baker. But as Baker pointed out to Erdmann, this happened often when debunkers are dedicated to finding such missteps and colloquial comments in daily conversation (imagine someone following behind you and perpetually examining your every word or move).
Attorney Jim Garrison – the only official person that had courage to prosecute the conspiracy to assassinate President John Kennedy.

It would not be difficult to blacken one’s name if the critics’ research was not based on the totality of facts and information. Some critics have even opened websites and blogs dressed in nothing but what appears to be jealous vindictiveness, and according to Baker, the wish to get some type of revenge. Baker covers some of the attacks (Note, in the following, some identifying details are Xed over to afford protection to all mentioned parties):
“(Speaking of Xxxxxxx’s comments on Baker’s contradictions) … so-called ‘contradictions’ come from lifting comments from various parts of my manuscript and making it seemed that I reversed things, as well as form emails. The man altered. Xxxxxxx corresponded with me and pretended to be my friend. Then he demanded that I hand over my book to (another debunking group), or he would publish what you are citing. He even claimed I said Lee was not circumcised, as if I would talk about such a thing to him, when all we talked about was how to help his sharpei dogs’ skin condition, before I began sharing emails with him. These emails he cites are using statements taken out of context or deliberately altered! I would make a statement and by adding one word or a question mark, he changed the meanings. Note that Xxxxxxx has NEVER published anything significant after he began attacking me and Jim Garrison, unless you think his ‘Pxxxxxxxx Sxxxxxxxx’ site that he told me was paid for by Xxxxxxx (he denies this now), or his JXX online (another Xxxxxxx site) are to be considered worthy of citing…His JFK 100 list against Stone’s JFK is so unfair, getting on Olive Stone’s case because Stone made the movie that opened up the ARRB and all those files got released. Xxxxxxx treated the movie, which took some liberties for dramatic effect, as a DOCUMENTARY. From that false position he made up his 100 objections to the movie. He also claimed Dave Ferrie never confessed to Lou Ivon and Moo Moo Sciambra. This is not true…
“(If Erdmann would write questions to Baker) … I would be happy to reply. But since you are relying on my enemies to bring up questions for you, and want me to write what would be extensive essays in response, for I would have to prove much more than they, and then they would just bring up new objections, as they are not there to learn, but only to destroy. I am just shaking my head. What problems do you have with the book? What questions would you ask? Xxxxxxx’s ‘contradictions’ were previously answered in my own essays online. Of course he won’t tell you where the essays can be found (hint: at judythbaker. blogspot. com, etc.). What kind of reputation does Xxxxxxx have? Has he ever spoken at a conference? No. Has he written a book (only for his article on Clinton and Jackson)? No. Has he anyone who respects him except the Xxxxxxx contingent?” (July 28, 2015, 10:13 pm)
Baker brings up a few “why ifs” that are interesting (but far beyond the scope of this article to include them here in their entirety). “Second, you should go to my Facebook page and see what I am going through right now. Ask yourself why they are trying to break my password and get into judythbaker.com, after judythbaker.org was taken over and is being used to ruin me.” (July 28, 2015, 9:42 a.m)
Baker emphasizes that those who have questions about her claims should contact her personally for answers, either through her publishers or contact points on the Internet or Facebook.
What isn’t covered is “why” are some of the rabid and voracious attacks on the veracity of Baker’s claims. “Howard” (howpl) gave some insight in his April 8, 2004 comments:
“I have known Judyth Baker for 5 years. (I also “know” [Wim] Dankbaar from a Usenet newsgroup, though we have never met.) I am writing this note in the hopes that this is a group of educators (as opposed to Prof. Xxxxxxx, the immoderate ‘moderator’ of that newsgroup) whose ‘article’ on Ms. Baker, is a pile of trash. Pardon the immoderate language, but this nominal academic has been particularly destructive. The main objective is to reach the truth. I believe the best way we can achieve this is by having an open, rational debate.”

Reading about and describing some of the multiple attacks and confrontations that Judyth Vary Baker has encountered resembles some of the scarier tactics that intelligence operations have created from their literal and figurative dungeons of torture.

THE PROBLEM THAT GOES BEYOND

One can speculate that from most outward appearances, the researchers that lean towards conspiracy in the murder of John F. Kennedy, and those elements associated in highlighting a conspiracy, are often confronted by critics that speak from prior dispositions that run together in dark circles, wolf packs, and often in vile malevolence. Such vice (seen so repetitiously) could be associated with various mental states such as xenophobia (fear of the unknown), mythophobia (fear of myths), rhabdophobia (fear of criticism), or heresy phobia (fear of challenges), and can also be aligned with a greater inner sanctum motivator: megalomania and authoritarian personality disorder; particularly in the arena of intelligence and governmental control.
Journalist Cameron Reilly introduced one of the government’s sub rosa intelligence projects this way:
“Mockingbird isn’t some conspiracy theory – like MKULTRA and the 638 attempts at assassinating Fidel Castro, it’s a genuine part of CIA history. Mockingbird has been written about in detail since the late 70’s, but it’s one of those pieces of U.S. history that isn’t talked about much in the mainstream media. Why? I assume because they would prefer people don’t know about it as it would make them ask too many questions, such as ‘how do we know the CIA isn’t controlling the media today as well?’
“It’s also one of those events in history that should help us all realize that we’ve been manipulated and lied to by the government and the media in the past so it’s entirely rationale to believe they might be manipulating and lying to us still today.”
Reilly went on to describe Operation Mockingbird as a sophisticated ruse by the CIA and the U.S corporate media to spread intentional lies to the American people and international readers.
“Journalism is a perfect cover for CIA agents. People talk freely to journalists, and few think suspiciously of a journalist aggressively searching for information. Journalists also have power, influence and clout. Not surprisingly, the CIA began a mission in the late 1940s to recruit American journalists on a wide scale…The agency wanted these journalists not only to relay any sensitive information they discovered (and write about and replay information when requested…SE).”
Early progenitors of the project, said Jacobson-Kangas, were Frank Wisner, Allan Dulles, Richard Helms and Philip Graham (Graham was the husband of Katherine Graham, today’s publisher of the Washington Post). WHAT IS AN INTELLIGENT MACHINE

When we say intelligent machine it does not mean that it is a machine which can solve any complex program that even humans get troubled. Calculators are not intelligent. Calculators give the right answers to challenging math problems, but everything they “know” is preprogrammed by people. They can never learn anything new. Calculators are able to solve problems entirely because people are already able to solve those same problems. We have generated many computing devices that can solve mathematical problems of enormous complexity, but those were not actually intelligent. They are pre-programmed to do exactly what we want them to do. They accept input and generate the correct output. They may do it at amazingly fast speeds, but their underlying mechanisms depend on humans having already worked out how to write the programs that control their behavior. An intelligent machine is a machine that does not have any pre-programmed data in it to solve a problem. We can also say that it is a machine which has an ability to think.

Now with the help of artificial intelligence robotics is trying to create machines that will have the ability to learn just about anything, the ability to reason, the ability to use language and the ability to formulate original ideas. Computers can already solve problems in limited realms. The basic idea of artificial intelligence problem solving is very simple, though its execution is complicated.
First, the robot or computer with artificial intelligence gathers facts about a situation through sensors or human input. The computer compares this information to stored data and decides what the information signifies. The computer runs through various possible actions and predicts which action will be most successful based on the collected information. But, the computer can only solve problems which it is programmed to solve. It will not have any generalized analytical ability. Chess computers are one example of this sort of machine. Some modern robots also have the ability to learn in a limited capacity. Learning robots recognize if a certain action (moving its legs in a certain way, for instance) achieved the desired result (navigating an obstacle). The robot stores this information and attempts thesuccessful action the next time it encounters the same situation.
Humanoid robots are one example of this application. Again, modern computers can only do this in very limited situations. They can’t absorb any sort of information like a human can. Some robots can learn by mimicking human actions. Some robots can interact socially. Kismet, a robot at M.I.T’s Artificial Intelligence Lab, recognizes human body language and voice inflection and responds appropriately. Kismet’s creators are interested in how humans and babies interact, based only on the tone of speech and visual cue. This low-level interaction could be the foundation of a human-like learning system. Kismet and other humanoid robots at the M.I.T. artificial intelligence Lab operate using an unconventional control structure. Instead of directing every action using a central computer, the robots control lower-level actions with lower-level computers. The program’s director, Rodney Brooks, believes this is a more accurate model of human intelligence. We do most things automatically and we don’t decide to do them at the highest level of consciousness. For example, we are not using our highest level of consciousness for closing our eyelids. Artificial Intelligence has made it possible to interact with computers by using speech instead of writing by the application of computer speech recognition. The advantages of computer speech recognition can be seen in the Hollywood film ‘IRON MAN.’

Even though both Computer-based training (CBT) and computer-aided instruction (CAI) effective in helping learners, they do not provide the same kind of individualized attention that a student would receive from a human tutor. For a computer-based educational system to provide such attention, it must reason about the domain and the learner. This prompted research in the field of intelligent tutoring systems (ITSs). ITSs offer considerable flexibility in the presentation of material and a greater ability to respond to student needs. These systems achieve their “intelligence” by representing educational decisions about how to teach as well as information about the learner. This allows for greater flexibility by altering the system’s interactions with the student. Intelligent tutoring systems have been shown to be highly effective at increasing student’s performance and motivation.

The game starts with the user controlling one person. Eventually, the character may marry and then the user can have children in the game. These “people” are wonders of artificial intelligence. They all have their individual characteristics, wants, and needs. They have the ability to fall in love, make friends, enemies, become hermits, strive for more in life, etc, and will act on their feelings at will. If there is a fair side there will be a negative side also. Even though artificial intelligence is having many advantages applications there are so many risky disadvantages also. At a more basic level, the use of artificial intelligence in everyday tasks might produce laziness on the part of humans. The awareness that the machines have intelligence will make human to be lazy and will be forced to make everything done by the machines. Humans have an extraordinary ability to think, analyze, and use judgment. If artificial intelligence is used for interpreting, then the human mind and its capabilities might go to waste. Scientific Films today represents the developments that can happen in the future. Most of the scientific films on artificial intelligence represent the negative side of artificial intelligence. For example, if we take film ‘I ROBOT’ as an example, it represents a robot going mad against society and becoming a trait to humanity. There are many Hollywood films representing the same idea. Films like ‘TERMINATOR’ also represent the robots with artificial intelligence going mad against humanity. Applications of artificial intelligence with nanotechnology in military field have many positive advantages like, to develop a perfect defensive shield to any attacks. However, it has a dangerous side also. With the help of artificial intelligence and nanotechnology, we will be able to develop very powerful and destructive weapons. In the Hollywood film ‘G.I. JOE’ the weapons made by the application of nanotechnology and artificial intelligence is shown. If we give intelligence to machines, they will be able to utilize it in its maximum extent. And machines with intelligence will become more intelligent than its creators.
So, there will be a chance of humanity under control machines. In future, there may be more types of robots with artificial intelligence. Applications of artificial intelligence in the military field will give rise to more sophisticated and user-friendly warfare’s. By the invention of artificial intelligence, scientists will be able to prove that human intelligence is purely mechanical and can be duplicated. If this happens, it would break man’s view of himself as a unique being. The future artificially intelligent machines can become even more intelligent than humans. By that, there will be a situation of man v\s machines like we see in science fiction films. Computers are more capable of producing accurate results. So, they will potentially replace humans in jobs that are better suited for them. This could mean that the workplace will no longer be a man’s domain. Unemployment rates could go up. Humans could soon lose their ground as a dominant creature. Most critical of possibilities is the complete destruction of the human race. Moreover, the fast developments in the areas of artificial intelligence and robotics may push earth to a critical state. Even now the wastes of computer parts and other electronic devices are making a great disturbance to our nature and earth. In the future, our planet Earth may go to black from green due to the pollution that can happen by the development of artificial intelligence.

Three days later, a supposed 19 year-old US Border Patrol Agent walks into the Chabad of Poway Synagogue, a Jewish synagogue in Poway, CA and begins shooting at the Rabbi and the congregation!
Is there any correlation between the NY Timesarticle and the shooting?
Question: How did President Trump have any possible part in the insane murders of people under these conditions a continent away?

Below is a detailed description of the opening movements of the Yang Family Short Form Tai Chi Form of the late Grandmaster, Professor Cheng Man-Ch’ing, to whom this book is dedicated.

This manual is written for those Tai Chi adepts who wish to Master the ancient art of Tai Chi Ch’uan.
“Preparation Posture”
Start by facing in a direction designated “North”
1. Compose yourself in this manner. Stand still with your feet touching at the heel. Face toward the North, standing quietly, with a 45 degree (45*) angle formed between your feet.

To Be Maintained Always Parallel to Each Other
Align the center point of the forehead (The 3rd Eye) along a central line passing through the nose, the tip of the chin, the sternum (Heart Chakra – Jung Syin), the navel (Dan Tien) and the public bone (the pubic symphasis).
The body should held erect, with the spine extended upward with no hollows (like a long bow). The body should feel suspended from above, as if being held hanging from above by an invisible string or a silver chord attached to the Crown of the Head.
The eyes and ears should be maintained parallel to the horizon; always looking forward, with both eyes centered and leveled on the horizon. The eyes should be open but held slightly veiled, sometimes described as, held at “half shade.”
The body’s weight should be divided 50/50 into both feet, while maintaining a clear and steady weight distribution of 70/30 in each foot (70% in “The Bubbling Well” point<aka the ball & toes of the foot, with residual 30% lightly touching in the heels.)
This is the simplest, most concise and most precise definition of the geometric alignments and proportions of The Wang Form, the core principle and cornerstone of Yang Cheng Ming Tai Chi Ch’uan.
These core principles of The Wang Form are to be maintained at all times.
These principles contain the essence of “The Tai Chi Form.”
With Heels of the Feet Touching @ a 45 degree angle
with 70% of the weight concentrated in the Balls of the feet
and 30% of the weight in the heels.

4. Place 70% of your weight in the balls of the feet. The heels should touch each other and rest light on the ground with remaining 30% of the body weight at rest.

5. Begin by flexing and bending the Right ankle deeply, as you bend the Right knee as you shift your center line to the right side, moving your tail bone sideways until it is directly above the right calf and over the right foot.
Sink all your weight (100%) into the right foot with 70% in the ball of the foot (Bubbling Well point) and only 30% in the heel.
6. As you shift your weight to the right side, turn the hips and torso to the right exactly 22.5 degrees, leaving the left ball and toes on the ground as pivot points.
The heel of the left foot will naturally follow the motion of the hip turn and it will swivel out 22.5 degrees (pivoting on the left toes) and thereby bringing the left foot to point North. See Figure 3 below.
Allow the left heel drift away using gravity to extend the left leg sideways, parting the foot to a shoulder width distance away from the standing and planted right foot.

7. Let the left leg extend sideways to a shoulder-width distance, with heel leading the toes out, and now pointing straight ahead (North).

8. Shift 100% of your weight into the left foot by shifting the pubic bone to the left using gravity to slide sideways until the pubic bone is centered over the left foot.
9. After shifting weight to the left foot completely (100%), turn the hips to the left, pivoting the right foot ON The HEEL (0) to the left for 22.5* until all the toes of the foot are pointing North.
Swing your hips back to the middle, with the body facing North and with the body weight divided and distributed as before.
10. The teeth should be held together, without clenching the jaw, touching lightly and the tongue should be rolled backwards or pressed lightly against the upper palate.

10. When you have completed the turn and corrected the alignment of each foot to point each directly to North, form and hold your arms in a shape like a horseshoe shape and take a deep breath.
Inflate your body like a balloon until you swell up in the shoulders and the armpits.

11. As you exhale, notice that the shoulder release naturally sinking as the air departs your upper body.
At that moment, let the arms fall inward like 2 pendulums until your hands are over your feet (aligning the middle finger of each hand with the middle toe) of the corresponding foot,
Without loosing the momentum of the fall, . and then move them forward, as you take a deep breath, let the wrist flow forwards impelled by the weight of the elbows’ drop, as they roll in and turn down to hang for a moment pointing downward raising both hands (palm down) wrists lip, and timed to arrive at shoulder level, to level out with a small flexion of the wrist allow the hands to float up to the wrist level, ending the movement with the hands horizontal and floating like a lotus leaf on a pond.
Time the rising of the hands to horizontal position to coincide with ONE FULL Breath from the time the wrists begin to move forward (above) to Inflate your whole body, once again like a balloon).
12. Exhale as you allow your elbows to fall evenly and smoothly downward and backwards, drawing the hands back toward the shoulders as you do so, maintaining hands horizontal for as long as possible.
Do NOT allow the elbows to ride back behind the ribs. In fact, turn the elbows outwardly on each side before the reach the rib cage, keeping them forward of the rib cage as both arms return to the “Bow Back” and “Horseshoe Arm” position.
13. As you swing the elbows down and out alongside the rib cage, allow the hands to sink like parachutes through the air as long as possible, as the elbows are unhinged evenly to allow the forearms to fall and spread apart as if sinking through water.
Sink your body weight into your feet, riding gravity as the motive force, as you take a deep breath, filling your lungs with air, again like a balloon, until the hands are down, suspended by your sides, with hands, wrists and fingers loosely dangling.

The curvature of the forearm, wrist, hand and fingers at the beginnng and the end of Preparation Posture (Yu Bei Shr) and Raising the Power (Ji Shr) should conform in curvature to “The Beautiful Lady’ Hand.”
Ward OFF Right
14. Bend the left ankle, flex the left knee maintaining the kneecap over the middle bone in your foot (The 3rd metatarsal) as if you were riding on an ice skate blade).
Shift weight using gravity (by relaxing your legs and drifting/sliding your tail bone sideways, shifting completely to the Left side until your tail bone is directly over your foot and 100% of your weight is centered on the left foot, weight distributed with 70% in the ball of the foot and only 30% of the weight in the heels.
<Note: This 70/30 weight distribution in invariable throughout the form, except when spinning on the heel during certain prescribed moves. Details later.>
15, Turn the hips to the right 45*, swiveling/pivoting on the right heel, turning your right foot 90* (degrees) to the right.
16. Relax the right ankle, allowing the right foot to fall on the floor flatly, then gradually and slowly shift 100% of your weight into your right foot by shifting your tail bone to a position over the center of your right foot.
17. When you do this, your left heel will move naturally with you and the motion will swing the left heel in to realign your left foot to pivot on the toe 22.5 degrees to the left. Release the toe hold”and let gravity swing the left leg under you by bending the knee to swing the heel in usingpendular motionto let it fall alongside the right right heel to finish with the feet touching lightly at the heels and the feet angled at 45* as in the beginning position.
18. When your heels come together, your body should be in a position identical to the beginning posture.
19. The Tai Chi student or adept can now repeat the entire sequence described above repeatedly in a “loop” several times in a row so as to master the movements, and to derive the benefits of circulating the “Ch’i (life force) through the meridian system while learning the meaning of “maintaining perfect alignment” constantly throughout his practice of Tai Chi Ch’uan.
20. Begin again, as described in Point 1 above and following throughpoint 20 for as long as possible to master this movement before continuing to Chapter 2 – Ward OFF Right / Ward OF Left)
Facing in the original direction (designated North) repeat the entire sequence:
1. Align The Wang Form with the planes of the eyes, shoulders and hips always parallel, with an imaginary line passing horizontally through eyes and ears, keeping the 3 planes level with the horizon and parallel to each other at all times.
2. Keep the spine upright and erect.
3 Stand with heels touching forming a V-shape of 45 degrees.
4. Repeat the sequence of motions (from point 4 through 19) as
described in detail above.
Please practice this sequence at least ONCE or Twice a day.

You could become islands of stability in Europe.”

I really wish we had gotten to see a Trump vs. Bernie contest. However, that did not happen because the Democratic Primaries were “rigged from ‘The Get’!.”
The Clinton cabal worked actively, covertly, and threw Bernie in as a “straw man” because it would have looked really bad for Clinton to run unopposed.
Little did they know that they had loosened a political lion upon the Democratic Party primaries.
During the last election campaign, I analyzed the restructuring of the Democratic Party by the Clinton machine during the 1990s and I realized that the restructuring of the DNC and its primary system, a change in structure enforced by the Clinton-Gore machine (establishnig a new voting loc called “Superdelegates”) as a substructure wihin the Democatic Party was nearly identical in design (and intention) to Stalin’s establishment of the Praesidium and the Politburo in the Soviet Union to assure central control of the Communist Party, and central control of all elections acroos thenentire Soviet Union.
Shortly after its creatuion, the Politiburo replaced the Praesidium and came todominate the entire Communist Party through its specialty, which was reducing all elections to a One Candidate vote.
The recent revelations of how crooked Hillary was to Bernie Sanders by former DNC Chairwoman, Donna Brazile, proves beyond all doubt that that the Clintons stole the nomination from Bernie Sanders and they went beyond legal bounds to insure it. Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, abbreviated Политбюро ЦК КПСС, Politbyuro TsK KPSS) was the highest policy-making government authority under the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
The Stalinist system was based upon the system conceived by Vladimir Lenin, often referred to as Leninism.[2] Certain historians and political scientists credit Lenin for the evolution of the Soviet political system after his death.[2] Others, such as Leonard Schapiro, argue that the system itself, from 1921, evolved an inner-party democratic system to a monolithic one in 1921, with the establishment of the Control Commission, the ban on factionsand the ability given to the Central Committee to expel members they deemed unqualified.[3]
These rules were implemented to strengthen party discipline, however, the party continued under Lenin and the early post-Lenin years to try to establish democratic procedures within the party.[4]
For instance, by 1929, leading party members began criticizing the party apparatus, represented by the Secretariat headed by Stalin, of having too much control over personnel decisions.[4] Lenin addressed such posing questions in 1923, in his articles “How We Should Reorganize the Workers’ and Peasants’ Inspectorate” and “Better Fewer But Better”.[4]
In these, Lenin wrote of his plan to turn the combined meetings of the Central Committee and the Control Commission into the party’s “parliament“. <Super-Delegates>
